[0048] 一种超净台用磁力底座注射器架, 包括产生吸附磁力的磁性座, 磁性座的侧面 为将磁性底座吸附在超净台内铁质的垂直边板上的磁性座吸附面, 磁性座底面 与超净台内的底面接触, 磁性座上表面固装立柱底盘, 立柱底盘上设置立柱; 在立柱上装水平构件高度定位锁, 水平构件高度定位锁上方设置套装在立柱上 、 可在立柱上水平转动的注射器架水平构件; 所述注射器架水平构件包括连接 套筒, 连接套筒用于将注射器架水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上, 并帮助注射 器架水平构件实现在水平方向的大角度移动, 连接套筒通过水平臂与注射器架 板连接, 注射器架板上设有注射器水平放置槽, 可水平放置注射器。

权利要求书
一种超净台用磁力底座注射器架, 其特征是: 包括产生吸附磁力的磁 性座, 磁性座的侧面为将磁性底座吸附在超净台内铁质的垂直边板上 的磁性座吸附面, 磁性座底面与超净台内的底面接触, 磁性座上表面 固装立柱底盘, 立柱底盘上设置立柱; 在立柱上装水平构件高度定位 锁, 水平构件高度定位锁上方设置套装在立柱上、 可在立柱上水平转 动的注射器架水平构件; 所述注射器架水平构件包括连接套筒, 连接 套筒用于将注射器架水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上, 并帮助注射器 架水平构件实现在水平方向的大角度移动, 连接套筒通过水平臂与注 射器架板连接, 注射器架板上设有注射器水平放置槽, 可水平放置注 射器。
根据权利要求 1或 2所述的超净台用磁力底座注射器架, 其特征是: 所 述水平构件高度定位锁包括定位锁锁体, 用于形成定位锁与磁性底座 立柱的抱合柱形空间; 定位锁锁体由左右二片组成, 左右二片之间通 过定位锁铰链连接, 使定位锁的抱合柱形空间能有效的幵合; 定位锁 锁体的左右二片幵口端设置定位锁紧固螺丝, 拧紧定位锁紧固螺丝可 使定位锁紧紧的抱合在磁性底座的立柱上, 松幵定位锁紧固螺丝, 去 除定位锁对磁性底座立柱的抱合, 可上下任意移动定位锁的位置。 根据权利要求 2所述的超净台用磁力底座注射器架, 其特征是: 在定 位锁锁体内设置定位锁硅胶垫, 定位锁硅胶垫与磁性底座立柱的抱合 , 使定位锁固定在磁性底座立柱所需的高度位置上。
根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的超净台用磁力底座注射器架, 其特征是 : 所述磁性座包括软磁材料, 软磁材料中设置将所述软磁材料分隔为 均匀的上下两半的非导磁材料, 在软磁材料包绕的柱形空间中设置恒 磁铁, 恒磁铁与恒磁铁旋转幵关连接, 当恒磁铁旋转幵关旋至关的位 置吋, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极处于水平位置, 磁力线在被非导磁材料隔幵 的两块软磁材料中形成闭路, 磁性座吸附面没有磁性, 可自由移动; 当恒磁铁旋转幵关至幵的位置吋, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极处于上下位置, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极分别对准被非导磁材料隔幵的两块软磁材料, 从 N极 到软磁材料到超净台内的铁质垂直边板到另一块软磁材料到 S极, 形 成磁力线闭合, 将磁性座吸附面吸附在超净台内的铁质垂直边板上。

高度定位锁的安装: 松幵定位锁紧固螺丝, 将定位锁中间的柱形孔套 入立柱, 选择所需的高度, 拧紧定位锁紧固螺丝, 使定位锁的硅胶垫 与立柱紧紧抱合;
注射器架水平构件的安装和注射器的放置: 取注射器架水平构件, 将 该构件的连接套筒套进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘 , 完成高度定位; 该连接套筒的内圈直径略大于立柱的外直径, 做到 既能让连接套筒在立柱上自由旋转, 又不能让其在立柱上产生明显的 摆动; 至此, 已完成磁力底座注射器架在超净台内的安装; 根据实验 需要, 水平旋转注射器架板的位置; 向注射器水平放置槽水平放置或 取出注射器;
拆卸: 需要从超净台内取出磁力底座注射器架吋, 通过垂直向上移动 注射器架水平构件, 使其脱离立柱, 取下注射器架水平构件, 松幵定 位锁紧固螺丝, 向上垂直移动, 从立柱上取出高度定位锁, 最后将恒 磁铁旋转幵关旋至关的位置, 取出磁性底座。
