[权利要求 1] 一种超净台用磁力底座收纳盘、 移液器架, 其特征是: 包括产生吸附 磁力的磁性座, 磁性座的侧面为将磁性底座吸附在超净台内铁质的垂 直边板上的磁性座吸附面, 磁性座底面与超净台内的底面接触, 磁性 座上表面固装立柱底盘, 立柱底盘上设置立柱; 在立柱上装上、 下二 个定位锁, 上、 下二个定位锁上方分别设置套装在立柱上、 可在立柱 上水平转动的收纳盘水平构件、 移液器架水平构件;
所述收纳盘水平构件包括收纳盘连接套筒, 收纳盘连接套筒用于将收 纳盘水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上, 并帮助收纳盘水平构件实现在 水平方向的大角度移动, 收纳盘连接套筒通过水平臂与收纳盘连接, 收纳盘上设有高于收纳物放置板板面 lcm的边框, 用于防止收纳物的 脱落; 所述收纳盘用于收纳根据实验需要在收纳盘中放入或取出的实 验用小器材;
所述移液器架水平构件包括移液器架连接套筒, 用于将移液器架水平 构件套在磁性底座的立柱上, 并帮助移液器架水平构件实现在水平方 向的大角度移动; 移液器架连接套筒移液器架水平臂与移液器架板连 接, 移液器架板上设有移液器下挂槽, 可向下垂直放置移液器; 所述收纳盘水平构件、 移液器架水平构件为热塑性弹性体材料, 由下 列重量份的成分组成:
相对密度为 1.38g/cm 3的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 120份
美国陶氏 8401聚烯烃弹性体 200份
聚丙烯 50份
增韧剂为 LLDPE 25份
硬脂酸锌 6份
硅酮母粒 8份
抗氧剂 1010 2份。

磁性底座的安装: 将恒磁铁旋转幵关旋至关的位置, 此吋, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极处于水平位置, 磁力线在被非导磁材料隔幵的两块软磁材料 中形成闭路, 磁性座吸附面没有磁性, 可自由移动; 将磁性底座放置 所需位置, 具体操作为: 将磁性座吸附面与超净台内铁质的垂直边板 接触, 磁性座底面与超净台内的底面接触; 将恒磁铁旋转幵关旋至幵 的位置, 此吋恒磁铁的 N和 S极处于上下位置, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极分别 对准被非导磁材料隔幵的两块软磁材料, 从 N极到软磁材料到超净台 内的铁质垂直边板到另一块软磁材料到 S极, 形成磁力线闭合, 可将 磁性座吸附面牢牢的吸附在超净台内的铁质垂直边板上;
收纳盘水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装收纳盘水平构件高度 定位锁; 具体步骤如下: 松幵定位锁紧固螺丝, 将定位锁中间的柱形 孔套入立柱, 选择所需的高度, 拧紧定位锁紧固螺丝, 使定位锁的硅 胶垫与立柱紧紧抱合; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取收纳盘水平构件, 将收纳盘连接套筒套进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘 , 完成收纳盘水平构件的安装和高度定位;
移液器架水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装移液器架水平构件 高度定位锁, 其安装方法与安装收纳盘水平构件高度定位锁的方法相 同; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取移液器架水平构件, 将移液器架连接 套筒套进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘, 完成移液器 架水平构件的安装和高度定位; 上述 2个水平构件安装的顺序, 可根据实验需要, 任意选择; 连接套 筒的内圈直径要略大于立柱的外直径, 做到既能让连接套筒在立柱上 自由旋转, 又不能让其在立柱上产生明显的摆动; 至此, 已完成磁力 底座收纳盘、 移液器架在超净台内的安装; 收纳物的放置: 根据实验需要, 水平旋转调整收纳盘的水平空间位置 , 其中, 收纳物放置板边框围绕圆形收纳物放置板, 并高于收纳物放 置板的板面 lcm, 用于防止收纳物的脱落; 根据实验需要在收纳物放 置板上放入或取出实验用小器材;
移液器的放置: 根据实验需要, 旋转调整移液器架板的水平位置; 向 移液器下挂槽垂直放置或取出移液器, 由于移液器根部呈向两侧伸展 , 所以其宽度要大于移液器的其他部分的直径; 所以宽度小的移液器 部分能插入移液器下挂槽中, 而宽度大的移液器根部却卡在移液器下 挂槽的上方, 实现了了移液器在移液器架上的垂直放置;
拆卸: 需要从超净台内取出磁力底座收纳盘、 移液器架吋, 按从上向 下的顺序, 先垂直向上从立柱移出并取下移液器架水平构件, 松幵定 位锁紧固螺丝, 垂直向上移动, 从立柱上取出移液器架高度定位锁; 取出收纳盘水平构件的方法与取出移液器架水平构件的方法相同, 取 出收纳盘高度定位锁的方法与取出移液器架高度定位锁的方法相同; 最后将恒磁铁旋转幵关旋至关的位置, 取出磁性底座即可。
