收纳盘水平构件的安装: 取收纳盘水平构件, 将该构件的连接套筒套 进立柱, 收纳盘连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘, 完成高度定 位; 该连接套筒的内圈直径要略大于立柱的外直径, 做到既能让连接 套筒在立柱上自由旋转, 又不能让其在立柱上产生明显的摆动; 至此 , 已完成磁力底座收纳盘在超净台内的安装; 为保险起见, 可幵紫外 灯二次灭菌, 二次灭菌完成后, 关紫外灯;
收纳物的放置: 水平旋转调整收纳盘的水平空间位置, 其中, 收纳物 放置板边框围绕圆形收纳物放置板, 并高于收纳物放置板的板面用于 防止收纳物的脱落; 根据实验需要在收纳盘中放入或取出实验用小器 材;
拆卸: 需要从超净台内取出磁力底座收纳盘吋, 可通过垂直向上移动 收纳盘水平构件, 使其脱离立柱, 取下收纳盘水平构件, 松幵定位锁 紧固螺丝, 向上垂直移动, 从立柱上取出高度定位锁, 最后将恒磁铁 旋转幵关旋至关的位置, 取出磁性底座即可。
