[权利要求 1] 一种超净台用磁力底座收纳盘、 吸管架, 其特征是: 包括产生吸附磁 力的磁性座, 磁性座的侧面为将磁性底座吸附在超净台内铁质的垂直 边板上的磁性座吸附面, 磁性座底面与超净台内的底面接触, 磁性座 上表面固装立柱底盘, 立柱底盘上设置立柱; 在立柱上装上、 下二个 定位锁, 上、 下二个定位锁上方分别设置套装在立柱上、 可在立柱上 水平转动的收纳盘水平构件、 吸管架水平构件; 所述收纳盘水平构件包括收纳盘连接套筒, 收纳盘连接套筒用于将收 纳盘水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上, 并帮助收纳盘水平构件实现在 水平方向的大角度移动, 收纳盘连接套筒通过水平臂与收纳盘连接, 收纳盘上设有高于收纳物放置板板面 lcm的边框, 用于防止收纳物的 脱落; 所述收纳盘用于收纳根据实验需要在收纳盘中放入或取出的实 验用小器材;
所述吸管架水平构件包括包括吸管架连接套筒, 吸管架连接套筒用于 将试管架水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上, 并帮助吸管架水平构件实 现在水平方向的大角度移动, 吸管架连接套筒通过水平臂与吸管架板 连接, 吸管架板上设有吸管下挂槽, 可向下垂直放置吸管; 在吸管架 板的边缘设置防滑脱挡板, 防滑脱挡板高出吸管架板 2-3mm, 用于防 止吸管从吸管下挂槽滑脱;
所述水平构件、 试管架水平构件为热塑性弹性体材料, 由下列重量份 的成分组成:
聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯 120份
美国陶氏 8401聚烯烃弹性体 200份
聚丙烯 50份
玻璃纤维 50份
硬脂酸锌 6份
硅酮母粒 8份
抗氧剂 1010 2份 抗紫外剂 3份;
聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯密度为 1.31-1.35g/cm 3,粘度为 0.9-l. ldl/g, 熔融 温度 220-230°C, 端羧基含量≤20 meq/kg。

预处理: 用消毒液对磁力底座收纳盘、 吸管架各组成部分进行擦拭灭 菌, 确保安装在超净台内的磁力底座收纳盘、 吸管架不会影响超净台 内的无菌环境; 如频繁使用, 可将其长期放置在超净台中, 可免除用 消毒液的擦拭灭菌;

收纳盘水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装收纳盘水平构件高度 定位锁; 具体步骤如下: 松幵定位锁紧固螺丝, 将定位锁中间的柱形 孔套入立柱, 选择所需的高度, 拧紧定位锁紧固螺丝, 使定位锁的硅 胶垫与立柱紧紧抱合; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取收纳盘水平构件, 将收纳盘连接套筒套进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘 , 完成收纳盘水平构件的安装和高度定位;
吸管架水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装吸管架水平构件高度 定位锁, 其安装方法与安装收纳盘水平构件高度定位锁的方法相同; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取吸管架水平构件, 将吸管架连接套筒套进 立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘, 完成吸管架水平构件 的安装和高度定位;
上述 2个水平构件安装的顺序, 可根据实验需要, 任意选择; 连接套 筒的内圈直径要略大于立柱的外直径, 做到既能让连接套筒在立柱上 自由旋转, 又不能让其在立柱上产生明显的摆动; 至此, 已完成磁力 底座收纳盘、 吸管架在超净台内的安装; 为保险起见, 可幵紫外灯二 次灭菌; 二次灭菌完成后, 关紫外灯;
收纳物的放置: 根据实验需要, 水平旋转调整收纳盘的水平空间位置
; 根据实验需要在收纳物放置板上放入或取出实验用小器材; 吸管的放置: 根据实验需要, 旋转调整吸管架板的水平位置; 向吸管 下挂槽垂直放置或取出吸管, 由于玻璃吸管根部会套上乳胶吸头; 一 次性塑料吸管根部会做成膨大的吸头部分, 他们的直径要大于吸管管 体的直径, 所以直径小的管体插入吸管下挂槽中, 而直径大的吸头部 分却卡在吸管下挂槽的上方, 保证了吸管在试管架上的垂直放置, 吸 管下挂槽的边缘有高于吸管架板的防滑脱挡板, 可防止放置在吸管下 挂槽中吸管的滑脱; 拆卸: 需要从超净台内取出磁力底座收纳盘、 吸管架吋, 按从上向下 的顺序, 先垂直向上从立柱移出并取下吸管架水平构件, 松幵定位锁 紧固螺丝, 垂直向上移动, 从立柱上取出吸管架高度定位锁; 取出收 纳盘水平构件的操作与取出吸管架水平构件的方法相同; 最后将恒磁 铁旋转幵关旋至关的位置, 取出磁性底座即可。
