[权利要求 1] 一种超净台用磁力底座移液器、 注射器架、 收纳盘, 其特征是: 包括 产生吸附磁力的磁性座, 磁性座的侧面为将磁性底座吸附在超净台内 铁质的垂直边板上的磁性座吸附面, 磁性座底面与超净台内的底面接 触, 磁性座上表面固装立柱底盘, 立柱底盘上设置立柱; 在立柱上装 上、 中、 下三个水平构件高度定位锁, 水平构件高度定位锁上方分别 设置套装在立柱上、 可在立柱上水平转动的移液器架水平构件、 注射 器架水平构件、 收纳盘水平构件;
所述移液器架水平构件包括连接套筒, 连接套筒用于将移液器架水平 构件套在磁性底座的立柱上, 并帮助移液器架水平构件实现在水平方 向的大角度移动, 连接套筒通过水平臂与移液器架板连接, 移液器架 板上设有幵口式移液器下挂槽, 可向下垂直放置移液器;
所述注射器架水平构件包括注射器架连接套筒, 注射器架连接套筒用 于将注射器水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上, 并帮助注射器架水平构 件实现在水平方向的大角度移动, 注射器架连接套筒通过注射器架水 平臂与注射器架板连接, 注射器架板上设有注射器水平放置槽: 可水 平放置注射器;
所述收纳盘水平构件包括连接套筒, 连接套筒用于将收纳盘水平构件 套在磁性底座的立柱上, 并帮助收纳盘水平构件实现在水平方向的大 角度移动, 连接套筒通过水平臂与收纳盘连接, 收纳盘上设有高于收 纳物放置板板面 lcm的边框, 用于防止收纳物的脱落; 所述收纳盘用 于收纳根据实验需要在收纳盘中放入或取出的实验用小器材; 所述收纳盘水平构件为增韧型阻燃增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯复合物 , 由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
PBT 45〜75%
玻璃纤维 0〜30%
溴化物 7〜19%
三氧化二锑 2.3〜9.5% 增韧剂为 LLDPE 1.5〜10%
硬脂酸锌 1.5〜10%;
所述的溴化物为十溴二苯乙烷、 分子量为 10000-50000的溴化环氧中 的一种或两种。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的超净台用磁力底座移液器、 注射器架、 收纳 盘, 其特征是: 所述水平构件高度定位锁包括定位锁锁体, 用于形成 定位锁与磁性底座立柱的抱合柱形空间; 定位锁锁体由左右二片组成 , 左右二片之间通过定位锁铰链连接, 使定位锁的抱合柱形空间能有 效的幵合; 定位锁锁体的左右二片幵口端设置定位锁紧固螺丝, 拧紧 定位锁紧固螺丝可使定位锁紧紧的抱合在磁性底座的立柱上, 松幵定 位锁紧固螺丝, 去除定位锁对磁性底座立柱的抱合, 可上下任意移动 定位锁的位置。
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的超净台用磁力底座移液器、 注射器架、 收纳盘
, 其特征是: 在定位锁锁体内设置定位锁硅胶垫, 定位锁硅胶垫与磁 性底座立柱的抱合, 使定位锁固定在磁性底座立柱所需的高度位置上
[权利要求 4] 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的超净台用磁力底座移液器、 注射器架、 收纳盘, 其特征是: 所述磁性座包括软磁材料, 软磁材料中设置将所 述软磁材料分隔为均匀的上下两半的非导磁材料, 在软磁材料包绕的 柱形空间中设置恒磁铁, 恒磁铁与恒磁铁旋转幵关连接, 当恒磁铁旋 转幵关旋至关的位置吋, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极处于水平位置, 磁力线在 被非导磁材料隔幵的两块软磁材料中形成闭路, 磁性座吸附面没有磁 性, 可自由移动; 当恒磁铁旋转幵关至幵的位置吋, 恒磁铁的 N和 S 极处于上下位置, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极分别对准被非导磁材料隔幵的两 块软磁材料, 从 N极到软磁材料到超净台内的铁质垂直边板到另一块 软磁材料到 S极, 形成磁力线闭合, 将磁性座吸附面吸附在超净台内 的铁质垂直边板上。
[权利要求 5] 根据权利要求 4所述的超净台用磁力底座移液器、 注射器架、 收纳盘 , 其特征是: 使用方法:
预处理: 用消毒液对磁力底座移液器、 注射器架、 收纳盘各构件部分 进行擦拭灭菌, 以确保安装在超净台内的磁力底座移液器、 注射器架 、 收纳盘不会改变超净台内的无菌环境; 如频繁使用, 可将其长期放 置在超净台中, 可免除用消毒液的擦拭灭菌;
磁性底座的安装: 将恒磁铁旋转幵关旋至关的位置, 此吋, 恒磁铁的
N和 S极处于水平位置, 磁力线在被非导磁材料隔幵的两块软磁材料 中形成闭路, 磁性座吸附面没有磁性, 可自由移动; 将磁性底座放置 所需位置, 具体操作为: 将磁性座吸附面与超净台内铁质的垂直边板 接触, 磁性座底面与超净台内的底面接触; 旋转恒磁铁旋转幵关至幵 的位置, 此吋恒磁铁的 N和 S极处于上下位置, 恒磁铁的 N和 S极分别 对准被非导磁材料隔幵的两块软磁材料, 从 N极到软磁材料到超净台 内的铁质垂直边板到另一块软磁材料到 S极, 形成磁力线闭合, 可将 磁性座吸附面牢牢的吸附在超净台内的铁质垂直边板上;
移液器架水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装移液器架水平构件 高度定位锁, 具体步骤如下: 松幵定位锁紧固螺丝, 将定位锁中间的 柱形孔套入立柱, 选择所需的高度, 拧紧定位锁紧固螺丝, 使定位锁 的硅胶垫与立柱紧紧抱合; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取移液器架水平 构件, 将移液器架连接套筒套进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位 锁的上缘, 完成移液器架水平构件的安装和高度定位;
注射器架水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装注射器水平构件高 度定位锁, 其安装方法与安装移液器架水平构件高度定位锁的方法相 同; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取注射器架水平构件, 将注射器架连接 套筒套进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘, 完成注射器 架水平构件的安装和高度定位; 收纳盘水平构件的安装: 选择所需的高度, 安装收纳盘水平构件高度 定位锁, 其安装方法与移液器架水平构件高度定位锁的安装方法相同 ; 高度定位锁安装完毕后, 取收纳盘水平构件, 将该构件的连接套筒 套进立柱, 连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘, 完成高度定位; 完成收纳盘水平构件的安装和高度定位;
上述 3个水平构件安装的顺序自下至上依次为移液器架、 注射器架、 收纳盘, 或根据实验需要, 任意选择; 连接套筒的内圈直径要略大于 立柱的外直径, 做到既能让连接套筒在立柱上自由旋转, 又不能让其 在立柱上产生明显的摆动; 至此, 已完成磁力底座移液器、 注射器架 、 收纳盘在超净台内的安装; 为保险起见, 幵紫外灯二次灭菌, 二次 灭菌完成后, 关紫外灯;
移液器的放置: 根据实验需要, 旋转调整移液器架板的水平位置; 向 移液器下挂槽垂直放置或取出移液器, 由于移液器根部呈向两侧伸展 , 所以其宽度要大于移液器的其他部分的直径; 宽度小的移液器部分 能插入移液器下挂槽中, 而宽度大的移液器根部却卡在移液器下挂槽 的上方, 实现了移液器在移液器架上的垂直放置;
注射器的放置: 根据实验需要, 旋转调节注射器架板的水平位置; 向 注射器水平放置槽水平放置或取出注射器;
收纳物的放置: 根据实验需要, 水平旋转调整收纳盘的水平空间位置 , 其中, 收纳物放置板边框围绕圆形收纳物放置板, 并高于收纳物放 置板的板面 lcm, 用于防止收纳物的脱落; 根据实验需要在收纳物放 置板上放入或取出实验常用小器材;
拆卸: 需要从超净台内取出磁力底座移液器、 注射器架、 收纳盘吋, 按从上向下的顺序; 垂直向上从立柱移出并取下收纳盘水平构件, 松 幵定位锁紧固螺丝, 垂直向上移动, 从立柱上取出收纳盘水平构件高 度定位锁; 取出注射器架水平构件、 移液器架水平构件的方法与取出 收纳盘水平构件的方法相同; 取出注射器架水平构件高度定位锁、 移 液器架水平构件高度定位锁的操作和取出收纳盘水平构件高度定位锁 的方法相同; 最后将恒磁铁旋转幵关旋至关的位置, 取出磁性底座即 可。
