所述水平构件高度定位锁包括定位锁锁体,用于形成定位锁与磁性底座立柱的抱合柱形空间;定位锁锁体由左右二片组成,左右二片之间通过定位锁铰链连接,使定位锁的抱合柱形空间能有效的开合;定位锁锁体的左右二片开口端设置定位锁紧固螺丝,拧紧定位锁紧固螺丝可使定位锁紧紧的抱合在磁性底座的立柱上,松开定位锁紧固螺丝,去除定位锁对磁性底座立柱的抱合,可上下任意移动定位锁的位置。
在定位锁锁体内设置定位锁硅胶垫,定位锁硅胶垫与磁性底座立柱的抱合,使定位锁固定在磁性底座立柱所需的高度位置上。
所述磁性座包括软磁材料,软磁材料中设置将所述软磁材料分隔为均匀的上下两半的非导磁材料,在软磁材料包绕的柱形空间中设置恒磁铁,恒磁铁与恒磁铁旋转开关连接,当恒磁铁旋转开关旋至关的位置时,恒磁铁的N和S极处于水平位置,磁力线在被非导磁材料隔开的两块软磁材料中形成闭路,磁性座吸附面没有磁性,可自由移动;当恒磁铁旋转开关至开的位置时,恒磁铁的N和S极处于上下位置,恒磁铁的N和S极分别对准被非导磁材料隔开的两块软磁材料,从N极到软磁材料到超净台内的铁质垂直边板到另一块软磁材料到S极,形成磁力线闭合,将磁性座吸附面吸附在超净台内的铁质垂直边板上。
使用方法:
预处理:用消毒液对磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架各构件部分进行擦拭灭菌,以确保安装在超净台内的磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架不会改变超净台内的无菌环境;如频繁使用,将其长期放置在超净台中,可免除用消毒液的擦拭灭菌;
磁性底座的安装:将恒磁铁旋转开关(5)旋至关的位置;此时,恒磁铁(8)的N和S极处于水平位置,磁力线在被非导磁材料(9)隔开的两块软磁材料(10)中形成闭路,磁性座吸附面(4)没有磁性,可自由移动;将磁性底座(1-7)放置所需位置,具体操作为:将磁性座吸附面(4)与超净台内铁质的垂直边板接触,磁性座底面(7)与超净台内的底面接触;旋转恒磁铁旋转开关至开的位置,此时恒磁铁的N和S极处于上下位置,恒磁铁的N和S极分别对准被非导磁材料隔开的两块软磁材料,从N极到软磁材料到超净台内的铁质垂直边板到另一块软磁材料到S极,形成磁力线闭合,将磁性座吸附面牢牢的吸附在超净台内的铁质垂直边板上;
收纳盘架水平构件的安装:选择所需的高度,安装收纳盘架水平构件高度定位锁(11-14);具体步骤如下:松开定位锁紧固螺丝(12),将定位锁中间的柱形孔套入立柱(1),选择所需的高度,拧紧定位锁紧固螺丝,使定位锁的硅胶垫(11)与立柱紧紧抱合;高度定位锁安装完毕后,取收纳盘架水平构件(15-18),将收纳盘架连接套筒(18)套进立柱,连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘,完成收纳盘架水平构件的安装和高度定位;
吸管架水平构件的安装:选择所需的高度,安装吸管架水平构件高度定位锁,其安装方法与安装收纳盘架水平构件高度定位锁的方法相同;高度定位锁安装完毕后,取吸管架水平构件(19-23),将吸管架连接套筒(23)套进立柱,连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘,完成吸管架水平构件的安装和高度定位;
移液器架水平构件的安装:选择所需的高度,安装移液器架水平构件高度定位锁,其安装方法与安装收纳盘架水平构件高度定位锁的方法相同;高度定位锁安装完毕后,取移液器架水平构件(24-27),将移液器架连接套筒(27)套进立柱,连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘,完成移液器架水平构件的安装和高度定位;
注射器架水平构件的安装:选择所需的高度,安装注射器水平构件高度定位锁,其安装方法与安装收纳盘架水平构件高度定位锁的方法相同;高度定位锁安装完毕后,取注射器架水平构件(28-31),将注射器架连接套筒(31)套进立柱,连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘,完成注射器架水平构件的安装和高度定位;
上述4个水平构件安装的顺序,可根据实验需要,任意选择;连接套筒的内圈直径略大于立柱的外直径,做到既能让连接套筒在立柱上自由旋转,又不能让其在立柱上产生明显的摆动;至此,完成磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架在超净台内的安装;为保险起见,开紫外灯二次灭菌,二次灭菌完成后,关紫外灯;
收纳物的放置:根据实验需要,水平旋转调整收纳盘的水平空间位置,其中,收纳物放置板边框(16)围绕圆形收纳物放置板(17),并高于收纳物放置板的板面1cm,用于防止收纳物的脱落;根据实验需要在收纳物放置板上放入或取出包括滴管吸头、吸管吸头、酒精棉球、培养瓶盖、打火机、眼科镊的实验常用小器材;
吸管的放置:根据实验需要,旋转调整吸管架板(20)的水平位置;向吸管下挂槽(21)垂直放置或取出吸管,由于玻璃吸管根部会套上乳胶吸头;一次性塑料吸管根部会做成膨大的吸头部分,他们的直径要大于吸管管体的直径;直径小的管体插入吸管下挂槽中,而直径大的吸头部分却卡在吸管下挂槽的上方,保证了吸管在吸管架上的垂直放置,吸管下挂槽的边缘有高于吸管架板的防滑脱挡板(22),防止放置在吸管下挂槽中吸管的滑脱;
移液器的放置:根据实验需要,旋转调整移液器架板(25)的水平位置;向移液器下挂槽(26)垂直放置或取出移液器,由于移液器根部呈向两侧伸展,所以其宽度要大于移液器的其他部分的直径;宽度小的移液器部分能插入移液器下挂槽中,而宽度大的移液器根部却卡在移液器下挂槽的上方,实现了移液器在移液器架上的垂直放置;
注射器的放置:根据实验需要,旋转调节注射器架板(29)的水平位置;向注射器水平放置槽(30)水平放置或取出注射器;
拆卸:需要从超净台内取出磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架时,按从上向下的顺序,先垂直向上从立柱移出并取下注射器架水平构件,松开定位锁紧固螺丝,垂直向上移动,从立柱上取出注射器架高度定位锁;取出移液器、吸管和收纳盘架水平构件的方法与取下注射器架水平构件的方法相同;取出移液器、吸管和收纳盘架高度定位锁的操作与取出注射器架高度定位锁的方法相同;最后将恒磁铁旋转开关旋至关的位置,取出磁性底座即可。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种超净台用磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架,其特征是:所述超净台包括产生吸附磁力的磁性座,磁性座的侧面为将磁性底座吸附在超净台内铁质的垂直边板上的磁性座吸附面,磁性座底面与超净台内的底面接触,磁性座上表面固装立柱底盘,立柱底盘上设置立柱;在立柱上装四个水平构件高度定位锁,四个水平构件高度定位锁上方分别设置套装在立柱上、可在立柱上水平转动的收纳盘水平构件、吸管架水平构件、移液器架水平构件、注射器架水平构件;
    所述收纳盘水平构件包括连接套筒,连接套筒用于将收纳盘水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上,并帮助收纳盘水平构件实现在水平方向的大角度移动,连接套筒通过水平臂与收纳盘连接,收纳盘上设有高于收纳物放置板板面1cm的边框,用于防止收纳物的脱落;所述收纳盘用于收纳根据实验需要在收纳盘中放入或取出的实验用小器材;
    所述吸管架水平构件包括吸管架连接套筒,吸管架连接套筒通过水平臂与吸管架板连接,吸管架连接套筒用于将试管架水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上,并帮助吸管架水平构件实现在水平方向的大角度移动,吸管架板上设有吸管下挂槽,可向下垂直放置吸管;在吸管架板的边缘设置防滑脱挡板,防滑脱挡板高出吸管架板2-3mm,用于防止吸管从吸管下挂槽滑脱;
    所述移液器架水平构件包括移液器连接套筒,移液器连接套筒用于将移液器架水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上,并帮助移液器架水平构件实现在水平方向的大角度移动,移液器连接套筒通过移液器水平臂与移液器架板连接,移液器架板上设有开口式移液器下挂槽,可向下垂直放置移液器;
    所述注射器架水平构件包括注射器架连接套筒,注射器架连接套筒用于将注射器架水平构件套在磁性底座的立柱上,并帮助注射器架水平构件实现在水平方向的大角度移动,注射器架连接套筒通过注射器架水平臂与注射器架板连接,注射器架板上设有注射器水平放置槽,可水平放置注射器;
    所述收纳盘水平构件为增韧型阻燃增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯复合物,由下列重量百分比的成分组成:
    PBT              45~75%
    玻璃纤维          0~30%
    溴化物            7~19%
    三氧化二锑        2.3~9.5%
    增韧剂为LLDPE    1.5~10%
    硬脂酸锌         1.5~10%
    壳聚糖            1-3%;
    所述的溴化物为十溴二苯乙烷、分子量为10000-50000的溴化环氧中的一种或两种。
  2. 根据权利要求1或2所述的超净台用磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架,其特征是:所述水平构件高度定位锁包括定位锁锁体,用于形成定位锁与磁性底座立柱的抱合柱形空间;定位锁锁体由左右二片组成,左右二片之间通过定位锁铰链连接,使定位锁的抱合柱形空间能有效的开合;定位锁锁体的左右二片开口端设置定位锁紧固螺丝,拧紧定位锁紧固螺丝可使定位锁紧紧的抱合在磁性底座的立柱上,松开定位锁紧固螺丝,去除定位锁对磁性底座立柱的抱合,可上下任意移动定位锁的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的超净台用磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架,其特征是:在定位锁锁体内设置定位锁硅胶垫,定位锁硅胶垫与磁性底座立柱的抱合,使定位锁固定在磁性底座立柱所需的高度位置上。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的超净台用磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架,其特征是:所述磁性座包括软磁材料,软磁材料中设置将所述软磁材料分隔为均匀的上下两半的非导磁材料,在软磁材料包绕的柱形空间中设置恒磁铁,恒磁铁与恒磁铁旋转开关连接,当恒磁铁旋转开关旋至关的位置时,恒磁铁的N和S极处于水平位置,磁力线在被非导磁材料隔开的两块软磁材料中形成闭路,磁性座吸附面没有磁性,可自由移动;当恒磁铁旋转开关至开的位置时,恒磁铁的N和S极处于上下位置,恒磁铁的N和S极分别对准被非导磁材料隔开的两块软磁材料,从N极到软磁材料到超净台内的铁质垂直边板到另一块软磁材料到S极,形成磁力线闭合,将磁性座吸附面吸附在超净台内的铁质垂直边板上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的超净台用磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架,其特征是:使用方法:
    预处理:用消毒液对磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架各构件部分进行擦拭灭菌,以确保安装在超净台内的磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架不会改变超净台内的无菌环境;如频繁使用,将其长期放置在超净台中,可免除用消毒液的擦拭灭菌;

    移液器架水平构件的安装:选择所需的高度,安装移液器架水平构件高度定位锁,其安装方法与安装收纳盘架水平构件高度定位锁的方法相同;高度定位锁安装完毕后,取移液器架水平构件(24-27),将移液器架连接套筒(27)套进立柱,连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘,完成移液器架水平构件的安装和高度定位;
    注射器架水平构件的安装:选择所需的高度,安装注射器水平构件高度定位锁,其安装方法与安装收纳盘架水平构件高度定位锁的方法相同;高度定位锁安装完毕后,取注射器架水平构件(28-31),将注射器架连接套筒(31)套进立柱,连接套筒的下缘位于高度定位锁的上缘,完成注射器架水平构件的安装和高度定位;
    上述4个水平构件安装的顺序,可根据实验需要,任意选择;连接套筒的内圈直径略大于立柱的外直径,做到既能让连接套筒在立柱上自由旋转,又不能让其在立柱上产生明显的摆动;至此,完成磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架在超净台内的安装;为保险起见,开紫外灯二次灭菌,二次灭菌完成后,关紫外灯;

    拆卸:需要从超净台内取出磁力底座收纳盘、吸管、移液器、注射器架时,按从上向下的顺序,先垂直向上从立柱移出并取下注射器架水平构件,松开定位锁紧固螺丝,垂直向上移动,从立柱上取出注射器架高度定位锁;取出移液器、吸管和收纳盘架水平构件的方法与取下注射器架水平构件的方法相同;取出移液器、吸管和收纳盘架高度定位锁的操作与取出注射器架高度定位锁的方法相同;最后将恒磁铁旋转开关旋至关的位置,取出磁性底座即可。
