具体实施方式
本申请的核心是提供一种快速自动注射装置,该快速自动注射装置有效地解决了药液注射针使用不方便等问题。
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
请参考图1至图5,图1为本申请中一种具体实施方式所提供的快速自动注射装置的结构示意图;图2为图1中A-A的剖视图;图3为图2中B的局部放大图;图4为图2中C的局部放大图;图5为图1中各部件的爆炸图。
在一种具体实施方式中,本申请所提供的快速自动注射装置,包括后壳5、前壳6、套筒3、支架1、推杆2以及触发件4,前壳6与后壳5连接,是快速自动注射装置的外壳,固定内部零件。套筒3套装于后壳5内,后壳5限制套筒3轴向位置移动。支架1套装于前壳6内,且抵接于套筒3前端面,能够传递轴向力。需要说明的是,这里及以下所说的前指的是靠近注射位置的一侧,后指的是远离注射部位的一侧。卡式瓶和注射针安装于支架1内,支架1限制卡式瓶径向运动;优选地,卡式瓶和注射针分离,避免药液泄露及污染。套筒3与支架1卡扣连接,固定卡式瓶;套筒3与推杆2一同定位驱动弹簧7,使驱动弹簧7在未释放前处于压缩状态。
推杆2安装于套筒3内,且能够推动卡式瓶向前移动。触发件4套装于前壳6与支架1之间,且能够轴向移动,触发件4按压在注射部位,施加一定力度,触发件4向后移动设定距离,驱动推杆2向后移动。推杆2的后端具有能够向内收缩的卡扣,套筒3的后端具有环形槽,后壳5的后端面具有槽孔,槽孔的内径小于卡扣的外径,用于使卡扣收缩。环形槽的卡块能够卡于卡扣内,推杆2向后移动设定距离到达槽孔后,槽孔使卡扣收缩,后端的卡扣与卡块脱离,卡扣收缩。推杆2的外周套装有驱动弹簧7,驱动弹簧7初始状态处于压缩状态,驱动弹簧7的前端顶于推杆2的中间台阶环上,且后端顶于卡块上。当卡扣的外径小于环形槽内径时,驱动弹簧7释放,以驱动推杆2向前移动,进而推动卡式瓶向前移动,开始进针给药,完成药液注射。
本申请所提供的快速自动注射装置,为一次性急救笔,将含药卡式瓶和一次性使用无菌双刃注射针头裝入快速自动注射装置中,利用卡扣锁定、触发弹簧技术,以卡扣形式将驱动弹簧7锁在套筒3内,通过触发卡扣释放弹簧力,驱动推杆2运动,通过若干联接件完成进针和注药。使用时将触发件4按压到注射部位施加一定压力,即可自动完成进针和注药,当出现紧急事故,过敏性休克或急性病发作等,在抢救车来之前普通人可以完成注射药液,能减少患者的死亡率和痛苦程度,单人即可操作,操作简单,使用方便、可随身携带,安全可靠;注射前,针头隐藏,减少病人恐惧感;注射过程实现快进针慢注射,简单便捷。
上述快速自动注射装置仅是一种优选方案,具体并不局限于此,在此基础上可根据实际需要做出具有针对性的调整,从而得到不同的实施方式,触发件4的后端具有卡勾,卡勾能够向内收缩,触发件4的外周套装有回调弹簧8,回调弹簧8初始状态处于压缩状态。回调弹簧8的前端顶于触发件4的中间突出环上,且后端顶于卡环12上,卡环12固定于前壳6的后端面上,卡勾位置不动,卡环12上能够卡于卡勾内,触发前,卡环12将回调弹簧8固定在触发件4后端,触发件4限位回调弹簧8和卡环12。按动触发件4后,触发件4向后移动,触发件4后端卡勾位置通过后壳5时,因外径大,卡勾向内缩,当去掉施于接触件上的力,卡勾外径小于卡环12 内径时,回调弹簧8释放,将触发件4向前推进,此时,注射针回缩、隐回。整个注射过程均为隐针操作,注射结束后针头自动缩回,有效防止了误刺伤,并减小了使用人员恐惧感和心理压力。
在上述具体实施方式的基础上,本领域技术人员可以根据具体场合的不同,对快速自动注射装置进行若干改变,支架1的后端面具有台阶面,触发件4的卡勾与台阶面之间有间隙,触发件4触发后,卡勾的后端面能够顶于台阶面上,支架1向前运动靠触发件4前端内表面顶住支架1前端面移动,易于传递驱动力,结构简单,较为紧凑。
显然,在这种思想的指导下,本领域的技术人员可以根据具体场合的不同对上述具体实施方式进行若干改变,还包括保护帽10,保护帽10安装于后壳5处,用于封装槽孔的,保护帽10的芯部插于卡扣内的限位槽内,未使用前,保护帽10扣在外壳体上,芯部插在推杆2槽孔内,保证在未取下保护帽10前,推杆2卡扣无法缩回,从而无法释放驱动弹簧7动作。保护帽10可以防止误操作,注射时需取下保护帽10,方可按压触发件4操作,较为安全。
需要特别指出的是,本申请所提供的快速自动注射装置不应被限制于此种情形,还包括缓冲垫11,缓冲垫11安装于前壳6的前端和支架1前端处,驱动弹簧7释放后,注射针、卡式瓶等向前冲时起到缓冲作用,防止强烈碰撞导致药瓶破碎。
本申请所提供的快速自动注射装置,在其它部件不改变的情况下,还包括密封圈9,密封圈9安装于后壳5和前壳6之间,用于将注射针密封在快速自动注射装置内部,防止针头污染,保证无菌,较为安全、卫生。
对于上述各个实施例中的快速自动注射装置,后壳5和前壳6通过螺纹连接,易于连接,螺纹加工简单,可拆卸连接,方便拆卸,使用方便。后壳5和前壳6还可以通过卡扣连接,结构简单,一次性使用,防止拆卸。
为了进一步优化上述技术方案,卡式瓶为透明瓶,前壳6和支架1上开设有用于查看卡式瓶内药液是否注射完的可视窗,通过可视窗观察药液是否注射完毕,使用更加方便。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,术语前、后等指示的方位或位置 关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种快速自动注射装置,其特征在于,包括后壳(5)、与所述后壳(5)连接的前壳(6)、套装于所述后壳(5)内的套筒(3)、套装于所述前壳(6)内且抵接于所述套筒(3)前端面的支架(1)、安装于所述支架(1)内的卡式瓶和注射针、安装于所述套筒(3)内且能够推动所述卡式瓶向前移动的推杆(2),以及套装于所述前壳(6)与所述支架(1)之间且能够向后移动设定距离以驱动所述推杆(2)向后移动的触发件(4),
    所述推杆(2)的后端具有能够向内收缩的卡扣,所述套筒(3)的环形槽的卡块能够卡于所述卡扣内,所述后壳(5)的后端面具有内径小于所述卡扣外径用于使所述卡扣收缩的槽孔,所述推杆(2)的外周套装有初始状态处于压缩状态的驱动弹簧(7),所述驱动弹簧(7)的前端顶于所述推杆(2)的中间台阶环上且后端顶于所述卡块上,当所述卡扣的外径小于所述环形槽内径时所述驱动弹簧(7)释放以驱动所述推杆(2)向前移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的快速自动注射装置,其特征在于,所述触发件(4)的后端具有能够向内收缩的卡勾,所述触发件(4)的外周套装有回调弹簧(8),所述回调弹簧(8)的前端顶于所述触发件(4)的中间突出环上且后端顶于卡环(12)上,所述卡环(12)固定于所述前壳(6)的后端面上,所述卡环(12)上能够卡于所述卡勾内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的快速自动注射装置,其特征在于,所述支架(1)的后端面具有台阶面,所述触发件(4)的卡勾与所述台阶面之间有间隙,所述触发件(4)触发后,所述卡勾的后端面能够顶于所述台阶面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的快速自动注射装置,其特征在于,还包括安装于所述后壳(5)处用于封装所述槽孔的保护帽(10),所述保护帽(10)的芯部插于所述卡扣内的限位槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的快速自动注射装置,其特征在于,还包括安装于所述前壳(6)的前端处的缓冲垫(11)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的快速自动注射装置,其特征在于,还包括安装于所述后壳(5)和前壳(6)之间用于将所述注射针密封在所述快速自动注射装置内部的密封圈(9)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的快速自动注射装置,其特征在于,所述后壳(5)和所述前壳(6)通过螺纹连接或者通过卡扣连接。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的快速自动注射装置,其特征在于,所述卡式瓶为透明瓶,所述前壳(6)和支架(1)上开设有用于查看所述卡式瓶内药液是否注射完的可视窗。
