本申请实施例使得软件开发项目的各个工程师能够根据任务栏所对应的属性对象图标,直观地查看到每一任务的实施人员,因而无须再进行繁琐低效的重复沟通工作;在任一实施成员完成其负责的任务时,通过在任务栏中将该实施成员的属性对象图标的色彩进行更换,保证了基于项目视图中各属性对象图标的色彩,能够实时了解到各个实施成员的任务完成状况,由此能够明确整个软件开发项目的执行进度,加快了各个实施成员之间任务的交接及流转,因而提高了项目进度的管理效率,缩短了软件开发的周期。

本发明的实施方式
为了说明本申请所述的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来进行说明。
实施例一
图1示出了本申请实施例提供的项目进度管理方法的实现流程,该方法流程包括步骤S101至S104。各步骤的具体实现原理如下。
S101:根据接收到的项目创建指令,创建项目视图,所述项目视图中包含有依序排列的多个显示区域,每一所述显示区域分别表示项目的一个开发阶段。
在终端设备的应用程序客户端中,展示有各项功能按键。当检测到项目创建按键被选取时,可接收到用户发出的项目创建指令。该用户例如可以是项目的负责人或项目管理员。基于项目创建指令,创建与一个工程项目相关的项目视图。工程项目包括但不限于软件开发项目、建筑工程项目以及科研生产项目等。项目视图用于为工程项目中各实施阶段的执行进度生成一个可视化的参考页面。
本申请实施例中,以软件开发项目为例进行技术方案的具体阐述。值得注意的是,本申请实施例还适用于软件开发项目之外的其他工程项目。
在一个软件开发项目启动之前,根据整个软件开发项目的执行流程,已制订有多个开发阶段。例如产品需求调研阶段、UI设计阶段、前端开发阶段、后台开发阶段以及软件测试阶段等。本申请实施例中,在创建了项目视图后,根据项目管理员在项目视图中所输入的开发阶段数量,生成与开发阶段数量相同的多个显示区域。
优选地,基于项目管理员所输入的开发阶段的名称,将每一开发阶段的名称分别显示于与其对应的显示区域中的预设位置,以使基于显示区域中所显示的名称,能够直观地查看到该显示区域对应于哪一开发阶段。
项目视图中,按照各个开发阶段的执行顺序,对各个显示区域进行排列。当检测到基于任一显示区域的拖动指令时,可对该显示区域的排列顺序进行调整,以在软件开发的过程中,项目负责人可以灵活调度以及调整各开发阶段的执行顺序。
S102:在所述显示区域中生成多个任务栏,每一所述任务栏分别表示所述显示区域对应的开发阶段中的一项任务。
每一个开发阶段通常都需要多个不同职能的实施成员来协同完成,而不同的实施成员所负责的任务通常也会不尽相同。为了明确每一开发阶段所对应的各项任务,在显示区域中,生成用于表示该显示区域对应的开发阶段中一项任务的任务栏。显示区域中,任务栏的数量与该显示区域对应的开发阶段的任务数量相同。
S103:为每一所述任务栏绑定显示属性对象图标,所述属性对象图标用于标识其对应的所述任务栏所表示的任务的实施成员。
根据每项任务的实施成员,可在项目视图中为各个任务栏绑定与其实施成员相关的属性对象图标。属性对象图标例如可以是实施成员的个人头像或个人名称等可用于唯一标识一个实施成员的可视化控件。
在初始状态下,各个属性对象图标的色彩均为第一预设值,如灰色。
示例性地,与任务栏绑定属性对象图标的方式例如可以是:各个实施成员通过其个人账号来登录应用程序客户端,在任务栏选择框中,输入与任务栏匹配的关键字,进而发出任务栏加入请求。当接收到项目管理员返回的基于该任务栏加入请求的确认信息时,将标识该实施成员的属性对象图标与任务栏绑定。
S104:若接收到关于一项任务的完成指令,则在该项任务对应的所述任务栏中,将绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩由第一预设值变更为第二预设值,以完成项目进度更新。
当软件开发项目中的某一实施成员A通过其个人账号来登录上述应用程序客户端时,该实施成员可在上述项目视图查看到其权限范围内的各个显示区域、任务栏以及属性对象图标。
若检测到该实施成员A在包含其属性对象图标的任务栏中发出任务完成指令,则将与实施成员A对应的属性对象图标的色彩从第一预设值转换为第二预设值。第二预设值例如可以是除灰色之外由实施成员A自定义的其他色彩。
若软件开发项目中的其他实施成员也具备上述任务栏的查阅权限,则可以在该任务栏中查看到实施成员A的属性对象图标为第二预设值,因而能够确定出实施成员A已完成其负责的一项任务。若在该任务栏中查看到实施成员B的属性对象图标依然为第一预设值,则能够确定出实施成员B尚未完成其负责的一项任务。
实施例二
本申请实施例在上述实施例一的基础之上,对任务栏中属性对象图标的绑定方式作进一步地限定,如图2所示,上述S103具体包括:
S1031:在所述项目视图中展示属性对象图标列表,所述属性对象图标列表中包含多个所述属性对象图标。
在项目视图创建完成后,在当前的项目视图中,展示有属性对象图标列表。项目管理员可在属性对象图标列表中输入服务器连接地址,从而在成功调用远程服务器中的实施成员信息时,可在属性对象图标列表中生成标识每一实施成员的一个属性对象图标。
例如,若项目管理员在属性对象图标列表的设置栏中输入公司域服务器的连接地址,并检测到项目管理员发出确认指令,则根据该连接地址,确认是否存在提供有实施成员信息调用服务的域服务器。若存在提供有实施成员信息调用服务的域服务器,则读取预存于域服务器中的各实施成员信息,使得项目视图可以在属性对象图标列表中,以属性对象图标的形式来标识不同的实施成员。
S1032:当与一项任务关联的任务栏绑定事件被触发时,在所述属性对象图标列表中,根据接收到的属性对象图标选取指令,确定并显示与所述任务栏绑定的各个所述属性对象图标。
项目管理员通过切换项目视图中的焦点,可在焦点移至显示区域中的任一任务栏时,发出选取指令,则任务栏绑定事件即被触发。此时,项目管理员可将焦点切换至上述属性对象图标列表,以进一步根据该任务栏所对应的一项任务的实施成员,在属性对象图标列表中选取标识该实施成员的属性对象图标。
在属性对象图标选取完毕后,用户所选取的各个属性对象图标即与该任务栏绑定。
本申请实施例中,通过预先展示分别标识各个实施成员的属性对象图标,使得项目管理员能够从属性对象图标列表中分别确定需要完成各项任务的实施成员,因而提高了项目管理的灵活性。
实施例三
本申请实施例在上述实施例一的基础之上,对软件开发项目中任务流转的方式作进一步地限定,如图3所示,在上述S104之后,还包括:
S105:在任一时刻,若检测到任一所述属性对象图标的色彩发生变更,则判断与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩是否均为所述第二预设值。
当检测到任一实施成员在其属性对象图标所绑定的一任务栏中发出任务完成指令时,将该实施成员的属性对象图标的色彩变更为第二预设值。此时,属性对象图标的色彩即发生了变更。
由于属性对象图标显示于与其绑定的任务栏,任务栏位于显示区域中,因此,可以确定出包含该属性对象图标的显示区域。在属性对象图标的色彩发生变更时,获取存在于该显示区域的所有属性对象图标,即,获取该显示区域中各个任务栏所绑定显示的所有属性对象图标。判断获取得到的每一属性对象图标的色彩是否已全部变更为第二预设值。
S106:若与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩均为所述第二预设值,则在排列于该显示区域后的另一显示区域中,分别获取与各个任务栏绑定的所述属性对象图标所对应的实施成员的个人账号。
若获取到的每一属性对象图标的色彩已全部变更为第二预设值,则确定出当前显示区域所对应的开发阶段中,各个实施成员均已完成其各自负责的任务,故将整个软件开发项目的实时执行进度流转至下一开发阶段。因此,在项目视图中,根据各个显示区域的排列顺序,确定出当前显示区域的下一个显示区域,以在该确定出的显示区域中,获取分别与各个任务栏绑定的属性对象图标所对应实施成员的个人账号。
其中,个人账号为实施成员登录上述基于项目管理的应用程序客户端时所需使用的账号。
S107:生成任务启动提示信息,并将所述任务启动提示信息分别发送至各个所述个人账号。
本申请实施例中,通过将生成的任务启动提示信息发送至获取得到的各个个人账号,使得下一开发阶段的各个实施成员能够及时接收到任务启动提示信息,从而基于任务启动提示信息,了解到自己所需完成的软件开发任务可以开始进行了,因此,各个开发阶段的实施成员无须再进行繁琐地多方沟通确认便可迅速开展工作,不会产生任务滞留的现象,因而实现了项目的自动化管理,提高了软件项目开发的效率。
实施例四
本申请实施例在上述实施例一的基础之上,对软件开发项目中任务流转的方式作进一步地限定,如图4所示,在上述S104之后,还包括:
S108:在每一所述显示区域中,统计所述属性对象图标的第一总数以及统计色彩为所述第二预设值的所述属性对象图标的第二总数。
在每一显示区域中,获取显示于各个任务栏的属性对象图标,包括色彩为第一预设值的属性对象图标以及色彩为第二预设值的属性对象图标。统计这些属性对象图标的总数,则该总数为第一总数。将其中色彩为第二预设值的属性对象图标的总数输出为第二总数。
S109:计算所述第二总数与所述第一总数的比值。
S110:生成与所述比值关联的进度条,以对每一所述显示区域的任务完成进度进行展示。
如图5所示,进度条中包含有用于表征任务完成量的子区域1,根据该子区域占据进度条总面积2的比例不同,可生成不同的进度条。
本申请实施例中,子区域占据进度条面积的比例为上述第二总数与第一总数的比值。每一显示区域对应的进度条展示于该显示区域中的预设位置。
本申请实施例中,由于显示区域中属性对象图标的第一总数对应开发阶段的实施成员总数,色彩为第二预设值的属性对象图标的第二总数对应该开发阶段中,已完成任务的实施成员总数,因而通过计算第二总数与第一总数的比值,并生成与比值关联的进度条,可在项目视图中直观地展示每一软件开发阶段的实时完成进度。
实施例五:
本申请实施例在上述实施例一的基础之上,对任务超期完成时的项目管理方式作进一步地限定,如图6所示,在上述S104之后,还包括:
S111:获取每一项任务的计划完成期限。
本申请实施例中,项目管理员可在任务栏中通过鼠标右键点击的方式,触发任务栏显示各项功能选项。当检测到期限设置选项被触发时,可接收项目管理员设置的计划完成期限,该计划完成期限与该任务栏对应的一项任务关联。
S112:若任一项任务的所述计划完成期限到达,且该项任务对应的所述任务栏中绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩为所述第一预设值,则闪烁显示该属性对象图标。
在任一时刻,若检测到该时刻与计划完成期限相同,则确定出任务栏中色彩依然为第一预设值的各个属性对象图标,并对其进行闪烁显示,以使其他实施成员在项目视图中,能够了解到未按时完成任务的各个实施成员。
S113:获取该属性对象图标对应的实施成员,并将关于该实施成员的任务超时告警信息发送至预设的管理账号。
本申请实施例中,项目管理员登录基于项目管理的应用程序客户端时所需使用的个人账号为管理账号。根据当前时刻所闪烁显示的各个属性对象图标所对应的实施成员,将基于这些实施成员的任务超时提示信息发送至管理账号,任务超时提示信息中包含有实施成员的个人信息,包括职能、负责的任务以及部门等,以使项目管理员能够根据该任务超时提示信息,迅速明确哪些实施成员工作未达标,从而执行有效的行政管理措施,催促实施成员加紧执行任务的开发,以最大程度地缩短软件开发项目的完成周期。
应理解,上述实施例中各步骤的序号的大小并不意味着执行顺序的先后,各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定,而不应对本申请实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。
实施例六
对应于上文实施例所述的项目进度管理方法,图7示出了本申请实施例提供的项目进度管理装置的结构框图,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本申请实施例相关的部分。
参照图7,该装置包括:项目创建单元71,用于根据接收到的项目创建指令,创建项目视图,所述项目视图中包含有依序排列的多个显示区域,每一所述显示区域分别表示项目的一个开发阶段;任务栏生成单元72,用于在所述显示区域中生成多个任务栏,每一所述任务栏分别表示所述显示区域对应的开发阶段中的一项任务;绑定显示单元73,用于为每一所述任务栏绑定显示属性对象图标,所述属性对象图标用于标识其对应的所述任务栏所表示的任务的实施成员;色彩变更单元74,用于若接收到关于一项任务的完成指令,则在该项任务对应的所述任务栏中,将绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩由第一预设值变更为第二预设值,以完成项目进度更新。
可选地,所述绑定显示单元73包括:展示子单元,用于在所述项目视图中展示属性对象图标列表,所述属性对象图标列表中包含多个所述属性对象图标;确定子单元,用于当与一项任务关联的任务栏绑定事件被触发时,在所述属性对象图标列表中,根据接收到的属性对象图标选取指令,确定并显示与所述任务栏绑定的各个所述属性对象图标。
可选地,上述项目进度管理装置还包括:判断单元,用于在任一时刻,若检测到任一所述属性对象图标的色彩发生变更,则判断与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩是否均为所述第二预设值;第一获取单元,用于若与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩均为所述第二预设值,则在排列于该显示区域后的另一显示区域中,分别获取与各个任务栏绑定的所述属性对象图标所对应的实施成员的个人账号;提示单元,用于生成任务启动提示信息,并将所述任务启动提示信息分别发送至各个所述个人账号。
可选地,上述项目进度管理装置还包括:统计单元,用于在每一所述显示区域中,统计所述属性对象图标的第一总数以及统计色彩为所述第二预设值的所述属性对象图标的第二总数;计算单元,用于计算所述第二总数与所述第一总数的比值;进度条展示单元,用于生成与所述比值相关的进度条,以对每一所述显示区域对应开发阶段的项目进度进行展示。
可选地,上述项目进度管理装置还包括:第二获取单元,用于获取每一项任务的计划完成期限;闪烁单元,用于若任一项任务的所述计划完成期限到达,且该项任务对应的所述任务栏中绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩为所述第一预设值,则闪烁显示该属性对象图标;第三获取单元,用于获取该属性对象图标对应的实施成员,并将关于该实施成员的任务超时告警信息发送至预设的管理账号。

图8是本申请实施例提供的项目进度管理设备的示意图。如图8所示,该实施例的项目进度管理设备8包括:80、存储器81以及存储在所述存储器81中并可在所述80上运行的计算机可读指令82,例如项目进度管理程序。所述80执行所述计算机可读指令82时实现上述各个项目进度管理方法实施例中的步骤,例如图1所示的步骤101至104。或者,所述80执行所述计算机可读指令82时实现上述各装置实施例中各模块/单元的功能,例如图7所示单元71至74的功能。
示例性的,所述计算机可读指令82可以被分割成一个或多个模块/单元,所述一个或者多个模块/单元被存储在所述存储器81中,并由所述80执行,以完成本申请。所述一个或多个模块/单元可以是能够完成特定功能的一系列计算机可读指令段,该指令段用于描述所述计算机可读指令82在所述项目进度管理设备8中的执行过程。
所述项目进度管理设备8可以是手机、笔记本、掌上电脑及平板电脑等移动端设备。所述项目进度管理设备可包括,但不仅限于,80、存储器81。本领域技术人员可以理解,图8仅仅是项目进度管理设备8的示例,并不构成对项目进度管理设备8的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如所述项目进度管理设备还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备、总线等。

  1. 一种项目进度管理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据接收到的项目创建指令,创建项目视图,所述项目视图中包含有依序排列的多个显示区域,每一所述显示区域分别表示项目的一个开发阶段;
    在所述显示区域中生成多个任务栏,每一所述任务栏分别表示所述显示区域对应的开发阶段中的一项任务;
    为每一所述任务栏绑定显示属性对象图标,所述属性对象图标用于标识其对应的所述任务栏所表示的任务的实施成员;
    若接收到关于一项任务的完成指令,则在该项任务对应的所述任务栏中,将绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩由第一预设值变更为第二预设值,以完成项目进度更新。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的项目进度管理方法,其特征在于,所述为每一所述任务栏绑定显示属性对象图标,包括:
    在所述项目视图中展示属性对象图标列表,所述属性对象图标列表中包含多个所述属性对象图标;
    当与一项任务关联的任务栏绑定事件被触发时,在所述属性对象图标列表中,根据接收到的属性对象图标选取指令,确定并显示与所述任务栏绑定的各个所述属性对象图标。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的项目进度管理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在任一时刻,若检测到任一所述属性对象图标的色彩发生变更,则判断与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩是否均为所述第二预设值;
    若与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩均为所述第二预设值,则在排列于该显示区域后的另一显示区域中,分别获取与各个任务栏绑定的所述属性对象图标所对应的实施成员的个人账号;
    生成任务启动提示信息,并将所述任务启动提示信息分别发送至各个所述个人账号。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的项目进度管理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在每一所述显示区域中,统计所述属性对象图标的第一总数以及统计色彩为所述第二预设值的所述属性对象图标的第二总数;
    计算所述第二总数与所述第一总数的比值;
    生成与所述比值相关的进度条,以对每一所述显示区域对应开发阶段的项目进度进行展示。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的项目进度管理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    获取每一项任务的计划完成期限;
    若任一项任务的所述计划完成期限到达,且该项任务对应的所述任务栏中绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩为所述第一预设值,则闪烁显示该属性对象图标;
    获取该属性对象图标对应的实施成员,并将关于该实施成员的任务超时告警信息发送至预设的管理账号。
  6. 一种项目进度管理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    项目创建单元,用于根据接收到的项目创建指令,创建项目视图,所述项目视图中包含有依序排列的多个显示区域,每一所述显示区域分别表示项目的一个开发阶段;
    任务栏生成单元,用于在所述显示区域中生成多个任务栏,每一所述任务栏分别表示所述显示区域对应的开发阶段中的一项任务;
    绑定显示单元,用于为每一所述任务栏绑定显示属性对象图标,所述属性对象图标用于标识其对应的所述任务栏所表示的任务的实施成员;
    色彩变更单元,用于若接收到关于一项任务的完成指令,则在该项任务对应的所述任务栏中,将绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩由第一预设值变更为第二预设值,以完成项目进度更新。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的项目进度管理装置,其特征在于,所述绑定显示单元包括:
    展示子单元,用于在所述项目视图中展示属性对象图标列表,所述属性对象图标列表中包含多个所述属性对象图标;
    确定子单元,用于当与一项任务关联的任务栏绑定事件被触发时,在所述属性对象图标列表中,根据接收到的属性对象图标选取指令,确定并显示与所述任务栏绑定的各个所述属性对象图标。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的项目进度管理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    判断单元,用于在任一时刻,若检测到任一所述属性对象图标的色彩发生变更,则判断与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩是否均为所述第二预设值;
    第一获取单元,用于若与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩均为所述第二预设值,则在排列于该显示区域后的另一显示区域中,分别获取与各个任务栏绑定的所述属性对象图标所对应的实施成员的个人账号;
    提示单元,用于生成任务启动提示信息,并将所述任务启动提示信息分别发送至各个所述个人账号。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的项目进度管理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    统计单元,用于在每一所述显示区域中,统计所述属性对象图标的第一总数以及统计色彩为所述第二预设值的所述属性对象图标的第二总数;
    计算单元,用于计算所述第二总数与所述第一总数的比值;
    进度条展示单元,用于生成与所述比值相关的进度条,以对每一所述显示区域对应开发阶段的项目进度进行展示。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的项目进度管理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二获取单元,用于获取每一项任务的计划完成期限;
    闪烁单元,用于若任一项任务的所述计划完成期限到达,且该项任务对应的所述任务栏中绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩为所述第一预设值,则闪烁显示该属性对象图标;
    第三获取单元,用于获取该属性对象图标对应的实施成员,并将关于该实施成员的任务超时告警信息发送至预设的管理账号。
  11. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括存储器以及处理器,所述存储器中存储有可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    根据接收到的项目创建指令,创建项目视图,所述项目视图中包含有依序排列的多个显示区域,每一所述显示区域分别表示项目的一个开发阶段;
    在所述显示区域中生成多个任务栏,每一所述任务栏分别表示所述显示区域对应的开发阶段中的一项任务;
    为每一所述任务栏绑定显示属性对象图标,所述属性对象图标用于标识其对应的所述任务栏所表示的任务的实施成员;
    若接收到关于一项任务的完成指令,则在该项任务对应的所述任务栏中,将绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩由第一预设值变更为第二预设值,以完成项目进度更新。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述为每一所述任务栏绑定显示属性对象图标,包括:
    在所述项目视图中展示属性对象图标列表,所述属性对象图标列表中包含多个所述属性对象图标;
    当与一项任务关联的任务栏绑定事件被触发时,在所述属性对象图标列表中,根据接收到的属性对象图标选取指令,确定并显示与所述任务栏绑定的各个所述属性对象图标。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,还实现如下步骤:
    在任一时刻,若检测到任一所述属性对象图标的色彩发生变更,则判断与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩是否均为所述第二预设值;
    若与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩均为所述第二预设值,则在排列于该显示区域后的另一显示区域中,分别获取与各个任务栏绑定的所述属性对象图标所对应的实施成员的个人账号;
    生成任务启动提示信息,并将所述任务启动提示信息分别发送至各个所述个人账号。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,还实现如下步骤:
    在每一所述显示区域中,统计所述属性对象图标的第一总数以及统计色彩为所述第二预设值的所述属性对象图标的第二总数;
    计算所述第二总数与所述第一总数的比值;
    生成与所述比值相关的进度条,以对每一所述显示区域对应开发阶段的项目进度进行展示。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,还实现如下步骤:
    获取每一项任务的计划完成期限;
    若任一项任务的所述计划完成期限到达,且该项任务对应的所述任务栏中绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩为所述第一预设值,则闪烁显示该属性对象图标;
    获取该属性对象图标对应的实施成员,并将关于该实施成员的任务超时告警信息发送至预设的管理账号。
  16. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被至少一个处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
    根据接收到的项目创建指令,创建项目视图,所述项目视图中包含有依序排列的多个显示区域,每一所述显示区域分别表示项目的一个开发阶段;
    在所述显示区域中生成多个任务栏,每一所述任务栏分别表示所述显示区域对应的开发阶段中的一项任务;
    为每一所述任务栏绑定显示属性对象图标,所述属性对象图标用于标识其对应的所述任务栏所表示的任务的实施成员;
    若接收到关于一项任务的完成指令,则在该项任务对应的所述任务栏中,将绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩由第一预设值变更为第二预设值,以完成项目进度更新。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述为每一所述任务栏绑定显示属性对象图标,包括:
    在所述项目视图中展示属性对象图标列表,所述属性对象图标列表中包含多个所述属性对象图标;
    当与一项任务关联的任务栏绑定事件被触发时,在所述属性对象图标列表中,根据接收到的属性对象图标选取指令,确定并显示与所述任务栏绑定的各个所述属性对象图标。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被至少一个处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    在任一时刻,若检测到任一所述属性对象图标的色彩发生变更,则判断与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩是否均为所述第二预设值;
    若与该属性对象图标绑定显示的所述显示区域中,各个所述属性对象图标的色彩均为所述第二预设值,则在排列于该显示区域后的另一显示区域中,分别获取与各个任务栏绑定的所述属性对象图标所对应的实施成员的个人账号;
    生成任务启动提示信息,并将所述任务启动提示信息分别发送至各个所述个人账号。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被至少一个处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    在每一所述显示区域中,统计所述属性对象图标的第一总数以及统计色彩为所述第二预设值的所述属性对象图标的第二总数;
    计算所述第二总数与所述第一总数的比值;
    生成与所述比值相关的进度条,以对每一所述显示区域对应开发阶段的项目进度进行展示。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被至少一个处理器执行时,还实现如下步骤:
    获取每一项任务的计划完成期限;
    若任一项任务的所述计划完成期限到达,且该项任务对应的所述任务栏中绑定显示的所述属性对象图标的色彩为所述第一预设值,则闪烁显示该属性对象图标;
    获取该属性对象图标对应的实施成员,并将关于该实施成员的任务超时告警信息发送至预设的管理账号。
