技术领域
本发明涉及一种门帘,特别是一种气动门帘系统。
背景技术
现有的电动门帘容易坏,并且不容易控制,由电机带动门帘卷放叫电动门帘,卷帘门轴主要直接通过减速电机带动,门帘导轨上、下有一个接近开关,检测门帘是否到位,提供一个信号给电机是否停止或转动,实现门帘卷放。电动门帘存在以下缺点:a.卷帘门卷放频率高,电机容易损坏;b.卷帘门卷放控制不准确,容易卷多或卷少。还有一种齿轮齿条气动门帘,其主要是气缸带动齿条直线运动,齿条带动齿轮旋转运动,进而使得卷帘门轴收放门帘。齿轮齿条气动门帘存在以下缺点,a.齿条容易损坏;b.安装精度高;c.齿轮齿条损坏后成本较高;d.齿轮齿条容易造成干摩擦。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种气动门帘系统,其通过链轮链条将气缸的直线运动转成门帘的收放。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:气动门帘系统,包括安装箱,所述安装箱内部布置有气缸、第一滑轨、安装在气缸末端且沿着第一滑轨往复移动的滑动块、主动链轮以及用于与卷帘门轴连接的从动链轮,所述主动链轮和从动链轮之间布置有第一链条,所述主动链轮旁同轴安装有第一传动链轮,所述第一传动链轮通过第二链条和第二传动链轮连接,所述第二链条的一端固定在滑动块上,第二链条的另一端缠绕在第一传动链轮和第二传动链轮上后固定在滑动块上。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述第二链条在第一传动链轮和第二传动链轮之间缠绕至少两圈。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括安装在第一滑轨末端的液压缓冲器,所述液压缓冲器的一端安装在滑动块上,所述气缸、滑动块和液压缓冲器呈直线布置。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,还包括与第一链条啮合的第一张紧轮以及与第二链条啮合的第二张紧轮,所述第一张紧轮和第二张紧轮分别通过第一调整块和第二调整块安装在安装箱的内壁,所述第一调整块内布置有第一调整槽,所述第二调整块内布置有第二调整槽,所述第一调整槽和第二调整槽垂直。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述气缸的伸出端通过浮动接头与滑动块连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过链条链轮传动,其传动平稳、可靠;安装精度低;加工成本低;不容易磨损。

参照图1~2,气动门帘系统,包括安装箱,所述安装箱内部布置有气缸1、第一滑轨4、安装在气缸1末端且沿着第一滑轨4往复移动的滑动块3、主动链轮7以及用于与卷帘门轴连接的从动链轮9,所述主动链轮7和从动链轮9之间布置有第一链条8,所述主动链轮7旁同轴安装有第一传动链轮,所述第一传动链轮通过第二链条6和第二传动链轮连接,所述第二链条6的一端固定在滑动块3上,第二链条6的另一端缠绕在第一传动链轮和第二传动链轮上后固定在滑动块3上。主动链轮7、从动链轮9和第二传动链轮分别通过轴承座安装在安装箱上。滑动块3的一端与气缸1的伸出端连接,滑动块3的另一端延伸到第一传动链轮和第二传动链轮之间后与第二链条6连接固定。滑动块3的移动范围在第一传动链轮和第二传动链轮之间。主动链轮7比从动链轮9大,从而使主动链轮7转一圈通过第一链条8带动从动链轮9转两圈或多圈,这样使得卷帘门轴转动,滑动块3来回直线运动,从而使得.卷帘门升降运动。卷帘门为柔性好、带有防护材料的塑料薄膜。气缸1为将直线运动变为转动的动力源。第一传动链轮和的外径等于第二传动链轮的外径。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述第二链条6在第一传动链轮和第二传动链轮之间缠绕至少两圈。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,还包括安装在第一滑轨4末端的液压缓冲器5,所述液压缓冲器5的一端安装在滑动块3上,所述气缸1、滑动块3和液压缓冲器5呈直线布置。液压缓冲器5让运动中的滑块构件变为静止,吸引能力,减少冲击力。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,还包括与第一链条8啮合的第一张紧轮10以及与第二链条6啮合的第二张紧轮12,所述第一张紧轮10和第二张紧轮12分别通过第一调整块11和第二调整块13安装在安装箱的内壁,所述第一调整块11内布置有第一调整槽,所述第二调整块13内布置有第二调整槽,所述第一调整槽和第二调整槽垂直,通过第一调整槽和第二调整槽调整第一调整块11和第二调整块13在安装箱的安装位置,相应地通过第一张紧轮10和第二张紧轮12将第一链条8和第二链条6张紧。
进一步作为优选的实施方式,所述气缸1的伸出端通过浮动接头2与滑动块3连接。浮动接头2用于补偿气缸1的运动偏差。

  1. 气动门帘系统,其特征在于:包括安装箱,所述安装箱内部布置有气缸、第一滑轨、安装在气缸末端且沿着第一滑轨往复移动的滑动块、主动链轮以及用于与卷帘门轴连接的从动链轮,所述主动链轮和从动链轮之间布置有第一链条,所述主动链轮旁同轴安装有第一传动链轮,所述第一传动链轮通过第二链条和第二传动链轮连接,所述第二链条的一端固定在滑动块上,第二链条的另一端缠绕在第一传动链轮和第二传动链轮上后固定在滑动块上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的气动门帘系统,其特征在于:所述第二链条在第一传动链轮和第二传动链轮之间缠绕至少两圈。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的气动门帘系统,其特征在于:还包括安装在第一滑轨末端的液压缓冲器,所述液压缓冲器的一端安装在滑动块上,所述气缸、滑动块和液压缓冲器呈直线布置。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的气动门帘系统,其特征在于:还包括与第一链条啮合的第一张紧轮以及与第二链条啮合的第二张紧轮,所述第一张紧轮和第二张紧轮分别通过第一调整块和第二调整块安装在安装箱的内壁,所述第一调整块内布置有第一调整槽,所述第二调整块内布置有第二调整槽,所述第一调整槽和第二调整槽垂直。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的气动门帘系统,其特征在于:所述气缸的伸出端通过浮动接头与滑动块连接。
