背景技术
现有的煤矿立井罐笼都设有横杆式罐帘门，采用人工打开和关闭的方式，操作不便也不安全。在环境较差且不利于人工近距离操作的情况下，很需要一种自动化的卷帘装置。
发明内容
为克服现有立井罐笼门帘开启方式的不足，本实用新型设计一种气动卷帘装置。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是，一种立井罐笼气动卷帘装置，它是在立井井架上安装有专用气缸和滑道，气缸活塞杆端头安有滑块，滑块处于滑道上且在滑道上上下滑动，滑块上还设有挂钩，挂钩应与罐笼外部滑块的位置相对应；横杆式罐帘门的每根横杆上加工有孔，钢丝绳穿过每根横杆的孔后底端与横杆固定，钢丝绳顶端固定于罐笼外部滑块上。
当罐笼到正常停止位置后，信号人员按动按钮操作气缸，滑块上的挂钩带动滑块和罐罐帘门一块向上运动，打开罐帘。关闭罐帘时气缸活塞杆伸出，罐笼门帘通过自身重力完成关闭操作。
本实用新型的优点是：由于罐笼门帘自动开启，从而降低了工人的手动操作，保证了施工人员的人身安全。在环境较差且不利于人工近距离操作的情况下尤为适用。

如图1所示，一种立井罐笼气动卷帘装置，它是在立井井架1上安装专用气缸2和滑道3，专用气缸2活塞杆端头安有滑块4，滑块4处于滑道3上且在滑道3上下滑动，滑块4上还设有挂钩5，挂钩5应与罐笼外部滑块8位置相对应；横杆式罐帘门6的每根横杆上加工有孔，用钢丝绳7穿过每根横杆的孔后底端与底部的横杆固定，钢丝绳7顶端固定于罐笼外部滑块8上。
