为实现上述另一目的,本发明提供一种淋浴门,包括淋浴门框架、固定玻璃板、活动玻璃板和可升降铰链,固定玻璃板与淋浴门框架固定连接,活动玻璃板与固定玻璃板通过可升降铰链铰接,可升降铰链包括凹形铰、凸形铰、两个第一升降定位件、两个第二升降定位件以及两个弹性件,凹形铰上设置有两个第一连接部,每个第一连接部上均开设有第一孔,两个第一连接部之间形成凹口;凸形铰上设置有第二连接部,第二连接部开设有第二孔,第一孔与第二孔共轴线布置,凹形铰与凸形铰通过连接件枢接;两个第一升降定位件均套设在连接件上并位于凹口内,第一升降定位件可沿着连接件的轴向移动;一个第二升降定位件可与一个第一升降定位件卡合,每个第二升降定位件上开设有贯穿其径向的第一固定孔,连接件上与两个第一固定孔相对应的位置处均开设有第二固定孔,其中一个第一固定孔和相对应的第二固定孔内安装有固定件;弹性件抵接在第一连接部与第二升降定位件之间。
一个优选的方案是,第一升降定位件和第二升降定位件均呈圆柱状,第一升降定位件的第一端端部沿其周向设置有凸台,第二升降定位件的第一端端部沿其周向设置有与凸台配合的凹槽。
进一步的方案是,凸台的数量为二个以上,多个凸台相对于第一升降定位件的轴向呈对称布置,每个凸台的顶部均设有凸齿,凹槽的底部开设有与凸齿配合的凹齿,凸齿位于凸台的中心位置处。
有益效果
本发明的淋浴门的可升降铰链在使用过程中,当可升降铰链应用在左开门时,凸形铰位于左侧,凹形铰位于右侧,将固定件插入位于下方的第二升降定位件的第一固定孔内以及位于连接件下方的第二固定孔内,当凹形铰与凸形铰相对转动时,第二升降定位件将第一升降定位件顶起并使弹性件处于压缩状态,当凹形铰与凸形铰相对转动产生的夹角为第一升降定位件和第二升降定位件预设的卡合夹角时,在弹性件的弹性作用力下,第一升降定位件与第二升降定位件卡合,进而对凹形铰和凸形铰进行锁定,防止凹形铰和凸形铰发生相对转动。当可升降铰链应用在右开门时,凸形铰位于右侧,将固定件插入位于下方的第二升降定位件的第一固定孔内以及位于连接件下方的第二固定孔内,实现右开门的内外开合。
并且,通过在第一升降定位件上设置凸台以及在第二升降定位件上设置凹槽,使得第一升降定位件和第二升降定位件在进行卡合时更加牢固和可靠。
此外,还可以通过设置多个凸台和凹槽来控制凹形铰和凸形铰之间的自锁位置,使得凹形铰和凸形铰有多个自锁状态。另外,第一升降定位件和第二升降定位件位于打开位置时,第一升降定位件的凸齿与第二升降定位件的凹齿卡合,进而对凹形铰和凸形铰进行锁定,防止凹形铰和凸形铰发生相对转动。
另外,限位键与限位槽相互配合,保证了第一升降定位件与凸形铰同步转动。
还有,将固定件安装在第二升降定位件的第一固定孔和连接件上相对应的第二固定孔内,可以对靠近可升降铰链下侧的第二升降定位件进行定位,从而实现与该第二升降定位件邻接的第一升降定位件以连接件为中心轴沿着该第二升降定位件的上端面进行转动。
同时,第二连接部、第一升降定位件、第二升降定位件以及弹性件等均隐藏在装饰件的U型槽内,保护各部件不会损坏,同时防止弹性件脱落,装饰件的侧壁上开口的设置方便安装固定件。

本发明的实施方式
参见图1和图2,淋浴门包括淋浴门框架1、固定玻璃板2、活动玻璃板3和可升降铰链4,固定玻璃板2与淋浴门框架1固定连接,活动玻璃板3与固定玻璃板2通过可升降铰链4铰接。
在安装淋浴门时,首先将淋浴门框架1固定安装于淋浴室的墙体5上,并对淋浴门框架1的水平度进行调节,防止在安装固定玻璃板2和活动玻璃板3时,由于淋浴门框架1处于非水平状态使得淋浴门框架1安装后发生倾斜,导致安装后的活动玻璃板3无法进行正常的开关,并且使得在淋浴过程中存在漏水的现象,影响淋浴门的密封性。
可升降铰链4连接在固定玻璃板2和活动玻璃板3之间,在打开或关闭淋浴门时,推开活动玻璃板3并使活动玻璃板3绕可升降铰链3枢接的轴线转动即可,这种合页式淋浴门相比于推拉式淋浴门更加节省安装空间,具有较灵活的安装空间。
参见图3,可升降铰链4包括凹形铰41、凸形铰42、装饰件43、两个第一升降定位件44、45、两个第二升降定位件46、47以及两个弹性件48、49。优选地,弹性件48、49为弹簧。凹形铰41与凸形铰42通过连接件枢接,可选地,连接件为销钉40。凹形铰41与固定玻璃板2固定连接,凸形铰42与活动玻璃板3固定连接。
参见图3至图5,凹形铰41上设置有两个第一连接部411,两个第一连接部411之间形成凹口413,凸形铰42上设置有第二连接部421,装饰件43、两个第一升降定位件44、45和两个第二升降定位件46、47均套设在销钉40上并位于凹口413内。
如图3所示,两个第一连接部411上均开设有第一孔412,第二连接部421开设有第二孔422,第一升降定位件44、45均开设有第三孔441,第二升降定位件46、47均开设有第四孔461,第一孔412、第二孔422、第三孔441及第四孔461共轴线设置,销钉40依次穿设在第一孔412、第二孔422、第三孔441及第四孔461内,并且销钉40通过焊接的方式或螺纹连接的方式与凹形铰41固定连接,第一升降定位件44、45可沿着销钉40的轴向移动。
参见图3和图6,第二升降定位件46可与第一升降定位件44卡合,第二升降定位件47可与第一升降定位件45卡合。每个第二升降定位件46、47上均开设有贯穿其自身径向的第一固定孔460、470,销钉40上与两个第一固定孔460、470相对应的位置处均开设有第二固定孔401、402,其中一个第一固定孔460和相对应的第二固定孔401内安装有固定件,优选地,固定件为螺钉。
第一升降定位件44、45和第二升降定位件46、47均呈圆柱状,第一升降定位件44与第一升降定位件45两者结构相同且相对于第二连接部421呈对称设置,第二升降定位件46与第二升降定位件47两者结构相同且相对于第二连接部421呈对称设置。
参见图7至图9,第一升降定位件44的第一端端部沿其周向设置有凸台442,第二升降定位件46的第一端端部沿其周向设置有与凸台442配合的凹槽462。凸台442的数量为两个,两个凸台442相对于第一升降定位件44的轴向呈对称布置,每个凸台442的顶部均设有凸齿4421,凹槽462的底部开设有与凸齿4421配合的凹齿4621,凸齿4421位于凸台442的中心位置处。第一升降定位件44的两个凸台442之间形成两个凹槽443,第二升降定位件46上设置有与凹槽443配合的凸台463,每个凹槽443的底部均设有凸齿4431,凸台463上与凸齿4431相对应的位置处开设有与凸齿4431相配合的凹齿4631,凹齿4631位于凸台463的中心位置处。当活动玻璃板3处于关闭位置时,凸齿4421与凹齿4621相啮合,凸齿4431与凹齿4631相啮合;当活动玻璃板3处于打开位置时,凸齿4421与凹齿4631相啮合。
第一升降定位件44的第二端端部沿其周向均匀地布置有四个限位键444,第二连接部421上开设有与限位键444配合的四个限位槽4211,限位键444与限位槽4211相互配合,保证了第一升降定位件44与凸形铰42能够同步转动。第二升降定位件46的第二端端部开设有安装槽464,弹性件48安装在安装槽464内并抵接在第一连接部411与第二升降定位件44之间,可防止弹性件48从安装位置处脱落。
装饰件43具有U型槽431,第二连接部421、第一升降定位件44、45、第二升降定位件46、47以及弹性件48、49均位于U型槽431内。装饰件43的侧壁上与第一固定孔460、470相对应的位置处开设有开口431,开口431内安装有装饰盖432。
参见图11至图13,图11是本发明可升降铰链实施例应用在右开门时的结构示意图,凸形铰42位于右侧,凹形铰41位于左侧,将螺钉插入位于下方的第二升降定位件47的第一固定孔470内以及位于销钉40的第二固定孔402内,以将第二升降定位件47固定在销钉40上,并且位于上方的第二升降定位件46的第一固定孔460内不安装螺钉。如图12和图13,当凹形铰41与凸形铰42相对转动时,第二升降定位件47将第一升降定位件46顶起并使弹性件48处于压缩状态,当凹形铰41与凸形铰42相对转动产生的夹角为90度时,在弹性件48的弹性作用力下,第一升降定位件45与第二升降定位件47卡合,进而对凹形铰41和凸形铰42进行锁定,防止凹形铰41和凸形铰42发生相对转动。
参见图14至图16,图14是本发明可升降铰链实施例应用在左开门时的结构示意图,将图11中的可升降铰链倒置,使凸形铰42位于左侧,凹形铰41位于右侧,将螺钉插入位于下方的第二升降定位件46的第一固定孔460内以及位于销钉40的第二固定孔401内,以将第二升降定位件46固定在销钉40上,并且位于上方的第二升降定位件47的第一固定孔460内不安装螺钉。如图15和图16所示,当凹形铰41与凸形铰42相对转动时,第二升降定位件46将第一升降定位件44顶起并使弹性件49处于压缩状态,当凹形铰41与凸形铰42相对转动产生的夹角为90度时,在弹性件49的弹性作用力下,第一升降定位件44与第二升降定位件46卡合,进而对凹形铰41和凸形铰42进行锁定,防止凹形铰41和凸形铰42发生相对转动。
由上述方案可见,本发明的可升降铰链可同时适应左开门和右开门,还可同时实现内外开门,即向内开门和向外开门,该可升降铰链的通用性好,还可降低物料成本。另外,具有该可升降铰链的淋浴门能够对处于打开状态的淋浴门的活动玻璃板进行定位及固定,防止打开淋浴门时由于施力过大,并且淋浴门组件由于没有足够的阻力的情况下,使得活动玻璃板与淋浴室的墙壁相互撞击,导致活动玻璃板毁损。
工业实用性
从上述淋浴门的使用过程可见,可升降铰链的结构简单,能够同时适应左开门和右开门,通用性好,铰链的各部件暗藏在装饰件内,可保持淋浴门的美观性。
本发明的淋浴门适用于在客户的卫生间内现场组装的场合,应用本发明的产品,客户无需根据沐浴房内的淋浴门是左开门还是右开门来选择对应的铰链,淋浴门的组装过程简单并且能降低淋浴门的生产、组装成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 可升降铰链,其特征在于,包括:
    凹形铰,所述凹形铰上设置有两个第一连接部,每个所述第一连接部上均开设有第一孔,两个所述第一连接部之间形成凹口;
    凸形铰,所述凸形铰上设置有第二连接部,所述第二连接部开设有第二孔,所述第一孔与所述第二孔共轴线布置,所述凹形铰与所述凸形铰通过连接件枢接;
    两个第一升降定位件,两个所述第一升降定位件均套设在所述连接件上并位于所述凹口内,所述第一升降定位件可沿着所述连接件的轴向移动;
    两个第二升降定位件,一个所述第二升降定位件可与一个所述第一升降定位件卡合,每个所述第二升降定位件上开设有贯穿其径向的第一固定孔,所述连接件上与两个所述第一固定孔相对应的位置处均开设有第二固定孔,其中一个所述第一固定孔和相对应的所述第二固定孔内安装有固定件;
    两个弹性件,所述弹性件抵接在所述第一连接部与所述第二升降定位件之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可升降铰链,其特征在于:
    所述第一升降定位件和所述第二升降定位件均呈圆柱状,所述第一升降定位件的第一端端部沿其周向设置有凸台,所述第二升降定位件的第一端端部沿其周向设置有与所述凸台配合的凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可升降铰链,其特征在于:
    所述凸台的数量为二个以上,多个所述凸台相对于所述第一升降定位件的轴向呈对称布置,每个所述凸台的顶部均设有凸齿,所述凹槽的底部开设有与所述凸齿配合的凹齿,所述凸齿位于所述凸台的中心位置处。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的可升降铰链,其特征在于:
    所述第一升降定位件的第二端端部沿其周向布置有多个限位键,所述第二连接部上开设有与所述限位键配合的多个限位槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的可升降铰链,其特征在于:
    所述第二升降定位件的第二端端部开设有安装槽,所述弹性件安装在所述安装槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的可升降铰链,其特征在于:
    所述可升降铰链还包括位于所述凹口内的装饰件,所述装饰件具有U型槽,所述第二连接部、所述第一升降定位件、所述第二升降定位件以及所述弹性件均位于所述U型槽内;
    所述装饰件的侧壁上与所述第一固定孔相对应的位置处设有开口,所述开口内安装有装饰盖。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的可升降铰链,其特征在于:
    所述凹形铰与所述连接件通过焊接的方式或者螺纹连接的方式进行固定连接。
  8. 淋浴门,包括淋浴门框架、固定玻璃板、活动玻璃板和可升降铰链,所述固定玻璃板与所述淋浴门框架固定连接,所述活动玻璃板与所述固定玻璃板通过所述可升降铰链铰接,其特征在于:
    所述可升降铰链包括
    凹形铰,所述凹形铰上设置有两个第一连接部,每个所述第一连接部上均开设有第一孔,两个所述第一连接部之间形成凹口;
    凸形铰,所述凸形铰上设置有第二连接部,所述第二连接部开设有第二孔,所述第一孔与所述第二孔共轴线布置,所述凹形铰与所述凸形铰通过连接件枢接;
    两个第一升降定位件,两个所述第一升降定位件均套设在所述连接件上并位于所述凹口内,所述第一升降定位件可沿着所述连接件的轴向移动;
    两个第二升降定位件,一个所述第二升降定位件可与一个所述第一升降定位件卡合每个所述第二升降定位件上开设有贯穿其径向的第一固定孔,所述连接件上与两个所述第一固定孔相对应的位置处均开设有第二固定孔,其中一个所述第一固定孔和相对应的所述第二固定孔内安装有固定件;
    两个弹性件,所述弹性件抵接在所述第一连接部与所述第二升降定位件之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述第一升降定位件和所述第二升降定位件均呈圆柱状,所述第一升降定位件的第一端端部沿其周向设置有凸台,所述第二升降定位件的第一端端部沿其周向设置有与所述凸台配合的凹槽。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述凸台的数量为二个以上,多个所述凸台相对于所述第一升降定位件的轴向呈对称布置,每个所述凸台的顶部均设有凸齿,所述凹槽的底部开设有与所述凸齿配合的凹齿,所述凸齿位于所述凸台的中心位置处。
