Description

淋浴门调节装置及淋浴门 技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴器具领域,尤其是涉及一种安装在淋浴房的淋浴门以及淋浴门调节装置。
背景技术
现在人们装修时通常在卫生间内设置淋浴房,现在的淋浴房通常使用带有玻璃板的淋浴门。现在的淋浴门大多分为两种结构,分别是带有轨道的推拉门以及带有铰链的合页门。
推拉门具有一个由金属制成的框架,框架包括一根或者两根轨道,轨道设置在淋浴门的上端或者下端,轨道基本上与地面水平布置。并且,框架的两侧分别设有一个边框,边框与轨道垂直布置,且边框与轨道固定连接。在框架内设有至少两块玻璃板,多块玻璃板可以全都是可以在轨道内往返滑动的活动玻璃板,也可以是具有至少一块不可以相对于轨道滑动的固定玻璃板,如设置固定玻璃板,则淋浴门至少包括一块能够在轨道内往返滑动的活动玻璃板。
合页门具有一个由金属制成的框架,在框架内设有玻璃板,通常框架设置有边框,边框固定在墙壁上,具有玻璃板的转轴门固定在边框上,由此实现玻璃板与固定边框的固定。通常,转轴门上设有转轴,玻璃板固定在转轴上,转轴门可以绕转轴旋转,从而实现转轴门的开闭。
由于淋浴门的安装需要靠着墙壁进行,并且要保持淋浴门在安装后处于竖直状态。但是,由于建筑物的墙壁通常并非完全竖直,例如向外或者向内倾斜一定角度。如果安装淋浴门时完全沿着墙壁安装边框,则会影响门的开合。因此,安装时需要调节淋浴门的上端、下端与墙壁之间的距离以保证安装后的淋浴门处于竖直状态。
为了实现淋浴门安装角度的调节,淋浴门通常包括要被固定在墙面上的固定边框以及与玻璃板连接的调节边框,且调节边框通过连接件固定在固定边框上。安装淋浴门时,首先将固定边框固定在墙壁上,然后将调节边框向固定边框靠近,并调节调节边框的上下两端与固定边框上下两端的距离,使得调节边框处于竖直位置,由此确保安装后的玻璃板也处于竖直的位置。最后,在调节边框和固定边框上钻孔并用螺钉等将调节边框以及固定边框紧固在一起。
然而,安装淋浴门的固定边框与调节边框时,钻孔需要至少两人配合才能完成,并且需要耗费较长时间。并且,由于边框通常使用铝材制成,钻孔容易损坏边框表面,影响产品的外观,甚至造成调节边框或者固定边框损坏,导致淋浴门无法使用。
技术问题
为了解决上述的问题,本发明的主要目的是提供一种安装方便且不易损坏的淋浴门调节装置。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种安装固定边框与调节边框时无需钻孔的淋浴门。
技术解决方案
为实现上述的主要目的,本发明提供的淋浴门调节装置包括第一边框以及第二边框,第一边框与第二边框中的一个为固定边框,第一边框与第二边框中的另一个为调节边框;还包括第一固定座组件,包括第一固定座及第二固定座,第一固定座固定在第一边框上,第二固定座可拆卸地固定在第一固定座上,且第一固定座与第二固定座内形成安装槽,第一固定座组件内设有第一通槽;调节装置还包括锁紧片,其端部设有凸台,且锁紧片的端部安装在安装槽内,锁紧片上设有第一锁孔,第一锁孔正对第一通槽,第一固定座组件内设有抵接在凸台上的弹簧,凸台上设有螺纹孔,第一固定座组件内设有穿过螺纹孔的螺丝,螺丝靠近第一固定座的一端设有抵接部;调节装置还设有第一连接条,第一连接条固定在第二边框上,且第一连接条上设有穿过第一锁孔及第一通槽的第一齿条,在螺丝的抵接部抵接在第一固定座后,第一齿条锁合在第一锁孔内。
一个优选的方案是,弹簧位于锁紧片的凸台的上方和/或下方。
进一步的方案是,第一固定座组件的数量为两个,两个第一固定座组件分别位于第一边框的上下两端;锁紧片的两端分别设有一个凸台,两个凸台分别位于两个第一固定座组件内。
更进一步的方案是,锁紧片包括分别位于上下两端的第一锁紧片及第二锁紧片,第一锁紧片与第二锁紧片之间通过连接件连接。
更进一步的方案是,第一边框的中部设有第二固定组件,第二固定座组件包括第三固定座及第四固定座,第三固定座固定在第一边框上,第四固定座可拆卸地固定在第三固定座上,且第二固定座组件内设有第二通槽;锁紧片的中部穿过第二固定座组件,且锁紧片的中部设有正对第二通槽的第二锁孔;第二边框上固定有第二连接条,第二连接条设有第二齿条,第二齿条穿过第二通槽且被第二锁孔锁合。
更进一步的方案是,第二固定座的顶壁设有通孔,螺丝的一端穿过通孔,且通孔呈倒锥形。
本发明提供的淋浴门包括上述的淋浴门调节装置,并且在调节边框上安装有玻璃板。
有益效果
本发明提供的淋浴门调节装置以及淋浴门的固定边框上固定有第一固定座,锁紧片被固定在第一固定座组件内。在安装淋浴门时,将设置有第一固定座组件以及锁紧片的固定边框固定在墙面上,并且将螺丝旋如螺纹孔内,使螺丝位于最高处。然后,将固定有连接条的调节边框安装到固定边框上,将连接条的齿条穿过锁紧片的锁孔。在淋浴门调节到位后,向下扭动螺丝,当螺丝的抵接部抵接在第一固定组上时,锁紧片的凸台向螺丝施加向上的力,当螺丝继续被扭动时,锁紧片向上移动,锁孔也随之向上移动,齿条的尺被锁孔锁定,从而调节边框固定在固定边框上。
可见,淋浴门安装的过程中,不需要在固定边框上钻孔,避免对固定边框造成损坏,本发明的淋浴门安装后并不影响美观,且安装非常方便。
此外,拆卸淋浴门时,只需要松开螺丝,锁紧片的凸台在弹簧的弹性恢复力的作用下向上弹起,齿条可以方便地被拔出,可以对调节边框进行调节。
另外,在锁紧片的中部设置连接件,诸如钢丝等连接件,可以方便上下两块第一锁紧片与第二锁紧片的分别调节。
并且,在淋浴门的中部还设置第二固定座组件,能够更加牢靠地将调节边框固定在固定边框上,避免调节边框松脱。

本发明的淋浴门安装在淋浴房内,参见图1,淋浴门包括淋浴门调节装置,玻璃板3固定在淋浴门调节装置上。参见图2与图3,淋浴门调节装置包括固定在墙面上的固定边框10以及调节边框11,调节边框11可调节地固定在固定边框10上,玻璃板3安装在调节边框11上。为了实现固定边框10与调节边框11的固定,在固定边框10以及调节边框11的上下两端分别设置有一组固定座组件,每一组固定座组件包括第一固定座12以及第二固定座14,锁紧片16的两端分别安装到两端的固定座组件内。每一组固定组组件内设有一根螺丝18,且两条连接条19分别插入到两组固定座组件内。
参见图4,固定边框10具有两个相对的侧壁101、102,两个侧壁101、102之间的底壁108上设有多个通孔103以及通孔104,安装淋浴门时使用螺钉穿过通孔104将固定边框10固定在墙面上。参见图5,调节边框11具有两个相对的侧壁111、112,两个侧壁111、112之间的底壁113上形成有安装槽114,玻璃板3可以安装到安装槽114内。并且,在侧壁111以及侧壁112的内侧分别设有一个限位块115,限位块115与底壁113之间形成限位槽。

在固定板边框10的下端也设有另一组固定组件,安装方式与位于固定边框10上端的固定组件相同,不再赘述。
松开调节边框11时,只需要反方向扭动螺丝18,锁紧片16的凸台161在弹簧185的弹性恢复力作用下恢复到初始位置,连接条19可以从锁孔164中拔出,从而再次对调节边框11进行调节,或者将调节边框11从固定边框10上拆卸。
第二实施例:
本实施例的淋浴门包括固定边框与调节边框,固定边框上固定有固定座组件,固定座组件包括第一固定座以及第二固定座,且锁紧片的上下两端安装到固定座组件内。参见图20,锁紧片26上下两端均设有凸台264、265,凸台264上设有螺纹孔,螺丝28穿过螺纹孔,并且弹簧29套在螺丝28外。锁紧片26上下两端分别设有锁孔262,且板体的中部设有多个通孔263。
本实施例的弹簧29也是设置在固定座组件内,与第一实施例不相同的是,本实施例的弹簧29设置在凸台264的上方,也就是弹簧29的两端分别抵接在第二固定座顶壁的下表面以及凸台264的上表面。对应地,在凸台265的下方也设有弹簧。
第三实施例:
本实施例的淋浴门包括固定边框与调节边框,固定边框上固定有固定座组件,固定座组件包括第一固定座以及第二固定座,且锁紧片的上下两端安装到固定座组件内。参见图21,锁紧片36上下两端均设有凸台263、365,凸台363上设有螺纹孔,螺丝38穿过螺纹孔,并且弹簧39套在螺丝38外。锁紧片36上下两端分别设有锁孔362,且板体的中部设有多个通孔363。
本实施例的弹簧39也是设置在固定座组件内,与第一实施例不相同的是,本实施例的弹簧39设置在凸台363的上方以及凸台363的下方。对应地,在凸台365的上方以及下方均设有弹簧39。
第四实施例:
本实施例的淋浴门包括固定边框与调节边框,固定边框上固定有固定座组件,固定座组件包括第一固定座以及第二固定座,且锁紧片的上下两端安装到固定座组件内。参见图22,本实施例的锁紧片40包括位于上端的第一锁紧片41以及位于下方的第二锁紧片42,第一锁紧片41具有板体410,板体410的上端设有凸台411,且板体410上设有锁孔412,且凸台411上设有螺纹孔413,螺丝可以穿过螺纹孔413。此外,在板体410的下端设有两个通孔415。

第五实施例:
参见图23,本实施例的淋浴门包括固定边框50以及调节边框51,玻璃板安装在调节边框51上。在固定边框50的上下两端分别固定有第一固定座组件,每一组第一固定座组件包括第一固定座52以及第二固定座54,锁紧片56的两端分别位于两组第一固定座组件内。本实施例中,除了设有第一固定座组件外,还设有第二固定座组件,第二固定座组件包括第三固定座60以及第四固定座61,因此锁紧片56上相应地设有三个锁孔。参见图24,锁紧片56的上下两端分别设有凸台562、563,凸台562、563上分别设有螺纹孔564,且锁紧片56自上而下分别设有锁孔565、通孔566、锁孔567、通孔568以及锁孔569。
参见图25与图26,第三固定座60包括主体601,在主体601的一侧设有凸台602,且凸台602的中部设有通槽603,且凸台604的两侧分别设有螺纹孔604。
参见图27与图28,第四固定座61包括一对侧壁611、612以及连接侧壁611、612的底壁610,底壁610上设有通孔613,优选地,通孔613具有倒角。并且,在侧壁611、612上分别设有通孔614。将第四固定座安装到第三固定座60上时,使用螺钉穿过通孔614并旋入螺纹孔604内即可。
连接条59可以固定在调节边框51上,且连接条59设有齿条,齿条上设有多个齿,且齿条可以穿过锁紧片56的锁孔565、569并插入到通孔603内。
为了配合第二固定座组件的使用,调节边框51上还固定有另一根连接条62,连接条62的结构与连接条59的结构相同,不再赘述。
组装淋浴门时,将第一固定座组件以及第二固定座组件固定在固定边框51上,并且,将连接条59、62固定在调节边框51上,此时,将螺丝58调节至最靠近锁紧片56的凸台562、563处。然后将连接条59、62穿过锁孔565、567、569,如图29所示,通过扭动螺丝58,锁紧片56将整体相对于固定边框50向上移动,齿条被锁孔565、567、569锁紧,实现固定边框50与调节边框51的固定。
当然,实际应用时,本发明还有更多的改变,例如,固定边框与调节边框可以互换,即将固定座组件设置在调节边框上,并且将连接条固定在固定边框上,也能实现本发明的目的。
工业实用性
从上述组装过程可见,淋浴门的组装极为简单,无需在边框上钻孔,而且调节边框与横向边框之间的距离可以根据墙面的倾斜情况任意调节,组装简单、快捷,并且不会损坏边框,在保持边框的美观性的同时还能避免淋浴门因边框损坏而无法使用的情况发生。
本发明的淋浴门适用于在客户的卫生间内现在组装的场合,应用本发明的产品,组装淋浴门的操作简单,无需使用螺钉将两根形成夹角的轨道固定、连接,因此组装淋浴门的工作消耗的时间较少,实现淋浴门的快速、简易安装,并且能降低淋浴门的生产、组装成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 淋浴门调节装置,包括
    第一边框以及第二边框,所述第一边框与所述第二边框中的一个为固定边框,所述第一边框与所述第二边框中的另一个为调节边框;
    其特征在于:
    第一固定座组件,包括第一固定座及第二固定座,所述第一固定座固定在所述第一边框上,所述第二固定座可拆卸地固定在所述第一固定座上,且所述第一固定座与所述第二固定座内形成安装槽,所述第一固定座组件内设有第一通槽;
    锁紧片,所述锁紧片的端部设有凸台,且所述锁紧片的端部安装在所述安装槽内,所述锁紧片上设有第一锁孔,所述第一锁孔正对所述第一通槽,所述第一固定座组件内设有抵接在所述凸台上的弹簧,所述凸台上设有螺纹孔,所述第一固定座组件内设有穿过所述螺纹孔的螺丝,所述螺丝靠近所述第一固定座的一端设有抵接部;
    第一连接条,所述第一连接条固定在所述第二边框上,且所述第一连接条上设有穿过所述第一锁孔及所述第一通槽的第一齿条,在所述螺丝的所述抵接部抵接在所述第一固定座后,所述第一齿条锁合在所述第一锁孔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:
    所述弹簧位于所述锁紧片的所述凸台的上方和/或下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:
    所述第一固定座组件的数量为两个,两个所述第一固定座组件分别位于第一边框的上下两端;
    所述锁紧片的两端分别设有一个所述凸台,两个所述凸台分别位于两个所述第一固定座组件内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:
    所述锁紧片包括分别位于上下两端的第一锁紧片及第二锁紧片,所述第一锁紧片与所述第二锁紧片之间通过连接件连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:
    所述第一边框的中部设有第二固定组件,所述第二固定座组件包括第三固定座及第四固定座,所述第三固定座固定在所述第一边框上,所述第四固定座可拆卸地固定在所述第三固定座上,且所述第二固定座组件内设有第二通槽;
    所述锁紧片的中部穿过所述第二固定座组件,且所述锁紧片的中部设有正对所述第二通槽的第二锁孔;
    所述第二边框上固定有第二连接条,所述第二连接条设有第二齿条,所述第二齿条穿过所述第二通槽且被所述第二锁孔锁合。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:
    所述第二固定座的顶壁设有通孔,所述螺丝的一端穿过所述通孔,且所述通孔呈倒锥形。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:
    所述第一锁孔的边缘横截面为矩形或三角形或梯形或锯齿形。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的淋浴门调节装置,其特征在于:
    所述齿条的自由端设有倒角。
  9. 淋浴门,包括
    第一边框以及第二边框,所述第一边框与所述第二边框中的一个为固定边框,所述第一边框与所述第二边框中的另一个为调节边框,玻璃板安装在所述调节边框上;
    其特征在于:
    第一固定座组件,包括第一固定座及第二固定座,所述第一固定座固定在所述第一边框上,所述第二固定座可拆卸地固定在所述第一固定座上,且所述第一固定座与所述第二固定座内形成安装槽,所述第一固定座组件内设有第一通槽;
    锁紧片,所述锁紧片的端部设有凸台,且所述锁紧片的端部安装在所述安装槽内,所述锁紧片上设有第一锁孔,所述第一锁孔正对所述第一通槽,所述第一固定座组件内设有抵接在所述凸台上的弹簧,所述凸台上设有螺纹孔,所述第一固定座组件内设有穿过所述螺纹孔的螺丝,所述螺丝靠近所述第一固定座的一端设有抵接部;
    第一连接条,所述第一连接条固定在所述第二边框上,且所述第一连接条上设有穿过所述第一锁孔及所述第一通槽的第一齿条,在所述螺丝的所述抵接部抵接在所述第一固定座后,所述第一齿条锁合在所述第一锁孔内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述第一边框的中部设有第二固定组件,所述第二固定座组件包括第三固定座及第四固定座,所述第三固定座固定在所述第一边框上,所述第四固定座可拆卸地固定在所述第三固定座上,且所述第二固定座组件内设有第二通槽;
    所述锁紧片的中部穿过所述第二固定座组件,且所述锁紧片的中部设有正对所述第二通槽的第二锁孔;
    所述第二边框上固定有第二连接条,所述第二连接条设有第二齿条,所述第二齿条穿过所述第二通槽且被所述第二锁孔锁合。
