本发明涉及卫浴器具领域,尤其是涉及一种可大尺寸调节活动门左右位置的铰链组件以及使用该种铰链组件的淋浴门。
背景技术
为了在卫生间内划分出独立的淋浴间,通常需要在卫生间内安装淋浴门。淋浴门种类众多,按照开合方式,可分为开门式淋浴门、推拉式淋浴门等。其中推拉式淋浴门虽能节省空间,但一般需要设置滑轨,由于滑轨容易堆积污垢、使用寿命较短、推拉时噪音较大,推拉式淋浴门在高档次应用中受到限制。开门式淋浴门受到消费者的广泛欢迎。开门式淋浴门一般包括至少一块不可移动的固定玻璃板,和至少一块可以转动的活动玻璃板。固定玻璃板通常被称为固定门,活动玻璃板通常被称为活动门。为了确保活动门能绕固定门转动,固定门与活动门之间通常需要通过铰链组件连接。
在开门式淋浴门的实际安装过程中,由于淋浴间的尺寸不同,所需要的淋浴门的尺寸也不同,有时不同场合下所需的淋浴门尺寸差别很大。而现有技术中的开门式淋浴门大多是具有固定的尺寸,固定门、铰链组件以及活动门三者的位置不可调,无法适应不同尺寸的安装场合。对于生产厂家来说,如果根据淋浴间的尺寸生产各种不同尺寸的淋浴门,厂家生产的淋浴门型号就会很多,各种不同型号的淋浴门库存会很多,生产麻烦,成本高,而且容易出错。
因此,需要对固定门、铰链组件以及活动门的连接方式进行改进。其中铰链组件的改进成本较低,适用性更高。现有技术中存在通过改进铰链组件来调整活动门位置的技术方案,例如,公开号为CN103527020A的中国发明专利申请公开的技术方案,是通过在铰链的插销底端设置偏心轴套,偏心轴套与底座固定连接,通过转动插销使底座做左右偏心运动,进而实现门窗的左右调节;公开号为CN105178751A的中国发明专利申请的方案则通过螺杆的运动,带动扣板在滑动槽内移动,扣板再带动门板移动,从而实现门板在X轴方向上运动;又如,公开号为CN1603562A的中国发明专利申请的方案则通过在铰链的本体连体上设置滑块,滑块一侧的螺纹孔旋有内六角调节螺栓,用六角扳手扳动调节螺栓带动滑块移动,进而带动门向X轴移动。上述技术方案均只能实现对门板位置的微调,不能实现对活动门的左右位置的大尺寸调节,因此不能满足实际安装的要求。
技术问题
为了解决上述的问题,本发明的主要目的是提供一种能够大尺寸调节活动门左右位置的铰链组件。
本发明的另一目的是提供门的宽度可调、能够适应不同安装尺寸的淋浴门。
技术解决方案
为实现上述的主要目的,本发明提供一种铰链组件,包括第一铰链板和第二铰链板,第一铰链板与第二铰链板铰接;其中,第二铰链板横向设有条形的导向孔,导向孔两侧分别设有第一玻璃夹和第二玻璃夹;第一玻璃夹和第二玻璃夹由穿过导向孔且松紧可调的连接机构连接。
为了使第一玻璃夹和第二玻璃夹在导向孔内移动更加顺畅,活动门位置调节更加准确、方便,一个优选的方案是,第二铰链板横向设有第一挡板,第一挡板上设有齿条;第一玻璃夹包括齿轮,齿轮与齿条啮合;齿轮一侧设有与齿轮同心的圆形的凸台,凸台位于导向孔内,且凸台的径向端面与导向孔的上端面以及下端面邻接。
进一步的技术方案是,连接机构包括设在第一玻璃夹和第二玻璃夹上的径向限位件以及松紧可调的第一锁紧件。
更进一步的技术方案是,径向限位件包括设在第一玻璃夹上的第一卡口以及设在第二玻璃夹上的第二卡口;第一卡口与第二卡口各自包括半径相同的圆弧形凸块,第一卡口的圆弧形凸块与第二卡口的圆弧形凸块错位设置;第一卡口上的圆弧形凸块与第二卡口上的圆弧形凸块组合形成圆形的径向限位件。
更进一步的技术方案是,第一卡口与第二卡口各自包括两个相对的圆弧形凸块,每一个圆弧形凸块的弧长是径向限位件的周长的四分之一。
更进一步的技术方案是,第一玻璃夹中间设有第一螺纹孔,第二玻璃夹中间设有第一通孔;第一锁紧件为第一螺纹锁紧件;第一锁紧件穿过第一通孔与第一螺纹孔连接。
更进一步的技术方案是,第二玻璃夹包括圆片状主体,圆片状主体的圆周上设有两个相对的卡槽。
更进一步的技术方案是,第一铰链板一端设有第一铰接块,第一铰接块上设有第一铰接孔;第二铰链板横向设有第二挡板,第二挡板和第一挡板之间形成凹槽,导向孔设置在凹槽内;第一挡板和第二挡板之间设有联接柱,联接柱位于凹槽外;联接柱中间设有第二铰接块,第二铰接块上设有第二铰接孔;第一铰接孔与第二铰接孔通过销轴连接。
更进一步的技术方案是,第一铰链板上设有第一装饰盖;第一装饰盖与第一铰链板卡接、胶接或螺纹连接。第二铰链板上设有分别位于联接柱两侧的第二装饰盖和第三装饰盖;第二装饰盖、第三装饰盖分别与第二铰链板卡接、胶接或螺纹连接。
为了简化铰链组件的结构,可采用的另一个技术方案是,第二铰链板横向设有第一挡板和第二挡板,第一挡板和第二挡板之间形成凹槽,导向孔设置在凹槽内;第一玻璃夹的顶部和底部设有水平端面,水平端面与由第一挡板以及第二挡板形成的槽壁邻接。
进一步的技术方案是,连接机构包括设在第二玻璃夹上的第二锁紧件,第二锁紧件为第二螺纹锁紧件;第一玻璃夹中间设有第二螺纹孔,第二锁紧件与第二螺纹孔连接。
更进一步的技术方案是,第一铰链板一端设有第一铰接块,第一铰接块上设有第一铰接孔;第一挡板和第二挡板之间设有联接柱,联接柱位于凹槽的外侧;联接柱中间设有第二铰接块,第二铰接块上设有第二铰接孔;第一铰接孔与第二铰接孔通过销轴连接。
更进一步的技术方案是,第一铰链板上设有第一装饰盖;第一装饰盖与第一铰链板卡接、胶接或螺纹连接。第二铰链板上设有分别位于联接柱两侧的第二装饰盖和第三装饰盖;第二装饰盖、第三装饰盖与第二铰链板卡接、胶接或螺纹连接。
为了实现上述的另一目的,本发明提供一种淋浴门,包括固定门以及相对固定门转动的活动门,固定门上装有铰链组件,铰链组件包括第一铰链板和第二铰链板,第一铰链板固定设置在固定门上;第一铰链板与第二铰链板铰接;其中,第二铰链板横向设有条形的导向孔,导向孔两侧分别设有第一玻璃夹和第二玻璃夹;活动门夹在第二铰链板与第二玻璃夹之间,且活动门设有安装孔;第一玻璃夹和第二玻璃夹由松紧可调的连接机构连接;连接机构穿过导向孔和安装孔。
一个优选的技术方案是,第二铰链板横向设有第一挡板,第一挡板上设有齿条;第一玻璃夹包括齿轮,齿轮与齿条啮合;齿轮一侧设有与齿轮同心的圆形的凸台,凸台位于导向孔内,且凸台的径向端面与导向孔的上端面以及下端面邻接。
更进一步的技术方案是,连接机构包括设在第一玻璃夹和第二玻璃夹上的径向限位件以及松紧可调的第一锁紧件。进一步地,径向限位件包括设在第一玻璃夹上的第一卡口以及设在第二玻璃夹上的第二卡口;第一卡口与第二卡口各自包括半径相同的圆弧形凸块,第一卡口的圆弧形凸块与第二卡口的圆弧形凸块错位设置;第一卡口上的圆弧形凸块与第二卡口上的圆弧形凸块形成圆形的径向限位件。
更进一步的技术方案是,第一玻璃夹中间设有第一螺纹孔,第二玻璃夹中间设有第一通孔;第一锁紧件为第一螺纹锁紧件;第一锁紧件穿过第一通孔与第一螺纹孔连接。
更进一步的技术方案是,凸台朝向活动门的第一侧面上设有第一环槽,第一环槽内设有第一胶圈;第二玻璃夹朝向活动门的第二侧面上设有第二环槽,第二环槽内设有第二胶圈。第二铰链板朝向活动门的第三侧面上设有胶垫。
更进一步的技术方案是,第一铰链板一端设有第一铰接块,第一铰接块上设有第一铰接孔;第二铰链板横向设有第二挡板,第二挡板和第一挡板之间形成凹槽,导向孔设置在凹槽内;第一挡板和第二挡板之间设有联接柱,联接柱位于凹槽外;联接柱中间设有第二铰接块,第二铰接块上设有第二铰接孔;第一铰接孔与第二铰接孔通过销轴连接。
一个结构简化的可替代的技术方案是,第二铰链板横向设有第一挡板和第二挡板,第一挡板和第二挡板之间形成凹槽,导向孔设置在凹槽内;第一玻璃夹的顶部和底部设有水平端面,水平端面与由第一挡板以及第二挡板形成的槽壁邻接。
更进一步的技术方案是,连接机构包括设在第二玻璃夹上的第二锁紧件,第二锁紧件为第二螺纹锁紧件;第一玻璃夹中间设有第二螺纹孔,第二锁紧件与第二螺纹孔连接。
有益效果
本发明提供的铰链组件在第二铰链板上横向设有条形的导向孔,并在导向孔两侧设置相互连接的松紧可调的第一玻璃夹和第二玻璃夹。当连接机构锁紧时,第一玻璃夹和第二玻璃夹之间距离减少,将所述第二铰链板与活动门夹紧固定;当连接机构松开时,移动所述第一玻璃夹或所述第二玻璃夹,带动活动门沿导向孔运动,实现活动门位置的左右调节。本发明能够大尺寸调节活动门的左右位置,适应各种尺寸变化大的安装场合,可以降低生产成本,减少产品库存。
进一步地,本发明在第二铰链板以及第一玻璃夹上设计齿,使得活动门位置调节更加顺畅、方便、准确。当放松第二玻璃夹中间的第一锁紧件后,转动第二玻璃夹,第二玻璃夹的卡口带动第一玻璃夹转动,齿轮在第二铰链板的齿条上转动,带动活动门一起沿导向孔移动,从而调节固定门和活动门的重合度,进而调整总个淋浴门的宽度,以适应不同尺寸的淋浴间的安装。
另一方面,为了简化结构,也可以不使用齿轮和齿条,将第一玻璃夹限位在凹槽内,放松第二锁紧件后,用外力直接拖动玻璃门,调整好尺寸后再锁紧第二锁紧件,从而实现活动门位置的大尺寸调整。

本发明的实施方式
参见图1,在淋浴门实施例中,淋浴门安装在淋浴间内,淋浴间的开门式淋浴门包括一扇固定门1和一扇活动门2,固定门1与活动门2通过铰链组件连接,活动门2可以相对固定门1转动。
铰链组件第一实施例:
参见图2,铰链组件包括第一铰链板110和第二铰链板120。
参见图3至图4,第二铰链板120横向设有第一挡板121和第二挡板122。第一挡板121上设有齿条123。第一挡板121和第二挡板122之间形成凹槽124,凹槽124内设有横向的条形的导向孔125。第一挡板121和第二挡板122之间设有联接柱126,联接柱126位于凹槽124外;联接柱126中间设有第二铰接块127,形成凸铰,第二铰接块127上设有第二铰接孔128。
参见图5至图6,第一铰链板110一端设有两块第一铰接块111,形成凹铰,第一铰接块111上设有第一铰接孔112。第一铰接孔112与第二铰接孔128通过销轴连接。
第一铰链板110上设有螺纹孔,固定门1上设有安装孔,第一铰链板110通过螺丝固定安装在固定门1上。在其他实施例中,第一铰链板110还可以用胶固定在固定门1上。
导向孔125两侧分别设有第一玻璃夹130和第二玻璃夹140。参见图7至图8,第一玻璃夹130包括齿轮131,齿轮131与齿条123啮合。齿轮131一侧设有与齿轮131同心的圆形的凸台132,凸台132位于导向孔125内,且凸台132的径向端面与导向孔125的上端面以及下端面邻接。第一玻璃夹130上设有第一卡口133,第一卡口133与齿轮131、凸台132同心设置,第一卡口133包括两个相对的圆弧形凸块。参见图9至图10,第二玻璃夹140包括圆片状主体141,圆片状主体141的圆周上设有两个相对的卡槽142。圆片状主体141上还设有第二卡口143,第二卡口143包括两个相对的圆弧形凸块。第一卡口133的圆弧形凸块与第二卡口143的圆弧形凸块半径相同,错位设置,相互卡合后形成圆形的径向限位件,每一个圆弧形凸块的弧长等于径向限位件周长的四分之一。
第一玻璃夹130和第二玻璃夹140之间通过松紧可调的第一锁紧件150连接。第一玻璃夹130中间设有第一螺纹孔,第二玻璃夹140中间设有第一通孔。第一锁紧件150为第一螺纹锁紧件,第一锁紧件150穿过第一通孔与第一螺纹孔连接。
径向限位件与第一锁紧件150穿过活动门2的安装孔以及导向块125,共同构成第一玻璃夹130和第二玻璃夹140之间的连接机构。
参见图11至图16,第一铰链板110上还设有第一装饰盖161,第一装饰盖161上设有螺纹孔,第一铰链板110上设有通孔,第一装饰盖161与第一铰链110通过螺丝连接。第二铰链板120上设有分别位于联接柱126两侧的第二装饰盖162和第三装饰盖163,第二装饰盖162、第三装饰盖163上设有螺纹孔,第二铰链板120上设有通孔,第二装饰盖162、第三装饰盖163与第二铰链板120通过螺丝连接。第一装饰盖161、第二装饰盖162、第三装饰盖163均包括一长方形片体,从长方形片体的三面各伸出一侧板形成一半包围腔。在其他实施例中,第一装饰盖161、第二装饰盖162、第三装饰盖163可以通过胶接或卡接的方式与第一铰链板110、第二铰链板120连接。第二玻璃夹140上设有圆形的第四装饰盖164。第一装饰盖161、第二装饰盖162、第三装饰盖163和第四装饰盖164的使用不仅有利于提高铰链组件的美观性,还能避免水汽对螺纹锁紧件的腐蚀。
凸台132朝向活动门2的第一侧面134上设有第一环槽135,第一环槽135内设有第一胶圈171。第二玻璃夹140朝向活动门2的第二侧面144上设有第二环槽145,第二环槽145内设有第二胶圈172。第二铰链板120朝向活动门2的第三侧面129上设有胶垫173。第一胶圈171、第二胶圈172和胶垫173的使用能够有效减少第一玻璃夹130、第二玻璃夹140以及第二铰链板120对活动门2的磨损以及撞击。
参见图17至图22,当需要调整活动门2水平方向上的左右位置时,松开第一锁紧件150,使用工具卡住第二玻璃夹140上的卡槽142,转动第二玻璃夹140。由于径向限位件的限位作用,第一玻璃夹130随第二玻璃夹140一同转动,齿轮131在齿条123上转动,带动活动门2沿导向孔125左右移动,使活动门2相对于固定门1伸出或缩进,从而实现活动门2左右位置的大尺寸调节,进而调节淋浴门的宽度,使其适用于不同尺寸的安装场合。调整完毕后,锁紧第一锁紧件150,第一玻璃夹130和第二玻璃夹140之间距离减少,将第二铰链板120与活动门2夹紧固定。
铰链组件第二实施例:
为了简化结构,可以不采用齿轮传动方式。参见图23至图26,铰链组件的第二铰链板220横向设有第一挡板221和第二挡板222,第一挡板221和第一挡板222之间形成凹槽223,导向孔224设置在凹槽223内;第一玻璃夹230的顶部和底部设有水平端面231,水平端面231与由第一挡板221以及第二挡板222形成的槽壁225邻接。
第二玻璃夹240上设有第二锁紧件241,第二锁紧件241为第二螺纹锁紧件。第一玻璃夹230中间设有第二螺纹孔,第二锁紧件241与第二螺纹孔连接。
当需要调节活动门2位置时,放松第二锁紧件241,用外力拖动第二玻璃夹240,或直接拖动活动门2,使得第一玻璃夹230、第二玻璃夹240、活动门2沿导向孔224移动,从而实现活动门2水平方向上的左右位置的大尺寸调节。调整好尺寸后再锁紧第二锁紧件241,即可将活动门2夹紧固定。与第一实施例相比,第二实施例的第一玻璃夹230在凹槽223内滑动阻力较大,需要耗费更多的时间和劳动,调整时稳定性、安全性也相对较低。第一实施例是更优选的技术方案。

工业实用性
本发明的淋浴门适用于在客户的卫生间内现场安装的场合,能够满足不同尺寸的安装要求。本发明提供的铰链组件主要应用在开门式的淋浴门上,淋浴门包括一扇固定门以及一扇活动门,铰链组件固定在固定门上,活动门可以在铰链组件上移动从而大尺寸地调节活动门的左右位置。

  1. 一种铰链组件,包括第一铰链板和第二铰链板,所述第一铰链板与所述第二铰链板铰接;
    其特征在于:
    所述第二铰链板横向设有条形的导向孔,所述导向孔两侧分别设有第一玻璃夹和第二玻璃夹;
    所述第一玻璃夹和所述第二玻璃夹由穿过所述导向孔且松紧可调的连接机构连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种铰链组件,其特征在于:
    所述第二铰链板横向设有第一挡板,所述第一挡板上设有齿条;
    所述第一玻璃夹包括齿轮,所述齿轮与所述齿条啮合;
    所述齿轮一侧设有与所述齿轮同心的圆形的凸台,所述凸台位于所述导向孔内,且所述凸台的径向端面与所述导向孔的上端面以及下端面邻接。

    其特征在于:
    所述第二铰链板横向设有条形的导向孔,所述导向孔两侧分别设有第一玻璃夹和第二玻璃夹;所述活动门夹在所述第二铰链板与所述第二玻璃夹之间,且所述活动门设有安装孔;
    所述第一玻璃夹和所述第二玻璃夹由松紧可调的连接机构连接;所述连接机构穿过所述导向孔和所述安装孔。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述第二铰链板横向设有第一挡板,所述第一挡板上设有齿条;
    所述第一玻璃夹包括齿轮,所述齿轮与所述齿条啮合;
    所述齿轮一侧设有与所述齿轮同心的圆形的凸台,所述凸台位于所述导向孔内,且所述凸台的径向端面与所述导向孔的上端面以及下端面邻接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述连接机构包括设在所述第一玻璃夹和所述第二玻璃夹上的径向限位件以及松紧可调的第一锁紧件;
    所述径向限位件包括设在所述第一玻璃夹上的第一卡口以及设在所述第二玻璃夹上的第二卡口;
    所述第一卡口与所述第二卡口各自包括半径相同的圆弧形凸块,所述第一卡口的圆弧形凸块与所述第二卡口的圆弧形凸块错位设置;
    所述第一卡口上的所述圆弧形凸块与所述第二卡口上的所述圆弧形凸块组合形成圆形的所述径向限位件。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述第一玻璃夹中间设有第一螺纹孔,所述第二玻璃夹中间设有第一通孔;所述第一锁紧件为第一螺纹锁紧件;所述第一锁紧件穿过所述第一通孔与所述第一螺纹孔连接。
  20. 根据权利要求17至19任一项所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述凸台朝向所述活动门的第一侧面上设有第一环槽,所述第一环槽内设有第一胶圈;
    所述第二玻璃夹朝向所述活动门的第二侧面上设有第二环槽,所述第二环槽内设有第二胶圈。
  21. 根据权利要求17至20任一项所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述第二铰链板朝向所述活动门的第三侧面上设有胶垫。
  22. 根据权利要求17至21任一项所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述第一铰链板一端设有第一铰接块,所述第一铰接块上设有第一铰接孔;
    所述第二铰链板横向设有第二挡板,所述第二挡板和所述第一挡板之间形成凹槽,所述导向孔设置在所述凹槽内;所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板之间设有联接柱,所述联接柱位于所述凹槽外;所述联接柱中间设有第二铰接块,所述第二铰接块上设有第二铰接孔;
    所述第一铰接孔与所述第二铰接孔通过销轴连接。
  23. 根据权利要求16所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述第二铰链板横向设有第一挡板和第二挡板,所述第一挡板和所述第二挡板之间形成凹槽,所述导向孔设置在所述凹槽内;
    所述第一玻璃夹的顶部和底部设有水平端面,所述水平端面与由所述第一挡板以及所述第二挡板形成的槽壁邻接。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的淋浴门,其特征在于:
    所述连接机构包括设在第二玻璃夹上的第二锁紧件,所述第二锁紧件为第二螺纹锁紧件;所述第一玻璃夹中间设有第二螺纹孔,所述第二锁紧件与所述第二螺纹孔连接。
