本申请要求于2020年01月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为202020134593.1,发明名称为“导轨组件及淋浴房”的中国专利申请的优先权,其内容应理解为通过引用的方式并入本申请中。
技术领域
本文涉及但不限于卫浴器具技术领域,尤指一种导轨、导轨组件及淋浴房。
背景技术
现在的淋浴房通常使用带有玻璃板的淋浴门。现在的淋浴门大多分为三种结构,分别是带有轨道的移动门、带有铰链的合页,以及简易走入式的单片玻璃。移动门具有一个由型材制成的框架,框架包括一根或者两根导轨以及两侧或单侧的靠墙型材。
为了减少故障率,提高使用的安全度和舒适度,现有淋浴房多安装有缓冲器,但缓冲器安装效率低,维修成本高,不利于产品的后期维护和推广。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种导轨,包括导轨本体、设置于导轨本体内的容置腔和设置于导轨本体并与容置腔连通的拆装口,容置腔设置为容纳缓冲器,所述拆装口设置为所述缓冲器在淋浴房组装后能够通过所述拆装口进行更换或维护。
本发明实施例还提供了一种导轨组件,包括缓冲器和上述的导轨,缓冲器设置于导轨的容置腔内。
本发明实施例还提供了一种淋浴房,包括立柱、淋浴房门和上述导轨组件,导轨组件固定于立柱上,淋浴房门包括房门本体和设置于房门本体上的滚轮组件,导轨组件的导轨包括导向板,滚轮组件包括设置为悬挂在导向板上的滚轮和设置为与缓冲器拉钩配合的滑块。

现有淋浴房多安装有缓冲器,在一可选实施方式中,缓冲器从房门导轨的两端放入房门导轨内,房门导轨将其全部包裹住后再将房门导轨和立柱用螺丝锁紧,从而将缓冲器置于了一个基本封闭的空间,再利用螺丝将缓冲器固定住。缓冲器整体被包围在导轨中,在后期使用过程中缓冲器发生故障,则需将整套房体拆下打开,对缓冲器进行调整或是更换,再将整套产品重新安装,导致缓冲器安装效率低,维修成本高,不利于产品的后期维护和推广。
本发明实施例提供了一种导轨组件,包括:导轨和缓冲器;导轨设置有容纳缓冲器的容置腔和与容置腔连通的拆装口,缓冲器在淋浴房组装后能够通过拆装口进行更换或维护。
本发明实施例提供的导轨组件,通过导轨上设置拆装口,缓冲器在淋浴房组装后能够通过拆装口进行更换,进而提升了缓冲器安装和更换效率,降低了维护成本。
下面通过示例性实施例来详细说明本发明实施例技术方案:
在一示例性实施例中,本发明实施例提供了一种导轨组件,包括导轨和缓冲器,导轨包括导轨本体和设置于导轨本体上的容置腔和拆装口,导轨本体包括盖板和间隔设置于盖板上的侧板和导向板,以及连接侧板和导向板的连接板,侧板、连接板、导向板和盖板围成容置腔,拆装口设置于盖板或侧板上并与容置腔连通,导向板上设置有沿导轨导向方向延伸的长条孔,长条孔设置为供与缓冲器的拉钩配合的淋浴房移动房门上的滑块穿过。

本发明实施例提供的导轨组件10包括:
导轨100,包括导轨本体101、设置于导轨本体101内的容置腔180和设置于导轨本体101并与容置腔180连通的拆装口111。在一示例中,导轨本体101包括盖板110和在盖板110上间隔设置的侧板120和导向板130,侧板120与导向板130通过连接板140连接,盖板110、侧板120、导向板130和连接板140之间围成沿导轨导向方向延伸的容置腔180,盖板110上设置有拆装孔111,拆装孔111与容置腔180连通,导向板130上设置有沿导轨导向方向延伸的长条孔131,长条孔131与容置腔180连通;
缓冲器200,设置在容置腔180内,缓冲器200包括壳体210和部分设置于壳体内的拉钩220以及设置于壳体210内的缓冲结构(附图未示出),拉钩220与缓冲结构连接,缓冲结构设置为与拉钩配合对淋浴房门的移动进行缓冲,拉钩22可以包括第一卡齿221和第二卡齿222,壳体210上设置导向槽230,导向槽230包括直线导向槽231和与直线导向槽231连通的退位导向槽232,拉钩220位于壳体210内的导向部伸入导向槽232内且可在导向槽232内滑动,实现拉钩220与导向槽230的滑动连接,拉钩220在直线导向槽231位置时,第一卡齿221和第二卡齿222均伸出壳体210,以与淋浴房移动房门上的滑块卡合。拉钩220在退位导向槽232位置时,第一卡齿221全部或部分缩回到壳体210内,以释放淋浴房移动房门上的滑块,与滑块脱钩。如图4所示,缓冲器200固定在容置腔180内,壳体210的底部与连接板140相对,拉钩220与长条孔131的位置齐平,淋浴房移动房门上的滑块可穿过长条孔131与拉钩220配合。
在一示例性实施例中,如图4所示,侧板120与导向板130平行设置并与盖板110垂直,连接板140与侧板120和导向板130的远离盖板110的端部连接。
在一示例性实施例中,如图1和图2所示,拆装口111设置于导轨100的导向方向的中间位置,即拆装口111设置于盖板沿导轨导向方向的中间位置。缓冲器200可以包括两个,其中一个位于长条孔131一端,另一个位于长条孔131的另一端,即一个缓冲器200位于淋浴房的移动房门的打开位置,另一个位于淋浴房的移动房门的关闭位置。
在一示例性实施例中,长条孔131沿垂直于导轨导向方向的宽度为4mm-9mm,即小于人的手指宽度,这样在清理打开状态下的淋浴房时,可以避免工作人员的手指插入到长条孔内触碰到拉钩,导致拉钩偏离脱钩位置,造成缓冲器失效。
在一示例性实施例中,如图3和图4所示,缓冲器200的壳体210上设置第一通孔214,导向板130上设置第二通孔132,缓冲器200通过穿设于第一通孔214和第二通孔132的紧固件固定于导向板130上。可选的,紧固件包括穿设于第一通孔的螺帽251和与螺帽配合的螺杆252,螺帽251与螺杆252螺纹连接。
为了满足缓冲器和导轨的尺寸要求,并且能够应用现有的缓冲器,在一示例中,如图4所示,导向板130靠近侧板的一侧设置凸起150,凸起150为长条状,沿着导轨的导向方向延伸,凸起150将容置腔180分为第一腔体181和第二腔体182,其中第一腔体181为凸起150上表面与盖板110之间限定的区域,第二腔体182为凸起150的下表面与连接板之间限定的区域。缓冲器200设置于靠近盖板110的第一腔体181内。凸起可以为设置于导向板上的限位筋条。长条孔131位于与第一腔体对应的导向板位置。
在一示例性实施例中,如图4所示,导向板130包括与盖板110连接的导向板本体133,和设置于导向板本体133背离侧板120一侧并延导轨导向方向延伸的凸条134,凸条134朝向盖板110的一侧设置滑槽136,滑槽136设置为悬挂淋浴房移动房门滚轮。导向板本体133背离侧板120的一侧设置沿导轨导向方向延伸的固定槽135,固定槽135位于凸条134背离盖板110的一侧,固定槽设置为固定防水胶条。可选的,固定槽135为T型槽。
下面通过使用本发明实施例导轨组件的淋浴房的结构详细说明本发明实施例技术方案。
图5A为本发明实施例一种淋浴房的结构图,图5B为本发明实施例一种淋浴房的局部结构图,图6为本发明实施例一种淋浴房的截面图,如图5A、5B和图6所示:
淋浴房包括导轨组件10、移动房门20和玻璃墙体30,导轨组件10的两端可以固定在洗浴间的墙体上,也可以固定在立柱40上,在此不做限定。导 轨组件10设置玻璃墙体30的位置安装防水胶条,防水胶条上设置的T型凸起嵌入到固定槽内,玻璃墙体30通过压块31压紧在防水胶条上。移动房门20的上端设置滚轮组件21,滚轮组件21包括滚轮固定座211和设置于滚轮固定座211上的滚轮212以及设置于滚轮固定座21上的滑块213,滚轮212悬挂在导向板130的滑槽内,滑块213的一端插入到长条孔131内,另一端通过螺栓固定在滚轮固定座211上。滑块213位于滚轮212的上端。移动房门20滑动时,缓冲器200上的拉钩220和滑块213配合,滑块213插入到第一卡齿和第二卡齿之间,对移动房门20进行缓冲。在淋浴房需要更换缓冲器200时,可以松开固定缓冲器200的紧固件,然后通过长条孔131将缓冲器200移动到拆装口,通过工具,将缓冲器200从拆装口取出,进而大大提升的缓冲器的更换或维护效率,降低了维修成本。
在一示例性实施例中,拆装口也可以设置在侧板上,可以起到与设置于盖板同样的有益效果。
本发明实施例提供了一种导轨组件,至少包括如下有益效果:
1、通过在导轨的盖板或侧板上设置拆装口,缓冲器在淋浴房组装后能够通过拆装口进行更换维护,进而提升了缓冲器更换效率,降低了维护成本;
2、长条孔沿垂直于导轨导向方向的宽度小于人的手指宽度,这样在清理打开状态下的淋浴房时,可以避免工作人员的手指插入到长条孔内,触碰到拉钩,导致拉钩偏离脱钩位置,造成缓冲器失效;
3、导轨组件可以采用现有的缓冲器,不需要对缓冲器的结构进行调整,降低了导轨组件的开发成本。
在一示例性实施例中,本发明实施例提供了另一种导轨组件,导轨组件包括导轨和缓冲器,导轨包括导轨本体、设置于导轨本体内的容置腔和设置于导轨本体并与容置腔连通的拆装口。导轨本体包括盖板和在盖板上间隔设置的侧板和导向板,以及连接侧板和导向板的连接板,侧板上设置有支撑板,支撑板位于连接板背离盖板的一侧,支撑板、连接板和侧板之间围成容置腔,支撑板和导向板之间形成拆装口。
图7和图8示出本发明实施例导轨组件的结构,图7为本发明实施例另 一种导轨组件的爆炸图,图8为本发明实施例另一种导轨组件的截面图,如图7和图8所示:
本发明实施例提供的导轨组件10包括:
导轨100,包括导轨本体101,导轨本体包括盖板110和在盖板110上间隔设置的侧板120和导向板130,以及连接侧板120和导向板130之间的连接板140,侧板120上设置支撑板160,支撑板160位于连接板140背离盖板110的一侧,支撑板160、连接板140和侧板120之间围成容置腔180,支撑板160和导向板130之间形成拆装口111;
缓冲器200,设置在容置腔180内,缓冲器200的壳体210的底部朝向侧板120,缓冲器200包括拉钩220,缓冲器200的壳体210还设置有供拉钩沿导轨延伸方向滑动的导向孔241,导向孔241的末端设置有避让槽240,拉钩220的第一卡齿221在脱钩位置容置在避让槽240内。
在一示例性实施例中,如图8所示,连接板140上设置螺纹孔141,支撑板160上设置第三通孔161,缓冲器200通过穿设于第一通孔214和第三通孔161的螺栓与螺纹孔141螺纹连接固定在连接板140和支撑板160之间。
在一示例性实施例中,如图8所示,侧板120与导向板130平行设置并与盖板110垂直,连接板140与支撑板160平行设置,并垂直于侧板120,支撑板160、连接板140和侧板120之间围成矩形的容置腔180。
在一示例性实施例中,缓冲器全部位于容置腔内。这样在清理打开状态下的淋浴房时,可以避免工作人员的手指触碰到拉钩,导致拉钩偏离脱钩位置,造成缓冲器失效。
在一示例性实施例中,如图8所示,导向板包括第一导向板130a和第二导向板130b,第一导向板130a和第二导向板130b相对设置,第一导向板130a与连接板140连接。第一导向板130a和第二导向板130b远离盖板110的一端相对弯折形成滑槽136,滑槽设置为悬挂淋浴房移动房门的滚轮。其中,第一导向板130a上形成第一滑槽136a,第二导向板130b形成第二滑槽136b。可选的,为了便于缓冲器的安装和更换,连接板140朝向支撑板160的一侧与第一导向板130a背离盖板110的最远端齐平。
在一示例性实施例中,如图8所示,导轨10还包括位于支撑板160背离盖板110的一侧,并且与支撑板160和侧板120连接的固定板170,固定板170为L型,固定板170设置为固定淋浴房的玻璃墙体。
下面通过本实施例导轨组件与滚轮组件的组装结构详细说明本发明实施例技术方案。
图9为本发明实施例另一种导轨组件与滚轮组件的组装结构图,图10为本发明实施例另一种导轨组件与滚轮组件配合过程图,如图9和图10所示:
滚轮组件21包括滚轮固定座211和设置于滚轮固定座211上的双排滚轮212,双排滚轮212分别悬挂在对应的第一导向板130a和第二导向板130b第一滑槽和第二滑槽内。缓冲器200设置在支撑板和连接板140形成的容置腔内。滚轮固定座211上设置滑块213,滑块213与缓冲器200上的拉钩220配合,对移动房门进行缓冲。如图10所述,移动房门沿A方向运动,在未与拉钩220接触时,拉钩220位于脱钩位置,第一卡齿221位于避让槽240内,随着滚轮组件21的移动,滑块213与拉钩220的第二卡齿222接触,拉钩220在滑块213带动下开始移动并与滑块213卡合,缓冲器内的缓冲结构对滚轮组件21的移动进行缓冲。缓冲器200可以预先安装在导轨100的容置腔内,也可以在淋浴房组装完成后安装在容置腔内。在缓冲器需要更换或维护时,缓冲器可以从支撑板160和导向板130端部形成的拆装口卸下。
本发明实施例提供了一种导轨组件,至少包括如下有益效果:
1、通过在导轨上设置支撑板,支撑板和连接板之间形成容置腔,支撑板与导向板之间形成拆装口,缓冲器在淋浴房组装后能够通过拆装口进行更换维护,进而提升了缓冲器更换效率,降低了维护成本
2、缓冲器全部位于容置腔内。这样在清理打开状态下的淋浴房时,可以避免工作人员的手指触碰到拉钩,导致拉钩偏离脱钩位置,造成缓冲器失效。
3、本实施例导轨组件结构简单,生产成本低。
本发明实施例还提供了一种淋浴房,包括立柱、淋浴房门和上述的导轨组件,导轨组件固定于立柱上,淋浴房门包括房门本体和设置于房门本体上的滚轮组件,导轨组件的导轨包括导向板,滚轮组件包括设置为悬挂在导向 板上的滚轮和设置为与缓冲器拉钩配合的滑块。
本发明实施例还提供了一种导轨,包括导轨本体、设置于导轨本体内的容置腔和设置于导轨本体并与容置腔连通的拆装口,容置腔设置为容纳缓冲器,拆装口设置为缓冲器在淋浴房组装后能够通过拆装口进行更换或维护。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2所示,导轨100本体101包括盖板110和间隔设置于盖板110上的侧板120和导向板130,以及连接侧板120和导向板130的连接板140,侧板120、连接板140、导向板130和盖板110围成沿导轨导向方向延伸的容置腔180,拆装口111设置于盖板110或侧板120上。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2和图4所示,导轨100还包括设置于导向板130朝向侧板120的一侧并沿导轨导向方向延伸的凸起150,凸起150将容置腔180分为第一腔体181和第二腔体182,第一腔体181设置为容纳缓冲器。
在一示例性实施例中,图2所示,导向板130上设置有沿导轨导向方向延伸的长条孔131,长条孔131设置为供与缓冲器的拉钩配合的淋浴房移动房门上的滑块穿过。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2所示,拆装口111设置在盖板110或侧板120沿导轨导向方向的中间位置。
在一示例性实施例中,长条孔垂直于导轨导向方向的宽度为4mm-9mm。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2所示,导向板130包括与盖板110连接的导向板本体133和设置于导向板本体133背离侧板120一侧并延导轨导向方向延伸的凸条134,凸条134朝向盖板的一侧设置有滑槽136,滑槽136设置为悬挂淋浴房移动房门滚轮。
在一示例性实施例中,如图2所示,导轨100还包括设置于导向板本体133背离侧板120一侧并沿导轨导向方向延伸的固定槽135,固定槽135位于凸条134背离盖板的一侧,固定槽135设置为固定防水胶条。
在一示例性实施例中,如图7所示,导轨本体101包括盖板110和间隔设置于盖板110上的侧板120和导向板130,以及连接侧板120和导向板130的连接板140,侧板120上设置有支撑板160,支撑板160位于连接板140 背离盖板110的一侧,支撑板160、连接板140和侧板120之间围成沿导轨导向方向延伸的容置腔180,支撑板160和导向板130之间形成拆装口111。
在一示例性实施例中,如图7和图8所示,导向板130包括第一导向板130a和第二导向板130b,第一导向板130a和第二导向板130b相对设置,第一导向板130a与连接板140连接,第一导向板130a和第二导向板130b远离盖板110的一端相对弯折形成滑槽136,滑槽136设置为悬挂淋浴房门滚轮。
在一示例性实施例中,连接板140朝向支撑板160的一侧与第一导向板130a背离盖板110的最远端齐平。
本发明实施例提供的淋浴房,通过在导轨上设置拆装口,缓冲器在淋浴房组装后能够通过拆装口进行更换,进而提升了缓冲器更换效率,降低了维护成本。

  1. 一种导轨,包括导轨本体、设置于导轨本体内的容置腔和设置于导轨本体并与容置腔连通的拆装口,所述容置腔设置为容纳缓冲器,所述拆装口设置为所述缓冲器在淋浴房组装后能够通过所述拆装口进行更换或维护。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的导轨,其中,所述导轨本体包括盖板和间隔设置于所述盖板上的侧板和导向板,以及连接所述侧板和导向板的连接板,所述侧板、连接板、导向板和盖板围成沿导轨导向方向延伸的所述容置腔,所述拆装口设置于所述盖板或侧板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的导轨,其中,还包括设置于所述导向板朝向侧板的一侧并沿导轨导向方向延伸的凸起,所述凸起将容置腔分为第一腔体和第二腔体,所述第一腔体设置为容纳所述缓冲器。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的导轨,其中,所述导向板上设置有沿导轨导向方向延伸的长条孔,所述长条孔设置为供与缓冲器的拉钩配合的淋浴房移动房门上的滑块穿过。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的导轨,其中,所述拆装口设置在盖板或侧板沿导轨导向方向的中间位置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的导轨,其中,所述长条孔垂直于所述导轨导向方向的宽度为4mm-9mm。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的导轨,其中,所述导向板包括与所述盖板连接的导向板本体和设置于导向板本体背离侧板一侧并延导轨导向方向延伸的凸条,所述凸条朝向盖板的一侧设置有滑槽,所述滑槽设置为悬挂淋浴房移动房门滚轮。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的导轨,还包括设置于所述导向板本体背离侧板一侧并沿导轨导向方向延伸的固定槽,所述固定槽位于凸条背离盖板的一侧,所述固定槽设置为固定防水胶条。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的导轨,其中,所述导轨本体包括盖板和间隔设置于所述盖板上的侧板和导向板,以及连接所述侧板和导向板的连接板,所 述侧板上设置有支撑板,所述支撑板位于所述连接板背离盖板的一侧,所述支撑板、连接板和侧板之间围成沿导轨导向方向延伸的所述容置腔,所述支撑板和导向板之间形成所述拆装口。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的导轨,其中,所述导向板包括第一导向板和第二导向板,所述第一导向板和第二导向板相对设置,所述第一导向板与连接板连接,所述第一导向板和第二导向板远离盖板的一端相对弯折形成滑槽,所述滑槽设置为悬挂淋浴房门滚轮。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的导轨,其中,所述连接板朝向支撑板的一侧与第一导向板背离盖板的最远端齐平。
  12. 一种导轨组件,包括缓冲器和权利要求1-11任一项所述的导轨,所述缓冲器设置于导轨的容置腔。
