Description

柔和定位的淋浴门滑动机构 技术领域
本发明涉及淋浴门技术领域,尤其涉及淋浴门中的活动门片的滑动和开关门的无冲击柔和定位。
背景技术
在现有的滑动式淋浴门中,通常活动门片在沿轨道滑动进行开关门操作时,由于惯性因素,活动门片在开启到最大位置和关闭时会产生冲击。应用在滑动式淋浴门上的柔性闭合器通过提供缓冲作用,能够从一定程度上解决冲击的问题,然而在现有设计的淋浴房中,柔性闭合器通常安装在轨道上,而柔性闭合器的卡口裸露在外面,且活动门片上要外加触碰块,以启动柔性闭合器动作,这样裸露在外的元件影响了淋浴房的外观,用户的使用感受较差。另外,现有的柔性闭合器的卡口是朝上安装的,这样轨道在高度方向上必须要有较大的空间才能安装柔性闭合器和与卡口耦合的定位件,导致轨道的整体高度尺寸和整体重量较大,同时轨道的制造成本较高,并且也影响了产品的整体美观性。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种能够充分利用轨道的内部空间、以使轨道的高度尺寸大幅减少的淋浴房滑动结构。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:设计一种柔和定位的淋浴门滑动机构,包括:固定设置的轨道组件、活动门片、滑轮组件以及通过所述滑轮组件可活动地设置在所述轨道组件内的柔性闭合器组件;所述柔性闭合器组件包括固定支架和具有卡口的柔性闭合器,所述柔性闭合器固定在所述固定支架上,所述固定支架连接固定于所述滑轮组件,并位于两个所述滑轮组件之间;所述轨道组件包括内部具有纵向通道的轨道以及固定在所述轨道上的可与所述卡口耦合的定位组件; 所述纵向通道由所述轨道的上壁、下壁、前壁和后壁围成,该纵向通道包括定位组件容纳槽以及可供所述柔性闭合器组件和所述滑轮组件在其内移动的滑槽,所述定位组件容纳槽和所述滑槽沿所述轨道的纵向延伸,并沿所述轨道的横向相邻地分布,所述下壁具有纵向开口和支撑所述滑轮组件的滑动面;所述活动门片的顶部设置有玻璃夹组件,所述玻璃夹组件的顶部通过调节螺丝连接于所述滑轮组件上的螺纹孔,使得所述活动门片整体悬挂于所述柔性闭合器组件和所述滑轮组件的正下方。

有益效果
由上述方案可见,对于本发明的淋浴门滑动机构,柔性闭合器组件和滑轮组件在轨道的滑槽内移动,使得滑轮组件和柔性闭合器组件隐藏于轨道的滑槽中。轨道的纵向通道由轨道的上壁、下壁、前壁和后壁围成,该纵向通道包括定位组件容纳槽以及可供柔性闭合器组件和滑轮组件在其内移动的滑槽,定位组件容纳槽和滑槽沿轨道的纵向延伸,并沿轨道的横向相邻地分布,下壁具有纵向开口和支撑滑轮组件的滑动面;活动门片的顶部设置有玻璃夹组件,玻璃夹组件的顶部通过调节螺丝连接于滑轮组件上的螺纹孔,使得活动门片整体悬挂于柔性闭合器组件和滑轮组件的正下方。由于轨道上的定位组件是安装在柔性闭合器组件的一侧,采用这种侧向安装方式能够充分利用轨道的内部空间,使轨道的高度尺寸大幅减少,同时也减少了轨道的整体重量和制造成本,并且提高了产品的整体美观性。
当活动门片向闭合方向运动到一定位置时,关门用柔性闭合器的卡口会与安装在轨道上的关门用定位组件接触并耦合,使关门用柔性闭合器发生作用,阻止活动门片高速运动,而以一定的低速自动闭合;同样,当外力使活动门片向开门方向运动到一定位置时,开门用柔性闭合器的卡口会与安装在轨道上的开门用定位组件接触并耦合,使开门用柔性闭合器发生作用,阻止活动门片的高速运动,而以一定的低速自动到达开门位置。根据实际需要,可以仅设置关门用柔性闭合器,也可以仅设置开门用柔性闭合器,或者设置开关门双向柔和定位结构。由此,采用本发明的淋浴门组件可实现既美观又无冲击的柔和定位。

如图13和图14所示,柔性闭合器组件和滑轮组件通过滑轮80在轨道10的滑槽113内移动,柔性闭合器组件和滑轮组件完全隐藏在轨道10内。当活动门片60向闭合方向运动到一定位置时,柔性闭合器30的关门侧的卡口301会与安装在轨道10上的关门用定位件20接触并耦合,使柔性闭合器30发生作用,阻止活动门片60高速运动,而以一定的低速自动闭合。同样,当外力使活动门片60向开门方向运动到一定位置时,柔性闭合器30的开门侧的卡口301会与安装在轨道10上的开门用定位件20接触并耦合,使柔性闭合器30发生作用,阻止活动门片60的高速运动,而以一定的低速自动到达开门位置。根据实际需要,可以仅设置关门用柔性闭合器,也可以仅设置开门用柔性闭合器,当然更常见的是本实施例所示的开关门双向柔和定位结构。由此,本实施例的淋浴门滑动机构可实现既美观又无冲击的柔和定位。
由于轨道上的定位组件是安装在柔性闭合器组件的一侧,采用这种侧向安装方式能够充分利用轨道的内部空间,使轨道的高度尺寸大幅减少,同时也减少了轨道的整体重量和制造成本,并且提高了产品的整体美观性。
工业实用性
本发明的柔和定位的淋浴门滑动机构能够在工业上制造和使用,因此具备工业实用性。

Claims (9)

  1. 柔和定位的淋浴门滑动机构,包括:固定设置的轨道组件、活动门片、滑轮组件以及通过所述滑轮组件可活动地设置在所述轨道组件内的柔性闭合器组件;
    所述柔性闭合器组件包括固定支架和具有卡口的柔性闭合器,所述柔性闭合器固定在所述固定支架上,所述固定支架连接固定于所述滑轮组件,并位于两个所述滑轮组件之间;
    所述轨道组件包括内部具有纵向通道的轨道以及固定在所述轨道上的可与所述卡口耦合的定位组件;
      其特征在于:
    所述纵向通道由所述轨道的上壁、下壁、前壁和后壁围成,该纵向通道包括定位组件容纳槽以及可供所述柔性闭合器组件和所述滑轮组件在其内移动的滑槽,所述定位组件容纳槽和所述滑槽沿所述轨道的纵向延伸,并沿所述轨道的横向相邻地分布,所述下壁具有纵向开口和支撑所述滑轮组件的滑动面;
    所述活动门片的顶部设置有玻璃夹组件,所述玻璃夹组件的顶部通过调节螺丝连接于所述滑轮组件上的螺纹孔,使得所述活动门片整体悬挂于所述柔性闭合器组件和所述滑轮组件的正下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门滑动机构,其中在所述轨道的上壁形成有用于安装固定所述定位组件的条形安装孔,所述定位组件包括定位件和定位件固定片,所述上壁夹在所述定位件固定片与所述定位件之间,其中所述定位件固定片位于所述上壁的上方,所述定位件位于所述上壁的下方,且所述定位件整体位于所述定位组件容纳槽内;所述定位件的上端面设有两个定位孔和一个安装孔,所述定位件固定片设有与所述定位孔配合的两个定位销以及与所述安装孔配合的通孔,所述定位件固定片与所述定位件之间通过定位件连接件与所述通孔和安装孔的配合实现连接固定;所述定位件的沿所述轨道的横向的宽度大于所述条形安装孔的宽度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门滑动机构,其中所述玻璃夹组件由第一玻璃夹片和第二玻璃夹片组成,所述第一玻璃夹片和第二玻璃夹片通过相互配合的螺孔和螺丝组装固定到所述活动门片上;所述第一玻璃夹片和第二玻璃夹片上还设有带台阶半圆孔,所述调节螺丝包括带螺纹柱体,其下部设有方形台阶和圆形台阶,所述方形台阶和圆形台阶与所述第一玻璃夹片和第二玻璃夹片上的所述带台阶半圆孔组合成的圆形孔配合,使得所述活动门片通过所述玻璃夹组件悬挂于所述调节螺丝的下端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门滑动机构,其中所述滑轮组件包括滑轮座和安装在所述滑轮座上的滑轮,所述滑轮座包括条状的滑轮座主体,从所述滑轮座主体的一侧或两侧延伸出一个或多个凸台,所述滑轮安装在所述凸台上,在所述滑轮座的一端设有用于连接固定至所述固定支架的连接块,所述连接块上设有连接孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门滑动机构,其中所述固定支架呈长条形,其由上壁、下壁和后壁围成U形截面的型材,该型材形成有适于容纳所述柔性闭合器的闭合器容纳腔以及与所述后壁相对的前侧开口,所述上壁、下壁和后壁中的至少一个设有用于通过连接件固定连接所述柔性闭合器的第一连接孔和用于通过连接件固定连接所述滑轮座的第二连接孔,其中所述第二连接孔位于所述固定支架的两端,所述第一连接孔位于所述第二连接孔之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门滑动机构,其中所述柔性闭合器设有用于连接固定至所述固定支架的第三连接孔,所述柔性闭合器的表面上设有卡口,所述卡口的尺寸与所述定位件的长度相对应,当所述定位件与所述卡口相接触并耦合时,所述柔性闭合器发生作用而实现柔和定位。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门滑动机构,其中所述柔性闭合器包括关门用柔性闭合器和/或开门用柔性闭合器。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门滑动机构,其中所述下壁形成有沿所述轨道的纵向延伸的开口槽,所述开口槽内固定安装有固定门片和防水封条。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的淋浴门滑动机构,其中所述轨道的两端设有用于将其固定的连接孔。
