Abstract
L'invention concerne un système (20) permettant de surveiller l'état de santé d'un client dans un hôtel. Le système comprend : un module de détection (201) pour détecter et déterminer si un client entre dans une chambre ; un module de reconnaissance d'identité (202) pour acquérir des informations d'identité concernant le client ; un module d'acquisition de personnel associé (203) pour acquérir des informations concernant le personnel associé correspondant aux informations d'identité ; un module de détection de santé (204) pour obtenir un paramètre de poids de l'invité et détecter un paramètre de fréquence cardiaque, un paramètre de graisse, un paramètre de tension artérielle et un paramètre de teneur en eau du client ; un module d'analyse de santé (205) pour acquérir des données de santé détectées par le module de détection de santé (204) et créer un fichier de données de santé correspondant pour le client ; et un module d'invite (206) pour notifier, après que le module d'analyse de santé (205) a découvert des données de santé anormales, au client correspondant de prêter attention au problème de santé anormale. L'efficacité de surveillance de l'état de santé des clients dans des chambres d'hôtel est considérablement améliorée.
