Abstract

본 발명은 전지의 충방전에 의해 전해액에 대해 1 중량% 이상의 용해도를 갖는 양극 활물질 유래 화합물을 형성하는 활성화 단계를 포함하는 리튬-황 전지의 수명 개선 방법을 제공한다. 상기 활성화 단계에서 리튬-황 전지는 2.0V 초과 2.4V 미만의 범위 내에서 충방전될 수 있다. 또한, 상기 활성화 단계에서 리튬-황 전지는 3 내지 10회 충방전될 수 있다.
