【課題】会員の支払い額で付与されるポイントで寄付行為を行え、寄付先が会員により選ばれ、ポイントの流れが透明性を持って公表されるポイント寄付システムとする。 【解決手段】会員の情報の記録と会員に投票権を与える会員情報記録手段９０と、支払い額で付与されるポイントを寄付金としてプールするポイント管理手段２０と、寄付金で行う事業の候補を複数管理する候補事業管理手段４０と、投票権を有する会員の判定を行い、複数の候補事業の中から会員による投票を受け付け、投票数で寄付金で行われる事業を決定する事業決定手段３０と、会員に対して、プールされている会員全員分の総ポイント数及び／又はポイントを換金した寄付金総額を報告表示し、投票で事業化が決定した候補事業と分配されるポイント数及び／又は換金した寄付金額を報告表示する寄付金ポイント報告手段６０とを有するポイント寄付システムとした。

Description

ポイント寄付システム
　この発明は、ポイント寄付システムに関し、特に会員の支払い額に応じて付与されるポイントを寄付に回すポイント寄付システムに関するものである。
　従来、クレジットカード会員が当該クレジットカードで支払いをしたり、会員システムを有する店で会員が買物をしたりすると、その支払い額に応じてポイントが付与される場合がある（例えば、特許文献１参照）。
　このポイントは、買物の際に金券や電子マネーのように支払いに使用したり、所定量貯めて特定の商品と交換可能となったりするものである。

　これに対し、ポイントを用いて手軽に寄付行為を行いたいと考える人もおり、ポイント寄付のシステムが求められていた。さらに、従来の街頭や店頭で集めた寄付金の流れでは、寄付者が関知しない状況で不透明に寄付金の中から様々な手数料が差し引かれて、最終的に寄付金の届け先に到達する金額が微々たるものになってしまうという問題もあった。
　本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、会員の支払い額に応じて付与されるポイントを用いて寄付行為を行うことができ、さらに寄付先が会員によって選ばれるようになっており、かつ、寄付されたポイントの流れについて透明性を持って公表されるポイント寄付システムを提供することを目的とする。
　かかる課題を達成するために、請求項１に記載の発明は、会員の情報を記録しておくと共に当該会員に投票権を与える会員情報記録手段と、前記会員情報記録手段に情報が記録された前記会員の支払い額に応じて付与されるポイントを寄付金としてプールするポイント管理手段と、前記寄付金を用いて行う事業の候補を複数管理する候補事業管理手段と、前記投票権を有する前記会員かどうかの判定を行い、前記候補事業管理手段で管理している複数の候補事業の中から前記会員によるお薦めの候補事業への投票を受け付け、その投票数によって前記寄付金を用いて行われる事業を決定する事業決定手段と、前記会員に対して、前記ポイント管理手段に前記寄付金としてプールされている前記ポイントの前記会員全員分の総ポイント数及び／又は前記ポイントを換金した寄付金総額を報告表示すると共に、前記投票で事業化が決定した前記候補事業と該候補事業に分配されるポイント数及び／又は該ポイント数を換金した寄付金額を報告表示する寄付金ポイント報告手段と、を有するポイント寄付システムとしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項２に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の構成に加え、前記事業決定手段で決定されて前記寄付金を用いて行われた前記事業の結果を報告表示する事業結果報告手段と、前記会員かどうかの判定を行い、前記事業結果報告手段で報告表示している前記事業に対する前記会員による評価投票を受け付けて集計する事業評価手段と、を有するポイント寄付システムとしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項３に記載の発明は、請求項２に記載の構成に加え、前記候補事業管理手段は、前記事業評価手段で評価を受けた前記事業と同じ事業者の別事業が候補として存在しているときには、前記別事業に対して前記事業及び前記評価をリンクさせておき、前記事業決定手段で前記別事業を候補事業として表示する際に、前記別事業と共に、前記事業及び前記評価を、以前の実績として表示するように構成されたポイント寄付システムとしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項４に記載の発明は、請求項２に記載の構成に加え、前記事業評価手段における前記事業に対する前記評価投票は、前記会員全員が行うことができるように構成されたポイント寄付システムとしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項５に記載の発明は、請求項２に記載の構成に加え、前記事業評価手段における前記事業に対する前記評価投票は、前記会員のうち前記投票を行った前記会員のみが行うことができるように構成されたポイント寄付システムとしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項６に記載の発明は、請求項２に記載の構成に加え、前記事業評価手段における前記事業に対する前記評価投票は、前記会員のうち前記事業に投票を行った前記会員のみが行うことができるように構成されたポイント寄付システムとしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項７に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の構成に加え、前記事業決定手段は、決定した前記事業と投票数を前記ポイント管理手段に伝え、前記ポイント管理手段は、プールされたポイントを、当該投票数に応じて、決定した前記事業に分配するようになっているポイント寄付システムとしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項８に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の構成に加え、前記会員情報記録手段は、前記会員の情報としてクレジットカード会員の情報及びクレジットカード機能を必ずしも付帯しないポイントカード会員の情報の双方を記録しており、クレジットカードの支払い額及び前記ポイントカード会員としての支払い額に応じて付与される前記ポイントを、前記ポイント管理手段で寄付金としてプールするように構成されたポイント寄付システムとしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項９に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の構成に加え、前記会員情報記録手段から一定期間に前記会員に与えられる投票権は、一会員につき一票となっているポイント寄付システムとしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項１０に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の構成に加え、前記会員情報記録手段から一定期間に前記会員に与えられる投票権は、前記会員に付与されて寄付されたポイント数に応じて投票数が変化するようになっているポイント寄付システムとしたことを特徴とする。
　また、請求項１１に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載の構成に加え、複数のボランティア作業が管理されたボランティア管理手段を有しており、前記ポイント管理手段は、前記会員に付与されて寄付されたポイント数の情報を前記ボランティア管理手段に伝え、前記ボランティア管理手段は、前記会員に当該ポイント数に応じて所定のボランティア参加権を付与するように構成されているポイント寄付システムとしたことを特徴とする。
　請求項１に記載の発明によれば、ポイント寄付システムが、情報が記録された会員に投票権を与える会員情報記録手段と、会員の支払いによって付与されるポイントを寄付金としてプールするポイント管理手段と、寄付金で行う事業の候補を管理する候補事業管理手段と、会員による候補事業への投票を受け付ける事業決定手段と、会員に対して、ポイント管理手段にプールされている総ポイント数及び／又はポイントを換金した寄付金総額，事業化が決定した候補事業とその候補事業に分配されるポイント数及び／又はポイント数を換金した寄付金額を報告表示する寄付ポイント報告手段とを有していることで、付与されたポイントを自動的に寄付金に回してプールすることができ、寄付行為を手軽に行うことができる。また、会員がお薦めの事業に投票して指示の高い事業から優先的に実行するようにできるため、指示の高い事業に多くの資金を回すことができ、会員の納得する寄付金の使い方ができるものである。また、寄付ポイント報告手段によって、付与ポイントや寄付金額と、決定した候補事業に分配されるポイント数や寄付金額をそれぞれ報告表示するため、寄付されたポイントの流れについて透明性を持って公表することができ、ポイントの使途について会員から疑義が生じないようにすることができる。
　また、請求項２に記載の発明によれば、事業の結果を報告表示する事業結果報告手段と、事業結果を報告表示している事業に対して会員が評価投票を行う事業評価手段とを有しているため、投票によって決定された事業がどのように行われたかを見ることができ、さらにその報告に会員が評価を与えることができるので、投票で決定された事業のチェックや事後の評価を行うことができる。
　また、請求項３に記載の発明によれば、評価を受けた事業の事業者と同じ事業者が別事業を投票の候補としているときに、その評価を別事業にリンクさせて、当該事業者の実績として表示させることで、継続的に良い評価を得ている事業者が、より良い評価を受けるべくさらに継続的に良い事業を行う原動力となり得るものである。
　また、請求項４に記載の発明によれば、評価投票を会員全員が行うことができるようになっているため、事業に対する会員の総意を確認することができる。
　また、請求項５に記載の発明によれば、事業決定の投票を行った会員が評価投票を行うことができるようになっているため、積極的に会員活動に参加している会員の評価を確認することができる。
　また、請求項６に記載の発明によれば、当該事業に投票を行った会員のみが評価投票を行うことができるようになっているため、事業を行う前と事業を行った後の評価の変化を確認することができる。
　また、請求項７に記載の発明によれば、決定した事業に対してその投票数に応じてポイントを分配するようになっているため、より指示の高い事業に多くの資金を回すことができ、より会員の納得する寄付金の使い方ができる。
　また、請求項８に記載の発明によれば、ポイント寄付システムの会員としてクレジットカード会員とクレジットカード機能を必ずしも付帯しないポイントカード会員の双方を対象にすることで、比較的まとまった金額の支払いに使用されることが期待されるクレジットカード会員と、比較的大きな金額の支払いをしない多くの一般人の使用の双方を対象に、寄付を募ることができる。
　また、請求項９に記載の発明によれば、投票権を一会員につき一票とすることで、会員の意見を比較的正確に反映した投票結果が得られるようにすることができる。
　また、請求項１０に記載の発明によれば、ポイント数に応じて投票数が変化することで、より高額な寄付を行うと自分のお薦めの事業が優先的に行われるようにできるため、会員に対して支払いをより積極的に会員システムを用いて行うように促すことができる。
　また、請求項１１に記載の発明によれば、ポイント数に応じて所定のボランティアに参加できるボランティア参加権を付与するため、ボランティアに興味がある会員がシステムを利用してポイント寄付を積極的に行うように促すことができる。

　以下、この発明の実施の形態について説明する。
　図１Ａ～図６には、この発明の実施の形態を示す。
　まずは、本実施の形態のポイント寄付システムの基本的な構成について、図１Ａ及び図１Ｂを用いて説明する。
　本実施の形態のポイント寄付システムは、会員が買物等により支払った金額に応じて付与されるポイントを自動的に全額寄付するものであり、当該寄付されたポイントは一旦プールされ、会員による投票で決定した事業に対して当該ポイントから換金された寄付金を支出するシステムである。ここでは、会員として特定のクレジットカードを有するクレジットカード会員（以下、単に会員と称する）を対象としており、当該会員がクレジットカードで支払いを行うことで、支払い額に応じて自動的にポイントが付与され（例えば、１００円毎に１ポイント付与、当該１ポイントは１円に相当する等）、当該ポイントが自動的に全額寄付されるようになっているものである。また、このポイント寄付システムでは、会員に対して、寄付されたポイントの収支を明らかにして、その使途を自動的に透明性を持って会員に報告表示するようになっている。
　また、このポイント寄付システムでは、図１Ａに示すように、ポイント寄付システムサーバ１とカード会社システムサーバ２と会員端末３と販売店システムサーバ４と各事業者の事業者サーバ５と各ボランティア団体の団体サーバ６とを有する構成となっている。
　このうち、ポイント寄付システムサーバ１は、当該ポイント寄付システムのメインサーバであり、図１Ｂに示すように、会員情報管理手段１０とポイント管理手段２０と事業決定手段３０と候補事業管理手段４０とボランティア管理手段５０と寄付金ポイント報告手段６０と事業結果報告手段７０と事業評価手段８０とを有する構成となっている。
　会員情報管理手段１０は、後述するカード会社システムサーバ２の会員情報記録手段９０から提供された会員情報をポイント寄付システムサーバ１内で管理している箇所であり、後述する事業決定手段３０からの投票時における会員確認のための会員情報照会に応じて投票用会員情報（例えば、ログインＩＤや会員氏名等）を提供するものである。また、後述するポイント管理手段２０から各会員の寄付ポイント数情報の提供を受けて各会員の寄付ポイント数を更新し、後述するボランティア管理手段５０に各会員の寄付ポイント数情報を提供するものである。また、後述する事業結果報告手段７０からの事業結果報告時における会員への通知のための会員情報照会に応じて通知用会員情報（例えば、メールアドレスや会員氏名等）を提供するものである。
　ポイント管理手段２０は、会員のカード支払いにより、カード会社システムサーバ２の会員情報記録手段９０からポイントが寄付される毎に当該ポイント寄付情報を受け付けるものであり、会員全員分の総支払い額と寄付されてプールされている総ポイント数を管理しており、これらを後述する寄付金ポイント報告手段６０に送るようになっている。また、ポイントが寄付される毎に当該ポイント数と当該寄付の会員の会員番号（ここではクレジットカード番号）を会員情報管理手段１０に提供するようになっている。また、事業決定手段３０からポイントの支出を指示されたときには、保有管理しているポイントを現実の通貨に換算して提供可能な資金を、指示された事業者の事業者サーバ５に対してメールや所定のメッセンジャー機能等によって通知するようになっている。
　事業決定手段３０は、後述する候補事業管理手段４０から寄付ポイントを用いて行う可能性のある候補事業の追加情報を受ける度に管理する候補事業を追加して投票サイトに表示し、会員からの投票を待つようになっている。また、会員からの事業の投票がなされるときには、当該会員が有効なクレジットカード会員かどうかの照会を会員情報管理手段１０に対して行い、バックされた会員情報が有効なものであれば投票を受け付け、投票結果を更新するようになっている。また、所定期間（例えば、１か月間等）を経て、当該投票結果を集計し、その結果を投票サイトで表示すると共に行う事業を決定する。ここでは、投票数（投票率）１位～３位のものについて事業を行うことを決定するようになっている。そして、候補事業管理手段４０に対して事業決定命令を出すようになっている。なお、当該集計で選ばれなかった候補事業については事業削除命令を出す場合もあるが、そのまま継続して次回の集計まで投票を受け付けておく場合もある。
　候補事業管理手段４０は、寄付ポイントを用いて行う事業の候補を管理しており、当該事業を募集する事業募集サイトを有している。そして、各事業者がインターネットを介して当該事業募集サイトにアクセスし、サイト内に提供されたフォームに従って必要事項を記入して送信することで、候補事業申請を行うようになっている。候補事業申請を受けた場合、当該内容を担当者等が吟味し、候補事業に追加することが妥当と判断されたものについては、管理対象に指定し、それと同時に事業決定手段３０に当該事業の事業追加情報を提供し、投票サイトに反映させるようになっている。また、事業決定手段３０から事業決定命令又は事業削除命令が発せられた場合には、各事業者の事業者サーバ５の予め指定された連絡先に対してメールや所定のメッセンジャー機能等を用いて事業実行命令又は事業削除通知が伝えられるものである。
　ボランティア管理手段５０は、登録された複数のボランティア作業を表示すると共にそのボランティア作業に参加する参加権を得るために必要な寄付ポイント数を表示するボランティアサイトを有しており、会員に管理しているボランティア作業と参加するために必要なポイント数をお知らせしている。また、当該ボランティア作業を募集するボランティア作業募集サイトを有している。そして、各ボランティア団体がインターネットを介して当該ボランティア作業募集サイトにアクセスし、サイト内に提供されたフォームに従って必要事項を記入して送信することで、ボランティア登録申請を行うようになっている。ボランティア登録申請を受けた場合、当該内容を担当者等が審査し、ボランティア作業に追加することが妥当と判断されたものについては管理対象に指定し、それと同時にボランティア管理手段５０に当該ボランティアの登録したボランティア情報を提供するようになっている。また、会員情報管理手段１０から各会員の会員情報と当該会員毎の寄付ポイント数が提供された場合には、当該寄付ポイント数が所定のボランティア作業に参加するために必要な数に到達しているか否かの判定を行い、到達しているときには該当会員にボランティア参加権が得られたことを通知するようになっている。
　寄付金ポイント報告手段６０は、ポイント管理手段２０から会員全員分の総支払い額とプールされている総ポイント数の情報が随時更新されて提供され、これらを会員に向けて報告表示するものである。例えば、会員全員の現在における総支払い額と、その金額に基づいて寄付されてプールされている総ポイント数を、図６に示すように、サイト上の画面６１に表示して会員に報告表示するようになっている。また、投票で事業が決定したときには、ポイント管理手段２０からその得票数と寄付金の割当ポイント数（換金後の割当金額）の情報が提供され、これらを会員に向けて報告表示するものである。例えば、決定した事業（ここでは１～３位）とその得票数、寄付金の割当ポイント数（換金後の割当金額）を、図６に示すように、サイト上の画面３１に表示して会員に報告表示するようになっている。また、ポイント寄付システムの運営会社の従業員の給料等の運営上の必要経費は、プールされている寄付ポイントの中から捻出されるようになっており、当該経費が発生したときには、寄付金ポイント報告手段６０において、会員に対して全て報告表示するようになっている。報告表示の方法としては、会員向けサイト内で表示するようになっていても良いし、会員向けに一定期間毎にメール等でお知らせするようになっていても良いし、その双方を行うようになっていても良い。
　また、本実施の形態では、サイト上の一画面における右画面６１で、総支払い額とプールされている総ポイント数の情報を表示し、同じくサイト上の一画面における左画面３１で、投票結果の決定された事業者と得票数と割当ポイント数（換金後の割当金額）の情報を表示するようになっており、１つの画面で複数の情報を一度に見られるようになっている。これにより、プールされている総ポイント数と投票の結果分配されるポイント数を見比べて、プールされた寄付ポイントが投票結果の事業に確実に用いられることを確認することができる。なお、これらの情報が別々の画面に表示されるようになっていても良い。
　事業結果報告手段７０は、寄付金を用いて事業が行われた際に、その事業の結果を会員に向けて報告表示するものである。当該事業を行った事業者が予め定められたフォームに従って事業の結果報告を作成し、それを会員に向けて発信するものである。報告表示の方法としては、会員向けサイト内で表示するようになっていても良いし、会員向けにメール等でお知らせするようになっていても良いし、その双方を行うようになっていても良い。また、事業結果報告手段７０は、会員情報管理手段１０から会員のメールアドレス等の情報を引き出し、当該メールアドレスの会員に向けて事業結果に対する評価投票を促すように通知を行うものである。また、事業評価手段８０に評価投票に用いる事業の結果報告の情報を伝えるようになっている。
　事業評価手段８０は、会員に事業結果報告手段７０の事業結果を見てもらった結果の評価を投票サイトで投票してもらうものである。そして、所定期間（例えば、１か月間等）を経て、当該投票結果を集計し、その結果を投票サイトで表示すると共に、当該投票結果を候補事業管理手段４０に提供し、当該候補事業管理手段４０で同じ事業者がいるかどうかの判断を行い、同じ事業者がいた場合には、事業決定手段３０における表示に実績として付加表示を行うように情報を提供するものである。
　また、カード会社システムサーバ２は、クレジットカードの発行会社に有するサーバであり、その中に会員情報記録手段９０を有している。当該会員情報記録手段９０は、随時、新規会員を募集する新規会員募集サイトを有しており、クレジットカードの申込みがあれば、所定の審査後、申込者をクレジットカード会員として登録するようになっている。また、クレジットカード会員として登録されると、当該クレジットカード会員の会員端末３に対して、事業決定手段３０の候補事業の中からお薦めの事業を選択する投票の投票権を付与するようになっている。なお、ここでは、一会員につき一票の投票権を付与するようになっており、会員の登録メールアドレスや会員ページのお知らせ等に対して投票サイトのアドレスと投票方法等が通知されるようになっている。
　そして、当該会員情報記録手段９０は、クレジットカード会員の氏名、住所、電話番号、クレジットカード番号、クレジット利用記録等を記録して管理しており、当該会員情報を会員情報管理手段１０に提供している。また、クレジットカード利用の情報が得られたときには、その支払いに応じたポイントを付与し、それを全額ポイント管理手段２０に寄付するようになっている。
　また、会員端末３は、クレジットカード会員が所有するパソコン、スマートフォン、携帯電話等の端末であり、この会員端末３を通してカード会社システムサーバ２の会員情報記録手段９０に対してクレジットカード会員への申込みを行い、クレジットカード会員がクレジットカードを用いてインターネットを介して販売店のネット通販サイトで買物を行うものである。また、会員端末３を通して事業決定手段３０の投票サイトにアクセスし、寄付ポイントを用いて実行される事業の投票を行うことができるようになっている。また、ボランティア作業への参加権付与の連絡が、会員の登録メールアドレスや会員ページのお知らせ等に通知されたときには、会員端末３を介して当該通知を受け取るようになっている。また、会員端末３を通して事業評価手段８０の評価投票サイトにアクセスし、寄付ポイントを用いて実行された事業の評価投票を行うことができるようになっている。また、会員端末３を通して寄付金ポイント報告手段６０のサイトにアクセスし、現状の会員の総支払い額、寄付ポイントの総ポイント数を確認することができるようになっている。さらに投票によって実施する事業が決定した後には、ポイントによる寄付金の各事業者への割当金額を確認することができるようになっている。
　また、販売店システムサーバ４は、販売店のネット通販用サイトを表示させるサーバであり、会員端末３を通して会員がネット通販用サイトにアクセスし、当該ネット通販サイトでクレジットカードを用いて買物の支払いを行うようになっている。この販売店システムサーバ４にネット通販用サイトで会員端末３からクレジットカードを利用して買物がなされた情報が送信されると、当該クレジットカードの利用情報が前記したカード会社システムサーバ２の会員情報記録手段９０に送信され、それに対する認証が行われて販売店システムサーバ４に認証済データが送信されるようになっている。
　事業者サーバ５は、ポイントによる寄付金を用いて行う事業の候補に募集する各会社のサーバであり、インターネットを介して候補事業管理手段４０が提供する事業募集サイトにアクセスしてそのフォームに従って候補事業申請を行うようになっている。また、候補事業管理手段４０及びポイント管理手段２０からのメールやメッセンジャー機能等の連絡を受ける手段を有している。また、寄付金を用いた事業が終了したときには、予め定められたフォームに基づいて事業の結果報告を作成し、それを事業者サーバ５から事業結果報告手段７０に送信し、会員に通知されるようになっている。なお、通常、投票には複数の事業者が立候補するが、図１Ａでは１個の事業者サーバ５のみを示した。
　団体サーバ６は、人を必要としているボランティア作業に対してボランティアをしてくれる人を募集する各団体のサーバであり、インターネットを介してボランティア管理手段９０が提供するボランティア作業募集サイトにアクセスしてそのフォームに従ってボランティア登録申請を行うようになっている。また、ボランティア管理手段５０からの派遣申請等の連絡を受けるメールやメッセンジャー機能等の手段を有している。なお、団体サーバ（ボランティア団体サーバ）６は複数であっても良いが、図１Ａでは１個の団体サーバ６のみを示した。
　次に、当該ポイント寄付システムにおける各状態時の流れについて説明する。なお、当該ポイント寄付システム上には、複数のクレジットカード会員が存在しており、これら複数の会員によってシステムが維持されているものである。そのため、以下に説明する流れは、一会員の流れについて記載されていたとしても、それぞれの会員についてそれぞれ適用されるものである。
　まず、会員登録から当該会員が買物等でクレジットカードを利用して支払いをしたときの流れについて、図１Ａ～図２を用いて説明する。
　本実施の形態では、図２のステップＳ１に示すように、会員端末３からカード会社システムサーバ２が有する新規会員募集サイトにアクセスしてクレジットカード申込みがなされると、カード会社内で所定の審査を行う。この審査を通過した場合には、カード会社システムサーバ２の中の会員情報記録手段９０に当該新規のクレジットカード会員の情報を記録すると共に、ステップＳ２に示すように、当該新規のクレジットカード会員の情報をポイント寄付システムサーバ１の会員情報管理手段１０に送信する。また、ステップＳ３に示すように、会員の登録メールアドレスや会員ページのお知らせ等に、事業に対する投票権を一票付与する通知を行い、会員は会員端末３を介して当該通知を受け取り可能となっている。
　その後、販売店の販売店サーバ４に有するネット通販サイトにログインして、ステップＳ４に示すように、当該ネット通販サイトでクレジットカードを利用して買物をすると、販売店システムサーバ４からカード会社システムサーバ２の会員情報記録手段９０に、カード利用情報が伝えられる。
　会員情報記録手段９０では、ステップＳ５に示すように、当該支払い額に応じてポイントを付与すると共に、ステップＳ６に示すように、当該ポイントを自動的に全額寄付に回してポイント寄付システムサーバ１のポイント管理手段２０にクレジットカード番号と寄付ポイント数を通知する。
　ポイント寄付システムサーバ１のポイント管理手段２０では、ステップＳ７に示すように、全会員の総支払い額と総ポイント数に当該寄付分を加えて更新し、会員情報管理手段１０にクレジットカード番号と寄付ポイント数をセットにして提供し、会員情報管理手段１０において各クレジットカード番号に対する寄付ポイント数を更新する。また、寄付金ポイント報告手段６０により会員に会員全員分の総支払い額と総ポイント数を報告する（例えば、図６に示すように、サイト上に報告ページ６１を設け、このページの数値を随時更新していく等）。そして、会員登録後のステップＳ４からステップＳ７までの流れを会員が買物をする度に繰り返す。
　次に、会員が各候補事業の中からお薦めの事業を選んで投票し、当該投票を集計して行われる事業が決定されるときの流れについて、図１Ａ，図１Ｂ及び図３を用いて説明する。
　本実施の形態では、図３のステップＳ１１に示すように、会員端末３からポイント寄付システムサーバ１の事業決定手段３０によって表示される投票サイトにログインしてクレジットカード会員であることを証明し、ステップＳ１２に示すように、投票サイト内で何れかの候補事業に投票を行ったかどうかの判定を行い、投票が行われた場合には、ステップＳ１３に示すように、投票の受付を完了する。
　投票されたら、ステップＳ１４に示すように、各候補事業の投票数を更新する。これを一定期間繰り返しておき、ステップＳ１５に示すように、予め定めた一定期間（例えば、１か月間等のある程度の長期間が望ましい）が経過したがどうかの判定を行う。
　ここで、一定期間経過していた場合には、ステップＳ１６で最終的な集計を行い、投票数の１位から３位を決定して、ステップＳ１７に示すように、それらを候補事業管理手段４０を通して各事業者に通知し、事業開始が指示される。また、ステップＳ１８に示すように、当該１位～３位の投票数及び投票率（総投票数に対する得票数、または、事業を行うことが決定された１位～３位の中での割合等、適宜）を算出して、ポイント管理手段２０を介して各事業者に通知する。また、ステップＳ１９に示すように、この投票率に応じて寄付ポイントを分配して実際の金額に換算したものを、各事業者に通知する。なお、これらの通知は、事業開始が決定された事業者のみになされるようになっていても良い。これに基づき、寄付ポイントの分配が決定された事業者は、当該寄付ポイントを事業資金として事業を開始させる。また、寄付金ポイント報告手段６０により、図６に示すように、会員に投票の結果選ばれた事業者と、その得票数と、寄付ポイントの各事業者への割当金額（割当ポイント数）を報告する（例えば、サイト上に報告ページ３１を設け、このページでお知らせを行う等）。
　次に、会員が買物等でクレジットカードを利用して支払いを重ねることで所定のボランティアに参加できるようになる場合の流れについて、図１Ａ，図１Ｂ及び図４を用いて説明する。
　まず、図２のステップＳ７に示すように、クレジットカードで買物をする等で、会員情報管理手段１０において各会員（各クレジットカード番号）に対する寄付ポイント数が更新されると、図４のステップＳ２１に示すように、当該更新情報がボランティア管理手段５０にも伝達され、当該ボランティア管理手段５０においても各会員の寄付ポイント数が更新される。次に、ステップＳ２２に示すように、各会員においてボランティア参加の意思があるかどうかの判定を行う。
　ここで、クレジットカード申し込み時等に予めボランティア参加意思があることを登録していた会員番号に対して、それぞれのボランティア作業に参加可能かどうかの判定を行う（ステップＳ２３,Ｓ２４）。ここでは、ボランティア管理手段５０に登録されたボランティア作業がボランティアＡとボランティアＢの２つであるため、例えば、Ｓ２３に示すように、ボランティアＡに参加可能なポイント数を達成しているかどうかの判定を行い、達成している場合には、ステップＳ２５に示すように、当該クレジットカード会員にボランティアＡが参加可能となったことをメールやメッセンジャー機能等を用いて通知する。また、Ｓ２４に示すように、ボランティアＢに参加可能なポイント数を達成しているかどうかの判定を行い、達成している場合には、ステップＳ２６に示すように、当該クレジットカード会員にボランティアＢが参加可能となったことをメールやメッセンジャー機能を用いて通知する。このように、登録されたボランティアが複数ある場合には、それぞれのボランティアに対して順にボランティア参加権を与えるかどうかの判定を行う（登録されたボランティア作業が１０個あれば、１０回判定を行う）。
　次に、事業者から事業の結果報告が送信されたときの、当該結果報告に対する評価投票とその評価投票の結果を同じ事業者の別の候補事業に実績表示させるときの流れについて、図１Ａ，図１Ｂ及び図５を用いて説明する。
　本実施の形態では、図５のステップＳ３１に示すように、寄付金を用いた事業を行った事業者の事業者サーバ５から事業結果報告手段７０に対して事業の結果報告が送信されると、会員端末３からポイント寄付システムサーバ１の事業結果報告手段７０にログインすることで当該事業結果報告が閲覧可能となる。また、図５のステップＳ３２に示すように、事業結果報告手段７０は会員情報管理手段１０に対して、会員に事業結果報告の閲覧が可能となったことと当該事業の評価投票を促す通知を行うためにメールアドレス等の会員情報の照会を行う。当該会員情報の提供を受けたら、図５のステップＳ３３に示すように、会員に事業結果報告の閲覧が可能となったことと当該事業の評価投票を促す通知を出す。ここでは、メールにて通知するようになっている。
　その後、図５のステップＳ３４に示すように、会員が当該通知を受けてサイトにログインしてクレジットカード会員であることを証明し、ステップＳ３５に示すように、評価投票サイト内で当該事業を評価するかしないかの投票を受け付ける。評価の仕方は、単純に評価するしないの二択であっても良いし、５段階評価等の段階を有する者であっても良い。また、このような評価と共に会員が自由に書き込みできる欄を設けていても良い。
　なお、サイトにアクセスしてきた者が会員と認められなかったとき（ログインできなかった等）には、評価投票の受付を行わない。投票されたら、評価投票数等を更新する。
　このような評価投票を所定期間受け付け、ステップＳ３６に示すように、予め定めた所定期間（例えば、１か月等のある程度の長期間が望ましい）が経過したがどうかの判定を行う。ここで、所定期間経過していた場合には、ステップＳ３７に示すように、事業評価手段８０で集計を行い、サイト上で結果を表示する。また、ステップＳ３８に示すように、候補事業管理手段４０に同じ事業者が別事業を候補事業として有しているかどうかの問い合せを行い、同じ事業者の別事業があるときには、ステップＳ３９に示すように、事業決定手段３０における候補事業の表示に対して同じ事業者の実績として当該評価投票の結果と事業結果報告を付加するように指示する。
　なお、ポイント寄付システムの運営会社の従業員の給料等の運営上の必要経費が発生したときには、プールされている寄付ポイントの中から捻出される。また、当該経費等の寄付ポイントの収支については、寄付金ポイント報告手段６０において、会員に対して全て報告表示する。
　以上のように、本実施の形態のポイント寄付システムによれば、当該ポイント寄付システムが、情報が記録された会員に投票権を与える会員情報記録手段９０と、会員の支払いによって付与されるポイントを寄付金としてプールするポイント管理手段２０と、寄付金で行う事業の候補を管理する候補事業管理手段４０と、会員による候補事業への投票を受け付ける事業決定手段３０と、会員に対して、ポイント管理手段にプールされている総ポイント数及び／又はポイントを換金した寄付金総額，事業化が決定した候補事業とその候補事業に分配されるポイント数及び／又はポイント数を換金した寄付金額を報告表示する寄付ポイント報告手段６０を有していることで、付与されたポイントを自動的に寄付金に回してプールすることができ、寄付行為を手軽に行うことができる。また、会員がお薦めの事業に投票して指示の高い事業から優先的に実行するようにできるため、指示の高い事業に多くの資金を回すことができ、会員の納得する寄付金の使い方ができるものである。また、寄付ポイント報告手段６０によって、付与ポイントや寄付金額と、決定した候補事業に分配されるポイント数や寄付金額をそれぞれ報告表示するため、寄付されたポイントの流れについて透明性を持って公表することができ、ポイントの使途について会員から疑義が生じないようにすることができる。
　また、本実施の形態では、事業の結果を報告表示する事業結果報告手段６０と、事業結果を報告表示している事業に対して会員が評価投票を行う事業評価手段７０とを有しているため、投票によって決定された事業がどのように行われたかを見ることができ、さらにその報告に会員が評価を与えることができるので、投票で決定された事業のチェックや事後の評価を行うことができる。
　また、本実施の形態では、評価を受けた事業の事業者と同じ事業者が別事業を投票の候補としているときに、その評価を別事業にリンクさせて、当該事業者の実績として表示させることで、継続的に良い評価を得ている事業者が、より良い評価を受けるべくさらに継続的に良い事業を行う原動力となり得るものである。
　また、本実施の形態では、評価投票を会員全員が行うことができるようになっているため、事業に対する会員の総意を確認することができる。
　また、本実施の形態では、決定した事業に対してその投票数に応じてポイントを分配するようになっているため、より指示の高い事業に多くの資金を回すことができ、より会員の納得する寄付金の使い方ができる。
　また、本実施の形態では、ポイント寄付システムの会員としてクレジットカード会員を対象にすることで、比較的まとまった金額の支払いに使用されることが期待される会員を対象に、寄付を募ることができる。
　また、本実施の形態では、投票権を一会員につき一票とすることで、会員の意見を比較的正確に反映した投票結果が得られるようにすることができる。
　また、本実施の形態では、ポイント数に応じて所定のボランティアに参加できるボランティア参加権を付与するため、ボランティアに興味がある会員がシステムを利用してポイント寄付を積極的に行うように促すことができる。
　なお、以上説明した各実施の形態は、本発明の理解を容易にするために記載されたものであって、本発明を限定するために記載されたものではない。
　例えば、前記した実施の形態では、投票権は一会員につき一票としていたが、これに限るものではなく、一会員につき複数票有する等のパターンがあっても良い。例としては、支払いによって付与され寄付されたポイント数に応じて、投票権が増加して投票数が増えるようになっていても良い。このようになっていると、当該投票数が変化することで、より高額な寄付を行うと自分のお薦めの事業が優先的に行われるようにできるため、会員に対して支払いをより積極的に会員システムを用いて行うように促すことができる。
　また、前記した実施の形態では、支払いによって付与されたポイントを全額寄付するようになっていたが、これに限るものではなく、付与されたポイントの一部を自動的に寄付するようになっていても良い。その際、付与されたポイントのうちの一定割合（例えば、１０％ずつ等）を自動的に寄付するようになっていても良いし、付与されたポイントのうちの一定額（例えば、１０ポイントずつ等）を自動的に寄付するようになっていても良い。
　また、前記した実施の形態では、１００円毎に１ポイント付与され、当該１ポイントが１円に相当するものであったが、これに限るものではなく、ポイントの付与率やポイントと現金との換算率については、適宜決定されれば良い。
　また、前記した実施の形態では、会員はクレジットカード会員であり、支払いをクレジットカード払いで行うことで、自動的にポイント付与及び寄付がなされるようになっていたが、これに限るものではなく、会員はクレジットカード機能を必ずしも付帯しないポイントカード会員（例えば、現金ポイント会員等）であっても良い。この場合には、会員証等を提示又は会員番号を記入して買物をすることで、ポイントが付与され、当該ポイントが寄付されるようになるものである。このようなポイントカード会員を対象にすることで、比較的大きな金額の支払いをしない多くの一般人の使用で、寄付を募ることができる。また、ポイント寄付システムの会員としてクレジットカード会員とクレジットカード機能を必ずしも付帯しないポイントカード会員の双方を対象にしても良い。この場合には、比較的まとまった金額の支払いに使用されることが期待されるクレジットカード会員と、比較的大きな金額の支払いをしない多くの一般人の使用の双方を対象に、寄付を募ることができる。
　また、前記した実施の形態では、会員端末３からインターネットを介して販売店システムサーバ４が表示させる販売店のネット通販用サイトに入り、当該ネット通販サイトでクレジットカードを利用して買物をすることで、その支払い額に応じたポイントがクレジットカード会員に付与されると共に当該ポイントが寄付されるパターンについて説明してきたが、これに限るものではない。例えば、ネット通販ではなく販売店の実店舗で買物をして、その支払いをクレジットカードで行うことで、支払い額に応じたポイントが付与される等、他の方法でクレジットカードを利用して支払いを行うことで、ポイントが付与されて当該ポイントが寄付されるようになっていても良い。
　また、前記した実施の形態では、投票数が１位～３位の候補事業に対して、その投票数（投票率）に応じて寄付ポイントが分配されるようになっていたが、これに限るものではない。例えば、寄付ポイントの分配は適宜に行われれば良く、１位～３位の候補事業に対して、それぞれ均等に同じポイントを分配するようになっていても良い。また、投票数によらず、予め定められた分配率によって、ポイントが分配されるようになっていても良い。また、開始する事業数についても適宜で良く、例えば、投票数１位の事業のみ開始するようになっていて、ポイントも１位のみに全部支出するようになっていても良い。また、投票数１位～１０位というように、より多くの事業が開始されるようになっていて、当該１位～１０位に対して投票数に応じて、または予め定められた分配率で、または均等にポイントが分配されるようになっていても良い。
　また、前記した実施の形態では、会員全員が評価投票を行うことができるようになっていたが、これに限らず、事業決定の投票を行った会員が評価投票を行うことができるようになっていても良い。この場合には、積極的に会員活動に参加している会員の評価を確認することができる。
　また、当該事業に投票を行った会員のみが評価投票を行うことができるようになっていても良い。この場合には、事業を行う前と事業を行った後の評価の変化を確認することができる。
　また、投票の対象となる事業としては、種々の公共事業等の予め計画して申請される事業と共に、災害等の突発的に生じた事に対する救済事業、病気撲滅や病気の人を救う事業等を含めるものとする。公共事業等は各事業者が計画して申請するものであるが、災害等の救済事業は必ずしも各事業者が申請する場合に限らず、運営団体が自ら起案して事業として申請しても良い。

Claims (11)

  1. 　会員の情報を記録しておくと共に当該会員に投票権を与える会員情報記録手段と、
    　前記会員情報記録手段に情報が記録された前記会員の支払い額に応じて付与されるポイントを寄付金としてプールするポイント管理手段と、
    　前記寄付金を用いて行う事業の候補を複数管理する候補事業管理手段と、
    　前記投票権を有する前記会員かどうかの判定を行い、前記候補事業管理手段で管理している複数の候補事業の中から前記会員によるお薦めの候補事業への投票を受け付け、その投票数によって前記寄付金を用いて行われる事業を決定する事業決定手段と、
    　前記会員に対して、前記ポイント管理手段に前記寄付金としてプールされている前記ポイントの前記会員全員分の総ポイント数及び／又は前記ポイントを換金した寄付金総額を報告表示すると共に、前記投票で事業化が決定した前記候補事業と該候補事業に分配されるポイント数及び／又は該ポイント数を換金した寄付金額を報告表示する寄付金ポイント報告手段と、
    を有することを特徴とするポイント寄付システム。
  2. 　前記事業決定手段で決定されて前記寄付金を用いて行われた前記事業の結果を報告表示する事業結果報告手段と、
    　前記会員かどうかの判定を行い、前記事業結果報告手段で報告表示している前記事業に対する前記会員による評価投票を受け付けて集計する事業評価手段と、
    を有することを特徴とする請求項１に記載のポイント寄付システム。
  3. 　前記候補事業管理手段は、前記事業評価手段で評価を受けた前記事業と同じ事業者の別事業が候補として存在しているときには、前記別事業に対して前記事業及び前記評価をリンクさせておき、
    　前記事業決定手段で前記別事業を候補事業として表示する際に、前記別事業と共に、前記事業及び前記評価を、以前の実績として表示するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項２に記載のポイント寄付システム。
  4. 　前記事業評価手段における前記事業に対する前記評価投票は、前記会員全員が行うことができるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項２に記載のポイント寄付システム。
  5. 　前記事業評価手段における前記事業に対する前記評価投票は、前記会員のうち前記投票を行った前記会員のみが行うことができるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項２に記載のポイント寄付システム。
  6. 　前記事業評価手段における前記事業に対する前記評価投票は、前記会員のうち前記事業に投票を行った前記会員のみが行うことができるように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項２に記載のポイント寄付システム。
  7. 　前記事業決定手段は、決定した前記事業と投票数を前記ポイント管理手段に伝え、
    　前記ポイント管理手段は、プールされたポイントを、当該投票数に応じて、決定した前記事業に分配するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のポイント寄付システム。
  8. 　前記会員情報記録手段は、前記会員の情報としてクレジットカード会員の情報及びクレジットカード機能を必ずしも付帯しないポイントカード会員の情報の双方を記録しており、
    　クレジットカードの支払い額及び前記ポイントカード会員としての支払い額に応じて付与される前記ポイントを、前記ポイント管理手段で寄付金としてプールするように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項１に記載のポイント寄付システム。
  9. 　前記会員情報記録手段から一定期間に前記会員に与えられる投票権は、一会員につき一票となっていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のポイント寄付システム。
  10. 　前記会員情報記録手段から一定期間に前記会員に与えられる投票権は、前記会員に付与されて寄付されたポイント数に応じて投票数が変化するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のポイント寄付システム。
  11. 　複数のボランティア作業が管理されたボランティア管理手段を有しており、
    　前記ポイント管理手段は、前記会員に付与されて寄付されたポイント数の情報を前記ボランティア管理手段に伝え、
    　前記ボランティア管理手段は、前記会員に当該ポイント数に応じて所定のボランティア参加権を付与するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のポイント寄付システム。
