在下述专利文献1所公开的洗鞋机中,在配置于外槽内的内筒的底部中央旋转自如地设有上下延伸的旋转轴。在旋转轴的下部一体地设有圆形的叶片、所谓的波轮。在旋转轴的圆周侧面遍及上下地设有横向突出至内筒的内表面附近的主刷,在叶片上设有向上突出的辅助刷。当在向内筒供水并使鞋进入旋转轴与内筒的内表面之间的状态下旋转轴进行翻转时,该鞋通过与主刷以及辅助刷摩擦而被实施洗涤。

此外,根据本发明,除了侧喷射口向鞋的侧部喷射清洗液以外,鞋后跟喷射口也向收纳室内的鞋的鞋后跟部喷射清洗液,所以能毫无遗漏地清洗鞋的外表面部的整体。因此,能谋求清洗力的进一步提高。

以下,参照附图对本发明的实施方式进行具体说明。图1是本发明一实施方式的洗鞋装置1的俯视图。以下,将图1的上下方向称为洗鞋装置1的左右方向X,将图1的左右方向称为洗鞋装置1的前后方向Y,将与图1的纸面正交的方向称为洗鞋装置1的上下方向Z。左右方向X包含相当于图1的上侧的左侧X1和相当于图1的下侧的右侧X2。前后方向Y包含相当于图1的左侧的前侧Y1和相当于图1的右侧的后侧Y2。上下方向Z包含相当于图1的纸面中的跟前侧的上侧Z1和相当于图1的纸面中的里侧的下侧Z2。左右方向X以及前后方向Y包含于横向,详细而言包含于水平方向,上下方向Z与垂直方向、换句话说与洗鞋装置1的高度方向相同。
洗鞋装置1例如组装于供衣用洗衣机载置的中空底座(未图示)。洗鞋装置1包含形成其外壳的盒状框架2和主体3。框架2例如至少包含金属制的顶板2A、左侧板2B以及右侧板2C,通过螺栓等紧固构件固定于所述底座(未图示)。顶板2A架设于左侧板2B以及右侧板2C的上端边缘间。框架2具有由顶板2A从上侧Z1遮盖且由左侧板2B以及右侧板2C从左右方向X的两侧遮盖而成的 内部空间2D。内部空间2D至少向前侧Y1开放。
主体3包含门4和清洗槽5,通过框架2向前后方向Y可滑动地支承。图1中的主体3处于容纳位置,在容纳位置的主体3中,清洗槽5处于容纳于框架2的内部空间2D的状态。门4形成为具有与前后方向Y一致的板厚方向的板状,配置于框架2的前侧Y1。在左右方向X,门4比框架2大,门4的两端部向框架2的外侧突出地配置。在门4的上端面,例如从左侧X1按该顺序设有排气口4A、凹部4B以及操作部4C。排气口4A处于经由形成于门4内的排气管道(未图示)与清洗槽5内连通的状态,清洗槽5内的空气从排气口4A排出到洗鞋装置1外。使用者通过将手指放在凹部4B来抓住门4而能够使主体3在前后方向Y滑动。操作部4C例如由多个按钮构成,由使用者进行操作而使洗鞋装置1运转。操作部4C例如也可包含液晶的显示部。
图2是图1的A-A向视剖面图。图3是图2的B-B向视剖面图。主要参照图2,清洗槽5是比框架2小一圈的树脂制或金属制容器,配置在门4的后侧Y2,并固定于门4。清洗槽5一体地具有前壁6、后壁7、左壁8、右壁9(参照图3)以及底壁10。前壁6以及后壁7形成为具有与前后方向Y大致一致的板厚方向的板状,在前后方向Y隔开间隔地对置配置。左壁8以及右壁9形成为具有与左右方向X大致一致的板厚方向的板状,在左右方向X隔开间隔地对置配置。底壁10形成为具有与前后方向Y大致一致的板厚方向的板状,架设在前壁6以及后壁7的下端边缘间,并架设在左壁8以及右壁9的下端边缘间。
将在清洗槽5中由前壁6以及后壁7从前后方向Y夹住、由左壁8以及右壁9从左右方向X夹住、由底壁10从下侧Z2遮盖而形成的内部空间称为收纳室11。底壁10的上表面部是从下侧Z2遮盖收纳室11的底面部12。收纳室11经由以前壁6、后壁7、左壁8以及右壁9的上端为边缘的出入口13向上侧Z1开放。
与出入口13相关联地,在框架2设有对出入口13进行开闭的盖14。盖14形成为具有能遮盖出入口13的大小的板状,并配置在框架2的顶板2A的正下方。盖14经由使用了凸轮等公知的升降机构(未图示)而被框架2可升降地支承。如图2所示,在主体3处于容纳位置的状态下,盖14处于下降而将出入口13密闭的状态。当使用者抓住门4向前侧Y1拉时,主体3被拉出至清洗槽5 位于框架2的前侧Y1的拉出位置(未图示)。与主体3从容纳位置被拉出至拉出位置的动作连动地升降机构进行工作,由此,盖14上升并远离出入口13。由此,在处于拉出位置的主体3的清洗槽5中,出入口13开放并向上侧Z1露出。与主体3从拉出位置返回容纳位置的动作连动地升降机构进行工作,由此,盖14下降。由此,当主体3返回容纳位置时,出入口13被盖14密闭。
主体3包含分隔构件15、保持部16、过滤器单元17、加热器18、喷射机构19、喷射口20、保护部21、管道22、送风部23以及供水路24。分隔构件15例如由树脂制或金属制的线材形成为水平延伸的格子状。分隔构件15配置于比上下方向Z的收纳室11的中央向下侧Z2偏离的位置,由此,将收纳室11分隔为比分隔构件15靠上侧Z1的上空间11A和比分隔构件15靠下侧Z2的下空间11B。上空间11A具有能收纳作为洗鞋装置1中的清洗对象的一双鞋S的足够的空间。下空间11B在上下方向Z比上空间11A小。需要说明的是,在图2中汇总图示出了如虚线所示鞋口SH离鞋底SZ近的低帮类型的鞋S1以及如点划线所示鞋口SH离鞋底SZ远的高帮类型的鞋S2这两种鞋S。
保持部16对应一双鞋S设有一对。一对保持部16在上空间11A沿左右方向X排列配置。各保持部16一体地包含根部16A、顶端部16B以及中途部16C。根部16A固定于收纳室11,详细而言固定于清洗槽5的后壁7。根部16A在后壁7从上侧Z1与分隔构件15邻接的部分起大致水平地向前侧Y1延伸。顶端部16B配置于比根部16A高的位置,详细而言配置于前后方向Y以及上下方向Z的上空间11A的大致中央,沿前后方向Y大致水平地延伸。中途部16C从顶端部16B起朝向根部16A向后侧Y2且下侧Z2倾斜延伸,使根部16A与顶端部16B相连。保持部16通过线材构成为框状。
与过滤器单元17以及加热器18相关联地,在收纳室11的底面部12设有形成底面部12的大致右半部分的第一底面部12A和形成底面部12的大致左半部分的第二底面部12B(也参照图3)。在第一底面部12A的大致整个区域形成有向下侧Z2凹陷的凹部12C。第二底面部12B构成为以从凹部12C的上端向左侧X1延伸并朝向凹部12C下降的方式倾斜(参照图3)。第二底面部12B相对于左右方向X的倾斜角度例如为5度左右。凹部12C的底部12D处于比第二底面部12B低的位置。在底部12D的前端部形成有向下侧凹陷的凹状的流出口12E 和从流出口12E的下端进一步向下侧Z2凹陷的容纳凹部12F。在容纳凹部12F的底面或侧面形成有贯通底壁10的开口12G(也参照后述的图5C)。开口12G也可以以跨于容纳凹部12F的底面以及侧面的方式形成。在底部12D设有配置于流出口12E的后侧Y2的倾斜面部12H。倾斜面部12H从清洗槽5的后壁7的下端向前侧Y1延伸,并朝向流出口12E缓缓下降。倾斜面部12H相对于前后方向Y的倾斜角度例如为5度左右。凹部12C、流出口12E以及容纳凹部12F是下空间11B的一部分。
过滤器单元17通过嵌入容纳凹部12F内而在第一底面部12A的凹部12C内配置于流出口12E。过滤器单元17具有由网等构成并上下较薄的片状的过滤器25。过滤器25配置为横穿流出口12E。作为加热器18,使用内置电热器等并在上下扁平的平面加热器。加热器18在凹部12C内配置于比过滤器单元17向后侧Y2远离流出口12E的位置。
喷射机构19包含旋转喷嘴26、侧喷嘴(side nozzle)27、鞋后跟喷嘴28以及泵29。旋转喷嘴26具有塔式喷嘴(tower nozzle)30和水平喷嘴31,配置于收纳室11内。塔式喷嘴30在俯视的收纳室11的大致中央配置在一对保持部16之间。塔式喷嘴30是上端被遮盖的管状中空体,从收纳室11的第二底面部12B穿过一对保持部16之间而向上侧Z1延伸至收纳室11的出入口13的跟前。通过塔式喷嘴30的下端部被底面部12支承,旋转喷嘴26的整体能绕穿过塔式喷嘴30的中心的假想的纵轴J旋转。参照图3,以下,将绕纵轴J的圆周方向称为圆周方向T,将以纵轴J为中心的径向称为径向R。将径向R中的、远离纵轴J的一侧称为径向外侧R1,将靠近纵轴J的一侧称为径向内侧R2。水平喷嘴31是从塔式喷嘴30的下部向径向外侧R1伸出的上下扁平的中空体。水平喷嘴31存在多个,以绕纵轴J旋转对称的方式配置在收纳室11的下空间11B。本实施方式的水平喷嘴31存在两个,隔着塔式喷嘴30呈直线状排列配置。
侧喷嘴27存在一对,以从左右方向X隔着塔式喷嘴30以及一对保持部16的方式配置在清洗槽5内。各侧喷嘴27是左右方向X上扁平且前后方向Y上长尺寸的中空体。一对侧喷嘴27中的、左侧X1的侧喷嘴27L固定于清洗槽5的左壁8的右面,右侧X2的侧喷嘴27R固定于清洗槽5的右壁9的左面。在从左右方向X侧面观察时,各侧喷嘴27的大致前半部分与各保持部16的顶端部 16B以及中途部16C重叠(参照图2)。
图4是图3的C-C向视剖面图。鞋后跟喷嘴28存在一对,在左右排列的状态下,在清洗槽5的后壁7的前表面设在比各保持部16的根部16A高的位置。一对鞋后跟喷嘴28与一对保持部16在左右方向X分别处于相同位置。各鞋后跟喷嘴28是在左右方向X延伸的中空体。一对鞋后跟喷嘴28中的、左侧X1的鞋后跟喷嘴28L的左端部与侧喷嘴27L的后端部连结,右侧X2的鞋后跟喷嘴28R的右端部与侧喷嘴27R的后端部连结。鞋后跟喷嘴28的内部空间和与鞋后跟喷嘴28连结的侧喷嘴27的内部空间处于连通的状态。在左右方向X处于相同侧的侧喷嘴27和鞋后跟喷嘴28也可是各自存在且被组合起来的分立(独立)的零件,也可作为俯视时呈L字形的1个零件而一体地形成。
图5A是图4的D-D向视剖面图。图5B是洗鞋装置1的仰视图。图5C是图5B的G-G向视剖面图。图5D是洗鞋装置1的后视图。作为泵29,能采用内置有旋转的叶轮(未图示)的离心泵等。泵29固定于清洗槽5的底壁10的后端部。泵29和收纳室11的底面部12的容纳凹部12F的开口12G处于通过配置在底壁10的下侧Z2的管状的第一流路32相连的状态(参照图2、图5B以及图5C)。泵29、旋转喷嘴26的塔式喷嘴30的下端部处于通过配置在底壁10的下侧Z2的管状的第二流路33相连的状态(参照图3以及图5B)。
泵29和各侧喷嘴27的后端部处于通过配置在清洗槽5的后壁7的后侧Y2的管状的第三流路34以及第四流路35相连的状态。具体而言,设在侧喷嘴27L的后端部的连接管36和泵29通过第三流路34相连,连接管36和侧喷嘴27R的后端部通过第四流路35相连(参照图5A以及图5D)。连接管36一体地具有上下延伸的圆管状的入口管部36A、从入口管部36A的上端向前侧Y1延伸的圆管状的第一出口管部36B(参照图4)以及从入口管部36A的上端向右上侧(在图5A以及图5D中为左上侧)延伸的圆管状的第二出口管部36C。入口管部36A的下端部与第三流路34的上端部连接,第一出口管部36B的前端部与侧喷嘴27L的后端部连接,第二出口管部36C的上端部与第四流路35的左端部(在图5A以及图5D中为右端部)连接。第一流路32~第四流路35和连接管36包含在喷射机构19。
管状的排水路37的一端与泵29连接。泵29能够吸入存在于第一流路32 的水,并仅喷出至第二流路33以及第三流路34、或仅喷出至排水路37。排水路37的另一端也可与配置在洗鞋装置1的上侧Z1的洗衣机(未图示)的排水路合流。
参照图2~图4,喷射口20包含设在旋转喷嘴26的塔式喷嘴30以及各水平喷嘴31的喷射口20A、设在各侧喷嘴27的侧喷射口20B以及设在各鞋后跟喷嘴28的鞋后跟喷射口20C。多个喷射口20A设在塔式喷嘴30的上端部30A和各水平喷嘴31的上表面部。上端部30A的多个喷射口20A例如在圆周方向T以及上下方向Z的每个方向上配置于不同的位置,处于与塔式喷嘴30的内部连通的状态。参照图4,各水平喷嘴31的多个喷射口20A沿径向R排列配置成1列,处于与水平喷嘴31的内部连通的状态。在至少1个水平喷嘴31的多个喷射口20A的、位于径向外侧R1的端部的喷射口20A’中,其至少一部分处于朝向圆周方向T的一侧的状态。
参照图2,侧喷射口20B在各侧喷嘴27存在多个。这些侧喷射口20B设在侧喷嘴27L的右面部和侧喷嘴27R的左面部。各侧喷嘴27的多个侧喷射口20B以呈在前后方向Y延伸的上下两列的方式前后上下排列地配置,处于与侧喷射口20B的内部连通的状态。该上下两列中的、上侧Z1的列L1由前后排列的例如6个侧喷射口20B构成,下侧Z2的列L2由在列L1的后部的下侧Z2前后排列的例如两个侧喷射口20B构成。虽然这些列L1以及列L2在水平方向靠近,但向前上侧倾斜地配置。在各侧喷嘴27中,列L1以及列L2上下排列设置的部分比在该部分的前侧Y1仅配置有列L1的部分在上下方向Z大。
参照图4,鞋后跟喷射口20C在鞋后跟喷嘴28L的右端部设有1个,在鞋后跟喷嘴28R的左端部设有1个,但也可在各鞋后跟喷嘴28设有多个鞋后跟喷射口20C。鞋后跟喷射口20C处于与鞋后跟喷嘴28的内部连通的状态。在各鞋后跟喷嘴28的鞋后跟喷射口20C的附近,例如,在鞋后跟喷射口20C的正下方设有定位部38。就是说,定位部38存在左右一对。各定位部38具有与左右方向X一致的板厚方向,形成为随着朝向前侧Y1去而上下方向变细且顶端变圆的三角形的板状(参照图2)。定位部38的后端部固定于鞋后跟喷嘴28或清洗槽5的后壁7。
参照图2,保护部21通过线材形成为筒状。保护部21载置于分隔构件15 而配置于收纳室11的上空间11A,包围旋转喷嘴26的塔式喷嘴30的一部分。具体而言,保护部21配置于塔式喷嘴30中比设有喷射口20A的上端部30A靠下侧Z2的下部分30B与一对保持部16的每个保持部之间,由此,包围下部分30B而对其进行保护(也参照图3)。保护部21也可是与分隔构件15分立的构件,也可与分隔构件15一体化。
管道22形成为在上下方向Z延伸的管状,相对于清洗槽5的后壁7从后侧Y2被固定。在管道22的下端部形成有出口22A。出口22A配置于作为收纳室11的内壁部的一例的后壁7的前表面部的下部,处于从后侧Y2与收纳室11内的下空间11B连通的状态。
送风部23是所谓的风扇,配置于清洗槽5外,从上侧Z1被固定在管道22的上端部。在送风部23的后表面形成有吸入口23A,在送风部23的下表面形成有从上侧Z1面对管道22的内部空间的排出口23B(参照图5A)。
供水路24是从龙头等阀栓(未图示)延伸的管,从左侧X1与在管道22连接于送风部23的排出口23B的部分的下侧Z2的部分连接(参照图5A)。需要说明的是,供水路24也可以不与阀栓(未图示)直接连结,而从配置于洗鞋装置1的上侧Z1的洗衣机(未图示)的供水路分支与管道22连接。在供水路24的中途装配有由电磁阀等构成的供水阀39(参照图5A)。需要说明的是,根据主体3能滑动这一点,供水路24和所述排水路37在一定程度上设定得稍长。
在主体3设有由微型计算机等构成的控制部40(参照图1)。控制部40通过布线(未图示)相对于操作部4C、加热器18、送风部23、泵29以及供水阀39中的每一者电连接。因此,控制部40能接收使用者对操作部4C的操作、或者对加热器18、送风部23以及泵29的动作、供水阀39的开闭进行控制。
接着,对由洗鞋装置1对鞋S的清洗运转进行说明。清洗运转包含:清洗工序,通过清洗液清洗鞋S;漂洗工序,在清洗工序后通过清洗液漂洗鞋S;脱水工序,在漂洗工序后从鞋S去除水分。需要说明的是,清洗工序的清洗液是溶解有洗涤剂的自来水,漂洗工序的清洗液是不包含洗涤剂成分的自来水。需要说明的是,在清洗工序中,也可以使用洗澡水来代替自来水。
在开始清洗运转之前,使用者将洗鞋装置1的主体3拉出至拉出位置(未 图示)并打开清洗槽5的出入口13,将一双鞋S从出入口13收纳到收纳室11的上空间11A。此时,使用者将各个保持部16的顶端部16B从下侧Z2插通至鞋S的鞋口SH后,以朝向脚尖ST侧的方式将其插入鞋S的内部空间SN。由此,在上空间11A内,一双鞋S在左右方向X排列,各个鞋S以与前后方向Y大致水平的翻转姿势被保持部16保持。翻转姿势的鞋S处于脚尖ST朝向前侧Y1,鞋底SZ朝向上侧Z1,覆盖脚背的鞋帮部SU和鞋口SH朝向下侧Z2的状态。此外,使用者将鞋S收纳到收纳室11时,将洗涤剂投入到收纳室11内。之后,使用者将主体3返回至图2~图4所示的容纳位置。由此,完成清洗运转的准备。
在完成清洗运转的准备的洗鞋装置1中,在收纳室11内,旋转喷嘴26的塔式喷嘴30配置在以翻转姿势保持的一对鞋S之间。塔式喷嘴30的上端部30A向上述鞋S的鞋底SZ的上侧Z1突出地配置。由此,设置于上端部30A的多个喷射口20A中的、至少1个喷射口20A配置于比鞋底SZ高的位置。旋转喷嘴26的各水平喷嘴31配置于比上述鞋S低的位置,各水平喷嘴31的喷射口20A从下侧Z2面对上述鞋S的鞋帮部SU以及鞋口SH配置。
一对侧喷嘴27配置于收纳室11内的一对鞋S的两侧,就是说左右方向X的两外侧。侧喷嘴27L的侧喷射口20B在大致沿左侧X1的鞋S的长边方向排列的状态下,从左侧X1面对该鞋S的左侧X1的侧部SS。侧喷嘴27R的侧喷射口20B在大致沿右侧X2的鞋S的长边方向排列的状态下,从右侧X2面对该鞋S的右侧X2的侧部SS。在侧视时,各侧喷嘴27的上侧Z1的列L1的侧喷射口20B在侧部SS与靠鞋底SZ的部分重叠地配置。特别是,列L1的前端的侧喷射口20B在侧部SS与靠脚尖ST的部分重叠地配置,列L1的后端的侧喷射口20B在侧部SS与靠鞋后跟部SK的部分重叠地配置。下侧Z2的列L2的侧喷射口20B在侧视时在侧部SS与向喷出口SH侧偏离的部分重叠地配置。
一对鞋后跟喷嘴28配置于一对鞋S的后侧Y2。鞋后跟喷嘴28L的鞋后跟喷射口20C从后侧Y2面对左侧X1的鞋S的鞋后跟部SK,鞋后跟喷嘴28R的鞋后跟喷射口20C从后侧Y2面对右侧X2的鞋S的鞋后跟部SK。左侧X1的定位部38的前端部从后侧Y2接触左侧X1的鞋S的鞋后跟部SK,右侧X2的定位部38的前端部从后侧Y2接触右侧X2的鞋S的鞋后跟部SK。由此,左侧 X1的鞋S的鞋后跟部SK以相对于左侧X1的鞋后跟喷射口20C隔开前后方向Y的一定间隙41的方式通过定位部38定位。右侧X2的鞋S的鞋后跟部SK也以相对于右侧X2的鞋后跟喷射口20C隔开间隙41的方式通过定位部38定位。
完成清洗运转的准备后,通过使用者操作操作部4C(参照图1),对洗鞋装置1指示开始清洗运转。这样,控制部40开始清洗工序,首先,打开供水阀39向收纳室11内供水。由此,来自阀栓(未图示)的水在该水压的作用下通过供水路24流入至管道22内,从出口22A流落至收纳室11而积存在收纳室11的下空间11B。这种管道22兼为供水路24的至少一部分。此外,从管道22的出口22A流入至下空间11B的自来水通过流出口12E、开口12G以及第一流路32到达泵29(参照图5B以及图5C的粗实线箭头),但控制部40通过停止泵29,第一流路32的水至少不会流入排水路37。因此,对应于供水,下空间11B的水的水位上升。
当下空间11B的水面W上升至比旋转喷嘴26的水平喷嘴31低的规定水位时,控制部40关闭供水阀39停止供水。如前所述由于洗涤剂提前投入到收纳室11,所以在下空间11B积存有通过洗涤剂溶解于水而生成的清洗液。下空间11B内的清洗液的一部分遍及第一流路32。需要说明的是,也可以在洗鞋装置1设有与供水路24连接的洗涤剂容纳室(未图示),洗涤剂容纳室所容纳的洗涤剂承载于供水时的自来水投入到收纳室11内。
接着,控制部40以如下方式驱动泵29,即,维持第一流路32和排水路37在泵29中连续被遮断的状态,并且收纳室11的下空间11B内的清洗液从第一流路32吸入而喷出到第二流路33、第三流路34。这样,从第一流路32喷出到第二流路33的清洗液(参照图5B中的粗点划线的箭头)流入旋转喷嘴26的塔式喷嘴30内在塔式喷嘴30内上升,并遍及各水平喷嘴31内。
这样,清洗液从在各水平喷嘴31中排列成一列的多个喷射口20A中的所述喷射口20A’(参照图4)朝向圆周方向T的一侧喷射。由此,各水平喷嘴31受到圆周方向T的推力,因此,旋转喷嘴26的整体绕纵轴J旋转。需要说明的是,用于产生使旋转喷嘴26旋转的推力的喷射口20A’也可不是在水平喷嘴31中位于径向外侧R1的端部的1个喷射口20A,也可是其他喷射口20A。在旋转喷嘴26的旋转过程中,保持鞋S的左右保持部16在左右方向X从塔式喷嘴30 隔开大致等间隔地配置,因此,各鞋S以不接触旋转中的塔式喷嘴30的程度远离塔式喷嘴30地配置(参照图3)。
在旋转中的旋转喷嘴26的各水平喷嘴31中,如粗实线箭头所示,清洗液从喷射口20A’以外的喷射口20A朝向上空间11A内的各鞋S的鞋帮部SU、鞋口SH从下侧Z2喷射。此外,如粗虚线箭头所示,在旋转中的旋转喷嘴26的塔式喷嘴30内上升的清洗液从塔式喷嘴30的上端部30A的各喷射口20A朝向各鞋S的鞋底SZ、侧部SS从上侧Z1喷射。
此外,从第一流路32流入至第三流路34的清洗液(参照图5B以及图5D的粗虚线箭头)经由连接管36的入口管部36A以及第一出口管部36B(参照图4以及图5D)遍及侧喷嘴27L内,并遍及鞋后跟喷嘴28L内。流经第三流路34的清洗液经由连接管36的入口管部36A以及第二出口管部36C流入至第四流路35(参照图5A)后,遍及侧喷嘴27R内,并遍及鞋后跟喷嘴28R内。
这样,参照图4,在侧喷嘴27L中,如粗点划线箭头所示,清洗液从侧喷射口20B喷射至左侧X1的鞋S的左侧X1的侧部SS。如图4中粗虚线箭头所示,在鞋后跟喷嘴28L中,清洗液从鞋后跟喷射口20C喷射至左侧X1的鞋S的鞋后跟部SK。如粗点划线箭头所示,在侧喷嘴27R中,清洗液从侧喷射口20B喷射至右侧X2的鞋S的右侧X2的侧部SS。如粗虚线箭头所示,在鞋后跟喷嘴28R中,清洗液从鞋后跟喷射口20C喷射至右侧X2的鞋S的鞋后跟部SK。
需要说明的是,流经第三流路34而流入至连接管36的入口管部36A的清洗液在第一出口管部36B中大致呈直角改变方向流入至侧喷嘴27L内,但在第二出口管部36C中几乎不改变方向地流经第三流路34而流入至侧喷嘴27R内。在该情况下,流入至侧喷嘴27L内的清洗液的水势比流入至侧喷嘴27R内的清洗液的水势弱。
因此,第一出口管部36B的内径设定得比第二出口管部36C的内径大。而且,第一出口管部36B的内部空间从后侧Y2与侧喷嘴27L的内部空间直接连结,这些内部空间沿侧喷嘴27的长边方向,并且从前后方向Y观察时重叠配置,因此,能谋求这些内部空间的水压阻力的降低。由此,如图4的实线箭头所示,能增加第一出口管部36B的清洗液的流量,并且不减弱水势地使第一出口管部36B的清洗液遍及至侧喷嘴27L内的前端部。因此,大致相同水势的清洗液从 左右侧喷嘴27的侧喷射口20B喷射至左右鞋S。
以高压喷射了清洗液的鞋S在清洗液的水势的作用下去除泥、砂砾等污垢、或通过清洗液对污垢进行化学分解来进行清洗。特别是,从旋转中的旋转喷嘴26的水平喷嘴31的各喷射口20A喷射的清洗液会毫无遗漏地浇至翻转姿势的各鞋S的表面侧的外表面部的各个角落、即脚尖ST、鞋帮部SU、鞋口SH以及鞋后跟部SK的每处。由此,因此,即使是表面部分形状不同的各种鞋S,鞋S的表面部分的整个区域自不必说,还能通过从鞋口SH进入内部空间SN内的清洗液清洗内部空间SN、即鞋S里的整个区域。
此外,一对侧喷嘴27的各侧喷射口20B将清洗液从左右方向X喷射至各鞋S的侧部SS,一对鞋后跟喷嘴28的鞋后跟喷射口20C将清洗液从后侧Y2喷射至各鞋S的鞋后跟部SK。由此,在鞋S的表面侧的外表面部,侧部SS以及鞋后跟部SK通过清洗液进行清洗,鞋帮部SU、鞋口SH也通过沿着侧部SS以及鞋后跟部SK而流落至鞋帮部SU的清洗液进行清洗。
而且,参照图2,在从水平喷嘴31的各喷射口20A喷射后碰撞作为收纳室11的顶部的盖14而落下的清洗液的去处存在有鞋底SZ、即鞋S的背面侧的外表面部。而且,旋转喷嘴26的塔式喷嘴30的上端部的各喷射口20A通过与塔式喷嘴30一体旋转而能从上侧Z1将清洗液向各鞋S的鞋底SZ的宽范围喷射。通过这些清洗液,能有效地清洗鞋底SZ的整个区域。
根据以上所述,即使不通过刷子等刷鞋S,也能够通过从各喷射口20喷射至收纳室11内的鞋S的高压清洗液,维持与通过刷子等搓洗鞋S的情况相同的清洗力,并能以不产生损伤的方式毫无遗漏地清洗鞋S的内外整体。因此,能以不对鞋S产生损伤的方式谋求清洗力的提高。
特别是,通过在各侧喷嘴27中上下排列配置的多个侧喷射口20B,不论是所述低帮类型的鞋S1还是高帮类型的鞋S2,都能可靠地将清洗液喷射到鞋S的侧部SS。因此,即使是鞋口SH的位置不同的任何的鞋S,也能以不产生损伤的方式谋求清洗力的提高。
除了侧喷射口20B将清洗液喷射到鞋S的侧部SS以外,鞋后跟喷射口20C还将清洗液喷射到鞋S的鞋后跟部SK,因此,能进一步毫无遗漏地清洗鞋S的 外表面部的整体。而且,通过定位部38,使鞋后跟部SK相对于鞋后跟喷射口20C定位。由此,即使是鞋后跟部SK的形状不同的任何的鞋S,鞋后跟喷射口20C和鞋后跟部SK的位置关系均为从鞋后跟喷射口20C向鞋后跟部SK喷射清洗液的最适合的位置关系,使得能确保所述一定的间隙41。由此,鞋后跟喷射口20C能有效地将清洗液喷射至收纳室11内的鞋S的鞋后跟部SK,因此,能谋求清洗力的进一步提高。
需要说明的是,插入至鞋S的内部空间SN的保持部16是具有许多间隙的框状,因此,从水平喷嘴31的各喷射口20A朝向鞋口SH的清洗液不会因保持部16而流通受阻碍,能从鞋口SH顺畅地流入内部空间SN内,流入后能从鞋口SH顺畅地向鞋S外流出。如低帮类型的鞋S1那样,如果是鞋S的整体以鞋底SZ从脚尖ST侧朝向鞋后跟部SK侧向下侧Z2偏离的方式处于倾斜的状态,则能使内部空间SN内的清洗液更加顺畅地从鞋口SH向鞋S外流出。
此外,在清洗工序中,控制部40也可打开(ON)加热器18对下空间11B的清洗液进行加热。在该情况下,能够通过从各喷射口20浇至鞋S的热的清洗液来提高清洗力,因此,能更加有效地清洗鞋S。
此外,在收纳室11内鞋S与旋转喷嘴26的水平喷嘴31之间设有分隔构件15。由此,能防止以下情况:由于意外地从保持部16脱离落下的鞋S、该鞋S的鞋带(未图示)等与水平喷嘴31接触而阻碍旋转喷嘴26的旋转、阻碍从水平喷嘴31的各喷射口20喷射清洗液。此外,分隔构件15是格子状,因此,从各喷射口20喷射的清洗液能够穿过分隔构件15的格子的孔而可靠地到达鞋S。所以,即使存在分隔构件15,也能通过从水平喷嘴31的各喷射口20喷射的清洗液,可靠地清洗鞋S。
用于清洗液的洗涤剂优选为按照通常一半以下的10质量%以下的比例包含作为肥皂成分的表面活性剂的洗鞋专用的低发泡洗涤剂。在该情况下,能抑制清洗液的异常起泡,来防止由清洗液的泡沫引起的各喷射口20的堵塞,并能防止因泡沫的阻力导致的旋转喷嘴26的转速的下降。
在清洗工序中,从各喷射口20喷射至收纳室11的上空间11A内的鞋S后从鞋S溢出的清洗液、从各喷射口20喷射至上空间11A内但未喷到鞋S上的清洗液,通过分隔构件15的格子的孔并落下到下空间11B内而积存在底面部12。 在清洗工序中,泵29持续被驱动。因此,下空间11B内的清洗液经由底面部12的流出口12E以及开口12G流入至第一流路32,再流经第二流路33、第三流路34以及第四流路35而从旋转喷嘴26、侧喷嘴27以及鞋后跟喷嘴28的各喷射口20向上空间11A内喷射。由此,清洗液在上空间11A和下空间11B之间循环。因此,即使是较少的清洗液,也能通过循环重复使用来清洗鞋S,因此,能谋求节水性能的提高。
通过喷射清洗液而从鞋S去除的砂砾等异物承载于从流出口12E欲向收纳室11外流出的清洗液。该清洗液通过流出口12E时,过滤器单元17的过滤器25从该清洗液中捕集异物。由此,能防止该异物与清洗液一同循环而堵塞泵29、喷射口20的不良情况。洗鞋装置1也可以包含由网眼比过滤器25细的网等构成且为片状的第二过滤器42。第二过滤器42配置在通过了过滤器25的清洗液到达开口12G之前的中途,例如过滤器25的正下方。第二过滤器42捕集通过了过滤器25的清洗液所包含的较细的异物。通过过滤器25以及第二过滤器42向收纳室11外流出的清洗液利用泵29被向各喷射口20送入从而从各喷射口20喷射到收纳室11内,由此,如所述那样进行循环。
在清洗液的循环持续规定时间后,控制部40切换泵29的动作,使得第一流路32的清洗液流向排水路37。由此,下空间11B的清洗液通过第一流路32以及排水路37被强制地向机外排出。在这样的排水后,控制部40使泵29停止。由此,清洗工序结束。需要说明的是,也可在排水路37的中途设置通过控制部40控制开闭并在排水时打开的排水阀(未图示)。
当清洗工序结束时,控制部40开始漂洗工序,再次执行供水使自来水积存在下空间11B。当通过供水下空间11B内的水面W达到比旋转喷嘴26的水平喷嘴31低的规定水位时,控制部40通过驱动泵9使自来水作为漂洗水在上空间11A和下空间11B之间循环。由此,来自旋转喷嘴26、侧喷嘴27以及鞋后跟喷嘴28的各喷射口20的漂洗水以高压喷射至上空间11A内的鞋S,因此,鞋S通过漂洗水进行漂洗。此时,控制部40也可打开加热器18来对下空间11B的漂洗水进行加热。在该情况下,通过将热的漂洗水从各喷射口20浇至鞋S,能有效地对鞋S进行漂洗。
在这样的漂洗水的循环持续规定时间后,控制部40切换泵29的动作,使 得第一流路32的水流向排水路37。由此,下空间11B的漂洗水通过第一流路32以及排水路37向机外排出。其后,控制部40使泵29停止。由此,漂洗工序、即整个清洗工序结束。
在清洗工序后,控制部40通过驱动送风部23来开始脱水工序。由此,机外的空气通过送风部23的吸入口23A以及排出口23B被吸入至管道22内。吸入至管道22内的空气作为风吹向出口22A并从出口22A被送入收纳室11内。这种管道22兼为将风送入至出口22A的送风路的至少一部分,在本实施方式中兼为该送风路的全部。
送入至收纳室11内的空气在通过送风部23而被加压的高压状态下,吹至上空间11A内的各鞋S的外表面部、或从鞋口SH流入至鞋S的内部空间SN,由此,使清洗液等的水分从鞋S渗出。渗出的水分从鞋S洒落。因此,通过使来自管道22的空气吹至各鞋S,能有效地使清洗后的鞋S进行脱水。送入至收纳室11内的空气最终从主体3的门4的排气口4A(参照图1)向机外排出。需要说明的是,在脱水工序中,控制部40也可打开加热器18使收纳室11内产生热风。在该情况下,能通过热风更有效地对鞋S进行脱水。
当送风部23的驱动开始后经过规定时间时,控制部40使送风部23停止,结束脱水工序。由此,清洗运转结束。需要说明的是,控制部40也可在脱水工序的最后驱动泵29,使在脱水工序时从鞋S洒落的水分排出到机外。在清洗运转结束后,使用者将主体3拉出至拉出位置(未图示)并打开清洗槽5的出入口13,从出入口13取出收纳室11内的鞋S。
如以上所述,在该洗鞋装置1中,当最初将鞋S收纳在收纳室11而保持在保持部16后,即使不使鞋S在收纳室11内移动,也能实施一系列的清洗运转。此外,在洗鞋装置1中,通过保持部16以翻转姿势保持收纳室11内的鞋S,因此,与鞋S以纵向姿势被保持的情况相比,能将收纳室11的高度尺寸控制得较小,因此,能谋求洗鞋装置1整体的小型化。
本发明并不限于以上说明的实施方式,能在权利要求中记载的范围内进行各种变更。
例如,在所述实施方式中,洗鞋装置1组装于洗衣机的底座(未图示)来 使用,但也可以组装于洗衣机本身,在这些情况下,洗鞋装置1的控制部40也可通过从洗衣机的控制部接收指示来执行清洗运转。当然,洗鞋装置1也可不组装于洗衣机的底座、洗衣机而单独地存在,在该情况下,也可省略框架2,主体3也可以是不可滑动。

Claims (4)
- 一种洗鞋装置,包含:收纳室,对鞋进行收纳,保持部,在所述收纳室内将鞋以其鞋底朝向上侧的翻转姿势保持,一对侧喷嘴,配置在所述收纳室内的鞋的两侧,设有将清洗液喷射至所述收纳室内的鞋的侧部的侧喷射口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗鞋装置,其中,所述侧喷射口存在多个,在每个所述侧喷嘴上下排列配置。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的洗鞋装置,其中,还包含将清洗液喷射至所述收纳室内的鞋的鞋后跟部的鞋后跟喷射口。
- 根据权利要求3所述的洗鞋装置,其中,还包含相对于所述鞋后跟喷射口对所述收纳室内的鞋的鞋后跟部进行定位的定位部。
