步骤3,蒸汽处理完成后,关闭蒸汽发生器,取出蒸汽袋,移动鞋子至冰袋所在处,将已装有冰块的冰袋置于鞋子内,冰袋对蒸汽处理后的鞋子进行冷却处理;
步骤4、冷却处理完成后,取出冰袋,拿出鞋子即可。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:通过蒸汽袋来对鞋子的内部进行高温蒸汽处理,使蒸汽分布于鞋子内的每一个角落,进而杀死藏匿在各个角落内的霉菌,并有效带走鞋子内的湿气,蒸汽处理完后,通过冰袋来对鞋子进行快速冷却,其不仅可以保护鞋子不被高温破坏,而且冰袋提供的冷源促使鞋子内的蒸汽及其他水汽会依附其表面冷凝出水,然后通过吸水层对其进行吸收后,即达到了干燥除臭的目的,配合蒸汽处理的效果,能够一次彻底除臭,除臭效果可持续数周,同时,由于未采用有害的化学除臭剂,不会对使用者造成二次伤害,使用非常方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作详细的说明。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图6所示,一种用于除臭的干鞋器,包括箱体1,箱体1的上部连接有蒸汽发生器2,箱体1内通过一隔板3隔离成上下互不相通的上部腔室4和下部腔室5,下部腔室5内设有蒸汽袋6和冰袋7,蒸汽袋6上布满通孔601且通过蒸汽管8与蒸汽发生器连通,冰袋7可以通过挂钩(图中未标出)挂靠在隔板3的下方,蒸汽管8穿过隔板3延伸至下部腔室5内,蒸汽管8通过密封卡套(图中未标出)与隔板3密封连接,使用时,先将蒸汽袋6置于待除臭的鞋子内进行蒸汽处理,然后再将冰袋7置于蒸汽处理完后的鞋子内,所述冰袋的表面设有吸水层9。隔板9用于密闭上部腔室4,防止下部腔室5内的蒸汽窜入上部腔室4内,对上部腔室4内的蒸汽管8造成浸蚀。
通过蒸汽袋6来对鞋子的内部进行高温蒸汽处理,使蒸汽分布于鞋子内的每一个角落,进而杀死藏匿在各个角落内的霉菌,并有效带走鞋子内的湿气,为下一步处理做准备,蒸汽处理完后,通过冰袋7来对鞋子进行快速冷却,其不仅可以保护鞋子不被高温破坏,而且冰袋7提供的冷源促使鞋子内的蒸汽及其他水汽会依附其表面冷凝出水,然后通过吸水层9对其进行吸收后,即达到了干燥除臭的目的,配合蒸汽处理的效果,能够一次彻底除臭,效果可持续数周,同时,由于未采用有害的化学除臭剂,不会对使用者造成二次伤害,使用非常方便。
在上述中,蒸汽管8也可以无需穿过隔板3来与蒸汽袋6连通,其还可以通过缠绕箱体1的外壁的方式进入下部腔室5内,只是这样的设置方式会使蒸汽管8易受到外部因素(例如尖刺物)破坏而失去密封性,将蒸汽管8设于箱体1的内部有助于保护蒸汽管8不易受到外部因素破坏。相应地,冰袋7也可以无需采用挂靠的方式连接在隔板3的下部,其可以直接放置在下部腔室5内,只是挂靠的方式有助于保持冰袋7的清洁。
进一步地说,为了避免蒸汽直接对鞋子的内部造成热冲击,蒸汽袋6的外部套设一层蒸汽罩602,如图4和图6所示,蒸汽罩602的厚度不小于3mm,优选为5mm,蒸汽罩602采用海绵材料制成,海绵具有的多孔形状能够缓冲掉热蒸汽的大部分冲击力,进而起到了保护鞋子的作用。
进一步地说,为了提高吸水层9的吸水性,吸水层9套设在冰袋7的外部,如图5所示,吸水层9的厚度不小于6mm,优选为8mm,吸水层9用海绵材料制成。具有海绵结构的吸水层9能够大量吸收所产生的冷凝水,并且使冷凝水不会再次流出,达到了很好地取 除冷凝水的效果。
进一步地说,为了防止箱体1内不通风而使箱体1内壁受到蒸汽破坏,箱体1的上部连接通风装置,通风装置通过通风管10与下部腔室5连通,通风装置用于向下部腔室5内通风。其中通风装置可以是送风机或者抽风机。
作为一种优选地实施方式,通风装置包括设于箱体1上部的引风机构,如图1和图3所示,引风机构通过引风管11与通风管10连通,且引风管11通过轴承12转动连接在箱体1的上部,引风管11朝上的一端设有具有喇叭形状的引风口13,引风口13与引风管11自为一体,引风管11上连接有用于调节引风口13朝向的调向片14,调向片14设于与引风口13相反的一侧。引风口13、引风管11和调向片14组成类似风向标装置的结构,由于风压的存在,调向片14会自动调节并使引风口13始终对着风流动的方向,引风管11将风引入通风管10内,进而对下部腔室5进行通风,达到了自然通风的效果,相比于需要能耗的电动通风装置,该实施例的通风装置更节能环保。
进一步地说,为了防止鞋底携带的泥土污染箱体1,下部腔室5通过放置板15隔离成上下互通的放置室501和垃圾室502,如图2所示,蒸汽袋6和冰袋7置于放置室501内。
作为一种优选地实施方式,放置板15由多根圆棍排列组合形成,如图2所示,圆棍之间留有间隙,以便于泥土下落至垃圾室502内。圆棍的采用便于放置板15上不易沾附泥土,便于泥土从放置板15上下落至垃圾室502内。
进一步地说,上部腔室4设有用于放置鞋子18的容纳室16,箱体1正对蒸汽袋6和冰袋7的一侧面通过合页设置成箱门17,如图1和图2所示,通过箱门17可实现鞋子18、蒸汽袋6和冰袋7的取放。
进一步地说,为了更好地使下部腔室5通风和垃圾的排出,垃圾室502的侧壁上设有可开闭的通风口(图中未画出),通风口用于排出下部腔室5的气体和垃圾室502内的垃圾。
本发明的干鞋的使用方法大致包括以下步骤:
步骤1、向蒸汽发生器2内加入配制好的酒精溶液,酒精溶液的体积浓度最好在35%左右,加热后产生酒精蒸汽,备用;选用酒精的目的是,利用酒精来更好地杀死霉菌,使真菌被清除得更干净,同时,酒精也易挥发干燥,利于后期的干燥处理;
步骤2、打开箱体1,将待除臭的鞋子18放置在下部腔室5内,将蒸汽袋6置于鞋子18内,然后用蒸汽管8将蒸汽袋6与蒸汽发生器2连接,蒸汽发生器2向蒸汽袋6内输送蒸 汽,蒸汽袋6对鞋子18进行蒸汽处理;一般地,蒸汽处理的时间不宜超过30min,不然会因为高温而使鞋子变形;
步骤3,蒸汽处理完成后,关闭蒸汽发生器2,取出蒸汽袋6,移动鞋子18至冰袋7所在处,将已装有冰块的冰袋7置于鞋子18内,冰袋7对蒸汽处理后的鞋子18进行冷却处理;冷却时间随使用者而定,一般待冰块完全融化后即可取出冰袋7;
步骤4、冷却处理完成后,取出冰袋7,拿出鞋子即可。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于除臭的干鞋器,包括箱体,其特征在于,箱体的上部连接有蒸汽发生器,箱体内通过一隔板隔离成上下互不相通的上部腔室和下部腔室,下部腔室内设有蒸汽袋和冰袋,蒸汽袋上布满通孔且通过蒸汽管与蒸汽发生器连通,使用时,先将蒸汽袋置于待除臭的鞋子内进行蒸汽处理,然后再将冰袋置于蒸汽处理完后的鞋子内,所述冰袋的表面设有吸水层。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于除臭的干鞋器,其特征在于,蒸汽袋的外部套设一层蒸汽罩,蒸汽罩的厚度不小于3mm,蒸汽罩采用海绵材料制成。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的用于除臭的干鞋器,其特征在于,吸水层套设在冰袋的外部,吸水层的厚度不小于6mm,吸水层用海绵材料制成。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的用于除臭的干鞋器,其特征在于,箱体的上部连接通风装置,通风装置通过通风管与下部腔室连通,通风装置用于向下部腔室内通风。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的用于除臭的干鞋器,其特征在于,通风装置包括设于箱体上部的引风机构,引风机构通过引风管与通风管连通,且引风管通过轴承转动连接在箱体的上部,引风管朝上的一端设有具有喇叭形状的引风口,引风口与引风管自为一体,引风管上连接有用于调节引风口朝向的调向片,调向片设于与引风口相反的一侧。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的用于除臭的干鞋器,其特征在于,下部腔室通过放置板隔离成上下互通的放置室和垃圾室,蒸汽袋和冰袋置于放置室内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的用于除臭的干鞋器,其特征在于,放置板由多根圆棍排列组合形成,圆棍之间留有间隙。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的用于除臭的干鞋器,其特征在于,上部腔室设有用于放置鞋子的容纳室,箱体正对蒸汽袋和冰袋的一侧面通过合页设置成箱门,通过箱门可实现鞋子、蒸汽袋和冰袋的取放。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的用于除臭的干鞋器,其特征在于,垃圾室的侧壁上设有可开闭的通风口,通风口用于排出下部腔室的气体和垃圾室内的垃圾。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的用于除臭的干鞋器的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤1、向蒸汽发生器内加入配制好的酒精溶液,加热后产生酒精蒸汽,备用;
    步骤2、打开箱体,将待除臭的鞋子放置在下部腔室内,将蒸汽袋置于鞋子内,然后用蒸汽管将蒸汽袋与蒸汽发生器连接,蒸汽发生器向蒸汽袋内输送蒸汽,蒸汽袋对鞋子进行蒸汽处理;
    步骤3,蒸汽处理完成后,关闭蒸汽发生器,取出蒸汽袋,移动鞋子至冰袋所在处,将已装有冰块的冰袋置于鞋子内,冰袋对蒸汽处理后的鞋子进行冷却处理;
    步骤4、冷却处理完成后,取出冰袋,拿出鞋子即可。
