一种触控显示面板及其显示方法、显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及终端显示领域,特别是涉及一种触控显示面板及显示方法、显示装置。
【背景技术】
残像是触控显示面板画面显示不良比较常见的一种现象,也是可靠性测试中非常重要的一个测试环节。通常情况下,残像可以区分为长期残像和短期残像,其发生的物理机制也不尽相同,较为常见的是长期残像。长期残像是由直流残留导致的。
在液晶的制造过程中,由于制程环境及条件发生变化会无法将液晶分子完全纯化,导致液晶分子中残留着一些可移动离子。在施加电压时,这些可移动离子会在外加电场的作用下向某一电极发生定向移动,直到液晶分子移动到取向膜的界面,最终被俘获在此界面上,这些带电离子会显著影响原来的外加电场,导致公共电压发生变化,使得实际施加在像素电极上的交流电压是非对称的,进而形成附加电场,从而出现图像残留现象,降低了触控显示面板的显示品质。如图1和图2所示。图1是现有技术中触控显示面板驱动时序示意图。如图1所示,在显示时序阶段公共电极电压为一恒定直流电压,即与像素电极形成液晶层的压差,从而用于灰阶显示;在触控扫描阶段公共电极电压为一交流方波,其作用为用于触控面板扫描。
由于附加电场的存在,公共电极端的电压会发生变化,假设预设公共电压值为VCOM1,当VCOM电极上累积了正离子时,此时的公共电压值变大,设变化后的公共电压为VCOM3,即VCOM3>VCOM1;当公共电极上累积了负离子时,此时的公共电压值变小,设变化后的公共电压为VCOM2,即VCOM2<VCOM1。
故,有必要提出一种触控显示面板残像的改善方法,以解决上述技术问题。
【发明内容】
本发明目的是提供一种触控显示面板的显示方法,以解决现有技术中触控显示面板容易出现残像,导致显示质量较差的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种触控显示面板的显示方法,所述触控显示面板包括多个像素电极,所述像素电极的一端连接至所述触控显示面板的薄膜晶体管输出端,所述像素电极的的另一端连接至公共电极,所述所述薄膜晶体管输入端连接至数据线,所述薄膜晶体管的控制端连接至扫描线,所述显示方法包括:在所述触控显示面板处于显示阶段时,公共电极通过第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动;检测所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量是否超过预设阈值;如果当所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过所述预设阈值,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动,其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同,且极性相反。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种触控显示面板,所述触控显示面板包括相对设置的阵列基板、彩膜基板,以及设置在所述阵列基板与所述彩膜基板之间液晶层;所述阵列基板包括多个像素电极,所述像素电极的一端连接至所述触控显示面板的薄膜晶体管输出端,所述像素电极的的另一端连接至公共电极,所述薄膜晶体管输入端连接至数据线,所述薄膜晶体管的控制端连接至扫描线,所述触控显示面板还包括控制电路以及驱动电路,所述驱动电路的一段连接至所述控制电路,另一段连接所述公共电极;所述驱动电路在所述控制电路检测到触控显示面板处于显示阶段时,输出第一直流电压至所述公共电极以驱动所述像素电极;在所述控制电路在所述控制电路检测到所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过预设阈值时,在下一次显示阶段输出第二直流电压至所述公共电极以驱动所述像素电极;其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同,且极性相反。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种触控显示装置,所述触控显示装置包括上述触控显示面板以实现如上述方法中的步骤。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明改变显示阶段为恒定的直流电压的公共电极电压,通过不断改变电压来中和公共电极一侧累计的电荷,从而改善触控显示面板残影,提高显示品质。

本实施方式的显示方法包括如下步骤:
步骤301:在所述触控显示面板处于显示阶段时,公共电极通过第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动。
触控显示面板是将具有触控功能的触控电极和具有显示作用的像素电极集成在一起,通过时分复用的方式实现触控和显示的双重功能。并且触控功能和显示功能所需要的驱动电压以及类型均不同。为了保证像素电极两端的电压差均相等,在显示阶段时,一般通过稳定的直流电压进行驱动,对应的,公共电极端也需要一个稳定的直流电压来驱动。
在本实施方式一个具体的实施场景中,第一直流电压为VCOM1,即通过值为VCOM1的公共电压对像素电极进行驱动。

在大量的具体显示操作中发现,电荷是通过一段时间积累而形成的,在段时间内,电荷积压并不是太明显,为了在保证显示质量的前提下,进一步提高补偿的效率,节省资源,本实施方式对公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量进行统计,在达到超过预设阈值时启动补偿措施。
在一个具体的实施场景中,一般驱动电压不变的情况下,电流不会发生明显变化,因为可通过时间来确定公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量。具体地,触控显示面板判断当前公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动的时间是否超过预设时间。如果超过了预设时间,则可以确定公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过了预设阈值。
公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动,其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同,且极性相反。
其中,所述预设时间为1秒,在其他情况下也可以为其他数值,如0.5秒、1.5秒等。
在另一个具体的实施场景中,一般驱动电压不变的情况下,电流不会发生明显变化,因为可通过时间来确定公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量。而数据线的驱动频率不变的条件下,图像帧显示或者切换的频率也不会发生变化,那么预定时间内图像帧的显示数量也是固定的。因此,还可以通过统计显示的图像的帧数来确定公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量是否超过了预设阈值。
具体地,在所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动时,判断所述触控显示面板显示图像的帧数是否达到预设量。如果触控显示面板显示图像的帧数达到预设量,则确定公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过了预设阈值。
如果当所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过所述预设阈值,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动。
其中,所述预设帧数为60帧,在其他情况下也可以为其他数值,如80帧,120帧等。
在上述任一实施方式中,如果所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷为正电荷,此时第一直流电压的值会变大,设变化后的电压值为VCOM3,如图2所示,即显示阶段累计正电荷后第一直流电压值由VCOM1变为VCOM3。为了中和公共电极上累计的正电荷,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过小于所述第一直流电压的第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动。
其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同。
举例来说,如图4所示,在所述触控显示面板处于显示阶段时,公共电极通过第一直流电压VCOM1对所述像素电极进行驱动。
如果所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷为正电荷,判断当前所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压VCOM1对所述像素电极进行驱动的时间是否超过预设时间1秒;或者判断当前所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压VCOM1对所述像素电极进行驱动时,所述触控显示面板显示图像的帧数是否达到预设量60帧。
如果公共电极通过所述第一直流电压VCOM1对所述像素电极进行驱动的时间超过预设时间1秒,或者公共电极通过所述第一直流电压VCOM1对所述像素电极进行驱动时,所述触控显示面板显示图像的帧数达到预设量60帧,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过小于第一直流电压的第二直流电压VCOM2对所述触控显示面板进行驱动,其中,所述第二直流电压VCOM2与所述第一直流电VCOM1电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同,且极性相反。
通过上述描述可知,本发明提供的触控显示面板的显示方法是改变显示阶段为恒定的直流电压的公共电极电压,通过在预设时间或帧数后在下一显示阶段降低公共电压来中和公共电极一侧累计的正电荷,改善触控显示面板残影,提高显示品质。
在上述任一实施方式中,如果所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷为负电荷,此时第一直流电压的值会变小,设变化后的电压值为VCOM2,如图2所示。即显示阶段累计正电荷后第一直流电压值由VCOM1变为VCOM2。为了中和公共电极上累计的负电荷,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过大于所述第一直流电压的第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动。
其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同。
举例来说,如图5所示,在所述触控显示面板处于显示阶段时,公共电极通过第一直流电压VCOM1对所述像素电极进行驱动。
如果所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷为负电荷,判断当前所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压VCOM1对所述像素电极进行驱动的时间是否超过预设时间1秒;或者判断当前所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压VCOM1对所述像素电极进行驱动时,所述触控显示面板显示图像的帧数是否达到预设量60帧。
如果公共电极通过所述第一直流电压VCOM1对所述像素电极进行驱动的时间超过预设时间1秒,或者公共电极通过所述第一直流电压VCOM1对所述像素电极进行驱动时,所述触控显示面板显示图像的帧数达到预设量60帧,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过大于第一直流电压的第二直流电压VCOM2对所述触控显示面板进行驱动,其中,所述第二直流电压VCOM2与所述第一直流电VCOM1电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同,且极性相反。
通过上述描述可知,本发明提供的触控显示面板的显示方法是改变显示阶段为恒定的直流电压的公共电极电压,通过在预设时间或帧数后在下一显示阶段提高公共电压来中和公共电极一侧累计的负电荷,改善触控显示面板残影,提高显示品质。
在上述任一实施方式中,所述触控显示面板处于触控阶段时,所述公共电极通过设定方波电压对所述显示电极进行驱动。
通过上述描述可知,本发明提供的触控显示面板的显示方法是改变显示阶段为恒定的直流电压的公共电极电压,通过不断改变电压来中和公共电极一侧累计的电荷,改善触控显示面板残影,提高显示品质。
参阅图6,图6是本发明触控显示面板一实施方式的结构示意图。在本实施例中,如图6,本发明提供的触控显示面板包括相对设置的阵列基板603、彩膜基板601,以及设置在所述阵列基板603与所述彩膜基板601之间液晶602层。为了清楚说明上述触控显示面板的工作方式,进一步地参阅图7图7是本发明提供的触控显示面板一实施例的电路连接示意图。
其中,触控显示面板还包括数据线701、扫描线702、薄膜晶体管703、像素电极704和公共电极705,所述所述像素电极704的一端连接至所述薄膜晶体管703的输出端,所述像素电极704的的另一端连接至公共电极705,所述薄膜晶体管703输入端连接至数据线701,所述薄膜晶体管703的控制端连接至扫描线702;所述触控显示面板还包括控制电路707以及驱动电路706,所述驱动电路706的一段连接至所述控制电路707,另一段连接所述公共电极705。
所述驱动电路706在所述控制电路707检测到触控显示面板处于显示阶段时,输出第一直流电压至所述公共电极以驱动所述像素电极;所述控制电路707在所述控制电路707检测到所述公共电极705对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过预设阈值时,在下一次显示阶段输出第二直流电压至所述公共电极705以驱动所述像素电极704。
其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极705积累的电荷量数量相同,且极性相反。
其中,如果所述公共电极705对应的一侧积累的电荷为正电荷,所述公共电极705在下一次显示阶段通过小于所述第一直流电压的第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动,其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极705积累的电荷量数量相同。
如果所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷为负电荷,所述公共电极705在下一次显示阶段通过大于所述第一直流电压的第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动;其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极705积累的电荷量数量相同。
其中,所述驱动电路706在所述控制电路检测到触控显示面板处于触控阶段时,输出设定方波电压至所述公共电极705以驱动所述像素电极704。
通过上述描述可知,区别于现有技术,本发明提供的触控显示面板是改变显示阶段为恒定的直流电压的公共电极电压,通过不断改变电压来中和公共电极一侧累计的电荷,改善触控显示面板残影,提高显示品质。
本发明还提供一种触控显示装置,所述触控显示装置包括上述触控显示面板以实现如上述显示方法中的步骤。
通过上述描述可知,区别于现有技术,本发明提供的触控显示装置是改变显示阶段为恒定的直流电压的公共电极电压,通过不断改变电压来中和公共电极一侧累计的电荷,改善触控显示面板残影,提高显示品质。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种触控显示面板的显示方法,所述触控显示面板包括多个像素电极,所述像素电极的一端连接至所述触控显示面板的薄膜晶体管输出端,所述像素电极的的另一端连接至公共电极,所述薄膜晶体管输入端连接至数据线,所述薄膜晶体管的控制端连接至扫描线,其中,所述显示方法包括:
    在所述触控显示面板处于显示阶段时,公共电极通过第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动;
    检测所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量是否超过预设阈值;
    如果所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过所述预设阈值,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动,其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同,且极性相反。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示方法,其中,所述检测所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量是否超过预设阈值的步骤具体包括:
    判断当前所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动的时间是否超过预设时间;
    所述如果当所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过所述预设阈值,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动的步骤包括:
    如果所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动的时间超过所述预设时间,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示方法,其中,所述预设的时间为1秒。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示方法,其中,所述检测所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量是否超过预设阈值的步骤具体包括:
    在所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动时,判断所述触控显示面板显示图像的帧数是否达到预设量;
    所述如果当所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过所述预设阈值,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动的步骤包括:
    如果所述所述帧数达到预设量,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示方法,其中,所述预设帧数为60帧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示方法,其中,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动的步骤具体包括:
    如果所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过预设阈值,且为正电荷,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过小于所述第一直流电压的第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动,其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同;
    如果所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过预设阈值,且为负电荷,所述公共电极在下一次显示阶段通过大于所述第一直流电压的第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动;其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示方法,其中,所述显示方法还包括:
    所述触控显示面板处于触控阶段时,所述公共电极通过设定方波电压对所述显示电极进行驱动。
  8. 一种触控显示面板,所述触控显示面板包括相对设置的阵列基板、彩膜基板,以及设置在所述阵列基板与所述彩膜基板之间液晶层;所述阵列基板包括多个像素电极,所述像素电极的一端连接至所述触控显示面板的扫描线,所述像素电极的的另一端连接至公共电极,其中,所述触控显示面板还包括控制电路以及驱动电路,所述驱动电路的一段连接至所述控制电路,另一段连接所述公共电极;
    所述驱动电路在所述控制电路检测到触控显示面板处于显示阶段时,输出第一直流电压至所述公共电极以驱动所述像素电极;在所述控制电路在所述控制电路检测到所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过预设阈值时,在下一次显示阶段输出第二直流电压至所述公共电极以驱动所述像素电极;
    其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同,且极性相反。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的触控显示面板,其中,所述控制电路具体用于判断当前所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动的时间是否超过预设时间;所述驱动电路具体用于在所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动的时间超过所述预设时间时,在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的触控显示面板,其中,所述预设的时间为1秒。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的触控显示面板,其中,所述控制电路具体用于判断在所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动时,所述控制电路判断所述触控显示面板显示图像的帧数是否达到预设量;
    所述驱动电路具体用于在所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动的帧数达到预设量时,在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的触控显示面板,其中,所述预设帧数为60帧。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的触控显示面板,其中,所述驱动电路具体用于在检测到所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过预设阈值,且所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷为正电荷时,在下一次显示阶段通过小于所述第一直流电压的第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动,其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同;
    所述驱动电路具体用于在检测到所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过预设阈值,且所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷为负电荷时,所述驱动电路在下一次显示阶段通过大于所述第一直流电压的第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动;其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的触控显示面板,其中,所述驱动电路在所述控制电路检测到触控显示面板处于触控阶段时,输出设定方波电压至所述公共电极以驱动所述像素电极。
  15. 一种触控显示装置,所述触控显示装置中的触控显示面板包括相对设置的阵列基板、彩膜基板,以及设置在所述阵列基板与所述彩膜基板之间液晶层;所述阵列基板包括多个像素电极,所述像素电极的一端连接至所述触控显示面板的扫描线,所述像素电极的的另一端连接至公共电极,其中,所述触控显示面板还包括控制电路以及驱动电路,所述驱动电路的一段连接至所述控制电路,另一段连接所述公共电极;
    所述驱动电路在所述控制电路检测到触控显示面板处于显示阶段时,输出第一直流电压至所述公共电极以驱动所述像素电极;在所述控制电路在所述控制电路检测到所述公共电极对应的一侧积累的电荷量超过预设阈值时,在下一次显示阶段输出第二直流电压至所述公共电极以驱动所述像素电极;
    其中,所述第二直流电压与所述第一直流电压的差值在所述显示阶段产生的电荷量与所述公共电极积累的电荷量数量相同,且极性相反。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的触控显示装置,其中,所述驱动电路在所述控制电路检测到触控显示面板处于触控阶段时,输出设定方波电压至所述公共电极以驱动所述像素电极。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的触控显示装置,其中,所述控制电路具体用于判断当前所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动的时间是否超过预设时间;所述驱动电路具体用于在所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动的时间超过所述预设时间时,在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的触控显示装置,其中,所述预设的时间为1秒。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的触控显示装置,其中,所述控制电路具体用于判断在所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动时,所述控制电路判断所述触控显示面板显示图像的帧数是否达到预设量;
    所述驱动电路具体用于在所述公共电极通过所述第一直流电压对所述像素电极进行驱动的帧数达到预设量时,在下一次显示阶段通过第二直流电压对所述触控显示面板进行驱动。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的触控显示装置,其中,所述预设帧数为60帧。
