背景技术
目前信贷撮合系统都是在中心服务器进行身份登记以及信息记录,贷款信息以及交易各方的挂牌摘牌信息都存在篡改和丢失的技术性可能,交易各方以及信用评级机构、平台方和其他第三方在数据真实性和完整性上存在信任问题。
技术问题
本发明的目的是使用区块链技术将信贷平台参与各方身份哈希以及信贷申请内容和信贷撮合事件都通过每一步骤的参与方私钥,进行hash签名得到各阶段的哈希值。有效保存了整个撮合系统信息的真实过程,保证了真实性和完整性。

信贷平台参与各方需要提供基本身份信息并获得CA中心的实名认证,并在各阶段通过hash签名写入哈希模块。
撮合系统使用区块链技术将信贷平台参与各方身份哈希以及信贷申请内容和信贷撮合事件都通过每一步骤的参与方私钥,进行hash签名得到各阶段的哈希值。
资金需求方将贷款申请内容连同资金需求方的身份哈希通过其私钥进行hash签名得到发起哈希值。
信用评估机构对资金需求方提交的融资需求进行分析后,将信用分析评估报告连同评估机构的身份哈希通过评估机构的私钥进行哈希签名得到信用分析评估哈希值,提交到区块链上后供资金供给方购买或参考。
资金供给各方通过信贷撮合系统选择符合自己风险偏好条件的经过信用分析评 估的贷款申请,进行摘牌,并提交贷款利率报价和贷款金额以及其他相关信息,连同资金供给方的身份哈希通过其私钥进行hash签名形成摘牌哈希值。

步骤三:信用评估机构对资金需求方提交的融资需求进行分析后,将信用分析评估报告连同评估机构的身份哈希通过评估机构的私钥进行哈希签名得到信用分析评估哈希值,提交到区块链上后供资金供给方购买或参考。
步骤四:资金供给各方通过信贷撮合系统选择符合自己风险偏好条件的经过信用分析评估的贷款申请,进行摘牌,并提交贷款利率报价和贷款金额以及其他相关信息,连同资金供给方的身份哈希通过其私钥进行hash签名形成摘牌哈希值。
步骤五:资金需求方在选定某个或数个资金供给方提供的信贷意向后,连同资金需求方的身份哈希通过其私钥进行hash签名形成合同哈希值。
步骤六:资金供给及需求方的报价可根据一定的规则,即时成交,也可以规定一定时间后按对资金需求方最有利的条件成交,成交规则可以写入区块链的智能合约中以便自动执行。
