Description

一种市政建筑工程雨水泵站 技术领域
本发明涉及泵站领域,具体为一种市政建筑工程雨水泵站。
背景技术
雨水泵站工程是一个完整工程项目的名称,是以用途赋名的,按归口管理属市政工程类,是以构筑物及管线为主体、建筑物为辅的建筑工程。雨水泵站对于处于低洼地或降雨量较大的城市尤为重要,可以及时将城市中聚集的雨水排出,保证人们正常的生产生活。
但是目前的排水泵站抽水管易被淤泥堵塞,无法顺利抽水,且大多需要人工控制或远程控制来打开水泵抽水,泵房处于水边,湿度较大,内部机械易锈蚀,且当排水能力不足或设备损坏时无法及时处理。
发明内容
本发明提供一种市政建筑工程雨水泵站,可以有效解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种市政建筑工程雨水泵站,包括蓄水池、雨水管、隔网、搅拌轮、电动机仓、电动机、抽水管、过滤罩、护坡、检测棒、第一压力传感器、第二压力传感器、泵房、水泵、连接管、电动阀门、排水管、除湿器、控制器E5EZ、无线电发射器和太阳能电池板,所述蓄水池侧面设置有雨水管,且蓄水池底面设置有隔网,所述隔网一侧设置有搅拌轮,所述搅拌轮下方设置有电动机仓,所述电动机仓内部设置有电动机,所述搅拌轮与电动机相连,且搅拌轮上方设置有抽水管,所述抽水管底端连接有过滤 罩,所述蓄水池侧面建造有护坡,所述护坡侧面设置有检测棒,所述检测棒下部侧面安装有第一压力传感器,且检测棒上部侧面安装有第二压力传感器,所述护坡一侧建造有泵房,所述泵房内部设置有水泵,所述水泵下方安装有连接管,所述连接管安装有电动阀门,所述连接管一端连接有抽水管,且连接管另一端连接有排水管,所述泵房内部侧面安装有除湿器,所述除湿器上方放置有控制器E5EZ,所述控制器E5EZ一侧放置有无线电发射器,所述泵房顶面安装有太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与除湿器电性相连,所述第二压力传感器与无线电发射器电性相连,所述第一压力传感器和外部电源均与控制器E5EZ输入端电性相连,所述电动机、水泵与电动阀门均与控制器E5EZ输出端电性相连。
优选的,所述电动机仓为一种防水抗压材质的构件。
优选的,所述护坡侧面铺设有生态护坡砖。
优选的,所述抽水管与排水管均通过螺栓与连接管相连。
优选的,所述除湿器通过螺栓与泵房相连。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,抽水管下方设置的搅拌轮可使堆积的淤泥散开,便于抽水管抽水,泵房设置了除湿器,可延长泵房内机械设备的寿命,当水位达到一定发高度时可自动接通电源排水,且当设备损坏或排水能力不足时,水位上升到一定高度时,无线电发射器会发出信号给工作人员,使故障可及时得到处理,本设计结构简单,实用性强,可大面积推广使用。

为了保护电动机6,本实施例中,优选的,电动机仓5为一种防水抗压材质的构件。
为了改善泵站周边环境,本实施例中,优选的,护坡9侧面铺设有生态护坡砖。
为了便于拆卸维修,本实施例中,优选的,抽水管7与排水管17均通过螺栓与连接管15相连。
为了便于安装除湿器18,本实施例中,优选的,除湿器18通过螺栓与泵房相连。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明为一种市政建筑工程雨水 泵站,雨水通过雨水管2排入蓄水池1中,较大漂浮物被隔网3隔开,当水雨水淹没第一压力传感器11时,第一压力传感器11时受到一定的压力时,发送信号给控制器E5EZ19,控制器E5EZ19接通电动机6、水泵14与电动阀门16的电源,电动机6带动搅拌轮4,搅拌轮4搅动淤泥,便于水从排水管17进入,过滤罩8可过滤较小的物体,电动阀门16打开,水泵14开始抽水,水从排水管17排出,水位降低到一定值时,电动机6、水泵14与电动阀门16的电源断开,若排水能力不足,或设备损坏无法排水时,水位持续上升直至淹没第二压力传感器12,第二压力传感器12发出信号给无线电发射器20,无线电发射器20发出信号给工作人员,便于工作人员及时处理,除湿器18由太阳能电池板21供电,安全环保,降低泵房内的湿度,延长机械设备的使用寿命。
