Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'urée résistante à l'humidité spécifiquement pour un engrais mélangé, caractérisé par : l'ajout d'urée granulaire dans une extrémité avant d'un tambour d'enduction, un disque, ou un mélangeur ayant une fonction de mélange et l'enduction par pulvérisation de l'urée granulaire avec une couche d'un agent résistant à l'humidité dédié ; et l'enduction par pulvérisation de l'urée granulaire avec une couche de poudre d'oxyde de magnésium modifiée dans une extrémité arrière du cylindre d'enduction, du disque, ou du mélangeur ayant une fonction de mélange pour obtenir l'urée résistante à l'humidité spécifiquement pour un engrais mélangé. L'urée préparée par le procédé peut être mélangée de façon stable avec un engrais acide tel que le superphosphate de calcium sans absorber l'humidité, devenir humide ou s'agglomérer.
