下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“长度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。

下面参考图1-图9描述根据本发明实施例的净水机。
根据本发明一个实施例的净水机,包括:机壳(未示出)、水路板(未示出)和滤芯组件100,水路板和滤芯组件100可以设在机壳内,水路板连通滤芯组件100为滤芯组件100供水,并将滤芯组件100过滤后的水引出供用户使用。
首先,参考附图描述根据本发明实施例的滤芯组件100的一些具体实施例。
如图1和3所示,根据本发明一个实施例的滤芯组件100,包括:壳体10、滤芯接座20和滤芯30,壳体10内限定出过滤腔,过滤腔的一侧表面(如图3所示的上端面)敞开形成滤芯安装口,为滤芯30安装提供方便,壳体10上形成有与过滤腔连通的通水口11,通水口11沿壳体10的壁面(如图3所示的底壁)的厚度贯穿壳体10的底壁面,滤芯接座20安装在壳体10上且在正交于通水口11的轴向的平面内相对于壳体10可移动,也就是说,滤芯接座20相对于壳体10沿通水口11的径向移动。
其中,滤芯30设在过滤腔内且通过通水口11与滤芯接座20可拆卸地相连,具体而言,滤芯接座20连接在壳体10上,并罩设在通水口11上,滤芯30的一部分可以穿过通水口11从过滤腔伸出,且滤芯30伸出过滤腔的部分与滤芯接座20可拆卸地相连。
由此,根据本发明实施例的滤芯组件100,滤芯接座20设在壳体10上并沿通水口11的径向移动,在滤芯30安装过程中,通过调节滤芯接座20的位置确保滤芯30与滤芯接座20适配连接并达到最优的连接效果,不仅为滤芯30的安装提供了方便,还能防止因滤芯30偏移影响滤芯30与滤芯接座20的连接密闭性,而且消除了滤芯30与滤芯接座20错位对滤芯30造成的损伤,再者,滤芯接座20的结构简单,生产成本较低。
根据本发明实施例的净水机,通过采用上述实施例的滤芯组件100,能够为用户拆卸清理或更换滤芯30提供方便,有利于保证净水机的净水效果。
下面参考图1-图9描述根据本发明实施例的滤芯组件100的一些具体实施例。
如图5和6所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,壳体10的底部设有安装柱 12,安装柱12的中心轴线平行于通水口11的轴向,滤芯接座20对应安装柱12的位置设有安装孔211,安装柱12配合插接在安装孔211内,且安装柱12的横截面积小于安装孔211的横截面积,滤芯接座20安装在壳体10上时,安装柱12的外周壁与安装孔211的内周壁之间仍具有一定的间隙,滤芯接座20能够相对于壳体10移动。
其中,利用安装柱12与安装孔211适配连接滤芯接座20和壳体10,结构简单,安装方便,生产成本较低,不仅能够放置滤芯接座20与壳体10脱离,还能保证滤芯接座20与壳体10的相对错动,为滤芯30与滤芯接座20连接提供方便。
如图9所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,安装孔211贯通滤芯接座20,安装柱12的长度大于安装孔211的长度,具体而言,安装柱12从安装孔211的一端(如图3所示的上端)伸入安装孔211,且安装柱12的一部分从安装孔211的另一端(如图3所示的下端)伸出,保证安装柱12的下端面低于安装孔211的底部。
由此,滤芯接座20安装在壳体10上时,由于安装柱12的横截面积小于安装孔211的横截面积,且安装柱12的长度大于安装孔211的长度,进一步提升了滤芯接座20相对于壳体10的自由度,滤芯接座20不仅能够在正交于通水口11的轴向的平面内移动,还能在通水口11的轴向方向上移动,防止因安装柱12长度过短造成滤芯接座20无法移动的情况发生。
如图2所示,根据本发明的一个具体实施例,安装柱12的远离壳体10的一端设有用于止挡滤芯接座20脱出安装柱12的止挡件122,止挡件122连接在安装柱12伸出安装孔211的一端,防止滤芯接座20沿通水口11的轴向脱离安装柱12,而且通过增加对滤芯接座20在通水口11的轴向方向上的限定作用,增加滤芯接座20与滤芯30在通水口11轴向上的作用力,进而提升了滤芯接座20与滤芯30之间的连接密闭性,防止水流泄露。
进一步地,如图6所示,安装柱12的远离壳体10的一端的端面上设有螺 纹孔121,止挡件122为配合在螺纹孔121内的螺纹紧固件,螺纹紧固件可以是螺钉,螺钉的螺柱部分连接在螺纹孔121内,螺钉的头部的直径大于安装孔211的内径,螺纹紧固件也可以是螺栓,螺栓的螺柱连接在螺纹孔121内,螺栓的头部的直径大于安装孔211的内径。
螺纹紧固件的结构简单,可以根据安装柱12和安装孔211的尺寸选择合适的螺纹紧固件,防止滤芯接座20脱落,降低了滤芯组件100的生产成本,而且螺纹紧固件的安装与拆卸工艺简单,为滤芯组件100的装配与维护提供了方便。
如图9所示,根据本发明的一个实施例,安装孔211的横截面可以是圆形(如图9所示,在本实施例中,安装孔211的横截面为圆形)也可以是椭圆形,且安装柱12的横截面的形状与安装孔211的横截面的形状适配,由此,不仅为滤芯接座20与壳体10的安装提供了方便,还能保证安装柱12与安装孔211之间具有一定的活动间隙。
如图6所示,在本实施例中,安装柱12为多个(如图6所示的4个)且沿通水口11的周向等间距设置,安装孔211为多个且与安装柱12的数量相同,多个安装柱12分别配合在多个安装孔211内,一方面,通过设置多个安装柱12与安装孔211,能够提升滤芯接座20与壳体10之间的连接稳定性,另一方面,安装孔211沿通水口11的周向均匀间隔开布置,保证滤芯接座20受力均匀,能够提升滤芯接座20与滤芯30的连接密闭性,防止滤芯接座20与滤芯30之间受力不均造成水流泄露。
在一些具体实施例中,滤芯30与壳体10的内壁面之间设有锁止件,锁止件用于将滤芯30固定在过滤腔内,不仅能够提升滤芯30在过滤腔内的稳定性,防止滤芯30晃动,还能提升滤芯30与壳体10的连接强度,防止滤芯30从过滤腔中脱离,而且锁止件简化了滤芯30与壳体10之间的连接结构,为用户更换或维护滤芯30提供了方便。
如图6所示,在本实施例中,滤芯30包括:滤芯本体31和滤芯接头32,滤芯本体31和滤芯接头32均沿通水口11的轴向延伸,且滤芯本体31的下端 和滤芯接头32的上端相连,滤芯本体31设在过滤腔内,滤芯接头32穿过通水口11与滤芯接座20可拆卸地相连,通过在滤芯本体31与滤芯接座20之间设置滤芯接头32,不仅能够为滤芯30与滤芯接座20之间的连接提供方便,还能提升滤芯30与滤芯接座20之间的连接密闭性,防止水流泄露。
进一步地,如图9所示,滤芯接座20包括:接座本体21、进水管22和出水管23,接座本体21的朝向壳体10的表面上设有安装槽212,滤芯接头32可拆卸地安装在安装槽212内,滤芯接头32的外周壁与安装槽212的内周壁密闭配合,进一步提升了滤芯接座20与滤芯30的连接密闭性,进水管22和出水管23设在接座本体21上且分别通过安装槽212与滤芯接头32连通,进水管22和出水管23连通滤芯接头32,方便水路板为滤芯30供水或引出滤芯30过滤后干净水流。
如图6所示,在本实施例中,滤芯接头32包括第一接头321和套设在第一接头321外的第二接头322,第一接头321的下端形成圆形进水口,第二接头322与第一接头321之间形成环形出水口,安装槽212包括第一凹槽2121和套设在第一凹槽2121外的第二凹槽2122,第一凹槽2121的横截面形成为圆形,第二凹槽2122的横截面形成为与第一凹槽2121同心的圆环形,第一接头321插接在第一凹槽2121内且第二接头322插接在第二凹槽2122内,其中,第一接头321和第二接头322分别与第一凹槽2121和第二凹槽2122配合,一个用于进水另一个用于出水,例如,当第一接头321和第一凹槽2121可以用于进水时,第一凹槽2121连通进水管22,第二接头322和第二凹槽2122用于出水,且第二凹槽2122连通出水管23,类似的,第二接头322和第二凹槽2122也可以用于进水,而第一接头321和第一凹槽2121用于出水,且此时第一凹槽2121连通出水管23第二凹槽2122连通进水管22,由此,不仅能够提升水流通道的密闭性,还能防止进水水流和出水水流之间发生串水。
进一步地,如图6所示,第二接头322的外周面设有沿其周向延伸的密封卡环323,密封卡环323可以设置一个,也可以设置多个,当滤芯接头32插接 在安装槽212内时,密封卡环323的外周缘与第二凹槽2122的内壁密封配合,防止水流通过第二接头322与第二凹槽2122之间的间隙泄露,进一步提升了滤芯组件100的密封性。
根据本发明实施例的净水机的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种滤芯组件,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体内限定出过滤腔,且所述壳体上形成有与所述过滤腔连通的通水口;
    滤芯接座,所述滤芯接座安装在所述壳体上且在正交于所述通水口的轴向的平面内相对于所述壳体可移动;
    滤芯,所述滤芯设在所述过滤腔内且通过所述通水口与所述滤芯接座可拆卸地相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述壳体上设有安装柱,所述安装柱的中心轴线平行于所述通水口的轴向,所述滤芯接座上设有安装孔,所述安装柱配合在所述安装孔内,所述安装柱的横截面积小于所述安装孔的横截面积。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述安装孔贯通所述滤芯接座,所述安装柱的长度大于所述安装孔的长度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述安装柱的远离所述壳体的一端设有用于止挡所述滤芯接座脱出所述安装柱的止挡件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述安装柱的远离所述壳体的一端的端面上设有螺纹孔,所述止挡件为配合在所述螺纹孔内的螺纹紧固件。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述安装孔的横截面为圆形或椭圆形,所述安装柱的横截面的形状与所述安装孔的横截面的形状适配。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述安装柱为多个且沿所述通水口的周向等间距设置,所述安装孔为多个,多个所述安装柱分别配合在多个所述安装孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述滤芯与所述壳体的内壁面之间设有用于将所述滤芯固定在所述过滤腔内的锁止件。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述滤芯包括:
    滤芯本体,所述滤芯本体设在所述过滤腔内;
    滤芯接头,所述滤芯接头设在所述滤芯本体上且穿过所述通水口与所述滤芯接座可拆卸地相连。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述滤芯接座包括:
    接座本体,所述接座本体的朝向所述壳体的表面上设有安装槽,所述滤芯接头可拆卸地安装在所述安装槽内;
    进水管和出水管,所述进水管和所述出水管设在所述接座本体上且分别通过所述安装槽与所述滤芯接头连通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述滤芯接头包括第一接头和套设在所述第一接头外的第二接头,所述安装槽包括第一凹槽和套设在所述第一凹槽外的第二凹槽,所述第一接头插接在所述第一凹槽内且所述第二接头插接在所述第二凹槽内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的滤芯组件,其特征在于,所述第二接头的外周面设有沿其周向延伸的密封卡环。
  13. 一种净水机,其特征在于,包括根据1-12任一项权利要求所述的滤芯组件。
