背景技术
在相关技术中,滚筒洗衣机集成烘干功能需要将烘道连接至橡胶门封,然而橡胶门密封圈一方面容易变形,产生较大风阻,且容易残留污垢滋生细菌。
申请内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备具有烘干风阻小、清洁度高的优点。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备,包括:外筒,所述外筒具有前筒口;内筒,所述内筒设在所述外筒的外筒腔内;烘道组件,所述烘道组件连接至所述外筒;前挡板,所述前挡板位于所述外筒的前侧且与所述外筒密封连接,所述前挡板环绕所述前筒口设置,所述前挡板上设有风道口;所述烘道组件通过所述风道口与所述外筒腔连通。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备,通过在前挡板上设置风道口,烘道组件可以通过风道口与外筒腔相连通,由此可以确保烘干气流在外筒腔内循环流通,可以使衣物处理设备同时具有干衣功能和衣物洗涤功能。衣物处理设备的结构简单紧凑,功能齐全,具有很强的实用性能。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述烘道组件包括烘道主体和烘道接口,所述风道口与所述烘道主体之间通过所述烘道接口连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述烘道接口包括烘道转接段、上盖和下盖,所述烘道转接段连接至所述风道口,所述上盖设在所述烘道转接段的远离所述风道口的一侧,所述风道口位于所述烘道转接段和所述下盖之间,所述上盖和所述下盖可拆卸配合以 将所述烘道转接段装配至所述前挡板。
在本申请的一些实施例中,所述上盖上设有第一固定孔,所述烘道转接段上设有与所述第一固定孔对应的第二固定孔,所述前挡板上设有与所述第二固定孔对应的第三固定孔,所述下盖上设有与所述第三固定孔对应的固定柱,所述固定柱依次穿过所述第三固定孔和所述第二固定孔;所述衣物处理设备还包括紧固件,所述紧固件穿过所述第一固定孔与所述固定柱螺纹配合。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考图1-图22描述根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备100。
在本申请的一些实施方式中,衣物处理设备100包括:外筒1和内筒10,外筒1具有前筒口1a。在进一步的一些实施方式中,外筒1的前侧壁上设置有前筒口1a。内筒10设在外筒1的外筒腔1b内。在进一步的一些实施方式中,外筒1限定出外筒腔1b。内筒10设在外筒腔1b内。内筒10的外周壁与外筒1的内周壁之间间隔设置。当衣物处理设备100工作时,衣物放置在内筒10内,外筒1内盛有洗涤水,外筒1内的洗涤水可以进入到内筒10内,内筒10相对外筒1旋转以对衣物进行洗涤。
如图1和图8所示,在本申请的一些实施方式中,衣物处理设备100还包括前挡板2。前挡板2环绕前筒口1a设置。前挡板2位于外筒1的前侧。前挡板2与外筒1密封连接。在进一步的一些实施方式中,前挡板2可以限定出衣物的取放口,可以通过前挡板2上的取放口将衣物放置在内筒10内或将衣物从内筒10内取出。
如图11-图12所示,在本申请的一些实施方式中,衣物处理设备100还包括烘道组件6。烘道组件6连接至外筒1。前挡板2上设有风道口2a。烘道组件6通过风道口 2a与外筒腔1b连通。当衣物处理设备100工作时,烘道组件6用于提供热风以便于对衣物进行烘干。
由此,通过上述设置,可以确保烘干气流在外筒腔1b内循环流通。通过在前挡板2上设置风道口2a,使得气流流通的通道不易发生变形,从而减小烘干的风阻,提高烘干的效率,另外还有利于减少污渍的残留,提升清洁度。
在进一步的一些实施方式中,烘道组件6包括导引风机和加热装置,加热装置可以对空气气流进行加热以形成烘干气流。如图14所示,烘道组件6上设置有进风口6a,导引风机用于引导空气气流通过进风口6a进入到烘道组件6内。导引风机可以引导烘干气流在烘道组件6内流通并进一步经过前挡板2上的风道口2a进入到外筒腔1b,进而进入到内筒10内以烘干内筒10内的衣物。
如图19所示,在本申请的一些实施方式中,衣物处理设备100还包括门组件4。门组件4可开闭地设置在前挡板2前侧,当门组件4处于关闭的状态时,门组件4可以与前挡板2密封连接。
在本申请的进一步的一些实施方式中,门组件4可转动地连接至外筒1。也就是说,门组件4与外筒1转动相连以打开或关闭前筒口1a。其中,当门组件4处于关闭状态时,门组件4止抵在前挡板2上。由此,通过上述设置,可以使衣物处理设备100的整体结构更加简单。可以理解的是,门组件4可以与外筒1直接转动相连,门组件4也可以通过中间连接件与外筒1转动相连,可以根据实际的装配需求选择设置。
可以理解的是,现有技术中的衣物处理设备100的门组件4设在衣物处理设备100的外壳上,通过门封连接前封门和外筒,密封结构使用一段时间后,很容易失效,同时门封的内壁上极易隐藏污垢、绒毛和积水,不仅不方便清理,而且还容易滋生大量细菌。通过在外筒1上设置前挡板2,门组件4与外筒1转动相连。当门组件4处于关闭状态时,门组件4可以与前挡板2密封配合。由此,前挡板2可以与门组件4密封连接以起到密封作用,与相关技术中采用橡胶门封相比,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备100采用了前挡板2,前挡板2不易变形,密封维持较为持久,不仅可以起到很好的密封效果,还可以有效地解决上述门封出现的诸多问题,大大提升了衣物处理设备100的实用性能。
如图16所示,在本申请的一些实施方式中,衣物处理设备100还包括第一加强板7。门组件4通过第一加强板7连接至外筒1。通过设置第一加强板1,第一加强板1本身可以起到加强板的作用,利于衣物处理设备100的整体强度的提高,而且还可便于门组件4的定位安装,可以使外筒1与门组件4之间进行有效地对心,从而当衣物 处理设备100进行工作时,门组件4和外筒1可以保持同步运动,门组件4的中心轴线与外筒1的中心轴线可以保持共线,可以大大提升衣物处理设备100的运行平稳性。在进一步的一些实施方式中,第一加强板7设在外筒1上。门组件4设在第一加强板7上。
如图4和图8所示,在本申请的一些实施方式中,衣物处理设备100还包括挡块3。挡块3可以被前挡板2固定至外筒1。挡块3用于阻挡内筒10的衣物进入外筒1和内筒10之间。由此,通过上述设置,可以使挡块3的装配方式更加简单,不仅可以简化衣物处理设备100的整体结构,还可以提升衣物处理设备100的装配效率。
进一步的,前挡板2与外筒1配合时可以对挡块3进行固定,挡块3可以防止内筒10里的衣物进入到外筒1和内筒10之间以确保衣物的洗涤效果。
在进一步的一些实施方式中,前挡板2固定在外筒1上,当前挡板2与外筒1进行装配时,挡块3位于前挡板2和外筒1之间,前挡板2可以与外筒1配合以对挡块3进行固定。其中,挡块3可以与前挡板2过盈配合。
如图2和图7所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,挡块3的一端固定至外筒1,挡块3的另一端沿径向向内筒10的转动中心线的方向延伸且向后弯折以形成凸出部32,由此,挡块3的至少一部分正对到外筒1和内筒10之间的间隙,起到很好的止挡效果。可以理解的是,挡块3与内筒10间隔开设置,从而保证了内筒10的转动不被干涉,同时还避免了内筒10的转动对挡块3的磨损。
如图8所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,挡块3为多个或一个,多个挡块3沿前筒口1a的周向方向间隔开设置,由此可以提升挡块3的止挡效果。可以理解的是,多个挡块3在前筒口1a的周向方向间隔设置,可以有效防止内筒10内的衣物进入到外筒1,可以确保衣物的洗涤效果。例如,如图8所示,挡块3为两个,两个挡块3在前筒口1a的周向方向上间隔设置且相对前筒口1a的竖直方向上的直径对称设置。
如图6所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,在垂直于内筒10的转动中心线的平面内(外筒1的前端面或后端面所在的竖直平面内),挡块3的投影形成为多边形形状,由此可以增大挡块3的止挡角度和止挡面积,可以起到更好的止挡效果。
如图6所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,挡块3上设有定位孔31,外筒1上设有与定位孔31配合的定位筋111以预定位挡块3,由此可以减轻挡块3的装配难度,可以提升挡块3的装配效率。具体而言,当挡块3与外筒1进行装配时,挡块3首先采用定位孔31与定位筋111配合的方式进行预定位,然后再将前挡板2安装至外筒1并使得挡块3加紧在前挡板2和外筒1之间,操作比较方便。
如图4所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,前筒口1a的内壁上设有朝向靠近前筒口1a的中心的方向延伸的固定板11,固定板11的前表面上设有定位筋111。具体而言,固定板11的一端固定在前筒口1a的内壁上,固定板11的另一端朝向靠近前筒口1a的中心轴线的方向延伸。固定板11的靠近前挡板2的一侧表面上设有定位筋111,挡块3上的定位孔31与定位筋111配合,由此可以使挡块3通过固定板11定位在外筒1上。可选地,定位孔31与定位筋111过盈配合,由此可以使挡块3与固定板11之间的配合结构更加牢固,可以提升预定位效果。
如图5所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,定位筋111包括两条子定位筋111a,两条子定位筋111a交叉相连。如图6所示,定位孔31也包括两个子定位孔31,两个子定位孔31也交叉设置。当定位筋111与定位孔31进行装配时,两个子定位筋111a可以伸入到对应的子定位孔31内,由此可以防止挡块3与固定板11之间发生相对转动,可以使挡块3与固定板11的配合结构更加牢固,定位效果更好。需要进行说明的是,定位筋111的结构设计形式并不仅限于此。例如,定位筋111也可以形成为三棱柱形,定位筋111还可以形成为多面体形(例如长方体形)。
可选地,固定板11上设置多个定位筋111,多个定位筋111在固定板11的长度方向上间隔设置。挡块3上设置与多个定位筋111一一对应的定位孔31,每个定位筋111可以伸入到对应的定位孔31内。由此,挡块3与固定板11之间可以实现多点连接,可以提升挡块3与固定板11之间的定位效果。
如图3-图4所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,前挡板2和外筒1之间通过第一密封环9密封连接,由此可以使前挡板2与外筒1之间的配合结构更加紧密,可以提升衣物处理设备100的密封效果。
如图3所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,外筒1的前侧壁上形成有容纳凹槽12,容纳凹槽12环绕前筒口1a设置,第一密封环9设在容纳凹槽12内,前挡板2上设有向后凸出的环形凸筋23,环形凸筋23止抵至第一密封环9,由此,通过上述设置,容纳凹槽12可以方便第一密封环9进行定位,环形凸筋23止抵在第一密封环9上可以使前挡板2与外筒1之间的配合结构更加紧密。
可选地,第一密封环9的压缩量≥20%。可以理解的是,第一密封环9可以为弹性材料或柔性材料件。当环形凸筋23止抵在第一密封环9上时,第一密封环9受力变形,第一密封环9的压缩量即为第一密封环9的整体受力产生变形的量。当第一密封环9的压缩量太小时,环形凸筋23作用在第一密封环9上的力太小,从而影响前挡板2与外筒1之间的配合紧密性。通过控制第一密封环9的压缩量≥20%,第一密封环9的被 压缩的部分在弹性力的作用下可以牢固地止抵在环形凸筋23上,由此可以确保环形凸起与第一密封环9之间的配合更加紧密,进而可以确保前挡板2与外筒1之间的密封效果。进一步地,第一密封环9的压缩量可以为25%。
如图12-图13所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,前挡板2至少包括第一板体21和第二板体22,第一板体21沿前筒口1a的周向方向延伸成环形,第一板体21与与外筒1密封连接,第二板体22与第一板体21的内侧相连且向前延伸,在门组件4关闭的状态下,第二板体22的前端可以与门组件4密封连接,由此,通过上述设置,可以使前挡板2的结构设计更加简单,可以方便前挡板2进行固定。
在进一步的一些实施方式中,第一板体21沿前筒口1a的周向方向延伸成环形。第二板体22的后端与第一板体21的径向内端相连,第二板体22的前端向前延伸。更进一步的,第一板体21形成为圆环形。第一板体21与外筒1螺钉连接。第二板体22形成为圆筒形。当门组件4处于关闭状态时,门组件4与第二板体22的前端面密封配合。由此,通过上述设置,可以使前挡板2的结构设计更加简单,可以同时满足装配和与门组件4密封配合的需求。
在本申请的一些实施例中,在从后到前的方向上,第二板体22的周壁可以倾斜地朝向靠近其中心轴线的方向延伸,由此可以使第二板体22的外周壁形成倾斜的斜面,可以方便前挡板2进行开模,可以提升前挡板2的生产效率。
可选地,第二板体22的周壁与第二板体22的中心轴线之间的夹角可以为α,α可以满足:α≥2°。进一步的,前挡板2可以采用冲压成型的方式进行加工,当α≥2°时,可以方便前挡板2的出模。例如,α可以为2.5°。
进一步地,α可以进一步满足:α≥3°,由此第二板体22的外周壁上可以形成足够倾斜的斜面,前挡板2上的积水可以沿着倾斜斜面滴落,从而可以解决前挡板2积水的问题,可以防止脏污吸附在前挡板2上,还可以防止前挡板2表面滋生细菌。例如,α可以为5°。
可选地,前挡板2为不锈钢前挡板。可以理解的是,不锈钢材料的机械性能较好,可以在满足前挡板2的结构牢固性能的前提下将前挡板2做的更薄,不仅可以方便前挡板2进行安装和固定,还可以节省装配空间,使衣物处理设备100的整体结构更加紧凑,同时前挡板2的结构强度较高,还有利于保证对上述的挡块3的压紧效果。当然可以理解的是,前挡板2还可以为硬质塑料件。
在本申请的一些实施例中,风道口2a形成在第二板体22上。可以理解的是,由于第一板体21与外筒1相连,第二板体22可以相对外筒1向前延伸,将风道口2a设在 第二板体22上可以减轻风道口2a的加工难度,还可以方便风道口2a与烘道组件6进行装配。可选地,风道口2a可以设在第二板体22的上部由此可以方便下述的烘道接口62与前挡板2进行装配。
如图20-图22所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,门组件4上设有第二密封环41,当门组件4处于关闭状态下,第二密封环41与第二板体22的前端密封抵接,由此可以使门组件4与前挡板2的配合结构更加紧密,可以提升门组件4的密封效果。
如图21所示,门组件4包括向后凸出的门玻璃43,门玻璃43向后延伸且门玻璃43的至少一部分可以伸入到前挡板2内。其中,第二密封环41可以形成为闭环形并外套在门玻璃43的外周壁上,由此,当门组件4处于关闭状态时,第二密封环41可以完全密封门组件4与前挡板2之间的间隙,起到很好的密封效果。
如图22所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,当门组件4处于关闭状态下,第二密封环41与第二板体22的贴合宽度d≥3mm。可以理解的是,d太小会导致第二密封环41与第二板体22之间的接触面积较小,从而影响门组件4与前挡板2之间的密封效果。当d≥3mm,第二密封环41可以与第二板体22紧密配合以实现较好的密封效果。可选地,d可以为5mm。
如图12和图14所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,烘道组件6可以包括烘道主体61和烘道接口62。风道口2a与烘道主体61之间通过烘道接口62连接。可以理解的是,烘干气流可以在烘道主体61内进行流通并进一步经过烘道接口62和风道口2a进入到外筒腔内以对衣物进行干燥。
如图12-图13所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,烘道接口62可以包括烘道转接段621、上盖622和下盖623,烘道转接段621可以连接至风道口2a,上盖622可以设在烘道转接段621的远离风道口2a的一侧(如图12中所示的上方),风道口2a可以位于烘道转接段621和下盖623之间,上盖622和下盖623可拆卸配合以将烘道转接段621装配至前挡板2,由此可以使烘道接口62的结构设计更简单,还可以方便烘道接口62与前挡板2进行装配。
如图13所示,在进一步的一些实施方式中,烘道转接段621包括本体6211和连接部6212。本体6211设在连接部6212的上方。本体6211形成为中空件。本体6211与风道口2a相连通。更进一步的,上盖622、连接部6212和下盖623均形成为圆弧形,上盖622、连接部6212和下盖623分别与风道口2a同心设置。当烘道接口62与前挡板2进行装配时,上盖622位于连接部6212的上方,连接部6212位于前挡板2的上方,下盖623位于前挡板2内,上盖622和下盖623相连以将烘道转接段621固定在 前挡板2上。
如图13所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,上盖622上设有第一固定孔622a。烘道转接段621上设有与第一固定孔622a对应的第二固定孔621a。前挡板2上设有与第二固定孔621a对应的第三固定孔2b。下盖623上设有与第三固定孔2b对应的固定柱6231。固定柱6231依次穿过第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a。衣物处理设备100还包括紧固件。紧固件可以穿过第一固定孔622a与固定柱6231螺纹配合。
具体而言,当烘道接口62与前挡板2进行装配时,第一固定孔622a、第二固定孔621a和第三固定孔2b在上下方向上正对设置,固定柱6231形成为螺钉柱并可以自下而上依次穿过第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a并与第一固定孔622a在上下方向上正对,然后可以通过紧固件穿过第一固定孔622a与固定柱6231螺纹连接,由此可以将上盖622、烘道转接段621、前挡板2和下盖623装配在一起。由此,通过上述设置,可以使烘道接口62与前挡板2的装配方式更加简单,装配结构更加紧凑。
当然可以理解的是,固定柱6231也可以形成为定位柱,固定柱6231可以自下而上依次穿过第三固定孔2b、第二固定孔621a和第一固定孔622a,固定柱6231可以分别与第三固定孔2b、第二固定孔621a和第一固定孔622a过盈配合,由此也可以将上盖622、烘道转接段621、前挡板2和下盖623连接在一起。
如图13所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,第一固定孔622a、第二固定孔621a、第三固定孔2b和固定柱6231分别为多个且一一对应设置,由此可以使烘道转接段621与上盖622和下盖623的配合结构更加牢固。
在本申请的一些实施方式中,烘道转接段621可以包括本体6211和连接部6212。本体6211设在连接部6212的上方。本体6211形成为中空件。本体6211与风道口2a相连通。进一步的,上盖622、连接部6212和下盖623均形成为圆弧形。上盖622、连接部6212和下盖623分别与风道口2同心设置。连接部6212上设有四个在其周向方向上间隔分布的第二固定孔621a。前挡板2上设有与四个第二固定孔621a在上下方向上一一对应的第三固定孔2b。上盖622上设有与四个第二固定孔621a在上下方向上一一对应的装配柱6221。装配柱6221上对应设有第一固定孔622a。下盖623上设有与四个第三固定孔2b在上下方向上一一对应的固定柱6231。当烘道接口62与前挡板2进行装配时,四个固定柱6231自下而上依次穿过第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a并与装配柱6221在上下方向上正对,然后可以通过紧固件将对应的装配柱6221和固定柱6231螺纹连接在一起,由此可以将上盖622、烘道转接段621、前挡板2和下盖623装配在一起。
如图13所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,其中一个固定柱6231的横截面的外轮廓线为非圆形形状以预定位下盖623、前挡板2和烘道转接段621。可以理解的是,由于固定柱6231的外轮廓线可以为多边形,对应的第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a也可以形成为多边形,由此可以使固定柱6231与第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a的配合结构更加牢固,可以防止下盖623和前挡板2之间发生相对转动,可以起到很好的预定位效果。可选地,其中一个固定柱6231的横截面的外轮廓线可以为方形形状,对应的第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a均可以形成为方形孔,由此可以使固定柱6231与下盖623和前挡板2之间的配合方式更加简单,配合结构更加牢固。
如图13所示,在本申请的一些实施方式中,下盖623上设置四个固定柱6231。四个固定柱6231在下盖623的周向方向上间隔设置。其中一个固定柱6231形成为长方体形,另外三个固定柱6231形成为圆柱形。为了方便区分和描述,将形成为长方体形的固定柱6231称为第一固定柱6231a,将形成为圆柱形的固定柱6231称为第二固定柱6231b。在上下方向上,与第一固定柱6231a对应的第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a均形成为方形孔,与第二固定柱6231b对应的第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a均形成为圆形孔。由此,当烘道接口62与前挡板2进行装配时,第一固定柱6231a与对应的第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a配合以对下盖623和烘道转接段621进行限位,可以提升烘道接口62与前挡板2之间的装配效率。
在本申请的一些实施例中,烘道转接段621为橡胶件。由于烘道转阶段621已相对远离外筒内部的洗涤水和污渍,因而采用橡胶材料具有生产成本低、机械性能和弹性性能优良、耐油和耐腐蚀的优点,不仅可以满足烘道转接段621的柔韧性和结构牢固性能需求,还可以延长烘道转接段621的使用寿命,具有极强的实用性能。
如图14-图15所示,在本申请的一些实施方式中,衣物处理设备100还包括装饰板42。装饰板42位于烘道接口62的前侧。由此,对烘道接口62进行遮挡,提升衣物处理设备100美观度,同时避免烘道接口高温烫伤用户。
如图16所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,衣物处理设备100还包括门锁组件5和第二加强板8,门锁组件5用于将门组件4锁定在关闭的状态,门锁组件5通过第二加强板8连接至外筒1。由此,通过上述设置,当门组件4处于关闭状态时,门组件4的一端通过门锁组件5和第二加强板8与外筒1相连,门组件4的另一端通过第一加强板7与外筒1相连,从而可以确保门组件4的中心轴线与外筒1的中心轴线共线,可以起到良好的对心效果,可以提升衣物处理设备100的运行平稳性,进一步可以保证门组件4与前挡板2之间的密封效果。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一加强板7和/或第二加强板8可以通过前挡板2定位,也就是说,第一加强板7可以固定在前挡板2上,第二加强板8也可以固定在前挡板2上,第一加强板7和第二加强板8还可以同时固定在前挡板2上。由此,通过上述设置,可以使第一加强板7和第二加强板8的装配方式更加简单,提高门组件4与外筒1之间对心的准确性。
在图16所示的具体示例中,前挡板2包括第一板体21和第二板体22。第一板体21形成为圆环形并围绕前筒口1a的边沿设置。第二板体22的后端与第一板体21的径向内端相连,第二板体22的前端向前延伸。在进一步的一些实施方式中,第一加强板7和第二加强板8均固定在第一板体21上,第一加强板7和第二加强板8在前挡板2的径向方向上相对设置。更进一步的一些实施方式中,第一板体21形成为圆环形。第一板体21与外筒1螺钉连接。第二板体22形成为圆筒形。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第一加强板7上设有第一门定位部71,前挡板2上设有第二门定位部24,第一门定位部71和第二门定位部24配合实现第一加强板7的定位,由此可以使第一加强板7与前挡板2的配合结构更加牢固。而且便于第一加强板7依托于前挡板2进行定位,保证第一加强板7的精准安装,可以降低门组件1的中心与前挡板2中心的累积误差,可以有效保证外筒1的中心与门组件4的中心的同心度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,第二门定位部24为形成为设在前挡板2上的第一定位孔24a,第一门定位部71形成为设在第一加强板7上且向后延伸的第一定位板71a,第一定位板71a插入第一定位孔24a内以定位第一加强板7,由此可以使第一门定位部71和第二门定位部24的设计形式更加简单,还可以方便第一加强板7与前挡板2进行装配。
需要进行说明的是,第一门定位部71和第二门定位部24的具体设计形式并不仅限于此。例如,第一门定位部71形成为设在第一加强板7上的安装通孔,第二门定位部24形成为设在前挡板2上的螺纹孔,安装通孔与螺纹孔在前后方向上正对设置,采用螺钉穿过安装通孔以与螺纹孔螺纹连接,由此也可以将第一加强板7固定在前挡板2上。
如图18所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,第二加强板8上设有第一门锁定位部81,前挡板2上设有第二门锁定位部25,第一门锁定位部81和第二门锁定位部25配合实现第二加强板8的定位,由此可以使第二加强板8与前挡板2的配合结构更加牢固。例如,如图19所示,门组件4上设有与门锁组件5配合的锁合部51,锁合部51与门锁组件5配合以将门组件4与第二加强板8装配在一起。
如图18所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,第一门锁定位部81形成为设在第二加强板8上且向后延伸的第二定位板81a,第二门锁定位部25形成为设在前挡板2上的第二定位孔25a,第二定位板81a插入第二定位孔25a内以定位第二加强板8,由此可以使第一门锁定位部81和第二门锁定位部25的设计形式更加简单,还可以方便第二加强板8与前挡板2进行装配。
需要进行说明的是,第一门锁定位部81和第二门锁定位部25的具体设计形式并不仅限于此。例如,第一门锁定位部81形成为设在第二加强板8上的安装孔,第二门锁定位部25形成为设在前挡板2上的螺纹孔,安装孔与螺纹孔在前后方向上正对设置,可以采用螺钉穿过安装孔以与螺纹孔螺纹连接,由此也可以将第二加强板8固定在前挡板2上。
如图16和图19所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,第二加强板8上还设置有凹孔82,门组件4上设置有凸出件52,当门组件4处于关闭状态时,凸出件52可以与凹孔82配合,由此可以使门组件4与第二加强板8的配合结构更加牢固,可以提升衣物处理设备100的运行平稳性,且可以提供门组件4关闭时的导向。
如图19所示,在本申请的一个具体示例中,门组件4上设有间隔设置侧的锁合部51和凸出件52,锁合部51形成为向外延伸的卡钩。第二加强板8上设有与锁合部51对应设置的门锁组件5以及与凸出件52对应设置的凹孔82,门锁组件5的至少一部分形成为向内凹入的卡扣孔。当门组件4处于关闭状态下,锁合部51插入到卡扣孔内以与门锁组件5形成卡扣配合,凸出件52插入到凹孔82内。由此,通过上述设置,门组件4可以与第二加强板8牢固地锁合在一起。
如图19所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,门组件4与前挡板2和第一加强板7之间还可以设置有装饰板42。装饰板42可以设在前挡板2和第一加强板7的前侧。由此可以遮挡第一加强板7与前挡板2之间的装配结构,可以起到装饰的作用,进而可以提升衣物处理设备100的外观美观度。
在本申请的其他一些实施方式中,衣物处理设备100还包括装饰板42。装饰板42位于第一加强板7和第二加强板8的前侧。由此可以遮挡第一加强板7和第二加强板8与前挡板2之间的装配结构,可以起到装饰的作用,进而可以提升衣物处理设备100的外观美观度。
在本申请的一个具体示例中,外筒1的前筒口1a出设有前挡板2,前挡板2包括第一板体21和第二板体22。第一板体21形成为圆环形并围绕前筒口1a的边沿设置。第二板体22的后端与第一板体21相连,第二板体22的前端向前延伸。第一板体21 与外筒1螺钉连接。第二板体22形成为圆柱筒形。进一步的,第一加强板7和第二加强板8均固定在第一板体21上,第一加强板7和第二加强板8在前挡板2的径向方向上相对设置。第二板体22的上部设有风道口2a,烘道接口62位于前挡板2的上方并与风道口2a相连通。装饰板42形成为圆环形并设在前挡板2的前侧,第一加强板7、第二加强板8和烘道接口62均位于装饰板42的后侧。由此,装饰板42遮挡第一加强板7、第二加强板8及烘道接口62与前挡板2之间的装配结构,可以起到装饰的作用。可选地,第二板体22的一部分可以穿过装饰板42并相对装饰板42向前延伸,由此可以方便第二板体22的前端面与门组件4进行密封配合。
如图10所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备100的装配方法,该衣物处理设备100为根据本申请上述实施的衣物处理设备100,衣物处理设备100的装配方法可以包括:
S1:可以将挡块3定位至外筒1。例如,前筒口1a的内壁上可以设有朝向靠近前筒口1a的中心的方向延伸的固定板11,固定板11的前表面上可以设有多个定位筋111,挡块3上可以设有与多个定位筋111一一对应的定位孔31,每个定位筋111可以插入到对应的定位孔31内以将挡块3固定在外筒1上。
S2:可以前挡板2安装至外筒1且将挡块3夹紧在前挡板2和外筒1之间。例如,前挡板2可以包括第一板体21和第二板体22,第一板体21形成为圆环形并围绕前筒口1a的边沿设置,第一板体21与外筒1螺钉连接。第二板体22形成为圆柱筒形,第二板体22的后端与第一板体21相连,第二板体22的前端向前延伸。当第一板体21与外筒1进行装配时,挡块3可以与第一板体21过盈配合以将挡块3夹持在第一板体21和外筒1之间,由此可以不仅可以使挡块3的装配方式更加简单,还可以使挡块3的装配结构更加牢固。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备100的装配方法,操作比较方便,不仅可以使挡块3的固定结构更加牢固,还可以使挡块3的装配方式更加简单,可以提升衣物处理设备100的装配效率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,在步骤S1和S2之间,衣物处理设备100的装配方法还可以包括步骤S11:可以将第一密封环9安装至外筒1,在步骤S2中,第一密封环9可以密封在前挡板2和外筒1之间。例如,外筒1的前侧壁上可以形成有容纳凹槽12,容纳凹槽12环可以绕前筒口1a设置,第一密封环9可以设在容纳凹槽12内,前挡板2上可以设有向后凸出的环形凸筋23,环形凸筋23可以止抵至第一密封环9,由此,通过上述设置,可以使衣物处理设备100的装配方式更加简单,可以方便前挡板2与 外筒1之间进行密封。
根据本申请的一些实施例,在步骤S1之前,衣物处理设备100的装配方法还可以包括步骤S10:将第一密封环9安装至外筒1,在步骤S2中,第一密封环9可以密封在前挡板2和外筒1之间。也就是说,当衣物处理设备100进行装配时,可以首先将挡块3固定至外筒1,也可以首先将第二密封环41固定至外筒1,可以根据实际的装配需求选择设置。由此,通过上述设置,可以提升衣物处理设备100的装配灵活性。
下面参考附图以一个具体实施例详细描述根据本申请的衣物处理设备100,该衣物处理设备100可以为洗涤烘干一体机。值得理解的是,下面描述仅是示例性的,而不是对本申请的具体限制。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备100,包括:外筒1、内筒10、前挡板2、挡块3、门组件4、门锁组件5、烘道组件6、第一加强板7和第二加强板8。
其中,外筒1的前侧壁上设有前筒口1a,内筒10设在外筒1的外筒腔1b内。如图12-图13所示,前挡板2设在外筒1的前侧,前挡板2包括第一板体21和第二板体22,第一板体21沿前筒口1a的周向方向延伸成环形且与外筒1密封连接。第二板体22形成为圆筒形,第二板体22的后端与第一板体21相连,第二板体22的前端向前延伸。当第一板体21与外筒1密封配合时,挡块3与第一板体21过盈配合以被固定至外筒1,挡块3用于阻挡内筒10的衣物进入外筒1。
如图2和图7所示,挡块3的一端固定至外筒1,挡块3的另一端沿径向向内筒10的转动中心线的方向延伸且向后弯折以形成凸出部32,由此,挡块3的至少一部分伸入到外筒1和内筒10之间的间隙内,使挡块3与外筒1和内筒10的配合结构更加牢固,还起到很好的止挡效果。其中,挡块3为多个,多个挡块3沿前筒口1a的周向方向间隔开设置,在垂直于内筒10的转动中心线的平面内,挡块3的投影形成为多边形形状,由此增大挡块3的止挡角度和止挡面积,起到更好的止挡效果。
如图4所示,前筒口1a的内壁上设有朝向靠近前筒口1a的中心的方向延伸的固定板11,固定板11的前表面上设有定位筋111。如图5所示,定位筋111包括两条子定位筋111a,两条子定位筋111a交叉相连。定位孔31也包括两个子定位孔31,两个子定位孔31也交叉设置。当定位筋111与定位孔31进行装配时,两个子定位筋111a伸入到对应的子定位孔31内,由此防止挡块3与固定板11之间发生相对转动,使挡块3与固定板11的配合结构更加牢固。
如图3-图4所示,前挡板2和外筒1之间通过第一密封环9密封连接。其中,外筒1的前侧壁上形成有容纳凹槽12,容纳凹槽12环绕前筒口1a设置,第一密封环9设 在容纳凹槽12内,前挡板2上设有向后凸出的环形凸筋23,环形凸筋23止抵至第一密封环9。当环形凸筋23止抵在第一密封环9上时,第一密封环9受力变形,第一密封环9的整体受力产生变形的量即为第一密封环9的压缩量,第一密封环9的压缩量≥20%。
前挡板2为不锈钢前挡板2,在从后到前的方向上,第二板体22的周壁倾斜地朝向靠近其中心轴线的方向延伸,由此使第二板体22的外周壁形成倾斜的斜面,由此使第二板体22的外周壁形成倾斜的斜面,方便前挡板2进行开模,提升前挡板2的生产效率。第二板体22的周壁与第二板体22的中心轴线之间的夹角为α=5°。
如图20-图22所示,门组件4上设有第二密封环41,当门组件4处于关闭状态时,第二密封环41与第二板体22的前端密封抵接,由此使门组件4与前挡板2的配合结构更加紧密,提升门组件4的密封效果。其中,门组件4包括向后凸出的门玻璃43,门玻璃43向后延伸且门玻璃43的至少一部分伸入到前挡板2内。其中,第二密封环41形成为闭环形并外套在门玻璃43的外周壁上。当门组件4处于关闭状态时,第二密封环41与第二板体22的贴合宽度为d=5mm。
如图11-图12所示,烘道组件6连接至外筒1,前挡板2上设有风道口2a。烘道组件6通过风道口2a与外筒腔1b连通。其中,烘道组件6包括烘道主体61和烘道接口62,风道口2a与烘道主体61之间通过烘道接口62连接。如图12-图13所示,烘道接口62包括烘道转接段621、上盖622和下盖623,烘道转接段621连接至风道口2a,上盖622设在烘道转接段621的远离风道口2a的一侧(如图13中所示的上方),风道口2a位于烘道转接段621和下盖623之间,上盖622和下盖623可拆卸配合以将烘道转接段621装配至前挡板2。
如图13所示,烘道转接段621包括本体6211和连接部6212,本体6211设在连接部6212的上方,本体6211形成为中空件,本体6211与风道口2a相连通。其中,上盖622、连接部6212和下盖623均形成为圆弧形,上盖622、连接部6212和下盖623分别与风道口2同心设置。连接部6212上设有四个在其周向方向上间隔分布的第二固定孔621a,前挡板2上设有与四个第二固定孔621a在上下方向上一一对应的第三固定孔2b。上盖622上设有与四个第二固定孔621a在上下方向上一一对应的装配柱6221,装配柱6221上对应设有第一固定孔622a。下盖623上设有与四个第三固定孔2b一一对应的固定柱6231。其中一个固定柱6231形成为长方体形,另外三个固定柱6231形成为圆柱形。为了方便区分和描述,将形成为长方体形的固定柱6231称为第一固定柱6231a,将形成为圆柱形的固定柱6231称为第二固定柱6231b。在上下方向上,与第一 固定柱6231a对应的第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a均形成为方形孔,与第二固定柱6231b对应的第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a均形成为圆形孔。
当烘道接口62与前挡板2进行装配时,四个固定柱6231至下而上依次穿过第三固定孔2b和第二固定孔621a并与装配柱6221在上下方向上正对,然后采用紧固件将对应的装配柱6221和固定柱6231螺纹连接在一起,由此将上盖622、烘道转接段621、前挡板2和下盖623装配在一起。
如图16所示,第一加强板7和第二加强板8均固定在第一板体21上,第一加强板7和第二加强板8在前挡板2的径向方向上相对设置。其中,第一加强板7上设有第一门定位部71,前挡板2上设有第二门定位部24。第二门定位部24为形成为设在前挡板2上的第一定位孔24a,第一门定位部71形成为设在第一加强板7上且向后延伸的第一定位板71a,第一定位板71a插入第一定位孔24a内以定位第一加强板7。第二加强板8上设有第一门锁定位部81,前挡板2上设有第二门锁定位部25。第一门锁定位部81形成为设在第二加强板8上且向后延伸的第二定位板81a,第二门锁定位部25形成为设在前挡板2上的第二定位孔25a,第二定位板81a插入第二定位孔25a内以定位第二加强板8。
如图16和图19所示,门组件4上设有间隔设置侧的锁合部51和凸出件52,锁合部51形成为向外延伸的卡钩。第二加强板8上设有与锁合部51对应设置的门锁组件5以及与凸出件52对应设置的凹孔82,门锁组件5的至少一部分形成为向内凹入的卡扣孔。当门组件4处于关闭状态时,锁合部51插入到卡扣孔内以与门锁组件5形成卡扣配合,凸出件52插入到凹孔82内。
如图19所示,门组件4与前挡板2和第一加强板7之间设置有装饰板42,第一加强板7、第二加强板8和烘道接口62均位于装饰板42的后侧,由此,装饰板42遮挡第一加强板7、第二加强板8和烘道接口62与前挡板2之间的装配结构,起到装饰的作用。第二板体22的一部分穿过装饰板42并相对装饰板42向前延伸,由此方便第二板体22的前端面与门组件4进行密封配合。
根据本申请实施例的衣物处理设备100,通过设置前挡板2,前挡板2固定在外筒1的前侧,前挡板2与外筒1配合以将挡块3牢固地固定在外筒1上,由此使挡块3的装配方式更加简单,不仅简化衣物处理设备100的整体结构,还提升衣物处理设备100的装配效率。通过设置烘道组件6,可以确保烘干气流在外筒腔1b内循环流通。通过在前挡板2上设置风道口2a,使得气流流通的通道不易发生变形,从而减小烘干的风阻,提高烘干的效率,另外还有利于减少污渍的残留,提升清洁度。通过设置第 一加强板7和第二加强板8,门组件4通过第一加强板7和第二加强板8固定在外筒1上,由此门组件4与外筒1的中心轴线共线,使外筒1与门组件4之间进行有效地对心,大大提升衣物处理设备100的运行平稳性。

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括:
    外筒,所述外筒具有前筒口;
    内筒,所述内筒设在所述外筒的外筒腔内;
    烘道组件,所述烘道组件连接至所述外筒;
    前挡板,所述前挡板位于所述外筒的前侧且与所述外筒密封连接,所述前挡板环绕所述前筒口设置,所述前挡板上设有风道口;
    所述烘道组件通过所述风道口与所述外筒腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘道组件包括烘道主体和烘道接口,所述风道口与所述烘道主体之间通过所述烘道接口连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘道接口包括烘道转接段、上盖和下盖,所述烘道转接段连接至所述风道口,所述上盖设在所述烘道转接段的远离所述风道口的一侧,所述风道口位于所述烘道转接段和所述下盖之间,所述上盖和所述下盖可拆卸配合以将所述烘道转接段装配至所述前挡板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述上盖上设有第一固定孔,所述烘道转接段上设有与所述第一固定孔对应的第二固定孔,所述前挡板上设有与所述第二固定孔对应的第三固定孔,所述下盖上设有与所述第三固定孔对应的固定柱,所述固定柱依次穿过所述第三固定孔和所述第二固定孔;
    所述衣物处理设备还包括紧固件,所述紧固件穿过所述第一固定孔与所述固定柱螺纹配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一固定孔、所述第二固定孔、所述第三固定孔和所述固定柱分别为多个且一一对应。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,其中一个所述固定柱的横截面的外轮廓线为非圆形形状以预定位所述下盖、所述前挡板和所述烘道转接段。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述其中一个所述固定柱的横截面的外轮廓线为方形形状。
  8. 根据权利要求3-7中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述烘道转接段为橡胶件。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述前挡板 为不锈钢前挡板。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备还包括门组件,所述门组件可开闭地设置在所述前挡板的前侧,在所述门组件关闭的状态下,所述门组件与所述前挡板密封连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述前挡板至少包括第一板体和第二板体,所述第一板体沿所述前筒口的周向方向延伸成环形,所述第一板体与所述外筒密封连接,所述第二板体与所述第一板体相连且向前延伸,在所述门组件关闭的状态下所述第二板体的前端与所述门组件密封连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,在从后到前的方向上,所述第二板体的周壁倾斜地朝向靠近其中心轴线的方向延伸。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第二板体的周壁与所述第二板体的中心轴线之间的夹角为α,α满足:α≥2°。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述α进一步满足:α≥3°。
  15. 根据权利要求11-14中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述风道口形成在所述第二板体。
  16. 根据权利要求10-15中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述门组件可转动地连接至所述外筒。
  17. 根据权利要求2-16中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备还包括装饰板,所述装饰板位于所述烘道接口的前侧。
  18. 根据权利要求1-17中任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备为洗涤烘干一体机。
