Abstract

Изобретение относится к области разделения эмульсий фильтрацией. Способ разделения эмульсий включает фильтрование эмульсии через слой гранулированной загрузки и регенерацию загрузки. Часть поверхности гранул загрузки выполнена несмачиваемой для дисперсной фазы за счет ее покрытия дисперсионной средой, при этом загрузку перед фильтрованием пропитывают дисперсионной средой. Регенерацию загрузки производят с помощью обратной промывки. В качестве гранул загрузки используют открытопористые гранулы, открытые поры которых обладают капиллярным эффектом по отношению к дисперсионной среде. По крайней мере внешний слой гранул загрузки содержит частицы абразивного материала и выполнен из материала на основе диатомита. Гранулы имеют округлую форму. Высота слоя загрузки находится в интервале от 0,3 до 5,0 м. Отношение высоты слоя загрузки к максимальному размеру его проходного сечения составляет не менее 0,2. Высота слоя загрузки составляет не менее 50 эквивалентных диаметров гранул. Технический результат: повышение эффективности процесса разделения эмульсий.
