技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于旋转切割刀的刹车结构。
背景技术
目前,用于食品加工的搅拌机在工作时,切割食品的切割刀会高速转动,当搅拌杯的盖子被打开后,切割刀应快速停止转动,以避免对人体造成伤害,现有的搅拌机一般是通过电路切换磁场方向,使电机快速停转,来实现切割刀的停转,这种方式的缺点是在电机刹车时,瞬间改变了定子的磁场方向,碳刷磨损大,有明显的火花,对电机的寿命产生较大影响,因此,一种安全有效、对电机寿命影响小的切割刀刹车结构是迫切需要的。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的上述技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种安全有效、对电机寿命影响小的用于旋转切割刀的刹车结构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
用于旋转切割刀的刹车结构,包括设置于搅拌杯下方的定位刀轴,所述定位刀轴上端设置有扁位,中空的刀杆通过刀杆塞套设于定位刀轴上,所述刀杆塞固定在刀杆下方,刀杆塞上部设置有对应于扁位的孔槽,刀杆内在定位刀轴上方设置有压簧及压块。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述刀杆内设置有限制压簧位置的卡槽。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述刀杆塞与刀杆可拆卸连接。
进一步,所述刀杆塞上部设有两组对应于扁位的孔槽,所述孔槽在刀杆塞内均匀分布。
进一步,所述刀杆塞上还设置有多个均匀分布的径向筋,所述径向筋与刀杆内侧抵接。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单、安全可靠,切割刀停转反应迅速,停转时间短,且不受切割刀大小和转速的限制,适用范围广,同时不会对电机寿命产生任何影响,容易更换,成本低。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图2,本发明的用于旋转切割刀的刹车结构,包括设置于搅拌杯下方的定位刀轴1,所述定位刀轴1上端设置有扁位11,中空的刀杆2通过刀杆塞3套设于定位刀轴1上,所述刀杆塞3固定在刀杆2下方,与刀杆2可拆卸连接,便于更换,刀杆塞3上部设置有对应于扁位11的孔槽,优选的,所述刀杆塞3上部设有两组对应于扁位11的孔槽,所述孔槽在刀杆塞3内均匀分布,增大了扁位11落入刀杆塞3的孔槽数量,使得停转响应更加迅速,进一步,所述刀杆塞3上还设置有多个均匀分布的径向筋31,所述径向筋31与刀杆2内侧抵接,刀杆2与刀杆塞3同步旋转或停止,刀杆2内在定位刀轴1上方设置有压簧4及压块5,优选的,所述刀杆2内设置有限制压簧4位置的卡槽。
当搅拌机盖合上时,搅拌盖将刀杆2及刀杆塞3往下压,定位刀轴1通过压块5将压簧4向上挤压,位于定位刀轴1上部的扁位11露出,处于刀杆塞3上部,切割刀可正常运转。当搅拌盖被打开时,压簧4将刀杆2向上顶起,同时带动刀杆塞3向上移动,扁位11进入到刀杆塞3上部的孔槽中,产生干涉,阻止刀杆塞3及刀杆2旋转,切割刀随即停转。切割刀停转反应迅速,停转时间短,且不受切割刀大小和转速的限制,不会对电机寿命产生任何影响。
以上具体结构和尺寸数据是对本发明的较佳实施例进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

  1. 用于旋转切割刀的刹车结构,其特征在于:包括设置于搅拌杯下方的定位刀轴(1),所述定位刀轴(1)上端设置有扁位(11),中空的刀杆(2)通过刀杆塞(3)套设于定位刀轴(1)上,所述刀杆塞(3)固定在刀杆(2)下方,刀杆塞(3)上部设置有对应于扁位(11)的孔槽,刀杆(2)内在定位刀轴(1)上方设置有压簧(4)及压块(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于旋转切割刀的刹车结构,其特征在于:所述刀杆(2)内设置有限制压簧(4)位置的卡槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于旋转切割刀的刹车结构,其特征在于:所述刀杆塞(3)与刀杆(2)可拆卸连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的用于旋转切割刀的刹车结构,其特征在于:所述刀杆塞(3)上部设有两组对应于扁位(11)的孔槽,所述孔槽在刀杆塞(3)内均匀分布。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的用于旋转切割刀的刹车结构,其特征在于:所述刀杆塞(3)上还设置有多个均匀分布的径向筋(31),所述径向筋(31)与刀杆(2)内侧抵接。
