参照图3,所述的旋转支架9的竖向支架的下端设计开有圆孔,控制箱体上面对应设计装有双耳支脚,竖向支架下端插在双耳支脚中间,且通过圆柱销把竖向支架固定连接双耳支脚之间。旋转支架可以顺时针旋转,把旋转刷从去胶槽内移开,对去胶槽内进行清理维护,旋转刷进行维修更换,或调节皮带松紧,操作方便,设计巧妙。
本实用新型使用时,SMA贴片二极管组通过人手工先放到进料轨道里,二极管的引线横向放在在长槽上,二极管的芯片位于长槽中间的导槽内,手动把最前端的二极管引线卡在主动辊轮和从动辊轮的辊轮之间,打开总开关,打开电机开关,主动辊轮和从动辊轮的辊轮就会对转,把二极管送到去胶槽内,这时旋转刷也开始旋转,当二极管经过去胶槽之后,旋转刷把二极管内的残胶刷干净了,二极管组在辊轮的带动下一直往前移动,旋转刷就一个个进行刷干净,去较厚二极管在另一组传送辊轮的作用下,送到出料轨道内,最终输送到出料箱内,在去胶过程中,可以通过调整旋转刷电机的调速控制开关进行度旋转刷的转速进行调整,其中压紧带轮和调节带轮可以通过移动调节固定螺栓的固定位置,来调节皮带松紧。

  1. 去胶机,其特征是它包括控制箱、电机、旋转刷、传送辊轮、进料轨道、出料轨道、去胶槽,控制箱是四方体形状的箱体,控制箱上端一侧装有电机,另一侧装有去胶机构,所述的电机包括传送电机和旋转刷电机,传送电机横向装在控制箱上端,旋转刷电机安装在

    状旋转支架上,旋转支架包括横向支架和竖向支架,横向支架一侧下端连接竖向支架上端,横向支架另一侧下端压在去胶机构的固定块上端,竖向支架下端固定在控制箱上面,横向支架是是一个平板,平板一侧装有旋转刷电机,另一侧装有旋转刷,旋转刷电机的转轴端装有主动带轮位于平板的另一侧,旋转刷的转轴上装有从动带轮位于平板的一侧,主动带轮通过皮带连接从动带轮,且有压紧带轮装在平板中间偏下位置,压紧带轮顶在皮带下端外侧,所述的去胶机构包括支柱、传送辊轮、进料轨道、出料轨道、去胶槽,支柱有两个且并排安装在控制箱上面,两个支柱上端之间通过横梁连接,横梁一侧的靠近端部装有进料轨道,横梁一侧中间位置装有去胶槽,出料轨道装于横梁一侧的另一端,所述的传送辊轮有两组,一组装在进料轨道和去胶槽之间的横梁上,另一组装在出料轨道和去胶槽之间的横梁上,且都是通过固定块固定装在横梁上,传送电机的转轴端装有传送带轮,传送带轮通过皮带连接传送辊轮,两个支柱之间装有一个支撑板,支撑板中间有一个长槽,有一调节带轮一端装在支撑板的长槽内,调节带轮压在皮带的上面外侧,控制箱上端还装有一个辅助带轮安装在支柱的外侧控制箱上面,所述的皮带绕过传送带轮,再从两个传送辊轮上方绕过,最后绕过辅助带轮回到传送带轮,且两个传送辊轮之间的上方皮带上压有调节带轮。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的去胶机,其特征是所述的传送辊轮包括有两组且分别由主动辊轮和从动辊轮组成,主动辊轮包括柱体、带轮、齿轮和辊轮,带轮装在柱体一端,齿轮装在带轮的内侧,辊轮装在柱体的另一端,从动辊轮包括柱体、齿轮和辊轮,齿轮装在柱体的一端,辊轮装在柱体的另一端,主动辊轮装在从动辊轮的下方,且通过齿轮相互啮合传动,主动辊轮的带轮通过皮带连接传送电机,主动辊轮和从动辊轮的柱体一同通过固定块固定在横梁上端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的去胶机,其特征是所述的进料轨道是一个长板状轨道,轨道中间开有长槽,长槽中间位置又开有导槽,进料轨道靠近传送辊轮端设计成斜坡状。
    根据权利要求1所述的去胶机,其特征是所述的去胶槽呈“U”形状,去胶槽包括梯形板和两个隔板,隔板分别装在梯形板上面两端位置,所述的梯形板中间开有长槽,长槽中间开有导槽,梯形板两端呈坡状,隔板下端对应长槽开有弧形槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的去胶机,其特征是所述的控制箱是四方形体,一侧面是控制面板, 控制面板右侧设计装有总开关,中间分别设计装有两个电机的控制开关,左侧设计装有旋转刷电机的调速控制开关。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的去胶机,其特征是所述的传送辊轮包括主动辊轮和从动辊轮,主动辊轮和从动辊轮的辊轮是圆柱状,且圆柱中间开有一个环形槽,主动辊轮和从动辊轮的圆柱面相互接触。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的去胶机,其特征是所述的旋转支架的竖向支架的下端设计开有圆孔,控制箱体上面对应设计装有双耳支脚,竖向支架下端插在双耳支脚中间,且通过圆柱销把竖向支架固定连接双耳支脚之间。
