- 一种相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述相变保暖面罩包括:面罩本体和固定装置;所述面罩本体与面部形状匹配,并在鼻孔和嘴部预留有开口;所述固定装置设置于所述面罩本体上,用于将所述面罩本体固定于面部;所述面罩本体由外至内依次包括:外壳、隔热层、蓄热层、过渡层、面层;所述蓄热层为相变点在38℃~80℃之间的相变材料;所述过渡层采用柔性多孔材料制备而成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述相变保暖面罩还包括制热层;所述制热层置于所述蓄热层和所述过渡层之间;或者,所述制热层置于所述隔热层和所述蓄热层之间;或者,所述制热层置于所述蓄热层的两层蓄热材料之间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述制热层设置有PI加热片或PET加热片。
- 根据权利要求3所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述相变保温面罩还包括控制装置;所述控制装置包括:电源、变压器以及定时器;所述控制装置用于对所述制热层进行加热并控制加热过程。
- 根据权利要求4所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,采用不高于36V的电压对所述制热层进行制热。
- 根据权利要求2所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述制热层包括限温器。
- 根据权利要求2所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述制热层采用PET片膜和/或PI片膜。
- 根据权利要求2所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,用电制热时,所述相变材料加工成定型材料,并掺混高热导率组分。
- 根据权利要求1所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述过渡层和所述面层一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的相变保暖面罩,其特征在于,所述面层的一侧设置测温热电偶;所述测温热电偶用于实时记录所述相变保温面罩的温度。
