Description

一种地毯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及纺织领域中的地毯,尤其涉及一种非织造地毯。
背景技术
地毯,是以棉、麻、毛、丝、草等天然纤维或化学合成纤维类原料,经过编织、裁剪等加工过程制造的一种地面装饰材料。一般地毯由毯面与底面组成,毯面与底面通过压制而嵌合到一起,但是嵌合不好往往会产生质量问题,而且即便嵌合在一起,也很容易分开,使用寿命较短。此外,现有技术一般将棉、麻、毛、丝、草等天然纤维或化学合成纤维类原料先编织成毯面,再将毯面与底面进行压制而嵌合起来,工序较为繁琐。
本领域的技术人员致力于开发一种新型地毯,解决毯面与底面易分离的问题,增长地毯的使用寿命,且制作工艺简单。
发明内容
本实用新型技术方案解决的技术问题是现有的毯面与底面易分离且制作过程繁琐。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型技术方案提供了一种地毯,包括基布和毯面,所述基布具有相对的第一面和第二面,所述毯面粘合在所述基布的第一面,所述毯面和基布之间有粘合介质层。
可选的,所述毯面由纤维束、纤维类织物及纱线中的至少一种按照设计工艺和/或图案排列组成。
可选的,所述基布包括无纺布与机织布中的至少一种。
可选的,所述粘合介质层包括液体胶层、热熔胶层及热熔胶膜中的至少一种。
可选的,所述纱线包括圆柱形纱线、球纱及异形纱中的至少一种。
可选的,所述基布的第二面具有处理介质层。
可选的,所述处理介质层包括防滑介质层、三防介质层及抗霉菌介质层中的至少一种。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型技术方案具有以下优点:
基布与毯面间借助粘合介质进行粘合,相比嵌合来说,基布与毯面的结合时间更长,使用寿命增长。
将纤维束、纤维类织物及纱线中的至少一种按照设计工艺和/或图案直接排列在涂抹了粘合介质的基布上,省去了制作毯面的步骤,简化了制作工序。
基布的第二面采用点塑、粘防滑橡胶和涂热塑性弹性体膜的至少一种措施,使得地毯能够防滑;在基布的第二面进行三防整理处理,使得制作出来的地毯能够防水、防油和防污;在基布第二面进行抗霉菌处理,可防止地毯在潮湿环境中发霉变臭。
因此,本实用新型技术方案提供的地毯具有制作工艺简单,使用寿命长,兼具防滑、防水、防油、防污和抗霉菌的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型技术方案的地毯,包括基布30和毯面10,所述基布30具有相对的第一面301和第二面302,所述毯面10粘合在所述基布30的第一面,所述毯面10和基布30之间有粘合介质层20。
结合图1和图3所示,本实用新型技术方案的地毯的制造过程,包括下述步骤:步骤S1:提供基布30和毯面材料;步骤S2:在所述基布30的第一面301上涂抹粘合介质,形成粘合介质层20;步骤S3:利用所述粘合介质将毯面材料与基布30粘合成整体。
下面结合实施例对本实用新型的技术方案进行详细说明。
如图2所示,本实用新型实施例的地毯,包括机织布31和由球纱排列组成的纱线毯面11。
在其他实施例中,所述基布30还可为无纺布,也可以由机织布和无纺布拼接而成。所述球纱可用纤维束或纤维类织物至少一种进行替换,所述纱线毯面11还可用圆柱形纱或异形纱排列组成,所述毯面还可由前述材料组合排列而成。
所述机织布31具有相对的第一面311和第二面312,所述纱线毯面11粘合在所述机织布31的第一面311,所述纱线毯面11和机织布31之间有液体胶,例如聚氨酯胶21,在其他实施例中,粘合介质层20也可选自热熔胶层或热熔胶膜。
所述机织布31的第二面312具有处理介质层41,所述处理介质层41包括防滑介质层、三防介质层及抗霉菌介质层。在其他实施例中,也可以仅有防滑介质层、三防介质层或抗霉菌介质层;还可以是处理介质层包括防滑介质层和三防介质层,或者包括防滑介质层和抗霉菌介质层,或者包括三防介质层和抗霉菌介质层。
如图4所示,本实施例地毯的制作过程,包括下述步骤:
步骤S11:提供机织布31和球纱(用于排列组合成毯面11)。
步骤S21:在所述机织布31的第一面上均匀涂抹聚氨酯胶21,在其他实施例中,还可涂抹热熔胶或热熔胶膜。
步骤S31:根据设计工艺和/或图案在涂抹了聚氨酯胶21的机织布31上排列球纱,形成具有图案的毯面11。
具体地,机织布31置于支撑架上,借助机械拉力将球纱通过导纱管牵引至涂抹了聚氨酯胶21的机织布31上,并按设计工艺和/或图案进行组合和排列,形成具有图案的纱线毯面11,在牵引的过程中,通过电脑信号来控制送纱的速度,挑选纱线的颜色、形状等,从而可以排列出不同结构形态的图案。
在其他实施例中,可通过调节导纱管的管径大小,使得纤维束或纤维类织物可穿过导纱管,经机械拉力进行牵引,根据设计工艺和/或图案排列在涂抹了聚氨酯胶21的机织布31上。
步骤S32:挤压纱线毯面11,使得纱线毯面11与机织布31成为一体。具体地,可以利用钢棍在纱线毯面11上来回滚动,利用钢棍的重力对纱线毯面11进行挤压,使得纱线毯面11与机织布31成为一体。或者,还可以利用气泵产生气压,带动气压棍对纱线毯面11施加压力。
在其他实施例中,若采用热熔胶或热熔胶膜,则需要在一定温度下挤压纱线毯面11,因为热熔胶和热熔胶膜在一定温度下熔融后才具有胶粘作用;或用热辊子在纱线毯面11上进行来回滚动,使得热熔胶或热熔胶膜熔融,再挤压纱线毯面11,使得纱线毯面11与机织布31成为一体。
步骤S4:将步骤S32所得地毯进行干燥,使得聚氨酯胶21凝固。
步骤S5:将粘合成整体的地毯打成卷。
步骤S6:根据需要的尺寸和/或形状裁剪地毯。
步骤S7:在所述机织布31的第二面312采用点塑进行防滑处理,形成防滑介质层。在其他实施例中,还可采用粘防滑橡胶或涂热塑性弹性体膜进行防滑。
步骤S8:在所述机织布31的第二面312进行三防整理处理,形成三防介质层。例如,可以在机织布31的第二面312上涂三防剂。
步骤S9:在所述机织布31的第二面312进行抗霉菌整理处理,形成抗霉菌介质层。例如,可以在机织布31的第二面312上涂抗霉菌剂。
需要注意的是,在其他实施例中,步骤S5、S6、S7、S8及S9的顺序可以任意互换,也可根据实际需要省略其中的步骤。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种地毯,其特征在于,包括基布和毯面,所述基布具有相对的第一面和第二面,所述毯面粘合在所述基布的第一面,所述毯面和基布之间有粘合介质层。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述毯面由纤维束、纤维类织物及纱线中的至少一种按照设计工艺和/或图案排列组成。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述基布包括无纺布与机织布中的至少一种。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述粘合介质层包括液体胶层、热熔胶层及热熔胶膜中的至少一种。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述纱线包括圆柱形纱线、球纱及异形纱中的至少一种。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的地毯,其特征在于,所述基布的第二面具有处理介质层。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的处理介质层包括防滑介质层、三防介质层及抗霉菌介质层中的至少一种。
