Description
本发明涉及一种喷漆工具,具体涉及一种喷漆装置,属于机械结构技术领域。
喷漆是现代化工业生产中不可或缺的重要组成部分。尤其是在机械制造领域,喷漆工艺的好坏更是决定产品最终质量高低的重要标准。但是现有技术存在喷漆不均匀,漆面凝固慢的缺点,因此喷漆环节的改进是提高企业生产效率和产品质量的重要方向。如何在工件表面均匀的喷漆并快速烘干漆面就变成了摆在人们面前的一道难题。
发明内容
本发明正是针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种喷漆装置,整个技术方案结构紧凑、成本较低,节能环保;该技术方案不仅加热快,温度恒定,而且密封性好,在喷涂过程中,外界灰尘不易对漆面造成污染。本设计通过控制可移动式管柱对所需喷漆工件在屋内的位置进行精准定位,将漆雾喷嘴准确对准所需喷漆表面,从而进行快速均匀的喷漆作业。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下,一种喷漆装置,其特征在于,所述喷漆装置包括喷漆组件、加热排风组件、控制组件以及棚体组件;所述喷漆组件局部位于棚体组件内,所余部分位于棚体组件外侧;所述加热排风组件位于棚体组件内侧;所述控制组件包括温度传感器和油漆房控制室,所述温度传感器设置在棚体组件内,所

作为本发明的一种改进,所述喷漆构件包括调漆间、送漆管道、可移动式管柱、滑轮、滑轮运行轨道和漆雾喷嘴,所述调漆间通过送漆管道与可移动式管柱顶端相连;所述可移动式管柱固定在滑轮下端,所述滑轮设置在滑轮运行轨道上,所述滑轮运行轨道固定在隔热棚顶下方,所述漆雾喷嘴设置在可移动管柱的侧壁上。本设计的优点在于通过控制可移动式管柱对所需喷漆工件在屋内的位置进行精准定位。根据待喷漆工件的大小,改变可移动式管柱的分布位置,将漆雾喷嘴准确对准所需喷漆表面,从而对工件进行快速均匀的喷漆作业。进而优化了生产过程,提高了产品质量。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述加热排风组件包括排风扇和红外线烤灯;所述排风扇安装在隔热棚顶上;所述红外线烤灯吊装在隔热棚顶下方。采用红外线烤灯作为加热源,不但升温迅速,而且能耗低,进一步使本产品符合国家节能减排的要求。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述控制组件包括温度感应器和油漆房控制室;所述温度感应器安装在隔热顶棚下方;所述油漆房控制室位于隔热棚体外侧。
相对与现有技术,本发明具有如下优点,相对与现有技术,本发明具有如下优点,1)该技术方案整体结构设计巧妙、紧凑、成本较
低;2)本设计各组件之间紧密联系又不相互影响,所需部件更换方便,易于日后产品在使用过程中的的维修保养;3)本设计的优点在于通过控制可移动式管柱对所需喷漆工件在屋内的位置进行精准定位。根据待喷漆工件的大小,改变可移动式管柱的分布位置,将漆雾喷嘴准确对准所需喷漆表面,从而对工件进行快速均匀的喷漆作业。进而优化了生产过程,提高了产品质量;4)本设计采用计算机操控滑轮的运行,可以使滑轮在轨道上的移动做到快速准确。既提高了生产的效率也提高了生产的安全性;5)采用红外线烤灯作为加热源,不但升温迅速,而且能耗低,进一步使本产品符合国家节能减排的要求;6)通过计算机来控制喷漆作业中所需的温度,可以使室内温度恒定,更有利于漆面的凝固。计算机调漆,不仅着色准确,而且浓度适宜,非常适合进行批量化、大规模的生产;7)该技术方案成本较低,便与进一步的推广应用。

- 根据权利要求1所述的喷漆装置,其特征在于,所述喷漆构件包括调漆间、送漆管道、可移动式管柱、滑轮、滑轮运行轨道和漆雾喷嘴,所述调漆间通过送漆管道与可移动式管柱顶端相连;所述可移动式管柱固定在滑轮下端,所述滑轮设置在滑轮运行轨道上,所述滑轮运行轨道固定在隔热棚顶下方,所述漆雾喷嘴设置在可移动管柱的侧壁上。
