Abstract

La présente invention concerne un moteur CC sans balais comprenant un arbre, un noyau de stator, un support de rotor, un couvercle de rotor, un premier palier, un second palier et un élément élastique. L'arbre comprend des premier à troisième segments. Le noyau de stator est fixé au troisième segment de l'arbre. Le support de rotor comporte : une surface supérieure munie d'une ouverture d'arbre par laquelle l'arbre est inséré; et une surface circonférentielle interne reliée à la surface supérieure. De plus, le support de rotor loge le noyau de stator dans un espace délimité par la surface supérieure et la surface circonférentielle interne. Le couvercle de rotor recouvre l'espace de support de rotor. Les premier et second paliers comprennent une bague intérieure et une bague extérieure. L'élément élastique pénètre dans l'arbre, est placé entre le noyau de stator et la bague intérieure du second palier et peut comprendre des première et seconde extrémités opposées entre elles. La première extrémité comprime le noyau de stator. La seconde extrémité comprime la bague intérieure du second palier.
