Abstract

L'invention concerne un moteur en CC sans balais (9) comprenant un arbre (3), un noyau de stator (1), une bobine (2), un porte-rotor (5), des paliers (4a, 4b), une bague d'insertion (5b), et une pluralité d'aimants (6). L'arbre a un axe de rotation. Le noyau de stator est fixé à l'arbre. La bobine est disposée dans le noyau de stator. Le porte-rotor comporte une coque extérieure (5a) de porte-rotor constituée d'aluminium et une surface circonférentielle intérieure (52) faisant face au noyau de stator. Le palier inclut des bagues intérieures (43, 45) à travers lesquelles l'arbre pénètre et des bagues extérieures (44, 46) fixées au porte-rotor. La bague d'insertion comprend un métal ferromagnétique, est disposée sur la surface circonférentielle intérieure du porte-rotor, et recouvre de manière annulaire la circonférence intérieure de la coque extérieure de porte-rotor, dans la direction circonférentielle.
