Description

一种云台及具有此云台的摄像组件
申请要求于2017年6月20日申请的、申请号为201720724189.8、申请名称为“一种云台及具有此云台的摄像组件”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
【技术领域】
本申请涉及摄像设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种云台及具有此云台的摄像组件。
【背景技术】
云台是安装、固定摄像机的支撑设备,它分为固定和电动云台两种。固定云台适用于监视范围不大的情况,在固定云台上安装好摄像机后可调整摄像机的水平和俯仰的角度,达到最好的工作姿态后只要锁定调整机构就可以了。电动云台适用于对大范围进行扫描监视,它可以扩大摄像机的监视范围。
在实现本申请的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:现有的手持云台中,仅在手柄上设置有控制按钮,用来控制搭载于手持云台上的图像获取装置的姿态(例如改变该图像获取装置的高度、倾角和/或方向),由于没有显示屏实时的显示当前正在拍摄的图像或视频,因此无法及时的获知当前正在拍摄的图像或视频是否满足用户的需求,用户也无法根据当前正在拍摄的图像或视频,调整图像获取装置的姿态,以使得图像获取装置能够拍摄到完全满足用户需求的图像或视频。
【发明内容】
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供一种设置有触控显示屏的手持云台及具有此云台的摄像组件。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供以下技术方案:
一种云台,其用于搭载拍摄装置,所述云台包括:增稳组件,用于安装 所述拍摄装置;手柄,与所述增稳组件连接;显示屏,固定安装于所述手柄,用于显示所述拍摄装置拍摄的图像,以使得用户可以根据所述拍摄的图像控制所述增稳组件。
在一些实施例中,所述显示屏为触控显示屏,所述触控显示屏用于显示所述拍摄装置拍摄的图像,并接收用户输入的操作指令。
在一些实施例中,所述触控显示屏包括处理器,所述处理器电连接所述增稳组件;其中,所述处理器用于处理所述操作指令以发出控制所述增稳组件的电信号。
在一些实施例中,所述云台还包括电调,所述电调分别与所述处理器、所述增稳组件电性连接;所述处理器发出所述电信号至所述电调,并通过所述电调控制所述增稳组件的运行状态。
在一些实施例中,所述增稳组件与所述手柄一端的端面固定连接,所述触控显示屏安装于所述手柄一端的侧边。
在一些实施例中,所述增稳组件包括:第一转动件,其包括第一转动部;第二转动件,其包括第一连接臂、第二固定部以及可相对于所述第二固定部转动的第二转动部,所述第一连接臂固定连接于所述第一转动部与第二固定部之间。
在一些实施例中,所述第一转动件包括第一固定部和第一转轴,所述第一转动部可绕所述第一转轴相对于所述第一固定部转动;所述第二转动件包括第二转轴,所述第二转动部可以绕所述第二转轴相对于所述第二固定部转动。
在一些实施例中,所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴相互垂直。
在一些实施例中,所述增稳组件包括第三转动件,所述第三转动件包括:第二连接臂、第三固定部、第三转动部和第三转轴,所述第三转动部可绕所述第三转轴相对于所述第三固定部转动;所述第二连接臂固定连接于所述第二转动部与所述第三固定部之间,所述第三转动部用于与所述拍摄装置固定连接,并带动所述拍摄装置相对于所述第三固定部转动。
在一些实施例中,所述第一转轴、所述第二转轴和所述第三转轴两两相互垂直。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供以下技术方案:
一种摄像组件,包括:拍摄装置和上述的云台,所述拍摄装置安装于所述增稳组件。
在一些实施例中,所述拍摄装置包括镜头模组和外壳,所述镜头模组设置于所述外壳内;所述增稳组件包括第三转动件,所述第三转动件包括第三转动部、第三固定部和第三转轴,所述第三转动部可绕所述第三转轴相对于所述第三固定部转动,所述第三转动部用于与所述镜头模组和外壳固定连接,并且所述第三转轴的轴线与所述镜头模组的光轴重合。
在一些实施例中,所述拍摄装置包括镜头模组和外壳,所述镜头模组设置于所述外壳内;所述增稳组件包括第三转动件,所述第三转动件包括第三转动部、第三固定部和第三转轴,所述第三转动部可绕所述第三转轴相对于所述第三固定部转动,所述第三转动部用于与所述镜头模组固定连接,所述第三固定部用于与所述外壳固定连接,并且所述第三转轴的轴线与镜头模组的光轴重合。
在一些实施例中,所述第三固定部套设于所述镜头模组,并且所述第三固定部与所述镜头模组之间通过轴承连接,以使得所述镜头模组可相对于所述第三固定部转动;所述第三转动部套设于所述镜头模组,并且所述第三转动部与所述镜头模组固定连接,以使得所述第三转动部可带动所述镜头模组转动。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例还提供以下技术方案:
一种摄像组件包括:拍摄装置和以上所述的云台,所述增稳组件搭载所述拍摄装置。
与现有技术相比较,本申请实施例的云台中的手柄上固定安装有显示屏,所述显示屏可以向用户显示当前正在拍摄的图像,用户可以根据当前正在拍摄的图像调整所述增稳组件的姿态,从而使得用户对拍摄装置的姿态掌控地更准确,所述拍摄装置拍摄到用户所需的图像,同时显示屏和手柄固定连接,提高了云台的集成度。

为了便于理解本申请,下面结合附图和具体实施方式,对本申请进行更详细的说明。需要说明的是,当元件被表述“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。当一个元件被表述“电连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。本说明书所使用的术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、“底部”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”“第三”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

请参阅图1和图2,本申请实施例提供一种云台100,可用于搭载拍摄装 置200,以实现所述拍摄装置200的固定、或随意调节所述拍摄装置200的姿态(例如,改变所述拍摄装置200的高度、倾角和/或方向)以及使所述拍摄装置200稳定保持在设定的姿态上。所述拍摄装置200可以为任何图像获取装置,例如相机、摄影机、摄像头等,或为其它便携式电子装置,例如手机、平板电脑等,可以理解的,也可以为传感器等。
所述云台100包括增稳组件10、触控显示屏20、与所述增稳组件10固定连接的手柄30,所述触控显示屏20固定安装于所述手柄30,所述增稳组件10用于安装所述拍摄装置200。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,触控显示屏20也可以为普通非触控型的显示屏。显示屏20可以显示拍摄装置200拍摄的图像,这样用户可以实现可视化操作,比如用户通过显示屏观察拍摄装置200拍摄的图像,当认为镜头需要向上仰一点拍摄效果可能会更好时,用户就会通过手柄上的机械按钮控制增稳组件10以调整拍摄装置200的姿态,使得用户对拍摄装置200的姿态掌控地更准确,同时显示屏20和手柄固定连接,提高了云台的集成度。
当然,本实施例中采用触控显示屏20不但拥有显示功能,还具有触屏输入功能,这样可以进一步地提高云台100的集成度,省去了繁琐的机械按钮,使得用户对增稳组件(10)的操控更方便,体验更好。
在本实施例中,触控显示屏20可以是通过某种连接装置与手柄30固定连接,也可以是和手柄30一体成型。
请参阅图3,在本实施例中,所述云台100为三轴全方位云台,所述增稳组件10包括第一转动件11、第二转动件12和第三转动件13,其中第一转动件11用于安装于所述手柄30,所述第一转动件11与所述第二转动件12连接,所述第三转动件13与所述第二转动件12连接,并且所述第三转动件13用于安装所述拍摄装置200。
第一转动件11、第二转动件12和第三转动件13均包括一驱动装置,每个驱动装置均包括固定部和转动部,并且所述转动部可相对于所述固定部转动。
可以理解的是,在其它一些实施例中,所述增稳组件10仅包括第一转动件11和第二转动件12,其中第一转动件11用于安装于所述手柄30,所述第一转动件11与所述第二转动件12连接,并且所述第二转动件12用于安装所 述拍摄装置200。
在本申请实施例中,所述云台100的增稳组件10的各个驱动装置分别响应接收到的转动控制信号,并根据控制信号控制其转动部相对于其固定部顺时针或逆时针转动,以及调节该转动部的转速,从而实现相应方向的调整。进而实现所述拍摄装置200的方向、方位及稳定性的控制。通过以上方式,使得所述拍摄装置200能够获得相应视角的、稳定的视频和/或图片。可以理解的是,所述增稳组件10也可包括一个方向转动、两个方向转动或更多方向转动的转动件。
具体的,在本实施例中,所述第一转动件11包括第一驱动装置111,所述第一驱动装置111包括第一固定部1111、第一转动部1112和第一转轴(图未示)。其中,所述第一转轴与所述第一固定部1111活动连接,所述第一转轴与所述第一转动部1112固定连接,并且所述第一转动部1112可以绕第一转轴相对于所述第一固定部1111转动。
在本实施例中,所述第二转动件12包括第二驱动装置121和第一连接臂122,所述第二驱动装置121包括第二固定部1211、第二转动部1212和第二转轴(图未示)。其中,所述第二转轴与所述第二固定部1211活动连接,所述第二转轴与所述第二转动部1212固定连接,并且所述第二转动部1212可以绕第二转轴相对于所述第二固定部1211转动。所述第一连接臂122的一端与所述第一转动部1112固定连接,另一端与所述第二驱动装置121中第二固定部1211固定连接,从而使得在所述第一驱动装置111的第一转动部1112转动时,可带动所述第二转动件12相对于所述第一转动件11中的第一固定部1111转动。
在本实施例中,所述第三转动件13包括第三驱动装置131和第二连接臂132,所述第三驱动装置131包括第三固定部1311和第三转动部1312。其中,所述第三转动部1312可以相对于所述第三固定部1311转动。所述第二连接臂132的一端与所述第二转动部1212固定连接,另一端与所述第三驱动装置131中的第三固定部1311固定连接,从而使得在所述第二驱动装置121的第二转动部1212转动时,可带动所述第三转动件13相对于所述第二转动件12中的第二固定部1211转动。所述第三转动部1312与所述拍摄装置200固定连接,用于带动所述拍摄装置200相对于所述第三固定部1311转动。
其中,所述第一驱动装置111、第二驱动装置121可以分别为无刷电机、有刷电机或气动马达中的一种。所述第一转轴、所述第二转轴和所述第三转轴两两相互垂直。
进一步的,在本实施例中,所述第一转动件11控制所述拍摄装置200绕平移轴/航向轴(如图1所示的Y轴方向)转动;所述第二转动件12控制所述拍摄装置200绕俯仰轴(如图1所示的P轴方向)转动;所述第三转动件13控制所述拍摄装置200绕横滚轴(如图1所示的R轴方向)转动。
请参阅图4,在本实施例中,所述拍摄装置200包括镜头模组210和外壳220,所述镜头模组210设置于所述外壳220内,并且所述镜头模组210与所述外壳220固定连接。所述第三固定部1311和第三转动部1312均呈圆环状(即,所述第三驱动装置131为圆环状盘式电机)。所述第三固定部1311套设于所述镜头模组210,并且所述第三固定部1311与所述镜头模组210之间通过轴承连接,以使得所述镜头模组210可相对于所述第三固定部1311转动。所述第三转动部1312套设于所述镜头模组210,并且所述第三转动部1312与所述镜头模组210固定连接,以使得所述第三转动部1312可带动所述镜头模组210转动。所述第三驱动装置131的旋转轴线(在本实施例中该轴线为R轴)与所述镜头模组210的光轴重合。所述第三驱动装置131驱动所述镜头模组210绕所述镜头模组210的光轴转动。
可以理解的是,在其它一些实施例中,所述镜头模组210与所述外壳220活动连接或者未连接,所述镜头模组210与所述第三转动部1312固定连接,所述外壳220与所述第三固定部1311或者第二连接臂132固定连接。所述第三驱动装置131驱动所述镜头模组210绕所述镜头模组210的光轴转动。
所述手柄30为杆状,所述增稳组件10中的第一固定部1111与所述手柄30一端的端面固定连接,所述触控显示屏20安装于所述手柄30一端的侧边。
请参阅图5,所述云台100还包括电调50,所述触控显示屏20包括处理器202,所述处理器202分别与所述电调50和镜头模组210电性连接,所述电调50分别与所述第一驱动装置111、第二驱动装置121和第三驱动装置131电性连接,用于控制所述第一驱动装置111、第二驱动装置121和第三驱动装置131的运行状态。所述处理器202用于处理镜头模组210采集的图片,并控制所述触控显示屏20显示所述镜头模组210采集到的图像信息。所述触控 显示屏20上显示有虚拟按键(图未示),使用该云台100的人(即用户)可以通过触碰所述虚拟按键以输入操作指令,所述处理器202对所述操作指令进行处理,并向所述电调50发出控制所述增稳组件10的电信号,从而控制所述增稳组件10中的第一驱动装置111、第二驱动装置121和第三驱动装置131的运行状态,进而使得所述镜头模组210能够获得相应视角的、稳定的视频和/或图片。
本申请实施例的云台100中的手柄30上设置有触控显示屏20,所述触控显示屏20可以向用户显示当前正在拍摄的图像,用户可以根据当前正在拍摄的图像,通过点击触控显示屏20上设置的虚拟按键,调整所述增稳组件10的姿态,从而使得镜头模组210拍摄到用户所需的图像。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;在本申请的思路下,以上实施例或者不同实施例中的技术特征之间也可以进行组合,步骤可以以任意顺序实现,并存在如上所述的本申请的不同方面的许多其它变化,为了简明,它们没有在细节中提供;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种云台(100),其用于搭载拍摄装置(200),其特征在于,所述云台(100)包括:
    增稳组件(10),用于安装所述拍摄装置(200);
    手柄(30),与所述增稳组件(10)连接;
    显示屏(20),固定安装于所述手柄(30),用于显示所述拍摄装置(200)拍摄的图像,以使得用户可以根据所述拍摄的图像控制所述增稳组件(10)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的云台(100),其特征在于,所述显示屏(20)为触控显示屏(20),所述触控显示屏(20)用于显示所述拍摄装置(200)拍摄的图像,并接收用户输入的操作指令。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的云台(100),其特征在于,所述触控显示屏(20)包括处理器(202),所述处理器(202)电连接所述增稳组件(10);
    其中,所述处理器(202)用于处理所述操作指令以发出控制所述增稳组件(10)的电信号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的云台(100),其特征在于,所述云台(100)还包括电调(50),所述电调(50)分别与所述处理器(202)、所述增稳组件(10)电性连接;
    所述处理器(202)发出所述电信号至所述电调(50),并通过所述电调(50)控制所述增稳组件(10)的运行状态。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的云台(100),其特征在于,所述增稳组件(10)与所述手柄(30)一端的端面固定连接,所述触控显示屏(20)安装于所述手柄(30)一端的侧边。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的云台(100),其特征在于,所述增稳组件(10)包括:
    第一转动件(11),其包括第一转动部(1112);
    第二转动件(12),其包括第一连接臂(122)、第二固定部(1211)以及 可相对于所述第二固定部(1211)转动的第二转动部(1212),所述第一连接臂(122)固定连接于所述第一转动部(1112)与第二固定部(1211)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的云台(100),其特征在于,
    所述第一转动件(11)包括第一固定部(1111)和第一转轴,所述第一转动部(1112)可绕所述第一转轴相对于所述第一固定部(1111)转动;
    所述第二转动件(12)包括第二转轴,所述第二转动部(1212)可以绕所述第二转轴相对于所述第二固定部(1211)转动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的云台(100),其特征在于,所述第一转轴和所述第二转轴相互垂直。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的云台(100),其特征在于,
    所述增稳组件(10)包括第三转动件(13),所述第三转动件(13)包括:第二连接臂(132)、第三固定部(1311)、第三转动部(1312)和第三转轴,所述第三转动部(1312)可绕所述第三转轴相对于所述第三固定部(1311)转动;
    所述第二连接臂(132)固定连接于所述第二转动部(1212)与所述第三固定部(1311)之间,所述第三转动部(1312)用于与所述拍摄装置(200)固定连接,并带动所述拍摄装置(200)相对于所述第三固定部(1311)转动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的云台(100),其特征在于,所述第一转轴、所述第二转轴和所述第三转轴两两相互垂直。
  11. 一种摄像组件,其特征在于,包括:拍摄装置(200)和如权利要求1-10中任一项所述的云台(100),所述拍摄装置(200)安装于所述增稳组件(10)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的摄像组件,其特征在于,所述拍摄装置(200)包括镜头模组(210)和外壳(220),所述镜头模组(210)设置于所述外壳 (220)内;
    所述增稳组件(10)包括第三转动件(13),所述第三转动件包括第三转动部(1312)、第三固定部(1311)和第三转轴,所述第三转动部(1312)可绕所述第三转轴相对于所述第三固定部(1311)转动,所述第三转动部(1312)用于与所述镜头模组(210)和外壳(220)固定连接,并且所述第三转轴的轴线与所述镜头模组(210)的光轴重合。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的摄像组件,其特征在于,所述拍摄装置(200)包括镜头模组(210)和外壳(220),所述镜头模组(210)设置于所述外壳(220)内;
    所述增稳组件(10)包括第三转动件(13),所述第三转动件包括第三转动部(1312)、第三固定部(1311)和第三转轴,所述第三转动部(1312)可绕所述第三转轴相对于所述第三固定部(1311)转动,所述第三转动部(1312)用于与所述镜头模组(210)固定连接,所述第三固定部(1311)用于与所述外壳(220)固定连接,并且所述第三转轴的轴线与所述镜头模组(210)的光轴重合。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13中任一项所述的摄像组件,其特征在于,
    所述第三固定部(1311)套设于所述镜头模组(210),并且所述第三固定部(1311)与所述镜头模组(210)之间通过轴承连接,以使得所述镜头模组(210)可相对于所述第三固定部(1311)转动;
    所述第三转动部(1312)套设于所述镜头模组(210),并且所述第三转动部(1312)与所述镜头模组(210)固定连接,以使得所述第三转动部(1312)可带动所述镜头模组(210)转动。
