Description

一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及船舶制造技术领域,尤其涉及一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置。
背景技术
目前船厂在建造船体过程中,对绑扎眼环没有采取有效的保护工作,导致固体垃圾、积水等长期存在绑扎眼环里面,以后的清洁非常困难,涂装油漆的质量也无法得到保证。在现有的技术条件下,如果船东对建造质量要求不高,目前的建造流程是符合要求的,但是如果船东对质量要求比较高,将无法彻底清除绑扎眼环里面积存的垃圾,无法将里面的锈蚀清理干净,涂装质量达不到要求,同时,绑扎眼环的厂家也没有提供配套的临时保护装置,因此需要船厂自行进行保护。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,以解决上述问题,避免了金属粉尘、固体垃圾等杂质进入绑扎眼环内,为后续的打磨涂装工作提供了非常好的质量保障。
为达此目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,包括间隔设置的盖板和卡板,所述盖板能全面覆盖住绑扎眼环的开孔,所述卡板能卡在所述绑扎眼环的开孔处,所述盖板通过位于其中部的连接杆选择性与所述卡板连接。
作为优选技术方案,所盖板靠近所述卡板一侧设置有密封件,所述密封件能全面覆盖住所述绑扎眼环的开孔。
作为优选技术方案,所述密封件为密封圈或密封片。
作为优选技术方案,所述密封件的材质为橡胶。
作为优选技术方案,所述连接杆的一端固定连接压紧件,另一端依次穿过所述盖板、所述卡板与位于所述卡板远离所述盖板一侧的螺母螺纹旋接。
作为优选技术方案,所述螺母固定在所述卡板远离所述盖板的一侧。
作为优选技术方案,所述盖板上开设螺纹孔,所述连接杆上设置有与所述螺纹孔配合的螺纹,所述连接杆与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接。
作为优选技术方案,所述压紧件与所述盖板之间设置有垫片。
作为优选技术方案,所述盖板的形状为圆形或半圆形。
作为优选技术方案,所述卡板的形状为一字形、丁字形或V字形。
本实用新型的有益效果:
(1)本保护装置主要用于船厂在建造船舶过程中,该装置制作方便且易于安装,对客滚船的绑扎眼环起到了非常好的保护作用,有效的防止了金属粉尘、固体垃圾等进入到绑扎眼环里,为后续的打磨涂装工作提供了非常好的质量保障,减少了后期清洁的人工工时,尤其是在船东的高标准、严要求下,该保护工装的使用是非常有必要的;
(2)盖板上安装有环形或片状的密封件,密封件为橡胶材质,通过压紧密封件进一步实现了对绑扎眼环的密封,起到了更好的密封效果;
(3)盖板的形状和卡板的形状会根据实际应用中的绑扎眼环开孔的形状而定,该装置使用灵活性强,使用范围广;
(4)连接杆为螺栓,方便与盖板和卡板连接,方便旋拧调节卡板的位置。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案。
实施例一:
本实施例提供了一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,如图1-2所示,本船用绑扎眼环的保护装置包括盖板1,所述盖板1为圆形盖板,圆形盖板能完全覆盖住扎眼环8的开孔,所述盖板1为钢板材质,盖板1的一侧面上粘结有密封件2,所述密封件2为橡胶垫片,所述密封件2的形状与盖板1一致,盖板1的圆心处螺纹连接有连接杆3,所述连接杆3为螺栓,螺栓的螺杆穿过盖板1且其端部置于安装有密封件2的盖板1的一侧,螺栓的头部即为压紧件4,螺栓的头部与盖板1之间的螺杆上套有垫片7,置于安装有密封件2的盖板1一侧的螺杆上套有卡板5和螺母6,卡板5置于橡胶垫片和螺母6之间,且卡板5与螺母6固接在一起,卡板5的形状为一字形。
本实施例的具体实施过程:如图3所示,本实施例中的绑扎眼环8的开孔的形状为十字形,卡板5为一字形,一字形卡板5比十字形开孔中的任意一个一字形槽口略小,盖板1能完全盖住十字形开孔,在安装本保护装置时,首先 适当的松开一点螺栓,上提调节卡板5的位置,卡板5的上表面与橡胶垫片接触,将卡板5放置到绑扎眼环8的开孔处,橡胶垫片与开有绑扎眼环8的船体的平板接触,然后拧紧螺栓,在螺栓拧紧的过程中,卡板5会随着螺栓旋转直至与开孔的孔壁接触,卡板5与绑扎眼环8的开孔通过摩擦力卡住达到自锁的目的,继续拧紧螺栓,卡板5不会再随着螺栓旋转,橡胶垫片会被压紧以实现对绑扎眼环8的密封,避免了金属粉尘、固体垃圾进入绑扎眼环内,保护装置安装完毕后,可以将螺栓的头部焊接在盖板1上,以免时间久了螺栓会松动,在拆除本保护装置的时候使用砂轮机将点焊位置磨掉即可将保护装置取下来。
在船舶建造的后期,取走保护装置,绑扎眼环8内部得到了良好的保护,垃圾、金属粉尘等没有进入内部,虽然绑扎眼环8的周边已有垃圾、粉尘并生锈,但是绑扎眼环8内部比较干净,为后续的打磨涂装工作提供了非常好的质量保障。
实施例二:
本实施例提供了一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,如图4-5所示,本船用绑扎眼环的保护装置包括盖板1、密封件2、连接杆3、压紧件4、卡板5、螺母6和垫片7,所述盖板1为半圆形,盖板1能完全盖住绑扎眼环8的开孔,密封件2为橡胶垫片,密封件2的形状与盖板1一致,所述压紧件4为螺栓,如图6所示,绑扎眼环8的开孔的形状为V字形,所述卡板5的形状与绑扎眼环8的开孔的形状一致,上述各个部件的连接方式同实施例一,该实施例的具体实施过程同实施例一。

  1. 一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,其特征在于,包括间隔设置的盖板(1)和卡板(5),所述盖板(1)能全面覆盖住绑扎眼环(8)的开孔,所述卡板(5)能卡在所述绑扎眼环(8)的开孔处,所述盖板(1)通过位于其中部的连接杆(3)选择性与所述卡板(5)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,其特征在于,所述盖板(1)靠近所述卡板(5)一侧设置有密封件(2),所述密封件(2)能全面覆盖住所述绑扎眼环(8)的开孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,其特征在于,所述密封件(2)为密封圈或密封片。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,其特征在于,所述密封件(2)的材质为橡胶。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,其特征在于,所述连接杆(3)的一端固定连接压紧件(4),另一端依次穿过所述盖板(1)、所述卡板(5)与位于所述卡板(5)远离所述盖板(1)一侧的螺母(6)螺纹旋接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,其特征在于,所述螺母(6)固定在所述卡板(5)远离所述盖板(1)的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,其特征在于,所述盖板(1)上开设螺纹孔,所述连接杆(3)上设置有与所述螺纹孔配合的螺纹,所述连接杆(3)与所述螺纹孔螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,其特征在于,所述压紧件(4)与所述盖板(1)之间设置有垫片(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,其特征在于,所 述盖板(1)的形状为圆形或半圆形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种船用绑扎眼环的保护装置,其特征在于,所述卡板(5)的形状为一字形、丁字形或V字形。
