如果采用的压板4是平板结构,那么在紧固件将压板4固定在盖本体3上时,作用力越大,越容易出现翘边的情况,翘边具体是指:施加在压板4中部的作用力较大,使得压板4产生中部下凹,两边上翘的变形,翘边情况的发生会出现以下两个问题:第一、使压板4与盖本体3上的地板胶之间的抵接作用力失效,盖本体3上的地板胶由于未与盖本体3粘接,在压板4抵接作用力失效的情况下,地板胶长期使用后会脱离压板4和盖本体3,影响使用;第二、翘边后,压板4边缘部分会与地板胶之间产生缝隙,此缝隙会收集灰尘、固体颗 粒物等杂质。
在本实施例中,第一抵接板42与第一地板胶5抵接,第二抵接板43与第二地板胶6抵接。
优选的,压板本体41靠近甲板1的一侧与第一地板胶5远离盖本体3的一侧面之间的间距为3~5mm。通过将压板本体41与第一地板胶5之间的距离设置为上述距离,一方面是为了保证此压板4在被紧固件固定时具有一定的调节空间,另一方面是为了防止压板4太凸出于通道的表面,对使用者行走造成障碍。
在本实施例中,第一抵接板42和第二抵接板43与水平面的夹角均为锐角。通过将两个抵接板与水平面之间的夹角设置为锐角,可以在保证压板4较小的凸出高度的同时具有较宽的与各个地板胶的压接面。
在本发明的另一个优选的实施例中,紧固件包括固定板7和紧固螺钉8,压板本体41上开设第一固定孔44,紧固件相对于甲板1的位置固定,固定板7上开设有第二固定孔,第二固定孔为螺纹孔,紧固螺钉8贯穿第一固定孔44与第二固定孔螺纹旋接。通过采用紧固螺钉8将压板4固定在固定板7上,可以便于后期人孔盖的启闭操作,降低操作难度,即拧开紧固螺钉8移开压板4和第一地板胶5就能开启人孔盖。
在本实施例中,第一固定孔44为沉孔,紧固螺钉8的螺帽部分全部位于第一固定孔44内。通过将第一固定孔44设置为沉孔,可以将紧固螺钉8整个拧入到压板4内,避免紧固螺钉8突出到压板4外影响使用者使用。
进一步的,固定板7与安装座2固定连接;或,固定板7通过连接件与甲板1连接。为了使固定板7与甲板1之间的相对位置固定,可以选择将固定板7直接与安装座2连接或者固定板7通过连接件与甲板1连接。
具体的,固定板7与甲板1平行且间隔。通过将固定板7与甲板1平行设 置,使得固定板7上的第二固定孔的轴线垂直于甲板1,进而更加便于将紧固螺钉8拧紧在固定板7上。
在本发明的又一个优选的实施例中,压板4上环形等间距设置有多个第一固定孔44,甲板1上设置有数量和位置与第一固定孔44对应的紧固件。
进一步的,在甲板1靠近压板4一侧设置有多个与第一固定孔44位置对应的固定板7;或,固定板7呈环形,固定板7上开设有数量和位置与第一固定孔44相对应的第二固定孔。
在本发明的一个实施例中,第一地板胶5远离盖本体3的一侧面与第二地板胶6远离甲板1的一侧面平齐。在其他实施例中,第一地板胶5的上表面和第二地板胶6的上表面还可以设置为非平齐结构,即第一地板胶5的上表面的高度不等于第二地板胶6的上表面的高度。
由于本发明的压板4采用的是压板本体41的同侧设置两个朝向远离压板本体41中心的一侧倾斜的抵接板,使得第一地板胶5的上表面即使不与第二地板胶6的上表面平齐也可以在此压板4的压紧作用下保持与压板4呈良好的抵接状态。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,安装座2为环形结构,安装座2的外壁与甲板1的人孔内壁焊接,安装座2与第二地板胶6之间具有供紧固件通过的空间。优选的,第二地板胶6与甲板1之间还设置有敷料9。
进一步的,固定板7呈环形,其内孔的尺寸大于安装座2的内孔的尺寸并小于安装座2的外尺寸,固定板7的内孔的壁面与安装座2焊接。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,如图1至3,此埋入式人孔盖包括安装座2和盖本体3,安装座2固定在甲板1的人孔内并部分凸出于甲板1的上表面,盖本体3可转动设置在此安装座2内,盖本体3的上表面与安装座2的上端面 平齐,盖本体3上设置有与人孔盖形状尺寸匹配的第一地板胶5,在甲板1上敷设有敷料9,敷料9上设置有第二地板胶6,其中,第一地板胶5和第二地板胶6的上表面平齐。
第二地板胶6靠近安装座2的一端与安装座2间隔设置,两者之间留有安装空间,在第一地板胶5和第二地板胶6上设置有用于将两者分别压紧在甲板1和盖本体3上的压板组件,压板组件包括压板4、固定板7和紧固螺钉8,固定板7有十个,位置与第一固定孔44的位置一一对应,固定板7的一端与安装座2的上端面焊接,另一端延伸至安装空间内,固定板7与甲板1平行,固定板7上开设有第二固定孔,第二固定孔为与紧固螺钉8配合的螺纹孔。
压板4呈环形,包括呈环形的压板本体41、第一抵接板42和第二抵接板43,第一抵接板42和第二抵接板43均设置在压板4靠近盖本体3的一侧,并位于压板本体41的宽度方向的两侧,即第一抵接板42沿压板本体41的内孔内壁面环形设置,第二抵接板43沿压板本体41的外部环形设置,其中,第一抵接板42和第二抵接板43均沿压板本体41的宽度方向的中线朝向两侧倾斜设置,两者与水平面之间的夹角均为锐角。
在压板本体41上环形等间距设置十个第一固定孔44,第一固定孔44与第二固定孔的位置一一对应,紧固螺钉8穿过第一固定孔44与第二固定孔螺纹旋接。第一固定孔44为沉孔,紧固螺钉8的螺帽可完全置于此第一固定孔44内。
在本实施例中,压板4采用厚度为1.2mm的不锈钢制成,固定板7采用厚度为2mm的碳钢制成。
在本发明的其他实施例中,固定板7还可以环形板。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种埋入式人孔盖,包括固定在甲板的人孔内的安装座和可拆卸设置在所述安装座上的盖本体,其特征在于,所述盖本体上设置有遮盖所述甲板和所述盖本体之间的间隙的压板组件,所述压板组件包括环形设置的压板和用于将所述压板可拆卸固定在所述甲板上的紧固件,当所述压板与所述盖本体固定时,所述压板的宽度方向的一侧与设置在所述盖本体上的第一地板胶抵接,所述压板的宽度方向的另一侧与设置在所述甲板上的第二地板胶抵接,以将所述第一地板胶压紧在所述盖本体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的埋入式人孔盖,其特征在于,所述压板包括压板本体,所述压板本体的宽度方向两侧分别设置有第一抵接板和第二抵接板,所述第一抵接板与所述第二抵接板均设置在所述压板本体靠近所述盖本体的一侧面上,并且所述第一抵接板与所述第二抵接板均朝向远离所述压板本体的中心的一侧倾斜设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的埋入式人孔盖,其特征在于,所述第一抵接板和所述第二抵接板与水平面的夹角均为锐角。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的埋入式人孔盖,其特征在于,所述紧固件包括固定板和紧固螺钉,所述压板本体上开设第一固定孔,所述紧固件相对于所述甲板的位置固定,所述固定板上开设有第二固定孔,所述第二固定孔为螺纹孔,所述紧固螺钉贯穿所述第一固定孔与所述第二固定孔螺纹旋接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的埋入式人孔盖,其特征在于,所述第一固定孔为沉孔,所述紧固螺钉的螺帽部分全部位于所述第一固定孔内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的埋入式人孔盖,其特征在于,所述固定板与所述安装座固定连接;或,所述固定板通过连接件与所述甲板连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的埋入式人孔盖,其特征在于,所述固定板与所述 甲板平行且间隔。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的埋入式人孔盖,其特征在于,所述压板上环形等间距设置有多个所述第一固定孔,所述甲板上设置有数量和位置与所述第一固定孔对应的所述紧固件。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的埋入式人孔盖,其特征在于,所述第一地板胶远离所述盖本体的一侧面与所述第二地板胶远离所述甲板的一侧面平齐。
  10. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的埋入式人孔盖,其特征在于,所述安装座为环形结构,所述安装座的外壁与所述甲板的人孔内壁焊接,所述安装座与所述第二地板胶之间具有供所述紧固件通过的空间。
