Description
本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种纺织面料浆料配方。
随着科学技术的不断发展,面料技术也在不断改进,各种各样的新型功能性面料正在步入人们的日常生活。功能性面料是指具有某种特殊性能和用途的面料,比如防水、防风、透气、透湿、保暖、防油、易去污、防菌除臭、防紫外线、防静电、防辐射、防阻燃、耐高温、耐酸碱等功能。
目前的功能性纺织面料大量应用到服装的制作,用于满足人们日常生活不同时候的各种需求,江南地区的梅雨季节天气经常潮湿或者有雨,导致人们对防水的服装需求很大,但是很多防水面料都不具备保暖的功能,这就限制了人们都防水衣物的使用。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明针对不足,提出一种可以改善其增强率、减伸率、毛羽降低率和增磨率,提高其可织性,使经纱的断头率达到顺利织造的要求的纺织面料浆料配方。

进一步的,包括如下质量份数的组分:PVA30-32份、接枝淀粉40-41份、酰胺20-22份、抗静电剂3-3.2份、甘油3-3.1份、乳化油3-3.2份、2-奈酚0.25份、蜡片3份,维卡亚麻16-23份、耐久排水聚合物11-12份、长绒棉12-18份、热熔胶6-8份、涤纶纤维7-10份、纳米二氧化钛粉末4-6份、防水性树脂浆料4-8份、松香4-8份。
进一步的,包括如下质量份数的组分:PVA31份、接枝淀粉40.5份、酰胺21份、抗静电剂3.1份、甘油3.15份、乳化油3.1份、2-奈酚0.25份、蜡片3份,维卡亚麻20份、耐久排水聚合物11.5份、长绒棉16份、热熔胶7份、涤纶纤维8份、纳米二氧化钛粉末5份、防水性树脂浆料6份、松香6份。
有益效果:通过本发明的配方对纺织面料进行浆纱,可以改善其增强率、减伸率、毛羽降低率和增磨率,提高其可织性,使经纱的断头率达到顺利织造的要求,制成的衣料舒适荣软,保暖防水,制作简便,成本低廉,具有一定的市场价值。

一种纺织面料浆料配方,包括如下质量份数的组分:PVA28份、接枝淀粉39份、酰胺18份、抗静电剂2.8份、甘油2.9份、乳化油2.9份、2-奈酚0.25份、蜡片3份,维卡亚麻15份、耐久排水聚合物10份、长绒棉11份、热熔胶4份、涤纶纤维5份、纳米二氧化钛粉末2份、防水性树脂浆料3份、松香3份。
实施例2
一种纺织面料浆料配方,包括如下质量份数的组分:PVA 32份、接枝淀粉41份、酰胺22份、抗静电剂3.2份、甘油3.1份、乳化油3.2份、2-奈酚0.25份、蜡片3份,维卡亚麻23份、耐久排水聚合物12份、长绒棉18份、热熔胶8份、涤纶纤维10份、纳米二氧化钛粉末6份、防水性树脂浆料8份、松香8份。
实施例3
一种纺织面料浆料配方,包括如下质量份数的组分:PVA31份、接枝淀粉40.5份、酰胺21份、抗静电剂3.1份、甘油3.15份、乳化油3.1份、2-奈酚0.25份、蜡片3份,维卡亚麻20份、耐久排水聚合物11.5份、长绒棉16份、热熔胶7份、涤纶纤维8份、纳米二氧化钛粉末5份、防水性树脂浆料6份、松香6份。

- 一种纺织面料浆料配方,其特征在于:包括如下质量份数的组分:PVA28-32份、接枝淀粉39-41份、酰胺18-22份、抗静电剂2.8-3.2份、甘油2.9-3.1份、乳化油2.9-3.2份、2-奈酚0.25份、蜡片3份,维卡亚麻15-23份、耐久排水聚合物10-12份、长绒棉11-18份、热熔胶4-8份、涤纶纤维5-10份、纳米二氧化钛粉末2-6份、防水性树脂浆料3-8份、松香3-8份。
