Description

一种煤炭的抑尘剂 技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种煤炭的抑尘剂。
背景技术
常见的灰尘主要由煤炭矿粉微粒、粉尘微粒等有机粒子共同构成。在汽车运输过程中在重力、风力的带动下向周围四处扩散形成粉尘污染。因而针对上述情况,抓住抑尘细微粒子是外界空气湿度、闪过、料流量、落差等因素变化而漂浮的关键,以现在高科技手段制造细微粒子的大面积、深程度连接机制,从而有效的将其牢牢的固化为一体,使其不在撤离出来,料堆结构组织之外,既可杜绝和减少煤炭运输扬尘。
喷水抑尘一是增加煤炭的含水量,特别是表层颗粒的含水量,最好使含水量达到6%-8%,以增加颗粒的重量;二是改变尘源表面粒径分布,主要是微全粒子的分布,由水式雾对微全粒子捕捉或附聚,粉尘吸湿会导致凝聚,影响颗粒的分散程度。粉尘中的吸附水以水膜形式包覆在粉尘颗粒表面,实际上它是粉尘颗粒的一个组成部分。水膜以极大的吸力包覆在粉尘胶体的表面,这种力最大可达到10000个大气压。但由于环境湿度予以改变这种水的含量,干燥挥发后又迅速恢复原型,成为全源。因此喷水抑尘防煤炭运输中产生的粉尘工作量大,效果不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种煤炭的抑尘剂。
本发明通过下面技术方案实现:
一种煤炭的抑尘剂,通过如下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶15-25份、偏硅酸2-8份、聚丙烯酰胺6-12份、石墨烯15-35份、硼酸45-65份、水60-80份。
优选地,所述的抑尘剂通过如下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶20份、偏硅酸5份、聚丙烯酰胺9份、石墨烯25份、硼酸55份、水70份。
优选地,所述的抑尘剂通过如下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶15份、偏硅酸2份、聚丙烯酰胺6份、石墨烯15份、硼酸45份、水60份。
优选地,所述的抑尘剂通过如下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶25份、偏硅酸8份、聚丙烯酰胺12份、石墨烯35份、硼酸65份、水80份。
本发明技术效果:
本发明提供的煤炭的抑尘剂能够有效抑制粉尘,具有成膜厚、固尘强、防水性能佳等优点。

  1. 一种煤炭的抑尘剂,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶15-25份、偏硅酸2-8份、聚丙烯酰胺6-12份、石墨烯15-35份、硼酸45-65份、水60-80份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抑尘剂,其特征在于,通过如下重量份的原料组成:三元乙丙橡胶20份、偏硅酸5份、聚丙烯酰胺9份、石墨烯25份、硼酸55份、水70份。
