在日本专利第5-229925号公报中,记载有一种液状制汗组成物,其中调配有氯化羟铝等制汗剂物质、与醇类及聚醚改质硅酮。所述制汗组成物是通过聚醚改质硅酮与醇类来防止组成物中的粉末结晶化,并抑制制汗盐类的白色残。然而,于所述制汗组成物中调配有制汗剂以外的粉体以提升清爽感等肌肤感触时,且无法获得白色残留的抑制效果。
在日本专利第8-12545号公报中,揭示有一种制汗消臭剂,其含有氯化羟铝(aluminum hydroxychloride)等收敛剂、玉洁新(triclosan)等制菌或杀菌剂,并含特定的球状硅酮橡胶粉末与液状的油性成分。而作为可调配使用的油性成侚,则记载有包含聚氧化烯改质聚硅氧炕的固形或液状的硅酮油。然而,于所述公报中,仅着眼于硅酮橡胶粉体的感触提升作用,完全未提及对于所述球状硅酮粉末的分散性提升,对于白色残留的抑制并不充足。
在日本专利第11-335254号公报中,揭示有一种气胶组成物,其于氯化羟铝(aluminum hydroxychloride)等无机粉体中,含有异种的有机聚硅氧烷所构成的复合粉体,以及肉荳蒄酸异丙酯等液状油剂。然而,所述气胶组成物也与日本专利第8-12545号一样,虽具有清爽的使用感,但对于白色残留的抑制却不充足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,为解决上述问题,提供一种除臭剂组合物,特别是提供一种鞋用除臭剂组合物及其除臭片结构,其除臭剂可安定组成并方便使用,展现稳定的除臭功效。
本发明提供一种鞋用除臭剂组合物及其除臭片结构,其除臭剂是由极易溶于水的十二水合硫酸铝钾(英语:Potassium alum,化学式:KAl(SO4)2·12H2O)和易溶于水的碳酸钠(英语:sodium carbonate,化学式:Na2CO3)组成物。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供一种鞋用除臭剂组合物及其除臭片结构,其除臭片结构简单、使用方便且能让使用者知道其除臭失效应该更换新除臭片的时间点。
本发明提供一种鞋用除臭剂组合物及其除臭片结构,其除臭片结构主要是由透气、吸水性佳的上包覆层及下包覆层胶合压制并密封成内具有多个容置空间填充除臭粉体所构成,借所述多个容置空间内填满除臭粉体后向上微微隆起,及于下包覆层底面设若干个止滑粒,使其于置入鞋内使用时不致滑动,同时能让使用者的脚底直接接触微微隆起的多个容置空间,所述等容置空间内的除臭粉体,通过吸水、透气性佳的上包覆层及下包覆层,吸收脚底部的汗水、湿气及杀菌,令脚部在鞋内保持干爽,进而抑制细菌、霉菌的孳生,达到除臭的效果。
作为优选的方案,除臭片的上包覆层及下包覆层为透气、吸水性佳的无纺布或透气、吸水性佳的纺织布料。
为了对本发明的上述及其他方面有更佳的了解,下文特举较佳实施例,并配合所附图式,作详细说明如下:

具体实施方式
本发明是提供一种鞋用除臭剂组合物及其除臭片结构,其除臭剂是由极易溶于水的十二水合硫酸铝钾(英语:Potassium alum,化学式:KAl(SO4)2·12H2O)和易溶于水的碳酸钠(英语:sodium carbonate,化学式:Na2CO3)组成物。其中:
十二水合硫酸铝钾,又称:明矾、白矾、钾矾、钾铝矾、钾明矾,是含有结晶水的硫酸钾和硫酸铝的复盐。密度1.757g/cm3,熔点92.5℃。64.5℃时失去9个分子结晶水,200℃时失去12个分子结晶水,极易溶于水,不溶于乙醇,无气味。具有抗菌、杀菌、消毒、除臭及净化水质与收敛的作用,可用做中药。反应式:Al2(SO4)3+K2SO4+24H2O→2KAl(SO4)2·12H2O。明矾溶于水后电离产生了Al3+,Al3+与水电离产生的OHˉ结合生成了氢氧化铝,氢氧化铝胶体粒子带有正电荷,与带负电的泥沙胶粒相遇,彼此电荷被中和。加入碳酸钠可得“中性明矾”。
碳酸钠俗名苏打(soda)、纯碱(soda ash、soda crystals)、洗涤碱(washing soda),生活中亦常称“碱”。化学式:Na2CO3,普通情况下为白色粉末,为强电解质。密度为2.532g/cm3,熔点为850℃,溶于水,具有盐的通性。在不断通入二氧化碳气体的情况下,碳酸钠会与二氧化碳、水共同反应生成碳酸氢钠:Na2CO3+CO2+H2O→2NaHCO3同时会发生副反应:

二氧化碳(CO2)溶于水后,一部分二氧化碳会与水化合,形成碳酸。
碳酸钠遇酸会发生剧烈反应,同时生成二氧化碳:
Na2CO3+2H+→2Na++CO2+H2O
在水溶液中,碳酸钠会完全电解为碳酸根与钠离子,碳酸根会发生水解:
CO3 2-+H2O→HCO3 -+OH-
通过碳酸钠与十二水合硫酸铝钾对人体肌肤均无不良影响及本身的特性,以10%的碳酸钠和90%的十二水合硫酸铝钾比例混合成温和性佳及除臭功效稳定的鞋用除臭剂组合物。当除臭剂置入于鞋内使用时,脚部的热气和汗水被包覆除臭剂的无纺布吸收并溶化除臭剂,使所述除臭剂的气味得以加速散发出来,并布满整个鞋子内部空间,达到杀菌、除臭的效果。就以一单位2.5公克剂量置入于一只鞋内并以一般正常人出汗比及连续使用的鞋臭程度100%为例,经实际测试结果:
第一天鞋内臭味的改善程度至少可达30%(第一天除臭剂的消秏量约0.5公克);
第二天鞋内臭味的改善程度至少可达60%(第二天除臭剂的消秏量约0.5公克);
第三天鞋内臭味的改善程度至少可达90%(第三天除臭剂的消秏量约0.5公克);
第四天鞋内臭味的改善程度可达100%(第四天除臭剂的消秏量约0.5公克);
第五天鞋内臭味的改善程度可达100%(第五天除臭剂的消秏量约0.5公克);
第六天鞋内臭味的改善程度可达100%(第六天除臭剂的消秏量0公克);
第七天鞋内臭味的改善程度可达100%(第七天除臭剂的消秏量约0公克);
第八天鞋内臭味产生程度10%(第八天除臭剂的消秏量约0公克);
第九天鞋内臭味产生程度20%(第九天除臭剂的消秏量约0公克);
第十天鞋内臭味产生程度60%(第十天除臭剂的消秏量约0公克);
第十一天鞋内臭味产生程度100%(第十一天除臭剂的消秏量约0公克);
若以除臭程度与时间的曲线图来表示,如图1所示。可知,除臭剂若以每日0.5公克的消秏量计算,第四天除臭功效达到顶峰,完全除臭,一直到第七天,其除臭效果一直维持在顶峰阶段,毫无臭味,到第八天时,鞋内会因细菌渐渐孳生,鞋内会产生微微味道,但不明显,直至第十一天,鞋内孳生的细菌倍增,致会产生明显的臭味出来。由上述实品实际测试结果证实,本发明的除臭剂的有效日约可达七天之久;从第一天至少有30%的杀菌、除臭效果,至第四天可完全达到100%杀菌、除臭的效果,除臭剂有效日达七日,且其间使用者绝无任何的油腻、粘着的感觉,对使用者肌肤亦无不良影响,是故,本发明的鞋用除臭剂组合物,不仅确实具有消除鞋内臭味、抑制细菌、霉菌的孳生的效果,且对使用者肌肤亦无不良影响。
请参阅图2、图3所示,是本发明的除臭结构外观平面示意图及除臭结构剖面示意图。由附图可知,本发明的除臭结构可以一单位药剂量制成的片状体A,所述片状体A主要是由上包覆层及下包覆层1,2胶合压制并密封成内具有多个容置空间3,并于所述多个容置空间内均装盛有除臭药剂4所组构而成;其中,下包覆层2底面并设有若干个止滑粒 20,而装盛有除臭药剂4后的多个容置空间3均向上微微隆起;于其使用时,只要将所述片状体A放入鞋内5,如图4所示,便可利用所述片状体A的下包覆层2底面若干个止滑粒20,防止所述片状体A在鞋内的可能滑动,同时可利用所述片状体A的上包覆层1直接接触使用者的脚底面6,通过上包覆层1上微微隆起且内装盛有除臭药剂4的多个容置空间3,令使用者脚底面6能完全感觉到有隆起块(犹如按摩块一般),如图5所示,其除臭药剂4通过透气、吸水佳的上包覆层1及下包覆层2得受到鞋内热气、湿气、汗水产生溶化现象并散发出所述除臭药剂4的气味,使鞋内充满、布满所述除臭药剂的气味,借此能达到在鞋内杀菌、抗菌、除臭及能抑制细菌、霉菌的孳生,以及使脚部在鞋内能保持干爽等的效果。
上述上包覆层1及下包覆层2,可如:透气、吸水性佳的无纺布或透气、吸水性佳的纺织布料。
上述除臭药剂4为90%十二水合硫酸铝钾(potassium alum)与10%碳酸钠(sodium carbonate)的化合物;借其极易溶于水、具有抗菌、杀菌及收敛与除臭等作用,以达到杀菌、抗菌、除臭的目的。
当上述除臭药剂4的会因热气、汗水、湿气的作用产生溶化现象,令微微隆起的容置空间3变成平坦状,借此现象能让使用者知道所述等除臭药剂4的失效时间点应抛弃并所述更换新的除臭片了。
综上所述,本发明“鞋用除臭剂组合物及其除臭片结构”,确实能提供一种对人体肌肤无害且药剂组成成份简单并可安定组成及方便使用,展现稳定的除臭功效的鞋用除臭剂组成物,及结构简单、使用方便与成本低廉且能令使用者知悉其除臭失效应该换新除臭片的时间点的“鞋用除臭片结构”,以10%的碳酸钠和90%的十二水合硫酸铝钾比例混合成温和性佳的鞋用除臭剂;及利用上包覆层1及下包覆层2胶合压制并密封成内具有多个容置空间3,并于所述多个容置空间内均装盛有除臭药剂4所组构成鞋用除臭片结构;于其使用时,只要放入鞋内5,便可利用下包覆层2底面设计的若干个止滑粒20,防止其在鞋内的可能滑动,同时可利用其上包覆层1直接接触使用者的脚底面6,通过上包覆层1上微微隆起且内装盛有除臭药剂4的多个容置空间3,令使用者脚底面6能完全感觉到有隆起块犹如按摩块一般,其除臭药剂4通过透气、吸水佳的上包覆层1及下包覆层2得受到鞋内热气、湿气、汗水产生溶化现象并散发出所述除臭药剂4的气味,使鞋内充满、布满所述除臭药剂的气味,借此能达到在鞋内杀菌、抗菌、除臭及能抑制细菌、霉菌的孳生,以及使脚部在鞋内能保持干爽等的效果。
以上所述实施例仅是为充分说明本发明而所举的较佳的实施例,本发明的保护范围不限于此。本技术领域的技术人员在本发明基础上所作的等同替代或变换,均在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种鞋用除臭剂组合物,其特征在于,鞋用除臭剂组合物主要是由10%的碳酸钠和90%的十二水合硫酸铝钾的比例混合而成。
  2. 一种鞋用除臭片结构,其特征在于,除臭片结构主要是由上包覆层及下包覆层胶合压制并密封成内具有多个容置空间,并于所述多个容置空间内均装盛有除臭剂所组构而成;其中,下包覆层底面还设有若干个止滑粒,而装盛有除臭剂后的多个容置空间均呈现向上微微隆起状。
  3. 如权利要求2所述鞋用除臭片结构,其特征在于,所述除臭剂主要是由10%的碳酸钠和90%的十二水合硫酸铝钾的比例混合而成。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述鞋用除臭片结构,其特征在于,除臭片的上包覆层及下包覆层由透气、吸水性佳的无纺布或透气、吸水性佳的纺织布料制成。
