保单分配方法、装置、存储介质和计算机设备
本申请要求于2017年6月13日提交中国专利局,申请号为2017104439115,发明名称为“保单分配方法、装置、存储介质和计算机设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及信息处理技术领域,特别是涉及一种保单分配方法、装置、存储介质和计算机设备。
背景技术
保险单(简称为保单)是保险公司与被保险人订立保险合同的正式书面证明。被保险人也可称为保险公司的客户。通常,每个保单对应的客户都会由所签订的保险业务员进行维护和开发。然而当出现保险业务员已经离职等情况,则其签订的保单则处于无人维护的状态,这种无人维护的状态的保单则被称为孤儿单。
对于这种孤儿单,需要重新分配相应的业务员进行维护。传统的分配方法,通常是将离职的业务员所维护的保单统一分配给指定的一个或多个业务员,由所指定的一个或多个业务员对该孤儿单进行维护。这种分配方法虽然分配简单,但却不利于业务员进行维护。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种保单分配方法、装置、存储介质和计算机设备。
一种保单分配方法,所述方法包括:获取待分配保单的保单标识;根据所述保单标识获取所述保单的地址码;所述地址码用于反映所述保单的客户地址归属区域;获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与所述地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识;将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;及基于所述保单标识与业务员之间的关联关 系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
一种保单分配装置,所述装置包括:保单信息获取模块,用于获取待分配保单的保单标识;根据所述保单标识获取所述保单的地址码;所述地址码用于反映所述保单的客户地址归属区域;业务员信息获取模块,用于获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与所述地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识;及保单分配模块,用于将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;基于所述保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例所提供的保单分配方法可应用到如图1所示的应用环境中。参考图1所示,终端110与服务器120通过网络连接,终端110包括但不限于手机、台式机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑、个人数字助理或穿戴设备等任意一种。终端110可为业务员所使用的终端110,其上可登录有对应保险机构的业务员的账号,可通过该账号访问服务器120上的待分配的保单的保险信息,并向服务器120发送对若干个保单的选取请求,服务器120可根据终端110发送的请求,将所选取的保单的保单标识与业务员标识进行关联,或者还可自动对待分配的保单进行分配,自动将保单分配数量相适应的数量的待分配的保单的保单标识与查询出的其中一个匹配度超过匹配度阈值的业务员标识建立关联关系,基于保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种保单分配方法,该方法包括:
步骤S202,获取待分配保单的保单标识。
待分配保单表示处于无人维护的状态的保单,也称孤儿单。保单标识为用于唯一标识该保单,保单标识可为保单号。通过该保单标识可查询并关联到该保单的保单信息。保单信息包括客户的基本信息以及保单对应的保险信息。其中,该基本信息包括客户(包括被保人和受益人等一个或多个)的姓名、性别、年龄、职业、联系方式以及地址等其中的一种或多种,保险信息包括投保的险种、数额、有效期限等信息。
其中,保单可标记相应的分配状态,该分配状态包括已分配和未分配。当检测某一业务员处于离职状态时,可获取为该离职的保险业务员所分配的保单标识,对该保单的分配状态修改为未分配状态。服务器可按照预设的频率查询被标记为未分配的分配状态的保单,从而可获取待分配的保单,读取该保单的保单标识。
在一个实施例中,服务器可预先创建第一保单列表,该第一保单列表用于存储处于待分配状态的保单的保单标识。服务器在检测到保单的保单标识位于任意一个业务员标识具有关联关系时,可将该保单标识添加到该第一保单列表中。
服务器可按照预设的频率从该第一保单列表中获取相应的保单标识。其中预设的频率可为预设的固定的频率,比如每周一次或1天一次等,或者为根据积累的待分配的保单的数量达到预设数量而确定的动态频率。进一步地,还可根据历史统计的产生预设数量的待分配保单的时长来确定一个固定的频率。比如,该预设数量为200,统计的每次产生200件待分配保单的时长为1周,则可按照1周一次的频率来查询处于待分配状态的保单标识。
步骤S204,根据保单标识获取保单的地址码。
地址码用于反映保单的客户地址归属区域,可由预设位数的数字、字母、下划线和其它字符所构成。地址码可根据该保单信息中的客户地址信息来确定,该客户可为被设置为保险的联系人,可为被保人或受益人等其中的任意一个或多个。优选地,可为被保人。服务器预先对地域进行区域划分。比如,可按照相应的行政区划对每个省份、市区等进行更进一步地细分,形成一个个最小区域。该地址码所反映的归属区域即为所划分的最小区域。针对每个区域设置唯一的地址码,并确定保单信息中的客户地址信息所属的最小区域,将该区域对应的地址码添加到该待分配保单中。
在一个实施例中,服务器可预先根据已有的每个保单中的客户地址,计算出每个地域中的保单数量以及该地区内的保单的密集程度,根据该保单数量和密集程度进行最小区域划分,使得针对相同面积的地域,将密集程度大的地域划分出相对较多的最小区域,并设置对应的地址码。使得每个地址码对应的最小区域内的保单数量保持大致相同。
步骤S206,获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识。
该匹配地址为对应业务员终端所设置的用于和地址码对应的区域进行匹配的地址,具体可为业务员的住址或办公地址。服务器预先计算出每个业务员信息中匹配地址与多个地址码之间的匹配度,进而可查询出与该地址码的 匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识。匹配度阈值为预设的合适的匹配度数值。可以理解的,超过该匹配度阈值的业务员标识可包括不止一个。
该服务器可根据业务员标识获取每个业务员标识对应的业务员信息中所标记的匹配地址,检测该匹配地址与处于预设范围内的地址码对应的区域的距离。根据预设的距离与匹配度之间的对应关系,确定每个匹配地址和每个地址码之间的匹配度,进而即确定了对应的业务员和待分配保单之间的匹配度。
其中,该业务员标识与每个地址码的匹配度,与对应的距离成正比。匹配地址与地址码对应的区域的距离越近,则该地址码和业务员标识之间匹配度越高。当匹配地址处于地址码对应的区域内时,对应的匹配度最大。
步骤S208,将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;基于保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
服务器可根据预设的业务员选取规则,选取一个业务员标识,将所选取的业务员标识与该保单标识进行关联,基于保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员,使得将该保单分配给所关联的业务员标识对应的业务员进行维护。服务器可基于保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,向对应业务员的业务员终端发送保单分配信息,该保单分配信息中包含分配至对应业务员的保单标识和/或地址码等保单信息。该选取规则包括以下至少一种或多种的结合:
1、根据匹配度的大小,自动选取匹配度最高的一个业务员标识与该保单标识进行关联;2、从匹配度超过匹配度阈值的业务员标识中,选取其中一位分配保单最少的业务员的业务员标识;3、选取首先接收到对该保险标识的分配请求信息中所携带业务员标识;4、从匹配度超过匹配度阈值的业务员标识中,优先选取其中一位级别较高的业务员的业务员标识。
上述的保单分配方法,通过为待分配的保单设置用于反映保单的客户地址归属区域的地址码,从而可根据该地址码来计算业务员设置的匹配地址与该地址码之间的匹配度,并获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识,将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联,使得将该保单分配给所关联的业务员标识 对应的业务员进行维护。通过上述的方法,可将按照保单中客户地址和业务员的地址之间的匹配度来进行分配,提高了业务员对待分配保单的维护的便利性。同时,通过设置地址码,使得可直接根据地址码来确定匹配度,并按照匹配度进行分配,也进一步提高了分配的效率。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,上述的保单分配方法还包括地址码添加的步骤。并可在步骤S204之前,检测待分配保单中是否存在预设的地址码,若是,则执行步骤S204,否则,可为该保单添加地址码。具体的地址码添加的步骤包括:
步骤S302,获取保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息。
服务器可根据保单标识对应获取保单信息中的地址信息。在检测到保单标识不存在关联的业务员标识时,在提取保单的保单标识的同时,还可提取对应的客户地址信息,将该客户地址信息也存储到上述的第一保单列表中,比如与对应的保单标识存储在列表中的同一行。服务器在该第一保单列表中查询处于待分配状态的保单标识时,可同时查询该保单对应的客户地址信息。
步骤S304,查询客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将地址码添加至保单信息中。
服务器可根据预先建立的地址码和地址之间的对应关系,查询该客户地址所属的预设的区域,并获取该区域对应的地址码,并将所查询出的唯一地址码添加到保单信息中。
还可将该地址码添加到第二保单列表中,该第二保单列表用于存储被添加了地址码、待分配保单的保单标识和对应的地址码。还可存储对应保单的客户地址。使得步骤S202和步骤S204中,可从该第二保单列表中分别获取保单标识和地址码,从而可提高相应的获取效率。同时,在添加了地址码后,可将对应的保单标识从第一保单列表中删除,使得第一保单列表中仅存储处于待分配状态的、未被添加地址码的保单的保单信息。
通过为保单添加相应的地址码,使得可根据地址码来分配保单,可提高保单的分配效率。
在一个实施例中,查询客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码的步骤,包括:查询客户地址信息中的最小单位地址对应的地址码;当对应的地址码 包含多个时,检测每个最小单位地址对应的地址码是否也对应包含最小单位地址对应的上一级地址,直至从每个最小单位地址对应的地址码中,查询出客户地址信息对应的唯一地址码。
服务器可首先提取客户地址信息中的最小单位地址。举例来说,除去省市外,客户地址的形式可为“**区***路***街***大厦”,则可提取位于该地址中的最后的单位地址“***大厦”作为最小单位地址,并在该地址所属保险分部机构所负责的地址码中,查询该最小单位地址“***大厦”所对应的地址码。
若查询出的地址码包含多个,即查询出不止一个地址码,则进一步获取上一级的单位地址“***街”,检测所查询出的地址码中对应的地址中,是否也包含上述的上一级单位地址“***街”,以进一步对所查询出的地址码进行筛选。若筛选出的地址码仍然不止一个,则再获取上一级单位地址“***路”,根据该地址进一步进行筛选,直至查询出唯一对应的地址码。
在一个实施例中,查询最小单位地址对应的地址码之前,还包括:获取与客户地址信息中的邮政编码所对应的地址码。查询最小单位地址对应的地址码,包括:从该邮政编码对应的地址码中,查询最小单位地址对应的地址码。
将邮政编码作为地址码的一部分,使得可根据地址码中的预设位数上的邮政编码,可获知对应地址码对应的大致区域。
举例来说,地址码可预设为16位数字的数字码。其中,地址码的前4位可为对应保险机构的机构码,用于反映对应保险机构所被分配处理的区域。地址码的第5~10位可为对应的邮政编码。后6位可用于反映除去省市外,对应的区县街道-大厦或小区的具体地址。通过设置对应的地址码,可进一步提高使用地址码反映客户地址的便利性。
在一个实施例中,在将地址码添加至保单信息中之前,还包括:统计地址码所对应的保单标识的数量;当数量超过预设数量阈值时,创建地址码的地址子码。将地址码添加至保单信息中,包括:将地址子码作为地址码,添加至保单信息中。
数量阈值可为预先设置的合适的数值,用于反映地址码对应的保单数量 是否过量的数值。比如,可设置该数量阈值为100。服务器可在更新了地址码对应的保单标识后,可计算该地址码对应的保单标识的数量,并计较该数量是否达到预设的数量阈值,若否,则将所查询出的唯一的地址码作为该保单标识对应的地址码,添加至保单信息中。
若该数量超过数量阈值,则创建该地址码的地址子码,将该地址子码作为该保单标识对应的地址码,并添加至保单信息中。同时,使得后续与该地址码对应的客户地址,均对应与所创建的地址子码。
举例来说,可将该地址码对应的最后2位作为预留位数,该预留位数默认位“00”。地址子码可将其预留位上的数字设置为“01”,其它位数保持不变,以作为默认位“00”的地址码的地址子码。同时,若最后2为“01”对应的保单标识的数量也达到数量阈值后,可再新增预留位为“02”的地址子码,并以此类推。
在一个实施例中,可将该地址码拆分成若干个的地址子码,并将该地址码对应的地址区域分成相同个数的子区域,将一个区域和一个地址子码一一对应,从而实现对该地址码的区域的进一步细分。并确定该客户地址所属的子区域对应的地址子码,将该地址子码添加到保单信息中。
举例来说,可将“**区***路***街***大厦”进一步拆分成两个地址子码所属的区域,比如,可将“**区***路***街***大厦”的1~20楼,作为第一个地址子码对应所属区域,将20~40楼,作为第二个地址子码对应所属区域。
通过将地址码进行进一步的拆分,以防止具有相同地址码的保单过多,而造成将该地址码分配不均,使得分配较多的业务员难以维护。
在一个实施例中,在步骤S108之前,还包括:将保单信息推荐给业务员标识对应的业务员终端;接收其中一个业务员终端对保单信息的选取请求;将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联,包括:将保单信息的保单标识与选取请求中携带的业务员标识进行关联。
服务器可批量地获取保单标识以及对应的地址码,并获取每个待分配保单的业务员的业务员标识,将与每个业务员标识的匹配度超过匹配度阈值的保单标识对应的保单信息发送至该业务员标识对应的业务员终端,使得该业务员进行保单的选取。并接收业务员终端所的发送选取请求,该选取请求中 包含所业务员标识和选取的保单标识。服务器可根据该选取请求,获取其中的业务员标识和保单标识,将该保单标识和业务员标志进行关联,从而实现对该保单的分配。
进一步地,业务员终端可选取具有相同地址码的保单,并根据所选取的地址码生成选取请求,该选取请求中还包括地址码以及该地址码所对应的所有保单标识。服务器可接收该选取请求,可将同一个地址码所对应的所有保单标识的与同一个业务员标识进行关联,使得同一个业务员负责对具有相同地址码的保单的维护。
在一个实施例中,服务器可根据每个业务员的级别进行先后发送,使得优先级高的先收到保单的推送消息,从而可优先选取。并对选取的保单的保单标识和对应的业务员标识进行关联。再将剩下未被选取的保单推送到其它相对次优的业务员的业务员终端,从而实现根据业务员的优先级进行优先分配。
在一个实施例中,在步骤S108之前,还包括:获取每个业务员标识关联的保单数量;将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联,包括:根据保单数量确定待关联的业务员标识,将保单标识与所确定的业务员标识进行关联。
服务器可从保单数量最少的业务员中,选取其中一位,将该业务员标识与该保单标识进行关联。
进一步地,服务器还预先设置了业务员标识所关联的保单标识的最大数量。可设置不同级别的业务员所允许关联的最大数量不同。服务器可从保单标识相匹配的、小于对应最大数量的业务员标识中,根据对应业务员关联的保单数量、业务员的优先级以及匹配度的大小等,确定其中一个业务员标识,将其与保单标志进行关联。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,提供了一种保单分配装置,该装置包括:
保单信息获取模块402,用于获取待分配保单的保单标识;根据保单标识获取保单的地址码;地址码用于反映保单的客户地址归属区域。
业务员信息获取模块404,用于获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识。
保单分配模块406,用于将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;基于保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
在一个实施例中,如图5所示,提供了另一种保单分配装置,该装置还包括:
地址码添加模块408,用于获取保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息;查询客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将地址码添加至保单信息中。
在一个实施例中,该地址码添加模块408还用于查询客户地址信息中的最小单位地址对应的地址码;当对应的地址码包含多个时,检测每个最小单位地址对应的地址码是否也对应包含最小单位地址对应的上一级地址,直至从每个最小单位地址对应的地址码中,查询出客户地址信息对应的唯一地址码。
在一个实施例中,该地址码添加模块408还用于统计地址码所对应的保单标识的数量;当数量超过预设数量阈值时,创建地址码的地址子码;将地址子码作为地址码,添加至保单信息中。
在一个实施例中,如图6所示,提供了又一种保单分配装置,该装置还包括:
保单推荐模块410,用于将保单信息推荐给业务员标识对应的业务员终端;接收其中一个业务员终端对保单信息的选取请求。
保单分配模块406还用于将保单信息的保单标识与选取请求中携带的业务员标识进行关联。
在一个实施例中,业务员信息获取模块404还用于获取每个业务员标识关联的保单数量。保单分配模块406还用于根据保单数量确定待关联的业务员标识,将保单标识与所确定的业务员标识进行关联。
上述保单分配装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。其中,网络接口可以是以太网卡或无线网卡等。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于服务器中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于服务器中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。该处理器可以为中央处理单元(CPU)、微处理器、单片机等。
在一个实施例中,提供了一个或多个包含计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,当计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得处理器执行上述各个实施例所提供的保单分配方法的步骤。

在一个实施例中,所实现的在获取待分配保单的保单标识之前,还包括实现以下步骤:获取保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息;查询客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将地址码添加至保单信息中。
在一个实施例中,所实现的查询客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,包括:查询客户地址信息中的最小单位地址对应的地址码;当对应的地址码包含多个时,检测每个最小单位地址对应的地址码是否也对应包含最小单位地址对应的上一级地址,直至从每个最小单位地址对应的地址码中,查询出客户地址信息对应的唯一地址码。
在一个实施例中,在所实现的将地址码添加至保单信息中之前,还包括:统计地址码所对应的保单标识的数量;当数量超过预设数量阈值时,创建地址码的地址子码。所实现的将地址码添加至保单信息中,包括:将地址子码作为地址码,添加至保单信息中。
在一个实施例中,在所实现的将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联之前,包括:将保单信息推荐给业务员标识对应的业务员终端;接收其中一个业务员终端对保单信息的选取请求。所实现的将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联,包括:将保单信息的保单标识与选取请求中携带的业务员标识进行关联。
在一个实施例中,在所实现的将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联之前,包括:获取每个业务员标识关联的保单数量。所实现的将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联,包括:根据保单数量确定待关联的业务员 标识,将保单标识与所确定的业务员标识进行关联。
在一个实施例中,提供了一种计算机设备,包括存储器、处理器,该存储器存储有可在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,处理器执行该计算机可读指令时实现上述各个实施例所提供的保单分配方法的步骤。
该处理器执行指令时实现以下步骤:获取待分配保单的保单标识;根据保单标识获取为保单添加的地址码;地址码用于反映保单的客户地址归属区域;获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识;将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;基于保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
在一个实施例中,该计算机设备可为上述的服务器。如图7所示,为一个实施例中服务器的内部结构示意图。该服务器包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器和网络接口。其中,该处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个服务器的运行。存储器用于存储数据、指令代码等,网络接口用于与终端进行网络通信。比如,可向业务员终端发送保单推荐信息等。存储器上存储至少一个计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令可被处理器执行,以实现本申请实施例中提供的适用于服务器的保单分配方法。存储器可包括磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等非易失性存储介质,或随机存储记忆体(Random-Access-Memory,RAM)等。例如,在一个实施例中,存储器包括非易失性存储介质及内存储器。服务器的非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和计算机可读指令。该数据库中存储有用于实现以上各个实施例所提供的一种保单分配方法相关的数据,比如可存储保单信息以及业务员信息等。该计算机可读指令可被处理器所执行,以用于实现以上各个实施例所提供的保单分配方法。服务器中的内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统、数据库和计算机可读指令提供高速缓存的运行环境。网络接口可以是以太网卡或无线网卡等,用于与外部的终端或服务器进行通信。服务器可以用独立的服务器或者是多个服务器组成的服务器集群来实现。本领域技术人员可以理解,图7中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部 分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的服务器的限定,具体的服务器可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
在一个实施例中,所实现的在获取待分配保单的保单标识之前,还包括实现以下步骤:获取保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息;查询客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将地址码添加至保单信息中。
在一个实施例中,所实现的查询客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,包括:查询客户地址信息中的最小单位地址对应的地址码;当对应的地址码包含多个时,检测每个最小单位地址对应的地址码是否也对应包含最小单位地址对应的上一级地址,直至从每个最小单位地址对应的地址码中,查询出客户地址信息对应的唯一地址码。
在一个实施例中,在所实现的将地址码添加至保单信息中之前,还包括:统计地址码所对应的保单标识的数量;当数量超过预设数量阈值时,根据创建地址码的地址子码。所实现的将地址码添加至保单信息中,包括:将地址子码作为地址码,添加至保单信息中。
在一个实施例中,在所实现的将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联之前,包括:将保单信息推荐给业务员标识对应的业务员终端;接收其中一个业务员终端对保单信息的选取请求。所实现的将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联,包括:将保单信息的保单标识与选取请求中携带的业务员标识进行关联。
在一个实施例中,在所实现的将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联之前,包括:获取每个业务员标识关联的保单数量。所实现的将保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联,包括:根据保单数量确定待关联的业务员标识,将保单标识与所确定的业务员标识进行关联。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,该计算机可读指令可存储在存储器上,比如可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。
本申请所使用的对存储器、存储、数据库或其它介质的任何引用可包括非易失性存储器。合适的非易失性存储器可包括只读存储器(ROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、电可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦除可编程ROM(EEPROM)或闪存。以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种保单分配方法,所述方法包括:
    获取待分配保单的保单标识;
    根据所述保单标识获取所述保单的地址码;所述地址码用于反映所述保单的客户地址归属区域;
    获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与所述地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识;
    将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;及
    基于所述保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在获取待分配保单的保单标识之前,还包括:
    获取所述保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息;及
    查询所述客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述查询所述客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,包括:
    查询所述客户地址信息中的最小单位地址对应的地址码;及
    当对应的地址码包含多个时,检测每个最小单位地址对应的地址码是否也对应包含所述最小单位地址对应的上一级地址,直至从所述每个最小单位地址对应的地址码中,查询出所述客户地址信息对应的唯一地址码。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中之前,还包括:
    统计所述地址码所对应的保单标识的数量;及
    当所述数量超过预设数量阈值时,创建所述地址码的地址子码;
    所述将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中,包括:
    将所述地址子码作为地址码,添加至所述保单信息中。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联之前,包括:
    将所述保单信息推荐给所述业务员标识对应的业务员终端;及
    接收其中一个业务员终端对所述保单信息的选取请求;
    所述将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联,包括:
    将所述保单信息的保单标识与所述选取请求中携带的业务员标识进行关联。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联之前,包括:
    获取每个业务员标识关联的保单数量;
    所述将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联,包括:
    根据所述保单数量确定待关联的业务员标识,将所述保单标识与所确定的业务员标识进行关联。
  7. 一种保单分配装置,所述装置包括:
    保单信息获取模块,用于获取待分配保单的保单标识;根据所述保单标识获取所述保单的地址码;所述地址码用于反映所述保单的客户地址归属区域;
    业务员信息获取模块,用于获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与所述地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识;及
    保单分配模块,用于将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;基于所述保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    地址码添加模块,用于获取所述保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息;查询所述客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    保单推荐模块,用于将保单信息推荐给所述业务员标识对应的业务员终端;接收其中一个业务员终端对所述保单信息的选取请求;
    所述保单分配模块还用于将所述保单信息的保单标识与所述选取请求中携带的业务员标识进行关联。
  10. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算 机可读指令,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取待分配保单的保单标识;
    根据所述保单标识获取所述保单的地址码;所述地址码用于反映所述保单的客户地址归属区域;
    获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与所述地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识;
    将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;及
    基于所述保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:
    获取所述保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息;及
    查询所述客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:
    查询所述客户地址信息中的最小单位地址对应的地址码;及
    当对应的地址码包含多个时,检测每个最小单位地址对应的地址码是否也对应包含所述最小单位地址对应的上一级地址,直至从所述每个最小单位地址对应的地址码中,查询出所述客户地址信息对应的唯一地址码。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:
    统计所述地址码所对应的保单标识的数量;
    当所述数量超过预设数量阈值时,创建所述地址码的地址子码;及
    将所述地址子码作为地址码,添加至所述保单信息中。
  14. 根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:
    将所述保单信息推荐给所述业务员标识对应的业务员终端;
    接收其中一个业务员终端对所述保单信息的选取请求;及
    将所述保单信息的保单标识与所述选取请求中携带的业务员标识进行关联。
  15. 根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:
    获取每个业务员标识关联的保单数量;及
    根据所述保单数量确定待关联的业务员标识,将所述保单标识与所确定的业务员标识进行关联。
  16. 一个或多个包含计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,当所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取待分配保单的保单标识;
    根据所述保单标识获取所述保单的地址码;所述地址码用于反映所述保单的客户地址归属区域;
    获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与所述地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识;
    将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;及
    基于所述保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,当所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:
    获取所述保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息;及
    查询所述客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,当所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:
    查询所述客户地址信息中的最小单位地址对应的地址码;及
    当对应的地址码包含多个时,检测每个最小单位地址对应的地址码是否 也对应包含所述最小单位地址对应的上一级地址,直至从所述每个最小单位地址对应的地址码中,查询出所述客户地址信息对应的唯一地址码。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,当所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:
    统计所述地址码所对应的保单标识的数量;
    当所述数量超过预设数量阈值时,创建所述地址码的地址子码;及
    将所述地址子码作为地址码,添加至所述保单信息中。
  20. 根据权利要求16至19中任一项所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,当所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:
    将所述保单信息推荐给所述业务员标识对应的业务员终端;
    接收其中一个业务员终端对所述保单信息的选取请求;及
    将所述保单信息的保单标识与所述选取请求中携带的业务员标识进行关联。
