Claims (20)
- 一种保单分配方法,所述方法包括:获取待分配保单的保单标识;根据所述保单标识获取所述保单的地址码;所述地址码用于反映所述保单的客户地址归属区域;获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与所述地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识;将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;及基于所述保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在获取待分配保单的保单标识之前,还包括:获取所述保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息;及查询所述客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述查询所述客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,包括:查询所述客户地址信息中的最小单位地址对应的地址码;及当对应的地址码包含多个时,检测每个最小单位地址对应的地址码是否也对应包含所述最小单位地址对应的上一级地址,直至从所述每个最小单位地址对应的地址码中,查询出所述客户地址信息对应的唯一地址码。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中之前,还包括:统计所述地址码所对应的保单标识的数量;及当所述数量超过预设数量阈值时,创建所述地址码的地址子码;所述将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中,包括:将所述地址子码作为地址码,添加至所述保单信息中。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联之前,包括:将所述保单信息推荐给所述业务员标识对应的业务员终端;及接收其中一个业务员终端对所述保单信息的选取请求;所述将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联,包括:将所述保单信息的保单标识与所述选取请求中携带的业务员标识进行关联。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联之前,包括:获取每个业务员标识关联的保单数量;所述将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联,包括:根据所述保单数量确定待关联的业务员标识,将所述保单标识与所确定的业务员标识进行关联。
- 一种保单分配装置,所述装置包括:保单信息获取模块,用于获取待分配保单的保单标识;根据所述保单标识获取所述保单的地址码;所述地址码用于反映所述保单的客户地址归属区域;业务员信息获取模块,用于获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与所述地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识;及保单分配模块,用于将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;基于所述保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:地址码添加模块,用于获取所述保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息;查询所述客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:保单推荐模块,用于将保单信息推荐给所述业务员标识对应的业务员终端;接收其中一个业务员终端对所述保单信息的选取请求;所述保单分配模块还用于将所述保单信息的保单标识与所述选取请求中携带的业务员标识进行关联。
- 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算 机可读指令,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:获取待分配保单的保单标识;根据所述保单标识获取所述保单的地址码;所述地址码用于反映所述保单的客户地址归属区域;获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与所述地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识;将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;及基于所述保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
- 根据权利要求10所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:获取所述保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息;及查询所述客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中。
- 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:查询所述客户地址信息中的最小单位地址对应的地址码;及当对应的地址码包含多个时,检测每个最小单位地址对应的地址码是否也对应包含所述最小单位地址对应的上一级地址,直至从所述每个最小单位地址对应的地址码中,查询出所述客户地址信息对应的唯一地址码。
- 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:统计所述地址码所对应的保单标识的数量;当所述数量超过预设数量阈值时,创建所述地址码的地址子码;及将所述地址子码作为地址码,添加至所述保单信息中。
- 根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:将所述保单信息推荐给所述业务员标识对应的业务员终端;接收其中一个业务员终端对所述保单信息的选取请求;及将所述保单信息的保单标识与所述选取请求中携带的业务员标识进行关联。
- 根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:获取每个业务员标识关联的保单数量;及根据所述保单数量确定待关联的业务员标识,将所述保单标识与所确定的业务员标识进行关联。
- 一个或多个包含计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,当所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行以下步骤:获取待分配保单的保单标识;根据所述保单标识获取所述保单的地址码;所述地址码用于反映所述保单的客户地址归属区域;获取每个业务员信息中的匹配地址与所述地址码的匹配度,提取至少一个匹配度超过预设匹配度阈值的业务员标识;将所述保单标识与其中一个业务员标识进行关联;及基于所述保单标识与业务员之间的关联关系,将保单分配给对应的业务员。
- 根据权利要求16所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,当所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述处理器还执行以下步骤:获取所述保单标识对应的保单信息中的客户地址信息;及查询所述客户地址信息归属的区域对应的地址码,将所述地址码添加至所述保单信息中。
