Description
本实用新型涉及极地船舶制造技术领域,具体涉及一种极地船舶用救生圈安装架。
目前,船舶行业的救生圈架均为普通的钢质救生圈架,其由支架、挂钩及支座组成,结构比较简单,可安装在栏杆或者钢壁上。
对于常年在极地地区航行的船舶而言,在实施救生措施时,应保证救生圈随时可用,为此,常用的方法是采用将电加热保护罩直接盖在救生圈或者安装架上对救生圈进行加热保护。该电加热保护罩由帆布和加热电缆制成,帆布内布置有加热电缆,通过加热电缆热传递至救生圈。这种方法在实际应用过程中存在以下问题:
(一)、救生圈与电加热帆布之间,以及安装架与电加热帆布之间的接触不好,导致加热效果不理想;
(二)、帆布比较重,影响电加热保护罩的使用,而且导致电加热保护罩在取放过程中容易破损,使防冰冻措施失效;
(三)、帆布的使用寿命较短,帆布损坏之后需要重新安装加热电缆,从而产生一定的维修费,经济性较差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种加热保护效果好、使用寿命长的极地船
舶用救生圈安装架。
为达上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
提供一种极地船舶用救生圈安装架,包括具有开口部的壳体和用于覆盖所述开口部的盖体,所述盖体与所述壳体可拆卸连接,所述壳体内设置有加热装置,所述壳体内邻近所述加热装置设置有用于悬挂救生圈的挂钩。
作为极地船舶用救生圈安装架的一种优选的技术方案,所述壳体包括用于安装所述加热装置的安装板以及与所述安装板的四周依次垂直连接的第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板和第四侧板,所述第一侧板位于所述安装板的上端且与所述第三侧板相对,所述盖体的一端通过螺柱与所述第一侧板可拆卸连接,所述安装板正对所述开口部,所述挂钩设置在所述安装板靠近所述开口部的一侧,所述盖体采用帆布材料制成。
作为极地船舶用救生圈安装架的一种优选的技术方案,所述第一侧板的宽度不大于所述加热装置的厚度。
作为极地船舶用救生圈安装架的一种优选的技术方案,所述第三侧板上开设有泄水孔,所述泄水孔通过泄水管与所述壳体外部连通。

本实用新型的有益效果为:救生圈由开口部放入壳体中的挂钩上,壳体中安装加热装置,可以对救生圈进行加热保护,使救生圈在任何时候都处于可正常使用的状态。覆盖开口部的盖体可以减少加热装置的热散失,降低能耗。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的极地船舶用救生圈安装架的防冰冻措施简单易行,而且加热保护效果好,加热装置与盖体分离,从而使救生圈安装架具有更长的使用寿命。

实施例一
如图1和图2所示,于本实施例中,本实用新型的一种极地船舶用救生圈安装架,包括具有开口部的壳体100和用于覆盖所述开口部的盖体200,所述盖
体200与所述壳体100可拆卸连接,所述壳体100内设置有加热装置300,所述壳体100内邻近所述加热装置300设置有用于悬挂救生圈的挂钩400。本实施例中,救生圈由开口部放入壳体100中的挂钩400上,壳体100中安装加热装置300,可以对救生圈进行加热保护,使救生圈在任何时候都处于可正常使用的状态。覆盖开口部的盖体200可以减少加热装置的热散失,降低能耗。与现有技术相比,本实施例的救生圈安装架的防冰冻措施简单易行,而且加热保护效果好,加热装置300与盖体200分离,从而使救生圈安装架具有更长的使用寿命。

本实施例中,所述第一侧板120的宽度不大于所述加热装置300的厚度。为了尽可能的减少热散失,救生圈安装架的尺寸刚好与救生圈的尺寸相匹配即可。若第一侧板120过宽,则会阻碍救生圈放入安装架中。因此,本实施例中,要求第一侧板120的宽度不大于加热装置300的厚度,以方便救生圈放入。
本实施例中,所述第三侧板130上开设有泄水孔131,所述泄水孔131通过泄水管与所述壳体100外部连通。救生圈使用完之后挂在救生圈安装架的挂钩400上,落在第三侧板130上的积水经泄水孔131排出至救生圈安装架的外部,
从而使救生圈安装架内保持干燥,避免救生圈安装架内过于潮湿而影响加热装置300的正常使用。
第三侧板130的一端与安装板110连接,相对的另一端设置有限位板132。本实施例的救生圈安装架除了用于安装救生圈外,还可以用于安装其他需要进行加热保护的装置,对于其他的待加热装置,可以直接放在第三侧板130上,使其紧贴解热装置300即可。
在本实用新型的一种优选的实施方案中,所述第三侧板130呈锥形结构,所述第三侧板130的上端的横截面大于其下端的横截面,所述第三侧板130的下端的横截面积等于所述泄水孔131的横截面积(图中未示出)。通过将第三侧板130设计成锥形结构,落在第三侧板130上的积水可以直接经泄水孔131排出。
在本实用新型另一优选的实施方案中,所述第三侧板130具有与所述安装板110连接的第一端以及与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述第一端的水平高度低于所述第二端的水平高度,所述泄水孔131邻近所述第一端(图中未示出),即第三侧板为倾斜结构,泄水孔131邻近水平高度相对较低的第一端,也可以直接将第三侧板130上的积水排出救生圈安装架外。
所述加热装置300包括加热电缆310,所述加热电缆310通过不锈钢钢丝网320固定于所述安装板110上,所述加热电缆310呈迂曲状结构。本实施例中,不锈钢钢丝网固定加热电缆310的同时,还不会影响加热电缆310的加热效果。加热电缆310呈迂曲状结构,对救生圈的防冰冻效果更好。
本实施例中的安装板110上间隔设置有三个所述挂钩400,三个所述挂钩400在所述安装板110上的位置可调。通过将三个挂钩400的安装位置设计成可调节的方式,可以使救生圈安装架适用于不同尺寸的救生圈。
具体地,所述安装板110上设置有三个固定长孔,所述固定长孔具有内端和外端,三个所述固定长孔的内端位于同一圆周上,三个所述固定长孔的外端位于同一圆周上;所述挂钩400包括连接杆410和限位杆420,所述连接杆410一端与所述限位杆420连接,另一端插入至所述固定长孔中,所述连接杆410可沿所述固定长孔滑动并通过紧固件锁紧(图中未示出)。本实施例中,可以根据救生圈的尺寸任意调节连接杆410在固定长孔上的位置,并通过锁紧件锁紧。其中,锁紧件为螺栓,也可以是其他卡紧结构。
实施例二
本实施例与上述实施例一种的救生圈安装架的结构相同,区别在于盖体200的材质及其与壳体100之间的连接方式。
本实施例中的附图标记沿用实施例一中的附图标记。具体地,所述盖体200的一端通过合页与所述第一侧板120连接,所述盖体200采用硬质材料制成,所述盖体200靠近所述壳体100的一侧设置有保温层。采用该结构设计同样可以防止加热装置300的热散失。
于上述实施例中,救生圈安装架的壳体100及盖体200均采用钢板或者扁铁制作,制作完成后应打磨、去除毛刺,将锐角边磨平后进行热浸锌处理。
本实用新型通过对救生圈安装架进行改进,将加热电缆与盖体分离,大大减少安装加热电缆损坏的风险,延长了加热电缆的使用寿命,节约了保修费用。

- 根据权利要求1所述的极地船舶用救生圈安装架,其特征在于,所述壳体包括用于安装所述加热装置的安装板以及与所述安装板的四周依次垂直连接的第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板和第四侧板,所述第一侧板位于所述安装板的上端且与所述第三侧板相对,所述盖体的一端通过螺柱与所述第一侧板可拆卸连接,所述安装板正对所述开口部,所述挂钩设置在所述安装板靠近所述开口部的一侧,所述盖体采用帆布材料制成。
- 根据权利要求2所述的极地船舶用救生圈安装架,其特征在于,所述第一侧板的宽度不大于所述加热装置的厚度。
- 根据权利要求2所述的极地船舶用救生圈安装架,其特征在于,所述第三侧板上开设有泄水孔,所述泄水孔通过泄水管与所述壳体外部连通。
- 根据权利要求4所述的极地船舶用救生圈安装架,其特征在于,所述第三侧板呈锥形结构,所述第三侧板的上端的横截面大于其下端的横截面,所述第三侧板的下端的横截面积等于所述泄水孔的横截面积。
- 根据权利要求4所述的极地船舶用救生圈安装架,其特征在于,所述第三侧板具有与所述安装板连接的第一端以及与所述第一端相对的第二端,所述第一端的水平高度低于所述第二端的水平高度,所述泄水孔邻近所述第一端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的极地船舶用救生圈安装架,其特征在于,所述壳体包括用于安装所述加热装置的安装板以及与所述安装板的四周依次垂直连接的第一侧板、第二侧板、第三侧板和第四侧板,所述第一侧板位于所述安装板的上端且与所述第三侧板相对,所述盖体的一端通过合页与所述第一侧板连接, 所述安装板正对所述开口部,所述挂钩设置在所述安装板靠近所述开口部的一侧,所述盖体采用硬质材料制成,所述盖体靠近所述壳体的一侧设置有保温层。
- 根据权利要求2所述的极地船舶用救生圈安装架,其特征在于,所述加热装置包括加热电缆,所述加热电缆通过不锈钢钢丝网固定于所述安装板上,所述加热电缆呈迂曲状结构。
- 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的极地船舶用救生圈安装架,其特征在于,所述安装板上间隔设置有三个所述挂钩,三个所述挂钩在所述安装板上的位置可调。
- 根据权利要求9所述的极地船舶用救生圈安装架,其特征在于,所述安装板上设置有三个固定长孔,所述固定长孔具有内端和外端,三个所述固定长孔的内端位于同一圆周上,三个所述固定长孔的外端位于同一圆周上;所述挂钩包括连接杆和限位杆,所述连接杆一端与所述限位杆连接,另一端插入至所述固定长孔中,所述连接杆可沿所述固定长孔滑动并通过紧固件锁紧。
