Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine de la chimie et concerne un agent appliqué à l'extinction d'incendies, à la protection contre les incendies, à la suppression de tous types de poussière absorbante et peu absorbante et à la prévention de la formation de couches de glace et de neige et de leur fonte jusqu'à la température de -50 °C. La présente invention résout les problèmes techniques de l'agent grâce à des constituants actifs et à un mode de production qui unifie le champ d'application se rapportant à différentes sphères de la protection de l'environnement et des biens matériels. La présente invention permet une extinction d'incendie plus rapide et plus efficace, son ralentissement important ainsi que la prévention de son départ et de sa combustion, résout la suppression de poussière absorbante et peu absorbante sur des zones d'espace ouvert, ainsi que de la poussière en suspension dans l'air dans des espaces clos. Elle résout également le problème de formation et de tenue de couches de glace et de neige sur des surfaces ouvertes dans des conditions de températures extrêmement basses (jusqu'à -50 °C). L'invention est produite à l'aide d'un mélange de solutions de sels inorganiques, de substances de mouillage et de constituants organiques dans des proportions pondérales adaptées au type de matériau traité et à l'objectif.
