また、このMPEG-2TSフォーマット対応の記録再生アプリケーション規格(フォーマット)としてBDMVやBDAV規格(フォーマット)が広く利用されている。
BDを利用したデータ記録再生処理構成については、例えば特許文献1(特開2011-023071号公報)等に記載がある。
一方、BDAVは、主に書き換え可能なBD-RE型ディスクや、一回のみ記録可能なBD-R型ディスク等を利用したデータ記録再生処理に適用することを目的として開発された規格である。BDAVは、例えばユーザがビデオカメラなどで撮影した映像の記録再生やテレビ放送を記録し再生するために利用される。
従って、MMTフォーマットデータについても、これらのプレイリストファイルやクリップ情報ファイルに記録された再生制御情報を利用して再生処理を行うことが必要となる。
例えば、コピー許容コンテンツ、コピー禁止コンテンツ、コピーの許容回数や個数を設定したコンテンツ等、コンテンツ(番組)単位で様々なコピー制御情報が設定されている。
放送コンテンツに関するこれらのコピー制御情報は、番組コンテンツとともに放送波を介して送信されるパケット(TLVパケット/MMTPパケット)に格納されてユーザ側の受信装置に送信される。
しかし、現行のBDAVフォーマット対応のアプリケーションには、MMTPパケットに格納されたコピー制御情報を参照してコピー処理の可否を判断するといった処理を行うアルゴリズムは含まれていない。
従って、何らかの対策を行わないと、放送波によって送信されるコピー制御情報を無視した無秩序なコピー処理が行われる可能性がある。

本構成により、MMTフォーマットデータをMPEG-2TSVフォーマットデータに変換してメディアに記録し、元のコピー制御情報に従ったコピー制御を可能とする構成が実現される。

まず、図1を参照して本開示の処理を実行する情報処理装置の一つの利用構成例である通信システムの例について説明する。
図1に示す情報処理装置30は、BD(Blu-ray(登録商標) Disc)や、フラッシュメモリ、ハードディスク(HDD)などのメディアを装着し、これらの装着メディアに対するデータ記録処理や、装着メディアからのデータ再生処理、さらに、他メディアに対するデータコピー処理等を実行する。
これらの送信コンテンツは、放送波、あるいはインターネット等のネットワークを介して送信装置20から情報処理装置30に送信される。
MMTフォーマットは、画像(Video)、音声(Audio)、字幕(Subtitle)等、コンテンツ構成データである符号化データを放送波やネットワークを介して伝送する際のデータ転送方式(トランンスポートフォーマット)を規定したものである。
上述したように、送信装置20から情報処理装置30に対するデータ送信は、MMT(MPEG Media Transport)フォーマットに従って実行される。
図2以下を参照して、MMT(MPEG Media Transport)フォーマットについて説明する。
図2に示すMMTスタック・モデルにおいて、最下層には、物理レイヤ(PHY)がある。物理レイヤは、放送系の処理を行なうブロードキャスト(Broadcasting)レイヤと、ネットワーク系の処理を行なうブロードバンド(Broadband)レイヤに分割されている。
MMTは放送系、ネットワーク系の2つの通信網を利用した処理を可能としている。
TLVレイヤで処理が生成されるTLVパケットに格納される制御情報(SI)がTLV-SIであり、主に受信処理に関する制御情報によって構成されている。
MMTプロトコル(MMTP)に従って生成されるパケットであるMMTPパケットに格納される制御情報(SI)は最上位レイヤに示すMMT-SIであり、主に再生制御に関する制御情報によって構成されている。
UDP/IPレイヤは、詳細にはIPレイヤとUDPレイヤに分割可能であるが、IPパケットのペイロードにUDPパケットを格納する伝送を規定するレイヤである。
UDP/IPレイヤ上にMMTレイヤ、およびFile delivery methodレイヤ が設定される。
MMTPパケットをIPパケットに格納して送信する場合と、MMTPパケットを用いないデータ伝送方式であるFile delivery methodを利用してIPパケットとしてデータ送信する方式が併用可能な設定となっている。
画像符号化規格であるHEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding)に従った符号化画像データである画像(Video)データ、
音声符号化規格であるAAC(Advanced Audio Coding)に従った符号化音声データである音声(Audio)データ、
字幕符号化規格であるTTML(Timed Text Markup Language)に従った符号化字幕データである字幕(Subtitle)データ、
MMTPパケットを利用して送信される制御情報(MMT-SI)、
さらに、HTML5(Hyper Text Markup Language 5)に従って記述された様々なアプリケーション、
これらの各データがMMTPパケットに格納されて送信される。
その他のデータ配信を行うデータサービス(Data service)、コンテンツダウンロード等(Contentdownload,etc.)がMMTと異なるファイル配信メソッド(File delivery method)を利用して配信可能な構成を有している。
図3には以下の4種類のデータ構成例を示している。

なお、制御情報(SI)については、MMTPパケットに格納する制御情報(MMT-SI)と、TLVパケットで送信される制御情報(TLV-SI)があり、それぞれ異なる個別のTLVパケットに格納される。
図3(c)に示すMMTPパケットは、MMTPヘッダと、MMTPペイロードによって構成される。
図3(b)は、図3(c)に示すMMTPパケット中、MMTPペイロードが画像データ(V)であるもののみを選択して示している。

これらのパラメータは、画像表示に利用されるパラメータである。
さらに、MMTPパケットは、図3(d)に示すTLVパケットのペイロードとして設定されて、TLVパケットが放送波やネットワークを介して送信される。
TLV-SIは、MMTPパケットに格納されることなくTLVパケットに格納されて送信される。
次に、上述のMMTフォーマットに従った配信コンテンツを例えばBD(Blu-ray(登録商標) Disc)やフラッシュメモリ、あるいはHD(ハードディスク等のメディアに記録して再生する場合の記録データフォーマットであるBDAVフォーマットとSPAVフォーマットについて図4以下を参照して説明する。
これらの再生制御情報やインデックス情報は、メディアの記録データの再生処理を実行する再生アプリケーションに応じて異なるものとなる。
BDMVは、例えば映画コンテンツなどを予め記録したBD-ROM向けに開発されたアプリケーション規格であり、主に、パッケージコンテンツ等の書き換え不能なBD-ROMで広く使われている。
一方、BDAVは、主に書き換え可能なBD-RE型ディスクや、一回のみ記録可能なBD-R型ディスク等を利用したデータ記録再生処理に適用することを目的として開発された規格である。BDAVは、例えばユーザがビデオカメラなどで撮影した映像の記録再生やテレビ放送を記録し再生するために利用される。
前述のように、BDAVフォーマットは、再生制御情報の記録ファイルとして、プレイリストファイルやクリップ情報ファイル等を規定しており、BDAV対応再生アプリケーションはこれらの再生制御情報ファイル(データベースファイル)の記録情報を利用してデータ再生処理を実行する。
ディレクトリには、図4に示すように様々な管理情報、再生制御情報、再生対象データの格納ファイルが設定される。
また、再生制御情報ファイルとして、
プレイリストファイル(playlist)、
クリップ情報ファイル(clipinf)
例えば、これらのファイルが記録される。
さらに、再生データ格納ファイルとして、クリップAVストリームファイル(stream)が記録される。
クリップ情報ファイルは、プレイリストファイルによって指定されるファイルであり、クリップAVストリームファイルの再生位置情報等を有する。
なお、MPEG-2TSフォーマットにおいて規定され、クリップAVストリームファイルに記録される管理情報として、例えば、PSI/SI(Program Specific Information/Service Information)がある。
TSパケットによって構成されたMPEG-2TSフォーマットデータからなるストリームファイル(nnnnn.m2ts)、
MMTPパケットによって構成されるMMTフォーマットデータ(nnnnn.mmtv)、
これらの2種類のストリームファイルを示している。
(1)MMTフォーマットをMPEG-2TSフォーマットに変換してクリップAVストリームファイルを生成する、あるいは、
(2)MMTフォーマットに従ったデータを格納したパケットのパケット列からなるクリップAVストリームファイルを生成する、
これらの2種類の処理が想定される。
また、上記(2)の処理は、具体的には、MMTフォーマットにおいて規定されるMMTP(MMT Protocol)パケット、あるいはMMTPパケットの上位パケットであるTLV(Type Length Value)パケットのパケット列として記録する処理である。
(a)まず、再生アプリケーションによって管理情報ファイルから特定のタイトルを指定する。
(b)指定されたタイトルに関連付けられたプレイリストが選択される。
(c)選択されたプレイリストに規定されたクリップ情報によって、コンテンツ実データとしてのAVストリームあるいはコマンドが読み出されて、AVストリームの再生や、コマンドの実行処理が行われる。

これらのデータの対応関係を説明する図である。
プレイリスト(PlayList)ファイルを含むプレイリストレイヤ、
クリップAVストリーム(Clip AV Stream)ファイルと、クリップ情報(Clip Information)ファイルからなるクリップレイヤ、
これらの2つのレイヤに区分できる。
クリップAVストリームファイルに含まれるデータの詳細情報、例えばMPEGデータのIピクチャ位置情報などを記録したEPマップなどの管理情報がクリップ情報ファイルに記録される。
また、MMTフォーマットデータである場合はMMTPパケットやTLVパケットによって構成される。
TSパケットに格納される制御情報には、例えばプログラムマップテーブル(PMT:Program Map Table)等がある。
MMTPパケット、またはTLVパケットに格納される制御情報には、例えばMMTパッケージテーブル(MPT:MMT Packege Table)等がある。
例えば、コンテンツの開始点からの再生時間経過位置を示すタイムスタンプに基づいてクリップ情報ファイルを参照して、クリップAVストリームファイルのデータ読み出し位置、すなわち再生開始点としてのアドレスを取得することが可能となる。
クリップ情報ファイル(Clip Information file)は、このタイムスタンプから、クリップAVストリームファイル中のストリームのデコードを開始すべきアドレス情報を見つけるために利用される。
プレイリスト(PlayList)ファイルには、1つ以上のプレイアイテム(PlayItem)が設定され、プレイアイテムの各々が、クリップ(=クリップ情報ファイル+クリップAVストリームファイル)レイヤに含まれる再生可能データに対する再生区間の指定情報を有する。
また、4K,8K画像等の高精細画像データ等において、今後、利用予定のMMTフォーマットデータである場合はMMTPパケット、またはTLVパケットによって構成される。
図6、図7を参照して、MMTフォーマットと、MPEG-2TSフォーマットについて説明する。
MPEG-2TSフォーマットは画像(Video)、音声(Audio)、字幕(Subtitle)等、コンテンツ構成データである符号化データや管理情報(PSI/SI)を記録媒体(メディア)に格納、または放送波やネットワークを介して伝送する際の符号化データ等のデータ格納形式(コンテナフォーマット)を規定したフォーマットである。
最下段に示す図6(a)は、MPEG-2TSのフォーマットデータの全体構成を示す図である。
図6(a)に示すように、MPEG-2TSフォーマットデータは、複数のエレメンタリストリーム(Elementary stream)によって構成される。
エレメンタリストリーム(Elementary stream)は、例えば画像、音声、字幕等の1つの単位として設定されるユニットである。
具体的には、1つのエレメンタリストリーム(Elementary stream)は、ペイロードタイプ(Payload_type)=0x0で、かつ同じパケット識別子(Packet_id)を持つPESパケットの1つ、または複数から構成される。
具体的には、1つのPESパケットは、ペイロードタイプ(Payload_type)=0x0で、かつ同じパケット識別子(Packet_id)を持つTSパケットの1つ、または複数から構成される。
TSパケットは、前述のMMTPパケットと異なり、固定長であり、1つのTSパケットのパケットサイズは、188バイトに固定されている。
MMTフォーマットについては、先に図3を参照しているが、図7に示すMMTフォーマットの説明図は、図6を参照して説明したMPEG-2TSフォーマットとの対応関係を分かり易く説明した図である。
図7は、ISO/IEC 23008-1に規定されるファイルフォーマットであるMMTフォーマットについて説明する図である。
最下段に示す図7(a)は、MMTフォーマットデータの全体構成を示す図である。
図7(a)に示すように、MMTフォーマットデータは、複数のメディアプレゼンテーションユニット(MPU:Media presentation unit)によって構成される。
MPUは、例えば画像、音声、字幕等の1つの単位として設定されるユニットである。例えば、画像の場合、1MPUが1つのMPEG圧縮画像単位である1GOP(Group of picture)に相当する。
具体的には、1つのMPUは、ペイロードタイプ(Payload_type)=0x0(MPU)で、かつ同じパケット識別子(Packet_id)を持つMFUの1つ、または複数から構成される。
具体的には、1つのMFUは、ペイロードタイプ(Payload_type)=0x0(MPU)で、かつ同じパケット識別子(Packet_id)を持つMMTPパケットの1つ、または複数から構成される。
MMTPパケットは可変長であり、様々なパケットサイズに設定可能である。
MMTPパケットの各々は、属性情報等を格納するヘッダ(MMTPヘッダ)と、符号化画像の実データ等を格納するペイロード(MMTPペイロード)により、構成される。
ただし、BDAVフォーマット、SPAVフォーマットのいずれも、BD,フラッシュメモリ、HD等、様々なメディアを利用した記録再生に利用可能なフォーマットである。
図8にSPAVフォーマットのディレクトリ構成例を示す。
また、再生制御情報ファイルとして、
プレイリストファイル(PLAYLIST)、
クリップ情報ファイル(CLIPINF)
例えば、これらのファイルが記録される。
さらに、再生データ格納ファイルとして、クリップAVストリームファイル(STREAM)が記録される。
ただし、各ファイルに格納されるデータや、各ファイルの役割は、BDAVフォーマットと同様である。
次に、MMTフォーマットデータの入力処理、メディア記録処理、およびコピー処理の例について説明する。
なお、BDAVフォーマットはデータ記録フォーマットであるとともにデータ記録再生アプリケーション規格にも対応しており、BDAVフォーマットに従ってメディアに記録されたデータ再生は、BDAVフォーマット対応の再生アプリケーションを利用して再生処理が実行される。
(1)MMTフォーマットをMPEG-2TSフォーマットに変換してTSパケット列から構成されるクリップAVストリームファイルを生成して記録する。あるいは、
(2)MMTフォーマットに従ったデータを格納したパケットのパケット列(MMTPパケット、またはTLVパケット)から構成されるクリップAVストリームファイルを生成して記録する。
これらの2種類の処理が可能である。
例えば、コピー許容コンテンツ、コピー禁止コンテンツ、コピーの許容回数や個数を設定したコンテンツ等、コンテンツ(番組)単位で様々なコピー制御情報が設定されている。
放送コンテンツに関するこれらのコピー制御情報は、番組コンテンツとともに放送波を介して送信されるパケット(TLVパケット/MMTPパケット)に格納されてユーザ側の情報処理装置に送信される。
このコピー処理は、放送波によって送信されるコピー制御情報を順守した態様で行われるべきである。
放送局等の送信装置から送信されるMMTフォーマットデータを、MPEG-2TSフォーマットに変換してBD(Blu-ray(登録商標) Disc)やフラッシュメモリやHD(ハードディスク)等の記録メディアに記録したデータである。
MPEG-2TSフォーマットにおいて規定されるTSパケットに格納されたデータがコピー制御対象となる。
図9には、記録再生装置61、およびメディア62を示している。
記録再生装置61は、放送局等の送信装置から送信されるMMTフォーマットデータを、MPEG-2TSフォーマットに変換して、TSパケット列から構成されるクリップAVストリームファイルを生成してメディア62に記録する。
なお、メディア62は、図に示す例ではBD(Blu-ray(登録商標) Disc)としているが、その他のフラッシュメモリやHD(ハードディスク)等の様々な記録メディアであることが可能である。
HDD60は、例えばテレビに付属するHDDである。
まず、テレビに付属するHDD60は、放送局等の送信装置から送信されるMMTフォーマットデータを、そのまま記録する。
すなわち、MMTフォーマットに従ったMMTPパケットを格納したTLVパケット列から構成されるパケット列をHDD60に記録する。
なお、HDD60から、メディア62に対するデータ記録は、1回のデータコピー処理に相当し、この処理自体も、MMTフォーマットデータに含まれるコピー制御情報に従って実行する必要がある。
図11に示す例は、先に図9を参照して説明した例、すなわち、放送局等の送信装置から送信されるMMTフォーマットデータを、記録再生装置61が、直接、BD等のメディア62に記録した場合の例である。

メディア62には、TSパケット列から構成されるクリップAVストリームファイルを含むBDAVフォーマットデータ(図4参照)、またはSPAVフォーマットデータ(図8参照)が記録される。
なお、前述したように、以下では、MMTフォーマットデータをBDAVフォーマットデータとして記録し、再生、コピーする処理例について説明するが、以下に説明する実施例は、MMTフォーマットデータをSPAVフォーマットデータとして記録し、再生、コピーする処理にも適用可能である。
このコピー処理によって、図11(B)に示すように、第1世代コピーデータを記録したメディアであるメディアB1,63、メディアB2,64等を生成することができる。
このコピー処理によって、図11(C)に示すように、第2世代コピーデータを記録したメディアであるメディアC1,65、メディアC2,66等を生成することができる。
図には、第1世代、第2世代のみ、示しているが、さらに、第3世代、第4世代・・・、これら多数世代のコピーデータを作成することも可能である。
例えば、コピー許容コンテンツ、コピー禁止コンテンツ、コピーの許容回数や個数を設定したコンテンツ等、コンテンツ(番組)単位で様々なコピー制御情報が設定されている。
放送コンテンツに関するこれらのコピー制御情報は、番組コンテンツとともに放送波を介して送信されるパケット(TLVパケット/MMTPパケット)に格納されてユーザ側の受信装置に送信される。
次に、放送局等の送信装置が配信するMMTフォーマットデータに設定されるコピー制御情報について説明する。
図12には、放送局等の送信装置が送信するMMTフォーマットに従ったTLVパケット列と、TLVパケットの構成、および、TLVパケットの各々に含まれるMMTPパケットを抽出して並べたMMTPパケット列を示している。
MMTPパケットの各々にどのような種類のデータが格納されているかについては、MMTPパケットのヘッダに記録されたパケットID(PID)によって識別可能となる。
なお、MMTフォーマットには、記録された制御データの種類に応じた様々な制御情報記録テーブルがある。具体的には、例えば、以下のようなテーブルがある。
(a)TLV-NIT(ネットワーク情報テーブル)
(b)MH-BIT(ブロードキャスタ情報テーブル)
(c)MH-SDT(サービス記述テーブル)
(d)MH-EIT(イベント情報テーブル)

コピー制御情報は、このサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)に記録されている。

なお、図13に示すように、サービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)を格納したMMTPパケットは、数秒間隔で送信され、1つのMH-SDT格納パケットに格納されたコピー制御情報は、後続する再生対象データ格納パケットに格納されたコンテンツに適用される。
制御情報格納パケット72は、次の制御情報格納パケット73までの期間内の後続MMTPに格納されたコンテンツに関するコピー制御情報として利用される。
このように、MMTPに格納されたコンテンツに関するコピー制御情報は、制御情報格納パケットに格納されたサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)を参照して確認することができる。
図14は、MMTPパケットに格納されるサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)のデータ構成(シンタクス)を示す図である。
なお、データ構成(Syntax)に併せて、ビット数(No. of bits)、データ表記(Mnemonic)を示している。

次に、MMTフォーマットデータをMPEG-2TSフォーマットデータに変換して記録する場合のコピー制御情報の記録処理について説明する。
MMTフォーマットデータに含まれるコピー制御情報は、MMTフォーマットにおいて規定されるMMTPパケットに格納されたサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)、すなわち図14に示すテーブルに記録されている。
この処理を行うことで、メディア62に記録されたデータについても、放送波において規定されたコピー制御情報を遵守したコピー制御を行うことが可能となる。
以下、本開示の情報処理装置の実行する処理、すなわち、MMTフォーマットデータをMPEG-2TSフォーマットデータに変換して記録する場合のコピー制御情報の記録処理について説明する。

なお、図18に示すように、プログラムマップテーブル(PMT)は、クリップAVストリームファイルの構成パケットであるTSパケットに格納される。

CCI(copy control information)は、コピー処理が許容されるか否かの情報や、許容コピー回数に関する情報を記録する領域である。
EPNは、コピー出力データ暗号化要否情報を記録する領域であり、
0,または1の1ビットデータを記録することが可能である。
記録ビット値0,1は、以下の意味を有する。
(1)ビット値:0=コピー出力データ(デジタルデータ)の暗号化必要(EPN-asserted)
(2)ビット値:1=コピー出力データ(デジタルデータ)の暗号化不要(EPN-unasserted)
00~11の2ビットデータを記録することが可能である。
記録ビット値00~11は、以下の意味を有する。
(1)ビット値:00=コピー制限なし(Copy Control Not Asserted)

MMTフォーマットの暗号化モード情報(encryption_mode)=0は、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のEPN=0に変換する。
また、MMTフォーマットの暗号化モード情報(encryption_mode)=1は、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のEPN=1に変換する。
(b)コピー可否、またはコピー許容回数情報の少なくともいずれかの情報(CCI対応情報)について説明する。
このCCI対応情報は、MMTフォーマット規定のサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)に記録されたコピー制御情報中の、

に対応する。

MMTフォーマットのデジタル記録制御情報(digital_recording_control_data)=00は、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のCCI=00に変換する。
これらの設定値は、いずれも、制限のないコピー処理が許容されることを意味する。
このMMTフォーマットデータのコピーが禁止されていること意味する。
従って、MMTフォーマットデータをMPEG-2TSフォーマットデータに変換してメディアに記録しようとする装置は、MMTフォーマットデータをMPEG-2TSフォーマットに変換して記録する処理を実行することなく中止する。
1世代のみコピー可を意味する。
この設定値は、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のCCI=01に対応するが、MMTフォーマットデータをMPEG-2TSフォーマットに変換して記録する処理自体が1世代のコピー処理に該当するため、このフォーマット変換記録処理を実行した時点で、許容コピー処理が完了することになる。
従って、この場合、MMTフォーマットデータをMPEG-2TSフォーマットデータに変換してメディアに記録する装置は、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のCCIとして、CCI=11、すなわち、コピー不可(Never Copy)の設定値を記録する。
次に、図23以下を参照して、放送局等の送信装置から受信したMMTフォーマットデータを入力して、情報記録媒体に対するデータ記録処理を実行する情報処理装置の構成と処理について説明する。
この場合、記録フォーマットは、例えばBDAVフォーマット、SPAVフォーマットである。
以下、BD等の情報記録媒体に対するデータ記録処理を実行する情報処理装置の構成と、処理シーケンスについて説明する。
情報処理装置400は、情報記録媒体(記録メディア)420に、クリップAVストリームファイル、さらに、プレイリストやクリップ情報ファイル等のデータベースファイルを記録する。
データ入力部401は、MMTフォーマットデータ431を送信する例えば放送局やコンテンツサーバ等からの送信データを受信する受信部、あるいは、MMTフォーマットデータ431を記録したメディアからのデータ読み取りを実行するメディア読み取り部等によって構成される。
ユーザ入力部402は、例えば情報記録媒体420に対するデータ記録の開始要求等を入力する。
デマルチプレクサ(DeMUX)405は、MMTフォーマットデータ431から、画像、音声、字幕等の各データを格納したパケットや、通知情報や、再生制御情報、コピー制御情報等を含む制御情報(TLV-SI,MMT-SI)等の補助情報を取得し、データ種別のパケットに分類し、各パケットを、データ種類に応じて、記録データ生成部406の字幕データ生成部411、画像データ生成部412、音声データ生成部413、補助情報生成部414に入力する。
画像データ生成部412は、データ入力部401が入力し、記憶部404に格納されたMMTフォーマットデータ331から、画像データを取得し、BDAVフォーマットにおいて規定されるストリームファイル格納用データを生成する。
音声データ生成部413は、データ入力部401が入力し、記憶部404に格納されたMMTフォーマットデータ431から、音声データを取得し、BDAVフォーマットにおいて規定されるストリームファイル格納用データを生成する。
この処理は、先に図22を参照して説明した変換規則に従って実行される。
データ解析部451は、デマルチブレクサ(DeMUX)405によって分離されたデータを解析し、情報記録媒体(記録メディア)420に記録するコピー制御情報、さらに、プレイリストファイル、クリップ情報ファイル等に記録するデータを生成するために適用するデータを取得する。
この処理は、先に説明したように、図22に示す変換規則に従って、MMTフォーマットのサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)に記録されたコピー制御情報を、MPEG-2TSフォーマットのプログラムマップテーブル(PMT)のコピー制御情報(EPN,CCI)として記録する処理を実行する。
データベースファイル生成部416は、データベースファイル記録情報生成部453の生成データを適用して、プレイリストファイル、クリップ情報ファイルを生成する。
以下、図25のフローに示す各ステップの処理について、順次、説明する。
まず、情報処理装置400は、ステップS101において、データ入力部401を介して記録用データであるMMTフォーマットデータを入力する。
この記録用データには画像データ、音声データ、字幕データ、さらに、通知情報や制御情報等を格納した制御情報(TLV-SI,MMT-SI)等が含まれる。
なお、制御情報として、MMTフォーマットのサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)に記録されたコピー制御情報が含まれる。
次に、ステップS102において、情報処理装置400は、入力したMMTフォーマットデータのデマルチプレクス処理、すなわち、データ種類単位のデータ分離処理を行う。画像、音声、字幕、制御情報等の分離処理を実行する。
次に、ステップS103において、情報処理装置400は、ステップS102で分離した制御情報、例えば制御情報(TLV-SI,MMT-SI)をメモリに格納する。
この制御情報には、MMTフォーマットのサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)に記録されたコピー制御情報が含まれる。
次に、ステップS104において、情報処理装置400は、ステップS103でメモリに格納したMMTフォーマットのサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)に記録されたコピー制御情報を読み取り、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のプログラムマップテーブル(PMT)にコピー制御情報を記録する処理を行う。
この処理は、先に図22を参照して説明した変換規則に従って実行される。

次に、ステップS105において、情報処理装置400は、ステップS104で生成したプログラムマップテーブル(PMT)を含むTSパケット列からなるストリームファイルを生成する。
次に、ステップS106において、情報処理装置400は、入力したMMTフォーマットデータの構成データを利用して、クリップ情報ファイルを生成する。
すなわち、MMTフォーマットデータを格納したクリップAVストリームファイルに対応するクリップ情報ファイルを生成する。
次に、ステップS107において、情報処理装置400は、入力したMMTフォーマットデータの構成データを利用して、プレイリストファイルを生成する。
すなわち、MMTフォーマットデータを格納したクリップAVストリームファイルに対応するプレイリストファイルを生成する。
次に、ステップS108において、情報処理装置400は、入力したMMTフォーマットデータを利用してその他のデータベースファイルを生成する。
次に、ステップS109において、情報処理装置400は、生成したAVストリームファイルとデータベースファイルを利用してBDAVフォーマットデータを生成する。
次に、ステップS110において、情報処理装置400は、ステップS109で生成したBDAVフォーマットデータを情報記録媒体(メディア)に記録する。
次に、図26以下を参照して情報記録媒体間のデータコピー処理を実行する情報処理装置の構成と処理について説明する。
あるいは、通信部503を介して入力したメディア記録データを第2メディア522に記録するコピー処理を行なう。
また、入力部502は、メディアに記録する画像や音声等を入力する撮像部、マイクを持つ構成としてもよい。
通信部503は、例えば外部サーバ、あるいは外部機器との通信を行い、メディアに対する記録データや、記録データに関する制御情報、あるいはコピー処理の許可情報の取得など、各種の通信処理に利用される。
具体的には、第2メディア522に対するデータ記録時に第1メディア521から読み出したデータ、あるいは通信部503を介して入力したデータを一時的に格納する領域としても利用される。
記憶部504は、例えばRAM、ROM等によって構成される。
出力部505は、外部装置に対する出力部や、メディアからの再生データの出力部によって構成される。例えば、第2メディア522に対するデータ記録処理の進行状況の表示、ユーザに対するメッセージ表示などに利用され、ディスプレイやスピーカ等を含む。
ストリームファイルの構成パケット(TSパケット)から、プログラムマップテーブル(PMT)を格納したTSパケットを取得し、プログラムマップテーブル(PMT)に記録されたコピー制御情報を読み取る。
コピー処理が許容されない場合は、コピーを行わず、コピーが許容される場合は、コピーを実行する。
なお、このコピー記録データ生成処理には、例えば、第2メディア522対応のフォーマットへの変換処理や、暗号化処理等も含まれる。
この処理の際に、プログラムマップテーブル(PMT)を参照してコピー処理が許容されるか否かを判定し、さらに、コピー制御情報に記録された制御情報に従ったコピー処理を実行する。
さらに、コピー処理の実行に伴い、コピー制御情報の更新が必要な場合は、更新処理を実行して、更新後のコピー制御情報を第2メディア522に記録する。
以下、図27のフローに示す各ステップの処理について、順次、説明する。
まず、情報処理装置500は、ステップS201において、例えばユーザの入力したコピーデータ指定情報に従い、指定されたコピー対象のストリームファイル、および、このストリームファイルに対応付けられたプレイリストファイルやクリップ情報ファイル等のコピー対象データを第1メディア521から読み取る。
次に、情報処理装置500は、ステップS202において、取得したストリームファイルに対応する制御情報を記録したプログラムマップテーブル(PMT)からコピー制御情報を読み取る。

次に、情報処理装置500は、ステップS203において読み取ったコピー制御情報に基づいて、選択ストリームのコピーを許容しているか否かを判定する。
許容している場合は、ステップS204に進む。
許容していない場合は、ステップS205に進む。
ステップS203において、選択ストリームのコピーを許容していると判定した場合は、ステップS204に進み、情報処理装置500は、選択ストリームのコピー処理を実行し、さらに、必要に応じて、プログラムマップテーブル(PMT)のコピー制御情報を更新する。
一方、ステップS203において、選択ストリームのコピーを許容していないと判定した場合は、ステップS205に進み、情報処理装置500は、選択ストリームのコピー処理を行うことなく、処理を終了する。
次に、情報記録媒体に対するデータ記録、情報記録媒体館のデータコピー処理を実行する情報処理装置として適用可能な情報処理装置のハードウェア構成例について、図28を参照して説明する。

(a)コピー出力データの暗号化要否、
(b)コピー可否情報、またはコピー許容回数情報の少なくともいずれかの情報、
上記各情報を取得し、取得情報に従って前記ストリームファイルのコピー制御を実行する(9)~(12)いずれかに記載の情報処理装置。
前記再生データ対応のコピー制御情報を格納したTSパケットと、
を含むTSパケット列によって構成されるストリームファイルを有する情報記録媒体であり、
前記情報記録媒体の記録データのコピー処理を実行する情報処理装置が、
前記コピー制御情報を参照して、参照情報に従って前記ストリームファイルのコピー制御を実行可能とした記録データを有する情報記録媒体。
前記情報処理装置は、
コピー制御情報の設定されたMMT(MPEG Media Transport)フォーマットデータを入力し、MPEG-2TSフォーマットデータに変換するフォーマット変換を実行して、情報記録媒体に記録する記録データを生成するデータ処理部を有し、
前記データ処理部が、
入力データに含まれるMMTフォーマットデータ対応のコピー制御情報を取得し、MPEG-2TSフォーマットにおいて規定されるコピー制御情報に変換して、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のコピー制御情報を含む記録データを生成する情報処理方法。
前記情報処理装置は、
第1メディアの記録データを、第2メディアにコピーするデータ処理部を有し、
前記第1メディアは、
MMT(MPEG Media Transport)フォーマットをMPEG-2TSフォーマットにフォーマット変換したフォーマット変換データを、再生データとして格納したTSパケットと、前記再生データ対応のコピー制御情報を格納したTSパケットを含むパケット列によって構成されるストリームファイルを記録したメディアであり、
前記データ処理部が、
前記コピー制御情報を参照して、参照情報に従って前記ストリームファイルのコピー制御を実行する情報処理方法。
前記情報処理装置は、
コピー制御情報の設定されたMMT(MPEG Media Transport)フォーマットデータを入力し、MPEG-2TSフォーマットデータに変換するフォーマット変換を実行して、情報記録媒体に記録する記録データを生成するデータ処理部を有し、
前記プログラムは、前記データ処理部に、
入力データに含まれるMMTフォーマットデータ対応のコピー制御情報を取得する処理と、MPEG-2TSフォーマットにおいて規定されるコピー制御情報に変換する処理と、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のコピー制御情報を含む記録データを生成する処理を実行させるプログラム。
前記情報処理装置は、
第1メディアの記録データを、第2メディアにコピーするデータ処理部を有し、
前記第1メディアは、
MMT(MPEG Media Transport)フォーマットをMPEG-2TSフォーマットにフォーマット変換したフォーマット変換データを、再生データとして格納したTSパケットと、前記再生データ対応のコピー制御情報を格納したTSパケットを含むパケット列によって構成されるストリームファイルを記録したメディアであり、
前記プログラムは、前記データ処理部に、
前記コピー制御情報を参照して、参照情報に従って前記ストリームファイルのコピー制御を実行させるプログラム。
具体的には、例えば、コピー制御情報の設定されたMMTフォーマットデータを入力し、MPEG-2TSフォーマットデータに変換して情報記録媒体に記録する。MMTフォーマット規定のサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)に記録されたコピー制御情報を取得し、予め規定した変換規則に従って、MPEG-2TS規定のプログラムマップテーブル(PMT)に記録するコピー制御情報を生成する。例えば変換規則に従って、PMTに記録するEPN、CCIの値を決定して記録する。
本構成により、MMTフォーマットデータをMPEG-2TSVフォーマットデータに変換してメディアに記録し、元のコピー制御情報に従ったコピー制御を可能とする構成が実現される。

- コピー制御情報の設定されたMMT(MPEG Media Transport)フォーマットデータを入力し、MPEG-2TSフォーマットデータに変換するフォーマット変換を実行して、情報記録媒体に記録する記録データを生成するデータ処理部を有し、
前記データ処理部は、
入力データに含まれるMMTフォーマットデータ対応のコピー制御情報を取得し、MPEG-2TSフォーマットにおいて規定されるコピー制御情報に変換して、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のコピー制御情報を含む記録データを生成する情報処理装置。 - 前記データ処理部は、
入力データに含まれるMMTフォーマットデータ対応のコピー制御情報を取得し、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のプログラムマップテーブル(PMT)に記録するコピー制御情報を生成する処理を行う請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記データ処理部は、
コピー制御情報を記録したプログラムマップテーブル(PMT)を格納したTSパケットを生成し、BDAVフォーマット、またはSPAVフォーマットにおいて規定されるクリップAVストリームファイルに格納する請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記データ処理部は、
前記MMTフォーマットデータ対応のコピー制御情報を、MMTフォーマット規定のサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)から取得する請求項1に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記データ処理部は、
前記プログラムマップテーブル(PMT)に、情報記録媒体に記録するデータについての、
(a)コピー出力データの暗号化要否情報、
(b)コピー可否情報、またはコピー許容回数情報の少なくともいずれかの情報、
上記各情報を記録する請求項2に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記データ処理部は、
前記プログラムマップテーブル(PMT)の記録データとして規定されるEPN、CCIの各値の決定処理を行う請求項2に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記データ処理部は、
前記プログラムマップテーブル(PMT)に記録するEPN、CCIの各値の決定処理を、予め規定した変換規則に従って実行する請求項6に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記変換規則は、
MMTフォーマット規定のサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)に記録されるコピー制御情報と、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のプログラムマップテーブル(PMT)に記録されるコピー制御情報との変換規則である請求項7に記載の情報処理装置。 - 第1メディアの記録データを、第2メディアにコピーするデータ処理部を有し、
前記第1メディアは、
MMT(MPEG Media Transport)フォーマットをMPEG-2TSフォーマットにフォーマット変換したフォーマット変換データを、再生データとして格納したTSパケットと、前記再生データ対応のコピー制御情報を格納したTSパケットを含むパケット列によって構成されるストリームファイルを記録したメディアであり、
前記データ処理部は、
前記コピー制御情報を参照して、参照情報に従って前記ストリームファイルのコピー制御を実行する情報処理装置。 - 前記コピー制御情報は、
MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のプログラムマップテーブル(PMT)に記録されており、
前記データ処理部は、
プログラムマップテーブル(PMT)を格納したTSパケットを選択し、選択TSパケットからプログラムマップテーブル(PMT)を取得し、取得したプログラムマップテーブル(PMT)に記録されたコピー制御情報を参照して、参照情報に従って前記ストリームファイルのコピー制御を実行する請求項9に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記データ処理部は、
前記プログラムマップテーブル(PMT)の記録データとして規定されるEPN、CCIの各値に従ったコピー制御を実行する請求項10に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記コピー制御情報は、
MMTフォーマット規定のサービス記述テーブル(MH-SDT)から取得されたコピー制御情報に基づいて生成されたコピー制御情報である請求項9に記載の情報処理装置。 - 前記データ処理部は、
前記コピー制御情報に基づいて、
(a)コピー出力データの暗号化要否、
(b)コピー可否情報、またはコピー許容回数情報の少なくともいずれかの情報、

前記再生データ対応のコピー制御情報を格納したTSパケットと、

前記情報記録媒体の記録データのコピー処理を実行する情報処理装置が、
前記コピー制御情報を参照して、参照情報に従って前記ストリームファイルのコピー制御を実行可能とした記録データを有する情報記録媒体。 - 情報処理装置において実行する情報処理方法であり、
前記情報処理装置は、
コピー制御情報の設定されたMMT(MPEG Media Transport)フォーマットデータを入力し、MPEG-2TSフォーマットデータに変換するフォーマット変換を実行して、情報記録媒体に記録する記録データを生成するデータ処理部を有し、

入力データに含まれるMMTフォーマットデータ対応のコピー制御情報を取得し、MPEG-2TSフォーマットにおいて規定されるコピー制御情報に変換して、MPEG-2TSフォーマット規定のコピー制御情報を含む記録データを生成する情報処理方法。 - 情報処理装置において実行する情報処理方法であり、
