本发明公开了一种汽车散热遮阳板,其包括柔性遮阳材料、太阳能电池板、直流风扇以及自动收卷装置,通过自动收卷装置可以将柔性遮阳材料方便快捷地展开与收起。与之配置的吸盘结构能够将该散热遮阳板便捷地吸附安装在汽车车窗内侧,柔性遮阳材料两端通过支架与自动收卷装置连接的硬质遮阳板,可以使柔性遮阳材料的展开与收卷动作更为平稳;将吸盘、太阳能电池板与直流风扇固设在硬质遮阳板上,避免了该散热遮阳板在吸盘、太阳能电池板与直流风扇的自重作用下产生变形,进而更好地贴合于汽车车窗内侧,保证最大的遮阳面积,提高遮阳效果,并且可通过支架夹持连接快速更换老化的柔性遮阳材料。

Description

一种汽车散热遮阳板
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车遮阳板,特别是一种汽车散热遮阳板。
背景技术
当汽车长时间停放受太阳光直射时,车内温度会迅速上升,甚至能达到60度以上的高温。高温环境与太阳光直射会使车内部件与装饰材料老化受损,造成经济损失,同时如果人在此时使用车辆会由于车内的高温环境极不舒适,但如果完全依赖于车载空调降温解决此问题,又会比较耗能。
人们通常会采用在汽车车窗处,尤其是前后挡风窗处放置汽车遮阳板的方式来避免太阳光直射入车内。目前,市面上普遍存在的普通汽车遮阳板,只能阻挡太阳光直射,在解决降低车内温度的问题上作用非常有限。
与本申请最接近的汽车遮阳板设计,在遮阳板上设置了太阳能电池板与风扇,太阳能电池板将光能转化为电能驱动直流风扇转动,通过使车内空气流动降低温度,但并未对如何将遮阳板方便快捷地安装到汽车车窗上提出解决方案,也为提及在使用完毕后如何便捷地将其收起与存放;并且如果将遮阳材料优选为体积更小、质量更轻的柔性遮阳材料,此时直流风扇、太阳能电池板与柔性遮阳材料连接时,其自重可能导致柔性遮阳材料变形;并且对汽车散热遮阳板的老化并没有提出优选的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的上述技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种可实现快速安装与收取的汽车散热遮阳板。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车散热遮阳板,包括柔性遮阳材料、太阳能电池板、直流风扇以及自动收卷装置,所述柔性遮阳材料与所述自动收卷装置连接,汽车散热遮阳板使用完毕后,自动收卷装置能将所述柔性遮阳材料自动收卷起来成卷轴状。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述自动收卷装置包括中心卷轴与平面涡卷弹簧。
在一种优选的实施方式中,还包括吸盘结构,所述吸盘结构固连在汽车散热遮阳板上,将遮阳板整体快速吸附安装在汽车车窗上。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述汽车散热遮阳板包括迎光面与背光面,所述太阳能电池板与吸盘结构固连在汽车散热遮阳板的迎光面上。
在一种优选的实施方式中,还包括两块硬质遮阳板,通过支架与自动收卷装置分别连接于柔性遮阳材料两端。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述太阳能电池板、直流风扇与吸盘结构固连在所述硬质遮阳板的迎光面上。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述直流风扇为5V的直流风扇。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述太阳能电池板输出功率为1W~3W。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明包括自动收卷装置,在不使用该散热遮阳板时,柔性遮阳材料被卷成小体积的轴状,收在自动收卷装置中;使用时可以将柔性遮阳材料方便快捷地从自动收卷装置中拉出展开,使用完毕后再通过自动收卷机构将其自动收卷成卷轴状,体积小,方便存放。
同时,吸盘结构能够将该散热遮阳板便捷地吸附安装在汽车车窗内侧,减少了不必要的悬挂机构,操作简单方便。
并且,柔性遮阳材料两端通过支架与自动收卷装置连接的两块硬质遮阳板,可以保证该散热遮阳板的局部具有刚性,通过具有刚性的硬质遮阳板,可以使自动收卷装置拉出展开与自动收卷柔性遮阳材料的动作更为平稳;同时,将吸盘、太阳能电池板与直流风扇固连在硬质遮阳板的迎光面上,避免了该汽车散热遮阳板在吸盘、太阳能电池板与直流风扇的自重作用下产生变形,进而能更好地贴合于汽车车窗内侧,保证最大的遮阳面积,提高遮阳效果。
另外,在起主要遮阳作用的柔性遮阳材料老化以后,可以松开夹持机构,在不必对太阳能电池板、直流风扇以及吸盘结构进行更换的条件下,对一整块柔性遮阳材料进行更换,节约成本。

图1是本发明一个实施例的汽车散热遮阳板的组成结构示意图,请参照图1,该发明包括柔性遮阳材料1、自动收卷装置2、太阳能电池板3、直流风扇4、吸盘结构5、支架6以及硬质遮阳板7。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,柔性遮阳材料1可以遮挡太阳光并吸收一定光能,汽车散热遮阳板的迎光面有太阳能电池板3,太阳能电池板3接受太阳光照射并将光能转化为电能,使用导线将太阳能电池板3与直流风扇4连接起来,直流风扇4在太阳能电池板3的驱动下转动,促进车内的空气流动,进而降低车内温度。自动收卷装置2包括基本的中心卷轴与平面涡卷弹簧装置,在卷轴与平面涡卷弹簧装置的作用下,柔性遮阳材料1可以被快速拉出展开,使用完毕后再自动收卷起来,体积小,方便存放。
本实施例中,在将汽车散热遮阳板安装在汽车车窗内侧时,使用固连在汽车散热板迎光面的吸盘结构5,吸盘结构5吸附安装的方式减少了不必要的悬挂机构,使操作简单便捷。此处,不限制该汽车遮阳散热板在车内的吸附位置,既可以吸附在前后挡风玻璃上,也可以吸附在天窗上,也可以吸附在汽车侧门的玻璃上,视用户个人的使用需求而定,汽车散热遮阳板的尺寸视具体应用位置进行调整。
本实施例中,优选地,在柔性遮阳材料1两端通过支架6与自动收卷装置2分别连接两块硬质遮阳板7,硬质遮阳板7本身既可以起到遮阳作用,同时又可以保证该汽车遮阳散热板的局部具有刚性,使自动收卷装置2拉出展开与自动收卷柔性遮阳材料1的动作更为平稳。
本实施例中,可以优选地将吸盘结构5、太阳能电池板3与直流风扇4通过螺钉固定在硬质遮阳板上,避免了该柔性遮阳材料在太阳能电池板3、直流风扇4与吸盘结构5的自重作用下产生变形,进而能更好地贴合于汽车车窗内侧,保证最大的遮阳面积,提高遮阳效果。本实施例中,对太阳能电池板3、直流风扇4、吸盘结构5与硬质遮阳板7固连的方式不作限制,既可以螺纹连接、铆接,也可以粘连等,只要使连接足够可靠即可。
本实施例中,优选地,柔性遮阳材料1与硬质遮阳板7之间一端是通过支架夹持连接,一端通过自动收卷装置的支架杆连接,当起主要遮阳作用的柔性遮阳材料老化时,可以将一整块柔性遮阳材料进行快速更换,而不必对太阳能电池板3、直流风扇4以及吸盘结构5进行更换,节约成本。本实施例中,对柔性遮阳材料1与硬质遮阳材料之间的连接方式不作限定,只要在使用时足够稳定即可。使用支架夹持只是一种快速更换柔性遮阳材料的优选方法。
本实施例中,优选地,直流风扇4为5V,太阳能电池板3输出功率为1W至3W,太阳能电池板3顺利驱动直流风扇4转动。
当然,此处对太阳能电池板的数量和面积不作限定,对直流风扇的数量和直流风扇安装在汽车散热遮阳板的迎光面还是背光面也不作限制。同时,对直流风扇和太阳能电池板的规格不作限制,只要直流风扇的功率在太阳能电池板能够输出的功率范围内,二者具有匹配性即可,使得太阳能电池板3能够驱动直流风扇4即可。

  1. 一种汽车散热遮阳板,其特征在于:包括柔性遮阳材料、太阳能电池板、直流风扇以及自动收卷装置,所述柔性遮阳材料与所述自动收卷装置连接,汽车散热遮阳板使用完毕后,自动收卷装置能将所述柔性遮阳材料自动收卷起来成卷轴状。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车散热遮阳板,其特征在于:所述自动收卷装置包括中心卷轴与平面涡卷弹簧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车散热遮阳板,其特征在于:还包括吸盘结构,所述吸盘结构固连在汽车散热遮阳板上,将遮阳板整体快速吸附安装在汽车车窗上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车散热遮阳板,其特征在于:所述汽车散热遮阳板包括迎光面与背光面,所述太阳能电池板与吸盘结构固连在汽车散热遮阳板的迎光面上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车散热遮阳板,其特征在于:还包括两块硬质遮阳板,通过支架与自动收卷装置分别连接于柔性遮阳材料两端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车散热遮阳板,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池板、直流风扇与吸盘结构固连在所述硬质遮阳板的迎光面上。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的一种汽车散热遮阳板,其特征在于:所述直流风扇为5V的直流风扇。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的一种汽车散热遮阳板,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池板输出功率为1W~3W。
