Description

全自动轿车凉棚 技术领域
本发明属于遮阳凉棚装置领域,特别是涉及一种轿车用防辐射遮阳凉棚。
背景技术
在炎热的季节,很多轿车露天停放时承受着烈日的暴晒,车内温度很高形成蒸笼式的闷热,气温高达70℃左右而久久不能散去,人们要使用车辆,只好先开十几分钟空调,让车内温度慢慢下降,既耽误时间又浪费能源还增加温室气体的排放,虽然车内温度下降,可是车内座椅和座椅靠背还是很烫,人们只好忍着烫开车,这是一个很普遍却又无法改变的现象。人们想了很多办法,试图改变这种现象。经检索,有很多汽车用遮阳棚或遮阳伞被发明出来,但遗憾的是迄今为止,没有一项发明能实际得以应用。究其原因不外乎这样几个方面:这些汽车遮阳棚或遮阳伞,停车时要安装,用人工打开,开车时要人工把它卸下,操作上费时费力,人们不愿意在收放时,要两次忍受在烈日暴晒下较长时间的操作。还有名为自动汽车遮阳棚或自动汽车遮阳伞,每次停车安装完毕用遥控打开,可是开车时用遥控收拢后散在车顶上,还要人工把它卸下来,同样在操作上费时费力,人们也不愿意在收放时,要再次忍受在烈日暴晒下较长时间的操作和麻烦。还有些自动汽车遮阳伞前后自动打开左右两边伸展不开,车两边的玻璃晒到太阳,避热效果较差。
发明内容
本发明针对上述提供一种全自动轿车凉棚,其结构紧凑合理、动作灵活、可靠、稳固、防盗,将其安装在轿车上展开和收拢都能够自动完成,轿车可以自由行驶,使用方便。
具体技术方案如下:一种全自动轿车凉棚,包括基座、电器控制装置、凉棚包皮、车凉棚底座、凉棚底脚和联动装置,联动装置设于基座下面空间的正中,联动装置包括双联涡齿涡轮箱、直齿条、双联上滑块以及左右对称下滑块机构、左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆、左右对称前横杆和若干套收放卷装置;
所述基座上设置有两个左右对称的上固定支座、两个左右对称的下固定支座、若干轴承、电器控制装置、双联上滑块以及左右对称下滑块机构,基座顶部两边对称设有两条第一轴承滚道,所述双联上滑块上部外侧左右对称设有两条第一凹槽滑道,所述的两条第一轴承滚道 对应嵌入两条第一凹槽滑道;
所述左右对称下滑块机构主要由左对称下滑块、右对称下滑块、左右各一个下滑动支座、左右各两个下滚筒架、左右各一根直齿条和左右各一套收放卷装置组成;
所述双联上滑块上设置上滚筒架支座、上伸出端滚筒架、凉棚包皮、微动开关接触块、直齿条和两套收放卷装置;
所述收放卷装置由左收放卷机构、右收放卷机构、卷布滚筒和防辐射遮阳布组成;
双联上滑块和与之相对应的左右对称前横杆之间连接有左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆,形成上层两个前后对称的块面,左右对称下滑块机构和与之相对应的左右对称前横杆之间也连接有左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆,形成下层两个前后对称的块面,所述防辐射遮阳布的一端卷绕在卷布滚筒上,另一端与左右对称前横杆连接;
车凉棚底座下面的前后左右均设置用于与轿车连接的凉棚底脚,所述车凉棚底座上部有两条朝内凹轨道,所述基座底部两边设有凸出轨道,凸出轨道嵌入凹轨道内;
双联涡齿涡轮箱设于基座内,双联涡齿涡轮箱的双输出端端部具有两个对称直齿轮,其中的一个直齿轮与双联上滑块上的一条对应直齿条和左右对称下滑块机构上的一条对应直齿条啮合,另一个直齿轮与双联上滑块上的另一条对应直齿条和左右对称下滑块机构上的另一条对应直齿条啮合,形成对称两组双直齿条与直齿轮啮合的搓动传动,双联上滑块与左右对称下滑块机构同步从基座中呈相反方向伸出,形成上下两层分别向前、后、左、右四面同时伸出和展开的四个凉棚块面,组成轿车凉棚。
本发明进一步设置为:所述基座由挤出型材构成,基座顶部设有二条第一轴承滚道并呈左右对称分布,基座顶部中间是凹形通道,基座上部外侧左右对称分布有二条第二轴承滚道,基座中部外侧左右对称分布有二条第三轴承滚道,所述的三种轴承滚道是先用开槽球面轴位螺钉、滚动轴承、垫圈与基座连接形成一个滚道单元,按均布和纵向排列的方式与基座连接,形成的六条纵向的轴承滚道;左对称下滑块顶部和底部设有第二凹槽滑道,右对称下滑块顶部和底部设有第三凹槽滑道,
双联上滑块中部和下部都在基座顶部中间凹形通道内;第二轴承滚道和第三轴承滚道的左外侧分别嵌入两条第二凹槽滑道,第二轴承滚道和第三轴承滚道的右外侧分别嵌入两条第三凹槽滑道;
所述电器控制装置主要由太阳能板、太阳能底座拉手封盖、充电电池、太阳能充电插座、 遥控接收器、遥控控制器、起点微动开关、止点微动开关、电器面板和特制车载电扇组成;电器面板上设有电量显示器、凉棚总开关和充放电插座;所述特制车载电扇由电扇、电扇底座、底座软垫、金属软管、吸盘、开关和导线插头组成;
基座前左顶部和前右顶部分别连接左、右两个对称的上固定支座,基座后下部左外侧、右外侧分别连接左、右两个对称的下固定支座,基座顶部中间的凹形通道上前段连接止点微动开关、后段连接起点微动开关,基座下部内侧是空间,充电电池和遥控接收器放置在基座前下部空间内,基座中间凹形通道左右两内侧有两条相对应的内侧梯形通道,左右两外侧也有两条相对应的外侧梯形通道,四条梯形通道呈对称分布,基座前下部空间端口连接电器面板,基座后顶部端口连接太阳能底座拉手封盖,基座底部后段中间有四个圆孔呈纵向等距排列,底部中段有一个矩形开口,直通基座下部空间,基座下部空间上面正中位置往上有左右对称的两个圆孔,双联涡齿涡轮箱由该矩形开口进入基座中段空间内连接在基座空间上正中附近,双联涡齿涡轮箱上双输出端端部左右对称的两个直齿轮可转动的嵌入基座空间上面左右对称的两个圆孔内。

车凉棚底座前左、右两个四围通道端口分别连接两套凉棚底脚,后左、右两个四围通道端口也分别连接两套凉棚底脚,四套凉棚底脚上连接有不锈钢张紧条和底脚座,所述底脚座设有 软垫,底脚座软垫贴在轿车前、后、左、右四处边的平面上,每个不锈钢张紧条均连接有用于勾住轿车四处边缘角的内侧软胶金属卡紧钩板,所述卡紧钩板上套有用于贴在轿车四处边缘上的皮套。
本发明进一步设置为:所述双联涡齿涡轮箱由涡轮箱下体、涡轮箱盖、两个轴承、四个铜套、两个涡轮直齿轮和蜗杆式电机组成,所述涡轮箱下体由其四围面和与四围面相连的下体底部组成,四围面底部内有两个相连且中间相通的圆弧凹面,并呈左右对称分布,两个圆弧凹面上各有一个圆形凸台,圆形凸台设有中心圆孔,两个中心圆孔分别嵌入两个铜套,铜套和圆孔紧配合,四围面顶部四个边角上有四个圆孔直通底部,四围面前内侧中心有一个圆凹槽,圆凹槽嵌入一个铜套,圆凹槽与铜套紧配合,四围面后内侧中心有一个圆孔嵌入一个铜套,圆孔与铜套紧配合,前、后铜套同心,
涡轮箱下体后外侧端口四边角有四个圆孔,后外侧端口四个圆孔中心位置有一个圆孔与内侧中心圆孔同心又相通,涡杆式电机的涡杆头从涡轮箱下体后外侧中心圆孔进入前内侧铜套内,涡杆中段在后内侧铜套内,涡杆上的涡齿在两个既相连中间又相通的圆弧凹面正中处,涡杆式电机与涡轮箱下体后外侧端口四个圆孔用不锈钢螺钉连接;

本发明进一步设置为:所述电器控制装置由太阳能板、太阳能底座拉手封盖、充电电池、 太阳能充电插座、遥控接收器、遥控控制器、起点微动开关、止点微动开关、电器面板和特制车载电扇组成,所述电器面板上装有电量显示器、凉棚总开关和充放电插座,所述太阳能底座拉手封盖顶部平面四角有四个圆孔,中间有一个圆孔连方孔,方孔往下即是太阳能底座拉手封盖上部前侧导线凹槽,中部从后往前凸出左右对称两个矩形直角悬臂,下部从后往前凸出五围凸台,五围凸台顶部平面有一条从后往前半圆凹槽,半圆凹槽后端与从上往下的导线凹槽相接,五围凸台后侧端口有一条横向拉手杆,横向拉手杆上下周边是空间,下部五围凸台上下左右四围形状与基座下部空间形状相似,太阳能底座拉手封盖顶部连接太阳能板,中部左右对称两个悬臂连接基座顶部左右后端,下部从后往前凸出的五围凸台嵌入基座下部空间后端口,太阳能板上的导线插头从太阳能底座拉手封盖顶部圆孔连方孔和导线凹槽往下一直进入基座下部空间内与太阳能充电插座连接,太阳能充电插座另一端与充电电池连接;
充电电池先连接凉棚总开关,再连接电量显示器、充放电插座和遥控接收器,遥控接收器连接起点微动开关、止点微动开关和蜗杆式电机。
本发明将一端卷绕有防辐射遮阳布的四个卷布滚筒,分别与双联上滑块和左、右对称下滑块连接为一体,另一端与对称分布的前横杆连接,中间由左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式平行折叠撑杆分别将它们彼此之间连接起来,用遥控控制器操作,使电机正转,双联涡齿涡轮涡轮箱上的双输出端端部的左右对称两个直齿轮转动并产生与双联上滑块和左右对称下滑块上的四条直齿条联动,使得防辐射遮阳布只用短短的几秒钟,就从基座上向前、后、左、右四面同时展开,成为遮盖面积足够大的凉棚,使轿车置于凉棚之下。停车时,当使用者手持遥控控制器按打开键时,蜗杆式电机正转双联上滑块与左、右对称下滑块呈相反方向滑动,当双联上滑块的微动开关接触块往前滑动碰到基座前段止点微动开关时,蜗杆式电机停止转动,全自动轿车凉棚完全打开,同时轿车内特制车载电扇上的导线插头往上插入电器面板上的充放电插座,按一下开关电扇转动使轿车内通风清凉。准备开车时,当使用者手持遥控控制器按收拢键时,蜗杆式电机反转,双联上滑块的微动开关接触块往后滑动碰到基座后段起点微动开关、蜗杆式电机停止转动,全自动轿车凉棚完全收拢像个包箱。本发明全自动轿车凉棚结构紧凑合理、动作灵活、可靠、稳固、防盗,将其安装在轿车上,能自动展开或收拢,使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的实施方案。
见图1所示为全自动轿车凉棚1放置在轿车顶部展开时的状态,主要由基座2、双联上滑块11、左对称下滑块30、右对称下滑块31、左右对称前横杆59、防辐射遮阳布28、左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆46、车凉棚底座83和凉棚底脚86组成。图2所示为全自动轿车凉棚1放置在轿车顶部尚未展开时的状态。
首先,将各部分先进行组装
1)组装基座2:基座2为异型挤出型材(见图5),先用开槽球面轴位螺钉、轴承、垫圈与基座连接形成一个滚道单元,再将多个单元按均布和纵向排列的方式与基座2连接,形成基座顶部两条左右对称的第一轴承滚道3、基座上部外侧两条左右对称的第二轴承滚道4和基座中部外侧两条左右对称的第三轴承滚道5(见图5)。基座顶部两条左右对称的第一轴承滚道3嵌入双联上滑块11上部外侧左右对称的第一凹槽滑道14,双联上滑块11中部和下部都在基座顶部中间凹形通道6内,基座上部外侧左右对称的第二轴承滚道4和基座中部左右对称的第三轴承滚道5分别左边嵌入左对称下滑块30顶部和底部的第二凹槽滑道32,右边嵌入右对称下滑块31顶部和底部的第三凹槽滑道33,由此基座2、双联上滑块11、左对称下滑块30和右对称下滑块31有机地结合在一起(见图9)。基座2前顶部左右两边连接左右对称两个上固定支座9,基座2后下部左右外侧连接左右对称两个下固定支座10,基座2顶部中间凹形通道6前段上面连接止点微动开关79,后段上面连接起点微动开关78(见图5)。如图3所示,基座2下部前端口连接电器面板,电器面板上安装电量显示器80、凉棚总开关81和充放电插座82。基座2顶部后端连接太阳能底座拉手封盖77,太阳能底座拉手封盖77上面连接太阳能板76,太阳能板76上的导线插头连接基座下部空间内的太阳能充电插座,太阳能充电插座连接充电电池,充电电池连接凉棚总开关81、 电量显示器80、充放电插座82和遥控接收器。遥控接收器连接起点微动开关78、止点微动开关79和蜗杆式电机,基座下部前段空间放置充电电池和遥控接收器。
2)组装双联上滑块11:双联上滑块11为异型挤出型材,顶部后端矩形平面12连接上滚筒架支座19(见图7),双联上滑块11顶部前端矩形平面13连接上伸出端滚筒架18(见图7),上滚筒架支座19和上伸出端滚筒架18分别连接两套左收放卷机构21和右收放卷机构22,左收放卷机构21和右收放卷机构22连接卷布滚筒28(见图7),卷布滚筒28卷绕防辐射遮阳布29,双联上滑块上部外侧左右对称的第一凹槽滑道14连接基座顶部左右对称的第一轴承滚道3,双联上滑块下部左右外侧燕尾形轨道15连接左右对称两条直齿条45(见图7),双联上滑块11底部凹形通道16后段上面连接微动开关接触块17(位置布置详见图3),双联上滑块11上的微动开关接触块17与基座顶部后段中间凹形通道6上的起点微动开关78相接。
3)组装收放卷装置20:收放卷装置共有四套,每套由左收放卷机构21、右收放卷机构22、卷布滚筒28和防辐射遮阳布29组成;如图12所示,左收放卷机构21由调节挡板23、弹簧套筒24、接套盖板25和正卷发条弹簧26组成,调节挡板23连接弹簧套筒24,正卷发条弹簧26内端连接调节挡板23的开口芯轴,外端连接弹簧套筒24的十字开口,接套盖板25中心圆孔连接调节挡板23、后段连接弹簧套筒24、前段连接卷布滚筒28一个端口;右收放卷机构由调节挡板23、弹簧套筒24、接套盖板25和反卷发条弹簧27组成,调节挡板23连接弹簧套筒24,反卷发条弹簧27内端连接调节挡板23的开口芯轴,外端连接弹簧套筒24的十字开口,接套盖板25中心圆孔连接调节挡板23、后段连接弹簧套筒24、前段连接卷布滚筒28另一个端口,用双面胶将防辐射遮阳布29的一端贴在卷布滚筒28上,再把防辐射遮阳布29卷绕在卷布滚筒28上。
4)组装左对称下滑块30和右对称下滑块31:如图8所示,左对称下滑块30和右对称下滑块31为异型挤出型材,左对称下滑块顶部和底部有第二凹槽滑道32,左对称下滑块右外侧燕尾形轨道34连接一根直齿条45,左对称下滑块左外侧圆弧通道36前后两端连接两个下滚筒架38,两个下滚筒架38分别连接左收放卷机构21和右收放卷机构22,左收放卷机构21和右收放卷机构22之间连接一根卷布滚筒28,防辐射遮阳布29卷绕在卷布滚筒28上,左对称下滑块底部左边凹形轨道39后端连接下滑动支座41。右对称下滑块31顶部和底部有第三凹槽滑道33,右对称下滑块左外侧燕尾形轨道35连接一根直齿条45,右对称下滑块右外侧圆弧通道37前后两端连接两个下滚筒架38,两个下滚筒架38分别连接左收放卷机构21和右收放卷机构22,左收放卷机构21和右收放卷机构22之间连接一根卷布滚筒28,防辐射遮阳布29卷绕在卷布滚筒28上,右对称下滑块底部右边凹形轨道40后端连接下滑动支座41。
5)组装双联涡齿涡轮箱65:如图14所示,先将特制涡轮72和特制轴73注塑连接,再将特制直齿轮74压进特制轴上段的半圆柱,构成涡轮直齿轮71,两个涡轮直齿轮71下面圆柱分别嵌入涡轮箱下体66底部上面左右对称两个圆孔67的铜套内;结合图13和图14所示,将蜗杆式电机前段蜗杆头从涡轮箱下体66后侧中心通孔69插入涡轮箱下体66前内侧中心圆形凹槽68的铜套内,涡齿与左、右特制涡轮啮合,蜗杆中段置于涡轮箱下体66后侧中心通孔69的铜套内,蜗杆式电机与涡轮箱下体66后外侧凸台四个圆孔70连接,将两个轴承安装在涡轮箱盖75上、涡轮箱下体66上的两个涡轮直齿轮71的直齿轮77嵌入涡轮箱盖75上两个轴承内穿过两个圆孔成为双输出端;如图4和图5所示,双联涡齿涡轮箱65进入基座底部中段矩形开口8空间上面的中心位置,双输出端两个直齿轮77嵌入基座2空间上面中心位置的两个圆孔内,分别与双联上滑块两根直齿条45和左右对称下滑块两根直齿条45啮合。
6)组装左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆46:如图10所示,左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆46共有四套,每套由两个后固定合页43、两个后活动合页44、上下两根后撑杆47、左可平行旋转倾斜装置48、中间滑杆57、右可平行旋转倾斜装置53、上下两根前撑杆58、两个前活动合页64、两个前固定合页63和四个轴承组成。后撑杆47中段上下有通孔,后撑杆47左右两侧是平面,后端平面有六个螺孔,后端平面六个螺孔连接后活动合页44,后活动合页44连接后固定合页43,前端平面有两个圆孔,两根后撑杆47上下放置用不锈钢空心铆钉连接。
如图11所示,左可平行旋转倾斜装置48由左铰链关节49、左球头短关节50、左球头长关节51和不锈钢圆柱球头52组成。左球头短关节50在上左球头长关节51在下形成滑道和球形空间,其后部分为上下平面,前部分往下旋转倾斜,不锈钢圆柱球头52的后端嵌入左铰链关节49后段内侧的中心凹形通孔,中段圆柱和前段球头分别进入上述的滑道和球形空间里,构成左可平行旋转倾斜装置48。
相应的,如图11所示,右可平行旋转倾斜装置53由右铰链关节54、右球头短关节55、右球头长关节56和不锈钢圆柱球头52组成;不锈钢圆柱球头52后端嵌入右铰链关节53后段内侧中心凹形通孔,右球头短关节55在下右球头长关节56在上形成滑道和球形空间,其后部分为上下平面,前部分往下旋转倾斜,中段圆柱和前段球头分别进入上述的滑道和球形空间里,构成右可平行旋转倾斜装置53。
如图10所示,前撑杆58中段上下有通孔,前撑杆58左右两侧是平面,后端平面有两个圆孔,前端平面有四个螺孔,前端平面四个螺孔连接前活动合页64,前活动合页64连接前固定合页63,上下两根前撑杆下面前撑杆的前固定合页63连接四个轴承,前固定合页上的四个轴承形 成上下两条第四轴承滚道,两根前撑杆58上下放置用不锈钢空心铆钉连接。如图10所示,左可平行旋转倾斜装置48既连接上下两根后撑杆47下面一根前端口,又连接上下两根前撑杆58下面一根后端口,右可平行旋转倾斜装置53既连接上下两根后撑杆47上面一根前端口,又连接上下两根前撑杆58上面一根后端口,左可平行旋转倾斜装置48上的左铰链关节49顶部圆形凸台中心螺孔和右可平行旋转倾斜装置53上的右铰链关节54顶部圆形凸台中心螺孔之间连接中间滑杆57,由此构成左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆46。
7)组装左右对称前横杆59:左右对称前横杆59有四套,每套由前横杆60和前固定支座62组成(见图16)。前横杆60为异型挤出型材,前横杆内侧上下凹形滑道61后端嵌入前固定支座62外侧上下凸台,前固定支座62内侧平面有四个螺孔,左右对称前横杆59内侧上下凹形滑道61后端上的前固定支座62四个螺孔与左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆的上下两根前撑杆的上面前撑杆的前固定合页连接(见图6),左右对称前横杆59内侧上下凹形滑道61前端嵌入左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆46上下两根前撑杆下面前撑杆的前固定合页上下两条轴承滚道内(见图6),左右对称前横杆59外侧用双面胶和/或拉铆钉连接防辐射遮阳布29(见图1所示,此处优选两种方式相结合)。
8)组装车凉棚底座83和凉棚底脚86(见图17),车凉棚底座83由凉棚底座84、防盗锁85和四个刺面尼龙魔贴组成,凉棚底座84为异型挤出型材,凉棚底座84上部有两条朝内凹轨道左右对称纵向排列,凉棚底座84下部是两个左右对称的独立四围通道呈纵向排列,两个独立四围通道底部之间是凹形平面通道,凉棚底座84底部凹形平面通道中间有一条平面凸台,凉棚底座84底部平面凸台后端有四个螺孔和中心圆孔连接防盗锁85,凉棚底座84两个左右对称的独立四围通道外侧前段左右连接两个刺面尼龙魔贴、后段左右也连接两个刺面尼龙魔贴,由此构成车凉棚底座83(见图17);
车凉棚底座83下部两个独立四围通道前、后、左、右四个端口连接四个凉棚底脚86,凉棚底脚86由金属固定件、固定架、固定销子、锁紧块、锁紧五金件、锁紧注塑件、上锁片、下锁片、不锈钢张紧条、内侧软胶金属卡紧钩板87、皮套88、固定锁、注塑件护罩89、底脚座90、底脚座软垫91组成,四个金属固定件用拉铆钉与车凉棚底座83下部两个独立四围通道前后左右四个端口连接,金属固定件分别与固定架、固定销子、锁紧块和锁紧五金件连接,锁紧五金件分别与锁紧注塑件和固定锁连接,固定销子连接上锁片和下锁片,然后套上注塑件护罩89(见图17),不锈钢张紧条后端与内侧软胶金属卡紧钩板87连接,皮套88套在它们的连接处,底脚座90上连接金属固定件下连接底脚座软垫91,四个底脚座软垫91前后左右平贴在轿车的四处边 的平面上,不锈钢张紧条前端插入凉棚底脚86上的上锁片和下锁片之间的缝隙处,由锁紧五金件和锁紧注塑件组成的拉紧件把不锈钢张紧条拉进去,后端的内侧软胶金属卡紧钩板87钩紧轿车的四处边角,并卡紧锁上固定锁,使车凉棚底座83和凉棚底脚86与轿车既无伤害又稳固地连接(见图2)。
然后,将上述各部分逐一组装:基座顶部两条左右对称的第一轴承滚道3嵌入双联上滑块11上部外侧左右对称的第一凹槽滑道14,双联上滑块11中部和下部都在基座顶部中间凹形通道6内,基座顶部中间凹形通道6后段的起点微动开关与双联上滑块11后段上的微动开关接触块17相接,基座上部外侧左右对称的第二轴承滚道4和基座中部左右对称的第三轴承滚道5分别左边嵌入左对称下滑块30顶部和底部的第二凹槽滑道32,右边嵌入右对称下滑块31顶部和底部的第三凹槽滑道33,由此基座2、双联上滑块11、左对称下滑块30和右对称下滑块31有机地结合在一起(见图9);
双联上滑块11顶部前端平面和后端平面上的上伸出端滚筒架18和上滚筒架支座19分别连接两套左收放卷机构21和右收放卷机构22,两套左收放卷机构21和右收放卷机构22之间连接两根卷布滚筒28,上滚筒架支座19左右两侧平面上的六个螺孔分别连接左右两套左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆46上下两根后撑杆47的上面后撑杆47后端的后固定合页43,用不锈钢盘头螺钉固定;
基座2顶部前端左右两个上固定支座9上的六个螺孔分别连接左右两套左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆46上下两根后撑杆47的下面后撑杆47后端的后固定合页43,用不锈钢盘头螺钉固定;与双联上滑块相对应的左右两套左右对称前横杆59内侧后端的左右两个前固定支座62分别连接左右两套左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆46上下两根前撑杆58的上面前撑杆58前端前固定合页63,用不锈钢盘头螺钉固定;左右两套左右对称前横杆59内侧前端嵌入左右两套左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆46上下两根前撑杆58的下面前撑杆58前端有四个轴承组成上下滚道的前固定合页63;

太阳能底座拉手封盖77顶部平面连接太阳能板76用不锈钢螺钉和防脱螺母固定,太阳能板76上的导线插头经过太阳能底座拉手封盖77下部五围凸台顶部从后往前半圆凹槽进入基座后端下部空间内插入太阳能充电插座,太阳能充电插座与充电电池连接,充电电池连接凉棚总开关81、电量显示器80、充放电插座82和遥控接收器,遥控接收器连接起点微动开关78、止点微动开关79和蜗杆式电机;
基座2下部前段空间放置充电电池和遥控接收器,基座2下部前端口连接电器面板,电器面板上装有电量显示器80、凉棚总开关81和充放电插座82;双联涡齿涡轮箱65进入基座底部中段矩形开口8空间上面的中心位置用不锈钢螺钉和防脱螺母固定在基座2上,双输出端两个直齿轮77嵌入基座2空间上面中心位置的两个圆孔内,其中一个直齿轮77与双联上滑块上的一根直齿条45和左右对称下滑块上的一根直齿条45啮合,另一个直齿轮77与双联上滑块另一根直齿条45和左右对称下滑块另一根直齿条45啮合(见图4);
如图2所示,基座底部左右两边凸出轨道7嵌入车凉棚底座83顶部左右两条凹轨道,车凉棚底座83后端底部的防盗锁85往上锁紧基座2;车凉棚底座83下部两条独立四围通道前、后、左、右四个端口连接四套凉棚底脚86上的四个金属固定件,四套凉棚底脚86下面的四个底脚座90和底脚座软垫91平贴在轿车的四处边的平面上,四套凉棚底脚86上的内侧软胶金属卡紧钩板 87钩紧轿车的四处边角,锁上固定锁,由此全自动轿车凉棚1与轿车既无伤害又稳固地连接。
停车时,当使用者手持遥控控制器86按打开键,蜗杆式电机正转,双联上滑块11与左对称下滑块和右对称下滑块呈相反方向滑动,当双联上滑块11底部后段上的微动开关接触块17往前滑动碰到基座2顶部凹形通道6前段上的止点微动开关79时,蜗杆式电机停止转动,全自动轿车凉棚1完全打开,同时轿车内特制车载电扇的导线插头往上插入电器面板上的充放电插座82,按一下开关电扇转动使轿车内通风清凉;准备开车时,当使用者手持遥控控制器按收拢键,蜗杆式电机反转,双联上滑块11上的微动开关接触块17往后滑动碰到基座2后段起点微动开关78时,蜗杆式电机停止转动,全自动轿车凉棚1完全收拢像个包箱;全自动轿车凉棚1安装在轿车上稳固、防盗,轿车可以自由行驶(见图2)。
至此,本发明全部组装完成,全自动轿车凉棚1在收拢状态时置于轿车顶部,用遥控控制器操作,本发明的展开就可以自动完成,反之自动完成收拢(见图2),打开防盗锁85用手拉住太阳能底座拉手封盖77五围凸台后侧端口的横向拉手杆,往外一拉几秒钟就可以把轿车凉棚拿下收藏。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种全自动轿车凉棚,其特征在于:包括基座、电器控制装置、凉棚包皮、车凉棚底座、凉棚底脚和联动装置,联动装置设于基座下面空间的正中,联动装置包括双联涡齿涡轮箱、直齿条、双联上滑块以及左右对称下滑块机构、左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆、左右对称前横杆和若干套收放卷装置;
    所述基座上设置有两个左右对称的上固定支座、两个左右对称的下固定支座、若干轴承、电器控制装置、双联上滑块以及左右对称下滑块机构,基座顶部两边对称设有两条第一轴承滚道,所述双联上滑块上部外侧左右对称设有两条第一凹槽滑道,所述的两条第一轴承滚道对应嵌入两条第一凹槽滑道;
    所述左右对称下滑块机构主要由左对称下滑块、右对称下滑块、左右各一个下滑动支座、左右各两个下滚筒架、左右各一根直齿条和左右各一套收放卷装置组成;
    所述双联上滑块上设置上滚筒架支座、上伸出端滚筒架、凉棚包皮、微动开关接触块、直齿条和两套收放卷装置;
    所述收放卷装置由左收放卷机构、右收放卷机构、卷布滚筒和防辐射遮阳布组成;
    双联上滑块和与之相对应的左右对称前横杆之间连接有左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆,形成上层两个前后对称的块面,左右对称下滑块机构和与之相对应的左右对称前横杆之间也连接有左右对称可平行旋转倾斜框架式折叠撑杆,形成下层两个前后对称的块面,所述防辐射遮阳布的一端卷绕在卷布滚筒上,另一端与左右对称前横杆连接;
    车凉棚底座下面的前后左右均设置用于与轿车连接的凉棚底脚,所述车凉棚底座上部有两条朝内凹轨道,所述基座底部两边设有凸出轨道,凸出轨道嵌入凹轨道内;
    双联涡齿涡轮箱设于基座内,双联涡齿涡轮箱的双输出端端部具有两个对称直齿轮,其中的一个直齿轮与双联上滑块上的一条对应直齿条和左右对称下滑块机构上的一条对应直齿条啮合,另一个直齿轮与双联上滑块上的另一条对应直齿条和左右对称下滑块机构上的另一条对应直齿条啮合,形成对称两组 双直齿条与直齿轮啮合的搓动传动,双联上滑块与左右对称下滑块机构同步从基座中呈相反方向伸出,形成上下两层分别向前、后、左、右四面同时伸出和展开的四个凉棚块面,组成轿车凉棚。
  2. 按权利要求1所述的一种全自动轿车凉棚,其特征在于:所述基座由挤出型材构成,基座顶部设有二条第一轴承滚道并呈左右对称分布,基座顶部中间是凹形通道,基座上部外侧左右对称分布有二条第二轴承滚道,基座中部外侧左右对称分布有二条第三轴承滚道,所述的三种轴承滚道是先用开槽球面轴位螺钉、滚动轴承、垫圈与基座连接形成一个滚道单元,按均布和纵向排列的方式与基座连接,形成的六条纵向的轴承滚道;左对称下滑块顶部和底部设有第二凹槽滑道,右对称下滑块顶部和底部设有第三凹槽滑道,
    双联上滑块中部和下部都在基座顶部中间凹形通道内;第二轴承滚道和第三轴承滚道的左外侧分别嵌入两条第二凹槽滑道,第二轴承滚道和第三轴承滚道的右外侧分别嵌入两条第三凹槽滑道;
    所述电器控制装置主要由太阳能板、太阳能底座拉手封盖、充电电池、太阳能充电插座、遥控接收器、遥控控制器、起点微动开关、止点微动开关、电器面板和特制车载电扇组成;电器面板上设有电量显示器、凉棚总开关和充放电插座;所述特制车载电扇由电扇、电扇底座、底座软垫、金属软管、吸盘、开关和导线插头组成;
    基座前左顶部和前右顶部分别连接左、右两个对称的上固定支座,基座后下部左外侧、右外侧分别连接左、右两个对称的下固定支座,基座顶部中间的凹形通道上前段连接止点微动开关、后段连接起点微动开关,基座下部内侧是空间,充电电池和遥控接收器放置在基座前下部空间内,基座中间凹形通道左右两内侧有两条相对应的内侧梯形通道,左右两外侧也有两条相对应的外侧梯形通道,四条梯形通道呈对称分布,基座前下部空间端口连接电器面板,基座后顶部端口连接太阳能底座拉手封盖,基座底部后段中间有四个圆孔呈纵向等距排列,底部中段有一个矩形开口,直通基座下部空间,基座下部空间上面正中位置往上有左右对称的两个圆孔,双联涡齿涡轮箱由该矩形开口进入基座中段空间内连接在基座 空间上正中附近,双联涡齿涡轮箱上双输出端端部左右对称的两个直齿轮可转动的嵌入基座空间上面左右对称的两个圆孔内。
  3. 按权利要求1所述的一种全自动轿车凉棚,其特征在于:所述双联上滑块顶部是矩形平面,顶部左右两边是直角凹形通道,顶部下面内侧两边有左右对称的两条直角矩形的凸出平面,双联上滑块上部左右外侧有两条相对称的第一凹槽滑道,双联上滑块下部左右外侧有相对称的两条燕尾形轨道分别嵌入两根直齿条,双联上滑块底部有一条凹形通道,凹形通道后段上面连接微动开关接触块,双联上滑块后段上的微动开关接触块与基座后段上的起点微动开关相接,第一凹槽滑道嵌入第一轴承滚道内侧,双联上滑块下部左右外侧燕尾形轨道上的两根直齿条与内侧梯形通道滑移配合,与基座正中位置两个左右对称的圆孔内侧相交,双联上滑块顶部前端连接上伸出端滚筒架,所述上伸出端滚筒架顶部是平面,平面上有两个左右对称的圆孔和六个第一螺孔,上伸出端滚筒架上部是双联的两个圆圈,下部是两个与双联圆圈的圆弧底部相连的直角凸块平面,双联圆圈的左右两个圆圈的圆弧底部中心处同心设有两个沉头圆孔,下与底部直角凸块平面相通,双联上滑块顶部后端连接上滚筒架支座,所述上滚筒架支座顶部与上伸出端滚筒架顶部结构设置相同,上滚筒架支座上部左右外侧是各有六个第二螺孔的平面,上滚筒架支座下部和底部与上伸出端滚筒架下部和底部结构设置相同,所述凉棚包皮由包皮布、凉棚盖板、两条弹性片材、两根毛条、四个毛面尼龙魔贴和一个刺面尼龙魔贴组成,双联上滑块顶部前端上的上伸出端滚筒架和顶部后端上的上滚筒架支座之间分别装配两套收放卷装置,每套的左收放卷机构和右收放卷机构之间连接卷布滚筒,防辐射遮阳布卷绕在卷布滚筒上,双联上滑块上的上伸出端滚筒架顶部平面以及上滚筒架支座顶部平面上连接凉棚包皮上的凉棚盖板。
  4. 按权利要求2所述的一种全自动轿车凉棚,其特征在于:所述左对称下滑块和右对称下滑块均由挤出型材构成,左对称下滑块左外侧有一条圆弧通道,圆弧通道上有一条凸轨道,左外侧圆弧通道前后两端分别连接两个下滚筒架,两个下滚筒架之间分别装配左收放卷机构、右收放卷机构,左收放卷机构和右收放卷机构之间连接卷布滚筒,防辐射遮阳布卷绕在卷布滚筒上,左对称下滑块右外侧设有一条 燕尾形轨道,其内嵌入一根直齿条,左对称下滑块底部左边有一条凹形轨道,所述下滑动支座顶部设有凸形轨道,所述下滑动支座嵌入凹形轨道后端口,所述右对称下滑块的上的结构设置与左对称下滑块上的结构设置对称相同;左对称下滑块上的直齿条与基座的左外侧梯形通道滑移配合,并与基座正中位置左圆孔外侧相交,右对称下滑块上的直齿条与基座的右外侧梯形通道滑移配合,与基座正中位置右圆孔外侧相交。

    所述后撑杆顶部和底部都是圆弧形,后撑杆中段上下设有通孔,两根后撑杆上下交叉放置,并通过空心铆钉连接两者的通孔,后撑杆左右两侧是平面,两侧平面的后端各有相对称的六个第三螺孔,六个第三螺孔分别连接上下两个后活动合页,上下两个后活动合页连接上下两个后固定合页,后撑杆前端左右两侧平面各有两个圆孔相对称;

  10. 按权利要求1所述的一种全自动轿车凉棚,其特征在于:所述电器控制装置由太阳能板、太阳能底座拉手封盖、充电电池、太阳能充电插座、遥控接收器、遥控控制器、起点微动开关、止点微动开关、电器面板和特制车载电扇组成,所述电器面板上装有电量显示器、凉棚总开关和充放电插座,所述太阳能底座拉手封盖顶部平面四角有四个圆孔,中间有一个圆孔连方孔,方孔往下即是太阳能底座拉手封盖上部前侧导线凹槽,中部从后往前凸出左右对称两个矩形直角悬臂,下部从后往前凸出五围凸台,五围凸台顶部平面有一条从后往前半圆凹槽,半圆凹槽后端与从上往下的导线凹槽相接,五围凸台后侧端口有一条横向拉手杆,横向拉手杆上下周边是空间,下部五围凸台上下左右四围形状与基座下部空间形状相似,太阳能底座拉手封盖顶部连接太阳能板,中部左右对称两个悬臂连接基座顶部左右后端,下部从后往前凸出的五围凸台嵌入基座下部空间后端口,太阳能板上的导线插头从太阳能底座拉手封盖顶部圆孔连方孔和导线凹槽往下一直进入基座下部空间内与太阳能充电插座连接,太阳能充电插座另一端与充电电池连接;
    充电电池先连接凉棚总开关,再连接电量显示器、充放电插座和遥控接收器,遥控接收器连接起点微动开关、止点微动开关和蜗杆式电机。
