Abstract
A distilling apparatus for purification of contaminated liquid, particularly oily substances characterized in that it comprises a contaminated liquid tank (1) connected by a hydraulic connecting line (36) and/or a hydraulic connecting line (39) with a liquid tank (41) provided in the upper part with a liquid vapour chamber (25) and a compressor (26) placed in the liquid tank (41), while a second hydraulic connecting line (30) derived from a vapour chamber (32) of contaminated liquid tank (1) is connected with a compressor input (26) and a vapour line (24) from the liquid vapour chamber (25) is connected with the compressor outlet (26) with a hydraulic connecting line (20) that enteris into a distillation heat exchanger (8).
Claims
1. A distilling apparatus for purification of contaminated liquid, particularly oily substances, comprising a contaminated liquid tank, a distilled liquid tank, a distillation heat exchanger, an exchanger for heating the distillate, a contaminated liquid and distilled liquid exchanger, a thermostatic valve, a hydraulic connecting line, an electric connecting line characterized in that a contaminated liquid tank (1 ) is connected by a one hydraulic connecting line (36) and/or a hydraulic connecting line (39) with a second contaminated liquid tank (41) provided with a distilled liquid vapour chamber (25) and a compressor (26), while by a second hydraulic connecting line (30) derived from a distillation vapour chamber (32) of contaminated liquid tank (1) is connected with input compressor (26) placed in the second contaminated liquid tank (41 ) provided in the upper part with the distilled liquid vapour chamber (25) and a lead (24) connected with coming out of the compressor outlet (26) and entering to a distillation heat exchanger (8) a hydraulic connecting line (20), while the compressor (26) output is connected with the distillation heat exchanger (8) and the distillate outlet (15) by the hydraulic connecting line (20), wherein the contaminated liquid tank (1) is connected with the distillation heat exchanger (8) by a hydraulic connecting line (6) and (7).
2. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the second contaminated liquid tank (41) inside has the compressor (26).

Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the distillation heat exchanger (8) is connected by the hydraulic connecting line (15) with heat exchanger (10) connected by the hydraulic connecting line (19) with the contaminated liquid tank (1), while by the hydraulic connecting line (42) derived from the second contaminated liquid tank (41) is connected with the distilled liquid and contaminated liquid heat exchanger (14).
4. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the contaminated liquid tank (1) has a sedimentation cone (2) provided with derived connecting line (39) of heavy distilled liquid, a shut-off valve (3) in the lower part
and a sludge tank (4) below, while above the sedimentation cone (2) has contaminated liquid heater (43) shielded with an angular partiation (38) and has above the liquid a drop catcher (33), and between them filling valve (5), while above the drop catcher (33) has a distilled liquid vapour catcher (31) over which has the distillation vapour chamber (32) and a contaminated liquid temperature sensor (40).
5. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the second contaminated liquid tank (41) has a distilled liquid heater (21) and a inclined bottom, while outside has derived a minimum level sensor (22), a maximum level sensor (23) and a temperature sensor (27).
6. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the second contaminated liquid tank (41) is connected hydraulically with the contaminated liquid tank (1) by a pump (34).
7. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the heat exchanger (10) has a cooled distillate outlet (11).
8. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the heat exchanger (10) is connected with the contaminated liquid tank (1) by an additional hydraulic connecting line (18) provided with a shut-off valve (17).
9. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the contaminated liquid and distilled liquid exchanger (14) has on the upper part contaminated liquid inlet (16) and on the lower part a distilled liquid draining valve (13).
10. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the contaminated liquid and distilled liquid exchanger (14) is connected with the heat exchanger (10) by the hydraulic connecting line (12).
11. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the hydraulic connecting line (20) has light gas release valve (29).
12. Distilling apparatus according to claim 1 , characterized in that, the distillation heat exchanger (8) has on the hydraulic connecting line (15) outlet thermostatic valve (9).
