Abstract

L'invention concerne des informations de plan d'étage d'une pluralité de bâtiments étant stockées dans une base de données de plan d'étage d'équipement (28). Sur la base des données de plan d'étage d'un étage sur lequel un élément défectueux d'équipement est disposé, dans un bâtiment d'où provient une alarme, les données de plan d'étage étant stockées dans la base de données de plan d'étage d'équipement (28), une unité d'analyse de position d'équipement (36) acquiert des informations environnementales concernant l'élément défectueux d'équipement. Sur la base des données de plan d'étage de la pluralité de bâtiments stockées dans la base de données de plan d'étage d'équipement (28), une unité d'extraction d'équipement positionné de façon similaire (38) extrait, en tant qu'équipement ayant une priorité de maintenance, un élément d'équipement du même type que l'élément défectueux d'équipement et similaire à l'élément défectueux d'équipement en termes d'informations environnementales et satisfaisant une condition prescrite.
