鞋底清洗机
本申请要求于2017年05月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710369626.3、发明名称为“鞋底清洗机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及安放在地面上用于除去鞋靴上泥土、灰尘的装置技术领域,具体公开了一种鞋底清洗机。
背景技术
在环境要求较高的室内,通常采用鞋底清洗机对工作人员的鞋底进行清洗。尤其是在一些实验室和工厂中使用较多。在现有技术中,鞋底清洗机通常通过固定安装的方式,安装在进出口位置,工作人员通过其上侧,鞋底清洗机对工作人员的鞋底清洗处理。但是现有技术中的鞋底清洗机通常各个部件之间固定连接,不方便鞋底清洗机的拆卸、安装使用,尤其是需要对其增加或者减少尺寸使用时。并且由于现有的鞋底清洗机结构设计的不合理性,导致鞋底清洗机的高度较高。当在一些空间较小的环境中使用时,容易导致使用人员在其上侧通过时,无法直立行走,降低使用人员的舒适度。
发明内容
针对上述背景技术中所存在无法方便增加或者减少清洗组件数量,容易导致使用人员使用舒适度低的缺陷,本发明的技术方案如下:
一方面提供了一种鞋底清洗机,包括:清洗组件、喷淋组件以及吸水组件,所述清洗组件、所述吸水组件均为多个,各所述清洗组件通过连接底板可拆卸连接,多个清洗组件组成一清洗区,多个吸水组件组成一吸水区,在清洗区一侧连接有入口门槛组件,在清洗区另一侧连接有喷淋组件,所述喷淋组件另一侧连接有吸水区;所述清洗组件包括:驱动装置、进水 基座、固定基座和毛刷槽板,所述驱动装置安装在进水基座内部,所述驱动装置的输出端连接毛刷辊,并带动毛刷辊,所述毛刷辊的另一端连接在固定基座内部,所述固定基座和进水基座之间设有毛刷槽板;所述驱动装置包括:驱动齿轮、从动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮的一端可拆卸连接第一毛刷辊,所述从动齿轮的一端可拆卸连接第二毛刷辊,所述驱动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合,并驱动从动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮上侧啮合动力输出齿轮,所述动力输出齿轮的连接动力输出装置;
所述入口门槛组件包括两门槛基座,两门槛基座之间连接有入口门槛,所述入口门槛内部设置有污水孔,所述入口门槛上还设置有若干和污水孔相连通的吸水孔,所述其中一门槛基座上连接有污水泵,在该门槛基座上还连接有污水出口和清水入口,所述污水泵一端和污水出口连接,另一端和污水孔通过排污管连接;
所述喷淋组件包括两喷淋基座,喷淋基座之间连接有喷淋门槛,喷淋门槛中设置有清水孔,所述清水孔上连通有若干喷淋孔,所述喷淋孔朝向清洗区,其中一喷淋基座之中固定有电磁阀,所述清水入口和电磁阀通过清水管连接,所述电磁阀另一端和清水孔相连通;
所述吸水组件包括两吸水基座,在吸水基座之间连接有若干竖直立板,所述吸水组件上铺设有吸水材料。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述动力输出装置包括:驱动齿圈、行星齿轮和太阳齿轮,所述驱动齿圈一端固定连接动力输出齿轮,所述驱动齿圈的内齿啮合行星齿轮,所述行星齿轮啮合太阳齿轮,所述太阳齿轮连接动力输入轴。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述驱动齿圈外壁设有轮齿,所述驱动齿圈的两侧分别啮合从动齿圈,所述从动齿圈设有多个,多个所述从动齿圈中心轴线在一个平面内并以各自的外齿依次啮合,使所述驱动齿圈带动多个从动齿圈转动。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述从动齿轮的齿宽小于驱动齿轮的齿宽的1/2,所述从动齿轮的数量为两个,两所述从动齿轮均与所述驱动齿轮啮合,两所述从动齿轮分别为第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮,所述第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮沿轴向错开设定距离。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述固定基座、进水基座以及毛刷槽板底部设有多个底部卡接槽,所述连接底板上表面设有多个底板卡接凸起,位于所述连接底板两侧的底板卡接凸起适应卡入两个清洗组件的底部卡接槽内部,使两个或者多个清洗组件拼接。
在一种优选的实施方式中,在所述固定基座和进水基座上侧开设上侧卡接槽,相邻所述上侧卡接槽通过卡接块卡接。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述毛刷槽的槽壁沿纵向开设有多排流水沟槽,每个所述毛刷槽的槽壁上侧卡接U型槽状防滑条,相邻所述毛刷槽的槽壁之间卡接有U型槽状防滑条,所述U型槽状防滑条上表面设有防滑凸起或者防滑凸棱。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述毛刷辊的两端部固定连接扁方形卡板结构或者十字板结构的卡接件,所述毛刷辊一端的卡接件卡接在从动齿轮内部,另一端卡接在毛刷固定体内部,所述毛刷固定体固定连接在固定基座内部。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述毛刷固定体包括:固定芯和固定外套,所述固定芯一端开口另一端密封,在所述固定芯的密封端开设适应卡接件的卡接开口,所述固定芯的开口端外壁设有环形凸台,所述固定外套在伸入毛刷固定体一端内壁设有支撑凸台,在所述固定芯外壁套设压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧两端分别与环形凸台、支撑凸台支撑接触。
在一种优选的实施方式中,所述驱动齿轮和从动齿轮的一侧开设第一卡接槽孔,所述第一卡接槽孔的横截面为轴对称的两个或者四个扇形面,所述卡接开口设在扇形面的一个半径边位置,在扇形面的另一个半径边位置开设第一卡接凹槽;在所述固定芯内部开设第二卡接槽孔,所述第二卡接槽孔的横截面为轴对称的两个或者四个扇形面,所述卡接开口设在扇形面的半径边位置,在扇形面的另一半径边位置开设第二卡接凹槽。
上述技术方案中的一个技术方案具有如下有益效果:
本发明的鞋底清洗机通过多个清洗组件拼接而成,并且毛刷驱动装置驱动齿轮在从动齿轮上侧带动从动齿轮,有效的抬高了驱动装置的高度。避免了现有技术中鞋底清洗机的清洗组件只能固定安装在地面上,无法实现方便的安装和拆卸使用,并且现有技术中由于驱动装置尺寸较大,导致 抬高整个鞋底清洗机的高度,大大降低了使用人员的舒适度。本发明通过连接底板对清洗组件拼接而成,方便了使用人员的安装和拆卸,并且实现了使用过程中,增加清洗组件或者减少清洗组件,使用更加方便。并且本发明的毛刷驱动装置中,驱动齿轮在从动齿轮上侧,避免了驱动装置的电机及其他部件与地面之间的干涉,降低了鞋底清洗机的高度,提高使用人员的舒适度。

下面将结合本发明的附图1-29所示,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的一个实施方式中,一种鞋底清洗机,如图1-3所示,鞋底清洗机包括清洗组件、喷淋组件以及吸水组件,清洗组件、吸水组件的数量均可以为多个,各所述清洗组件通过连接底板可拆卸连接(即各清洗组件可拆卸地连接于连接底板),多个清洗组件组成一清洗区,多个吸水组件组成一吸水区,在清洗区一侧连接有入口门槛组件,在清洗区另一侧连接有喷淋组件,所述喷淋组件另一侧连接有吸水区,即入口门槛组件、清洗区、喷淋组件以及吸水区依次设置;多个清洗组件1通过连接底板5可拆卸连接。可拆卸的连接方式,方便了鞋底清洗机安装、拆卸和增多或者减少清洗组件1,从而满足多种规格使用的要求。
如图4-8所示,清洗组件1包括驱动装置6、进水基座3、固定基座4和毛刷槽板9,在固定基座4、进水基座3以及毛刷槽板9底部设有多个底部卡接槽7,连接底板5上表面设有多个底板卡接凸起8,位于连接底板5两侧的底板卡接凸起8适应卡入两个清洗组件1的底部卡接槽7内部,使两个或者多个清洗组件1拼接。可以是相邻清洗组件1均通过连接底板5连接;亦可以是多个清洗组件1,通过在连接底板5上表面设置多列底板卡接凸起8,满足多个清洗组件1的安装;还可以是相邻清洗组件1拼接和多个清洗组件1拼接的组合方式连接。
如图29所示,所述入口门槛17组件包括两门槛基座16,两门槛基座16之间连接有入口门槛,所述入口门槛内部设置有污水孔23,所述入口门槛上还设置有若干和污水孔23相连通的吸水孔24,所述其中一门槛基座16上连接有污水泵22,在该门槛基座16上还连接有污水出口26和清水入口25,所述污水泵22一端和污水出口26连接,另一端和污水孔23通过 排污管连接;
所述喷淋组件包括两喷淋基座18,喷淋基座18之间连接有喷淋门槛19,喷淋门槛中设置有清水孔,所述清水孔上连通有若干喷淋孔,所述喷淋孔朝向清洗区,其中一喷淋基座18之中固定有电磁阀27,所述清水入口和电磁阀27通过清水管连接;当鞋底清洗的时候,开启电磁阀27,清水入口通入清水,清水对鞋底进行清洗,清洗完成后沉积到连接底板上,此时污水泵22开始工作,将污水从吸水孔中吸入,进入到污水孔23,最后通过污水泵22从污水出口26中排出。
所述吸水组件包括两吸水基座,在吸水基座之间连接有若干竖直立板21,所述吸水组件上铺设有吸水材料。如图1-2所示,整个鞋底清洗机包括清洗区100和吸水区200,使用人员通过清洗区100对鞋底清洗之后,再通过吸水区200。吸水基座之间连接的竖直立板21上铺设有吸水材料,吸水材料选择采用可以大量吸收水分的材料,优选为PVA材料,并且保证吸水区的吸水棉长期保持不干燥状态,以满足吸水棉的柔软性,同时,吸水基座之间的竖直立板21当踩踏的时候,能够使得受力面积更小,压强更大,进一步对鞋底的水份吸收。
如图10-14所示,为了使驱动装置的结构更加紧凑,提高传动效率,满足传动比的需要。动力输出装置包括:驱动齿圈64、行星齿轮65和太阳齿轮,驱动齿圈64一端固定连接动力输出齿轮63,驱动齿圈64的内齿啮合行星齿轮65,行星齿轮65啮合太阳齿轮,太阳齿轮连接动力输入轴。行星齿轮65的行星架66连接行星齿轮65,电机16带动动力输入轴,动力输入轴带动太阳齿轮,实现转动从动力输入轴-太阳齿轮-行星齿轮65-驱动齿圈64-动力输出齿轮63-驱动齿轮61-从动齿轮62的传递,在动力传递的时候通过行星架66固定不动,行星齿轮62在行星架66上进行转动从而进行变速。行星齿轮65传递的结构,使驱动装置的结构更加紧凑,保证传动效率。
如图13-17所示,为了实现一个电机16带动多个驱动齿圈64转动,减少电机16的使用数量。在驱动齿圈64外壁设有轮齿(外齿),驱动齿圈64的两侧的外齿分别啮合从动齿圈,从动齿圈设有多个,多个从动齿圈中心轴线在一个平面内并依次啮合。上述从动齿圈中,位于驱动齿圈64一侧 的从动齿圈可以为一组,即存在两组从动齿圈;每一组中各从动齿圈依次啮合,并以和驱动齿圈64相靠近的一个从动齿圈与驱动齿圈64相啮合,以接收动力,从而使驱动齿圈64带动多个从动齿圈转动。避免了使用多个电机导致的占用空间较大的情形,使鞋底清洗机的结构更加紧凑。
如图15所示,为了进一步缩小毛刷辊2之间的间距,避免由于驱动齿圈64和从动齿圈半径较小,从动齿轮62之间发生干涉。优选的,与一个驱动齿圈64或者从动齿圈配合使用的驱动齿轮61为一个、从动齿轮62为两个,两从动齿轮62均与驱动齿轮61相啮合,从动齿轮62的齿宽小于驱动齿轮61的齿宽的1/2,驱动齿轮61两侧的两从动齿轮62分别为第一从动齿轮621和第二从动齿轮622,第一从动齿轮621和第二从动齿轮622沿轴向错开设定距离。当驱动齿圈64和从动齿圈半径较小时,相邻的两个从动齿圈位置出现交叉,但不干涉,保证使用要求。优选的,设定距离为3-20mm。避免距离较大,影响鞋底清洗机的结构紧凑性。
为了进一步保证清洗组件1之间拼接固定的强度,优选的,在固定基座4和进水基座3上侧开设上侧卡接槽,相邻上侧卡接槽通过卡接块卡接。在卡接块上侧设有保护壳,通过卡接的保护壳对固定基座4和进水基座3密封,保证鞋底清洗机整体结构的美观,也保证了工作人员在鞋底清洗机上侧行走使用时,工作人员的安全性。
如图9所示,优选的,毛刷槽板9包括三个毛刷槽11,每个毛刷槽11的槽壁上侧卡接U型槽状防滑条12,相邻毛刷槽11的槽壁之间卡接有U型槽状防滑条12,防滑条12上表面设有防滑凸起或者防滑凸棱。在使用时,一个清洗组件的驱动装置带动三个毛刷辊2旋转并安装在一个清洗组件1内,保证了清洗组件1的整体性。并且防滑条12对毛刷槽11的槽壁进行保护,并且提高了毛刷槽11与鞋底之间的摩擦力,提高工作人员在使用过程的安全性。相邻清洗组件1通过齿轮带动连接,避免需要多个输入,增大鞋底清洗机体积的缺陷。
如图21-28所示,为了方便将毛刷辊2拉紧,以及在使用过程中,对毛刷辊2提供缓冲。毛刷固定体15包括:固定芯151和固定外套152,固定芯151一端开口另一端密封。在固定芯151的密封端开设适应卡接件22的卡接开口153,固定芯151的开口端外壁设有环形凸台154,固定外套 152在伸入毛刷固定体15一端内壁设有支撑凸台155。在固定芯151外壁套设压缩弹簧160,压缩弹簧160两端分别与环形凸台154、支撑凸台155支撑接触。其中固定基座和固定外套之间还连接有端面轴承28,保证了毛刷辊转动的平稳,当使用人员在毛刷辊2上侧行走时,毛刷辊2拉动固定芯151,压缩压缩弹簧160,缓冲毛刷辊2的承载力,降低了毛刷辊2的承载强度。并且使用人员在毛刷辊2上侧行走,有一定的缓冲,提高使用人员的舒适度。
如图10-18及28所示,鞋底清洗机的毛刷驱动装置的驱动齿轮61的一端可拆卸连接鞋底清洗机的第一毛刷辊20。在驱动齿轮61的两侧分别啮合从动齿轮62,从动齿轮62与驱动齿轮61相同的一侧可拆卸连接第二毛刷辊21。第一毛刷辊20和第二毛刷辊21的另一端通过毛刷固定体15固定。在驱动齿轮61上侧啮合动力输出齿轮63,动力输出齿轮63连接动力输出装置。驱动齿轮61在动力输出齿轮63的下侧,避免了电机16体积较大,有效的提高了动力输出装置的高度,避免动力输出装置与底部干涉,满足了由于实验室和风淋室等使用空间高度限制,无法使用鞋底清洗机的缺陷。
为了使鞋底清洗机的毛刷驱动装置的结构更加紧凑,在鞋底清洗机宽度方向上降低,优选的,动力输入轴为电机输出轴,避免驱动装置使用多个传动件,使得结构更加紧凑。
为了使鞋底清洗机结构更加紧凑,保证毛刷辊之间更近的距离,达到更好的清洗效果。避免由于驱动齿圈64和从动齿圈半径较大影响结构的紧凑。在驱动齿轮61的两侧分别啮合从动齿轮,保证了毛刷辊之间的间距更小。
毛刷辊2与刷毛13固定连接,优选的毛刷辊2为钢丝,通过将多个细毛状的刷毛夹在多个细钢丝之间,制成扭丝刷,保证了刷毛与钢丝之间的连接强度。其中,相邻两个毛刷辊转动方向相反,分别适应每个驱动齿轮和从动齿轮的转动方向。
在毛刷辊2的两端部固定连接卡接件22,卡接件22分别卡接在驱动齿轮61和毛刷固定体15内。方便了毛刷辊2的拆卸和安装,方便了毛刷长期使用过程中对刷毛辊2的更换,保证清洗设备的清洗效果。优选的, 卡接件22为扁方形卡板,即卡接件22为两个扁方形板焊接固定,并且将毛刷辊2夹在两块扁方形板之间,保证与毛刷辊2的连接强度,进一步保证了卡接件22通过卡接开口153插入驱动齿轮61和毛刷固定体15内,实现了卡接件22与驱动齿轮61和毛刷固定体15可拆卸的连接,方便拆卸使用,满足方便拆卸安装的使用要求。
优选的,卡接件22也可为十字板、三棱或者多棱板,先将两块方形板焊接固定,或者直接连接毛刷辊钢丝进行冲压使其成为一体,同样将毛刷辊2夹在两个方形板之间,保证毛刷辊2与卡接件22之间的连接强度。并在两个方形板中部与毛刷辊2平行的方向上固定连接,保证了卡接件22的强度以及与驱动齿轮61、毛刷固定体15卡接稳固性。
为了满足多个毛刷清洗组件相互带动啮合,并且在使用过程中可以有效的降低毛刷的安装位。将驱动齿轮61的外壁结构加工为轮齿形,或者选择驱动齿轮61为齿轮,并在驱动齿轮61的一端部开设适应卡接件22的卡接开口153。保证驱动齿轮61与毛刷辊2的卡接件22之间的卡接方便。
为了保证卡接件22在驱动齿轮61、毛刷固定体15卡接的稳定性。在驱动齿轮61的另一侧开设第一卡接槽孔157,第一卡接槽孔157的横截面为轴对称的两个或者四个扇形面,卡接开口153设在扇形面的一个半径边位置,在扇形面的另一个半径边位置开设第一卡接凹槽158。即:当卡接件22为扁方形卡板时,第一卡接槽孔157的横截面为轴对称的两个扇形面(即总共四个扇形面)。当卡接件22为十字板时,第一卡接槽孔157的横截面为轴对称的四个扇形面(即总共八个扇形面)。在使用过程中,卡接件22通过卡接开口153插入到第一卡接槽孔157内部,通过旋转毛刷辊2,将卡接件22旋转至第一卡接凹槽158位置,拉动毛刷辊2,带动卡接件22向毛刷辊2一侧平移,使得卡接件22嵌入第一卡接凹槽158内部。
为了方便卡接件22与毛刷固定体15卡接方便,在固定芯151内部开设第二卡接槽孔52。第二卡接槽孔52的横截面为轴对称的两个或者四个扇形面,卡接开口153设在扇形面的半径边位置,在扇形面的另一半径边位置开设第二卡接凹槽159。即:当卡接件22为扁方形卡板时,第二卡接槽孔52的横截面为轴对称的两个扇形面(即总共四个扇形面)。当卡接件22为十字板时,第二卡接槽孔52的横截面为轴对称的四个扇形面(即总共八 个扇形面)。在使用过程中,卡接件22通过卡接开口153插入到第二卡接槽孔52内部,通过旋转毛刷辊2,将卡接件22旋转至第二卡接凹槽159位置,拉动毛刷辊2,带动卡接件22向毛刷辊2一侧平移,使得卡接件嵌入第二卡接凹槽159内部。在使用过程中,驱动齿轮61输入驱动力,带动毛刷辊2旋转,毛刷辊2带动固定芯151带动固定外套9一起旋转,实现刷毛13的旋转,清洗鞋底。
为了保证在使用过程中,卡接件22可以在卡接凹槽中稳定嵌入,又可以带动固定芯8旋转,并且通过驱动齿轮61带动卡接件22旋转。当卡接件22插入驱动齿轮61的卡接开口153顺时针旋转至第一卡接凹槽158,卡接件22插入毛刷固定体15的卡接开口153逆时针旋转至第二卡接凹槽159。当卡接件22插入驱动齿轮61的卡接开口153逆时针旋转至第一卡接凹槽158,卡接件22插入毛刷固定体15开口顺时针旋转至第二卡接凹槽159。保证卡接的稳定性,保证使用的安全性。
优选的,毛刷辊2两端部分别连接有卡接件22,通过卡接件22与驱动装置6和固定基座4之间可拆卸连接,方便了单独对毛刷辊2的拆卸和安装。由于刷毛13是易耗品,及时的更换刷毛13,保证了毛刷对鞋底的清洗效果。如图4-14所示,驱动装置6安装在进水基座3内部,对驱动装置6密封,保证驱动装置6的密封安装。在毛刷辊2的下方设有毛刷槽板9,并且多个清洗组件1底部通过连接底板5可拆卸连接在一起,方便实现了清洗组件1之间的安装、拆卸,使用过程中方便根据使用者的要求增加或者减少清洗组件1的数目。
为了保证连接底板5与毛刷槽板9、固定基座4、进水基座3之间的连接强度,在毛刷槽板9的底部卡接槽7靠近毛刷槽板9侧壁一侧设有三角形或者圆弧形凸起,即在底部卡接槽7的槽口处设置凸起,以使底部卡接槽7具有槽口小、内部大的槽型。类似地,在固定基座4、进水基座3的底部卡接槽7靠近固定基座4、进水基座3侧壁设有三角形或者圆弧形凸起。优选的,在适应连接的底板卡接凸起8侧部设有凹槽,以使得底板卡接凸起8具有头大尾小的形状,以保证底板卡接凸起8与底部卡接槽7的连接可靠性,进而保证了连接底板5与毛刷槽板9、固定基座4、进水基座3之间的连接强度。当底部卡接槽7设有三角形凸起时,凸起的横截面为 三角形。当底部卡接槽7为圆弧形凸起时,凸起与底部卡接槽7之间平滑过渡,保证安装过程的顺利,进一步增加了清洗组件1相互之间密封的紧密型。
如图4-9所示,为了保证连接底板5与进水基座3、固定基座5、毛刷槽板9之间的连接强度,将底板卡接凸起8至少设有两列为圆头状凸起,与该凸起适应连接的底板卡接槽7为圆腔凹槽,使圆头状凸起的圆头端插入圆腔凹槽的圆腔内部。
如图5-6所示,为了保证圆头状凸起与圆腔凹槽之间拆离和安装,圆头状凸起中部开设缩紧槽10,方便了圆头状凸起体积的增大和缩小。当圆头状凸起插入圆腔凹槽时,缩紧槽10两侧的凸起向中间靠拢,缩小圆头状凸起的大小,方便了圆头状凸起插入圆腔凹槽。当拔出圆头状凸起时,缩紧槽10两侧的凸起向中间靠拢,缩小圆头状凸起的大小,方便了圆头状凸起拔出圆腔凹槽。
为了方便毛刷辊2与驱动装置6和固定基座4之间的可拆卸连接,毛刷辊2的两端部固定连接卡接件22,卡接件22分别卡接在毛刷辊的驱动装置6和固定基座4内。
如图4-5所示,在鞋底清洗机两端部的清洗组件1组装有门槛14,进水基座3、固定基座4,、门槛14内部设有安装电路管路和水路管路,并且将清洗组件1与外界隔开,使用方便。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 鞋底清洗机,其特征在于,包括:清洗组件、喷淋组件以及吸水组件,所述清洗组件、所述吸水组件均为多个,各所述清洗组件通过连接底板可拆卸连接,多个清洗组件组成一清洗区,多个吸水组件组成一吸水区,在清洗区一侧连接有入口门槛组件,在清洗区另一侧连接有喷淋组件,所述喷淋组件另一侧连接有吸水区;所述清洗组件包括:驱动装置、进水基座、固定基座和毛刷槽板,所述驱动装置安装在进水基座内部,所述驱动装置的输出端连接毛刷辊,并带动毛刷辊,所述毛刷辊的另一端连接在固定基座内部,所述固定基座和进水基座之间设有毛刷槽板;所述驱动装置包括:驱动齿轮、从动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮的一端可拆卸连接第一毛刷辊,所述从动齿轮的一端可拆卸连接第二毛刷辊,所述驱动齿轮与从动齿轮啮合,并驱动从动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮上侧啮合动力输出齿轮,所述动力输出齿轮的连接动力输出装置;
    所述入口门槛组件包括两门槛基座,两门槛基座之间连接有入口门槛,所述入口门槛内部设置有污水孔,所述入口门槛上还设置有若干和污水孔相连通的吸水孔,其中一门槛基座上连接有污水泵,在该门槛基座上还连接有污水出口和清水入口,所述污水泵一端和污水出口连接,另一端和污水孔通过排污管连接;
    所述喷淋组件包括两喷淋基座,喷淋基座之间连接有喷淋门槛,喷淋门槛中设置有清水孔,所述清水孔上连通有若干喷淋孔,其中一喷淋基座之中固定有电磁阀,所述清水入口和电磁阀通过清水管连接,所述电磁阀另一端和清水孔相连通;
    所述吸水组件包括两吸水基座,在吸水基座之间连接有若干竖直立板,所述吸水组件上铺设有吸水材料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的鞋底清洗机,其特征在于,所述动力输出装置包括:驱动齿圈、行星齿轮和太阳齿轮,所述驱动齿圈一端固定连接动力输出齿轮,所述驱动齿圈的内齿啮合行星齿轮,所述行星齿轮啮合太阳齿轮,所述太阳齿轮连接动力输入轴。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的鞋底清洗机,其特征在于,所述驱动齿圈外 壁设有轮齿,所述驱动齿圈的两侧分别啮合从动齿圈,所述从动齿圈设有多个,多个所述从动齿圈中心轴线在一个平面内并以各自的外齿依次啮合,使所述驱动齿圈带动多个从动齿圈转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的鞋底清洗机,其特征在于,所述从动齿轮的齿宽小于驱动齿轮的齿宽的1/2,所述从动齿轮的数量为两个,两所述从动齿轮均与所述驱动齿轮啮合,两所述从动齿轮分别为第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮,所述第一从动齿轮和第二从动齿轮沿轴向错开设定距离。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的鞋底清洗机,其特征在于,所述固定基座、进水基座以及毛刷槽板底部设有多个底部卡接槽,所述连接底板上表面设有多个底板卡接凸起,位于所述连接底板两侧的底板卡接凸起适应卡入两个清洗组件的底部卡接槽内部,使两个或者多个清洗组件拼接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的鞋底清洗机,其特征在于,在所述固定基座和进水基座上侧开设上侧卡接槽,相邻所述上侧卡接槽通过卡接块卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的鞋底清洗机,其特征在于,所述毛刷槽板包括三个毛刷槽,所述毛刷槽的槽壁沿纵向开设有多排流水沟槽,每个所述毛刷槽的槽壁上侧卡接U型槽状防滑条,相邻所述毛刷槽的槽壁之间卡接有U型槽状防滑条,所述U型槽状防滑条上表面设有防滑凸起或者防滑凸棱。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的鞋底清洗机,其特征在于,所述毛刷辊的两端部固定连接扁方形卡板结构或者十字板结构的卡接件,所述毛刷辊一端的卡接件卡接在从动齿轮内部,另一端卡接在毛刷固定体内部,所述毛刷固定体固定连接在固定基座内部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的鞋底清洗机,其特征在于,所述毛刷固定体包括:固定芯和固定外套,所述固定芯一端开口另一端密封,在所述固定芯的密封端开设适应卡接件的卡接开口,所述固定芯的开口端外壁设有环形凸台,所述固定外套在伸入毛刷固定体一端内壁设有支撑凸台,在所述固定芯外壁套设压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧两端分别与环形凸台、支撑凸台支撑接触。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的鞋底清洗机,其特征在于,所述驱动齿轮和从动齿轮的一侧开设第一卡接槽孔,所述第一卡接槽孔的横截面为轴对称 的两个或者四个扇形面,所述卡接开口设在扇形面的一个半径边位置,在扇形面的另一个半径边位置开设第一卡接凹槽;在所述固定芯内部开设第二卡接槽孔,所述第二卡接槽孔的横截面为轴对称的两个或者四个扇形面,所述卡接开口设在扇形面的半径边位置,在扇形面的另一半径边位置开设第二卡接凹槽。
