Description

一种电连接模组以及灯具组件 技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,特别涉及一种电连接模组以及灯具组件。
背景技术
近年来,不同档次、花样、不同用途的灯具的不断被开发。例如:洗墙灯作为灯具的一种,可广泛应用于建筑工程装饰照明,KTV娱乐场所,桥梁码头等,还可以勾勒出建筑物的廓型效果。节能、环保洗墙灯广泛被LED洗墙灯取代。为了达到良好的洗墙效果,洗墙灯通常由多个灯具组装在一起形成组件使用,但是目前国内外市场上的灯具组件,安装时通常先固定灯具再用电线连接每个灯具,操作不方便,走线外露复杂影响美观。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明提供了一种电连接模组,其能实现灯具之间的快速连接,免除人工接线。
本发明实施例还提供了一种灯具组件。
本发明实施例采用下述技术方案:一种电连接模组,其安装于安装基础上,包括:
底座,包括底壁及位于底壁两侧的两个侧壁,所述底壁及侧壁形成收容通道;
第一印刷电路板,固定在底座上,所述第一印刷电路板与所述收容通道分别位于所述底壁的两侧;
若干第一导电端子,电性连接至所述第一印刷电路板并穿过所述底座的底壁延伸入所述收容通道内。
优选地,所述第一导电端子为两组,所述两组第一导电端子分别位于所述第一印刷电路板的两端。
优选地,所述底壁的下表面设有收容所述第一印刷电路板的收容槽,所述电连接模组还包括连接至底座且将第一印刷电路板固定至底座的压板。
优选地,所述底座呈直角型。
优选地,所述侧壁向内形成相对应的至少两对第一卡块。
优选地,至少一个所述侧壁向内延伸形成第一定位凸肋。
优选地,所述电连接模组还包括连接件,所述底壁两侧还形成两个连接部,所述连接部内形成第一通孔,所述连接件穿过所述第一通孔将所述底座固定于所述安装基础。

一种灯具组件,包括上述的电连接模组以及可装卸地组装在所述收容通道内的光源组件,所述电连接模块与所述光源组件相组装,所述光源组件通过电连接模组安装于安装基础上。
优选地,所述光源组件为两个,两个光源组件之间通过一个电连接模组电性连 接。
优选地,所述电连接模组为三个,分别位于所述两个光源组件的连接处以及两个光源组件组装后的两端。
优选地,所述光源组件包括基座、封堵在所述基座端部的端盖以及与收容在所述端盖内第二导电端子,所述第二导电端子与第一导电端子电性连接。
优选地,所述第一导电端子为铜插针,所述第二导电端子为铜插脚。
优选地,所述端盖底部相对所述第二导电端子形成第二端子孔,第一导电端子通过所述第二端子孔插入第二导电端子。

一种灯具组件,包括两个上述电连接模组、两个光源组件以及两个接口组件,每个电连接模组的收容通道的一端可装卸地组装所述一个光源组件,另一端可装卸地组装所述一个接口组件,所述两个接口组件电性连接。
本发明实施例采用的上述至少一个技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的电连接模组,其安装于安装基础上,包括:底座,包括底壁及位于底壁两侧的两个侧壁,所述底壁及侧壁形成收容通道;第一印刷电路板,固定在底座上,所述第一印刷电路板与所述收容通道分别位于所述底壁的两侧;两组导电端子,电性连接至所述第一印刷电路板并穿过所述底座的底壁延伸入所述收容通道内。所述第一导电端子可以电性连接光源组件,所以本发明电连接模组在灯具组件安装在工作场所前即可电性连接好灯具,能快速安装及拆卸各种灯具,免除人工接线。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本发明灯具组件各个实施例技术方案。
实施例1
如图1及图2所示,本发明实施例提供了一种灯具组件,其包括三个电连接模组1、两个光源组件2以及一个接口组件3。三个电连接模块1与两个光源组件2相组装,两个光源组件2之间通过一个电连接模组1电性连接。三个电连接模组1分别位于两个光源组件2的连接处以及两个光源组件2组装后的两端。光源组件2通过电连接模组1安装于外部安装基础上。接口组件3的一端连接至位于一侧位置的电连接模组1。接口组件3的另一端可以连接外部电源,从而为两个光源组件2供电。具体地,灯具组件上中间位置的电连接模组1两端分别收容并安装两个光源组件2的一侧端部,两个光源组件2的另一侧端部分别被收容并安装在位于两侧位置的两个电连接模组1内,接口组件3安装于位于一侧位置的一个电连接模组1上。在本实施例中,灯具组件优选为洗墙灯组件,用于建筑装饰照明。
以下针对以灯具组件内的各个元件及相互之间的连接关系作具体说明。
如图3、图6以及图7所示,电连接模组1包括底座11、收容在底座11内的第一印刷电路板12、与第一印刷电路板12电性连接的两组第一导电端子13、组装于底座11下方且将第一印刷电路板12固定于底座11的压板14以及将底座11固定于安装基础上(如地面)的连接件15。通过电连接模组1的转接,相邻两个光源组件2可以实现电性连接。具体地,本实施例第一导电端子13为铜插针。
如图6所示,底座11包括一个底壁111以及位于底壁111两侧的两个侧壁112。进一步地,底座11上还设有由底壁111与两个侧壁112围成的一个收容通道113,第一印刷电路板12与收容通道113分别位于底壁111的两侧。
如图7所示,底壁111的下表面上向内凹陷形成有一收容槽1111,该收容槽1111用于收容第一印刷电路板12。底壁111上还形成沿上下方向延伸的若干第一端子孔 1112,设置在第一印刷电路板12上的若干第一导电端子13可通过第一端子孔1112穿过底壁111延伸入收容通道113内。底壁111的收容槽1111内还设有与若干第一端子孔1112分别对应的第一环形凸肋1113,第一环形凸肋1113设置在第一端子孔1112的外围。由于在收容槽1111内设置第一环形凸肋1113,当第一印刷电路板12收容于收容槽1111内时,第一印刷电路板12抵接于若干第一环形凸肋1113。底壁111的收容槽1111内侧面上形成若干第一定位凸起1114,第一印刷电路板12相对于第一定位凸起1114形成第一定位孔121。底壁111的收容槽1111的内侧面向内形成相对的两对第二卡块1115。底壁111两侧还形成两个连接部1116,两个连接部1116内形成第一通孔1117,连接件15穿过第一通孔1117将底座11固定在安装基础(图中未示出)上,进而将光源组件2通过电连接模组1安装于外部安装基础上。
如图6所示,两个侧壁112上分别向收容通道113内延伸形成固定结构。两个侧壁112向内形成相对应的两对第一卡块1121,第一卡块1121即为上述固定结构,通过固定结构即第一卡块1121的设置,使得电连接模组1可以将光源组件2或接口组件3的一端机械固定于收容通道113内。其中,一个侧壁112的内表面上还设有向内延伸形成的两个第一定位凸肋1122。两个侧壁112的内表面上向内延伸形成一对隔板1123,每个侧壁112上的两个第一卡块1121分别位于隔板1123的两侧。一个侧壁112上的两个第一定位凸肋1122也分别位于该侧壁上的隔板1123的两侧,第一定位凸肋1122可用来限制位于隔板1123两侧的光源组件2或接口组件3的位置。
请参考图12,第一导电端子13为两组,两组第一导电端子13分别位于第一印刷电路板12的两端,且通过第一端子孔1112穿过底壁111由收容槽1111延伸入收容通道113内。
如图6所示,压板14包括两个相对的侧板141,每个侧板141上分别设有与第二卡块1115对应的卡孔1411。具体地,第二卡块1115与卡孔1411卡扣配合,底座11与压板14固定连接在一起,第一印刷电路板12被密封固定在收容槽1111内(请参考图12)。压板14还包括连接两个侧板141的底板142,底板14内表面上形成若干抵接第一印刷电路板的第二环形凸肋1421,第二环形凸肋1421与第一环形凸肋1113一起限定第一印刷电路板12在收容槽1111内位置,防止其在收容槽1111内移动(请参考图12)。
上述电连接模组1组装时,首先将第一导电端子13焊接在连接第一印刷电路板12上;再将第一印刷电路板12放入收容槽1111,通过将底壁111的第一定位凸起1114插入第一印刷电路板12的第一定位孔121,同时第一印刷电路板12上的第一导电端子13通过穿过底壁111的第一端子孔1112由收容槽1111延伸入收容通道113内;最后将压板14与底座11卡扣连接。
通过上述步骤,电连接模组1完成组装。
如图1所示,光源组件2的一端可装卸地组装在收容通道113内,与电连接模组1电性连接。本实施例提供的灯具组件内的两个光源组件2通过一个电连接模组1电性连接。
具体地,如图4、图8以及图9所示,光源组件2包括基座21、收容在基座21 内的光源基板22和透镜23、封堵在基座21端部的端盖24、焊接在光源基板22下表面的两端且收容在端盖24内的两组第二导电端子25及焊接在光源基板22上表面上的若干光源26,透镜23与端盖24、基座21配合后将光源基板22封闭在光源组件2内。具体地,基座21为铝基座,第二导电端子25为铜插脚。
如图8所示,基座21大致呈U型框体状,其包括底壁(图中未标号)、位于底壁两侧的两个侧壁(图中未标号)、设置于两个侧壁上的两个相对的支撑板211及两个相对的第一限位板212。请参考图14,光源基板22及透镜23被夹置在支撑板211及第一限位板212之间。两个支撑板211可支撑光源基板22的两侧,透镜23设置于光源基板22的上方。进一步地,基座21上还设有竖直状的第二定位凸肋213,该第二定位凸肋213与端盖24配合。
如图8所示,光源基板22上设有若干与透镜23配合定位的第二定位孔221。光源基板22可以为铝基板或第一印刷电路板。
如图8所示,透镜23为拉伸型的配光元件,呈长条状。透镜23设置在光源基板22的上方,用于对光源26发出的光线进行二次配光,使得光线集中射向待洗的墙面上。透镜23的下表面设有与光源基板22上的第二定位孔221配合的第二定位凸起231。透镜23两侧的下方还设有若干定位柱232,其中,部分定位柱232抵接光源基板22(请参考图14),部分定位柱232与端盖24配合定位。本实施例提供的光源组件2内包括两个相邻设置的透镜23,使得光源基板22能够被完全覆盖。当然,在可替换的实施方式中,透镜23也可以为一个,其可以完全覆盖光源基板22。
如图8以及图9所示,端盖24内设有用于收容光源基板22及透镜23一端的收容腔(图中未标号)、位于收容腔内的定位块241以及用于限制基座21在上下方向上移动的第二限位板242、形成在端盖24底部的第二端子孔243、形成在端盖24一侧面内的台阶部244以及与形成台阶部244的侧面相邻的两侧面外表面形成第一卡槽245。光源基板22的两端分别抵接定位块241的侧面上。
如图8所示,定位块241上设有与透镜23下方的部分定位柱232配合的第三定位孔2411,如此透镜23与端盖24进一步组装定位一起。定位块241相对该处定位柱232形成第三定位孔2411,第三定位孔2411直径与该处定位柱232内径相同,螺钉等连接件可以穿过第三定位孔2411与定位柱232将透镜23与端盖24固定。请参考图14,第二限位板242与第一限位板212接触且位于第一限位板212的上方。同时,第二限位板242的一端还设有与第二定位凸肋213配合的第二卡槽2421。第二定位凸肋213插入第二卡槽2421,基座21与端盖24在光源组件2的长度方向装配在一起。
如图9所示,每个端盖24底部相对于第二导电端子25处形成若干第二端子孔243。电连接模组1上的一组第一导电端子13可通过第二端子孔243插入第二导电端子25,实现光源组件2与电连接组件1的电性连接(请参考图12)。同时,端盖24位于光源组件2端部,其可装卸地组装在电连接模组1的收容通道113内,端盖24侧面相对第一卡块1121处形成台阶部244,相对第一定位凸肋1122形成第一卡槽245。电连接模组1与光源组件2组装时,第一定位凸肋1122插入第一卡槽245,使光源组件2与电连接模组1相互定位。第一卡块1121与台阶部244相互卡扣(请 参考图14),将光源组件2固定在电连接模组1中,进而完成组装,此时一组第一导电端子13插入第二导电端子25。
上述光源组件2组装时,首先将第二导电端子25焊接到光源基板22上;再将透镜23的第二定位凸起231插入光源基板22的第二定位孔221,定位柱232一端支撑在光源基板22上,另一端支撑在端盖24的定位块241上,将透镜23和光源基板22组合;然后将透镜23和光源基板22的组合体插入基座21内,透镜23顶部被基座21的两个第一限位板212顶住,同时基座21的两个支撑板211直接支撑光源基板22;最后将端盖24和基座21组合,端盖24的两个第二限位板242覆盖基座21的第一限位板212,基座21的第二定位凸肋213插入端盖24的第二卡槽2421,此时焊接在光源基板22上的第二导电端子25与端盖24的第二端子孔243相对。
如图1所示,接口组件3和一个光源组件2同时可装卸地组装在收容通道113内,且与电连接模组1电性连接。
具体地,如图5、图10以及图11所示,接口组件3包括下盖31、收容在下盖31内的第二印刷电路板32和第三导电端子33、封堵下盖31的上盖34、与第二印刷电路板32电性连接的排线35以及与排线35延伸到外部31的一端电性连接的连接器36。在本实施例中,第三导电端子33也为铜插脚。第三导电端子33焊接在第二印刷电路板32上且与第二印刷电路板32电性连接。
如图10所示,下盖31相对于第三导电端子33处形成若干第三端子孔311。请参考图13,当接口组件3组装于电连接模组1上时,一组第一导电端子13通过第三端子孔311插入第三导电端子33,实现接口组件3与电连接组件1的电性连接。下盖31底部相对第三端子孔311处向内形成支撑管312,支撑管312支撑第二印刷电路板32,且支撑管312用于收容第三导电端子33。同时,下盖31三个侧面向外形成第四卡块313。第三导电端子33以及排线35焊接在第二印刷电路板32上。下盖31还有一侧面形成第一开口314。
如图11所示,上盖34侧面相对第一卡块1121处形成第三卡块341,相对第一定位凸肋1122形成第三卡槽342。接口组件3安装至电连接模组1时,第一定位凸肋1122插入第三卡槽342,使接口组件3不会相对电连接模组1水平晃动,限制接口组件3在电连接模组1中的位置。第一卡块1121与第三卡块341相互卡扣,将接口组件3固定在电连接模组1中,与此同时,一组第一导电端子13插入第三导电端子33,与第三导电端子33电性连接(请参考图13)。上盖34上部向内形成抵压柱343,抵压柱343与支撑管312夹持固定第二印刷电路板32。上盖34侧面向内相对第四卡块313形成第四卡槽344,第四卡块313与第四卡槽344相互卡扣实现下盖31与上盖34之间的固定结合。上盖34相对第一开口314形成第二开口345,第一开口314与第二开口345共同形成一排线出口(图中未标号),排线35穿过该排线出口,可通过连接器36与外部驱动电源(图中未示出)电性连接。
如图10所示,排线35在下盖31内的部分形成折弯,以防止排线35因外拉力影响,影响排线35与第二印刷电路板32之间的电性连接。下盖31根据排线35折弯形状提供两个折弯架315与两个折弯槽316,为排线35折弯提供支撑,且由于折弯架315上的排线35高度较高,因此对应排线35折弯区域的上盖34向上突起,以 提供更大的收容空间。
上述接口组件3组装时,首先将第三导电端子33与排线35焊接在第二印刷电路板32上;然后将第三导电端子33插入下盖31的支撑管312,进而将第二印刷电路板32与下盖31组合;最后第四卡块313与第四卡槽344相互卡扣,将上盖34和下盖31组合,此时排线35通过下盖31的第一开口314与上盖34的第二开口345共同形成的排线出口延伸到外部。
与现有技术相比,本实施例电连接模组1的收容槽1111固定有第一印刷电路板12,第一印刷电路板12上电性连接有由收容槽1111延伸入收容通道113的第一导电端子13,第一印刷电路板12可为两个电连接部内的第一导电端子13提供电性连接,第一导电端子13可以电性连接光源组件2或接口组件3,收容通道113内有第一卡块1121,第一卡块1121可以固定光源组件2或接口组件3,所以本实施例电连接模组在灯具组件安装前即可电性连接并且固定好灯具,能快速安装及拆卸各种灯具,免除人工接线。
实施例2
如图15所示,本实施例与实施例1的技术方案相似,不同之处在于,本实施例灯具组件的在实施例1的隔板1123位置的两侧呈直角型,且该电连接模组1的底座11上无隔板1123。本实施例可以实现在呈直角型的两个方向工作面(图示未示出)上安装灯具,当然本发明其他实施例也可以根据实际需求设置两个电连接部所成的度数,或者同时根据实际需求设置电连接部的个数。
实施例3
如图16所示,本实施例与实施例1的技术方案相似,不同之处在于,本实施例两个光源组件2通过两个电连接模组1以及两个接口组件3连接,每个电连接模组1的收容通道的一端可装卸地组装一个光源组件2,另一端可装卸地组装一个接口组件3,且两个接口组件3电性连接。本实施例通过接口组件3与电连接模组1配合实现两个光源组件2的电性连接,通过用两个排线35直接电性连接可以实现用于两个不同工作面高度的光源组件2,或者两个光源组件2之间的工作面与两个光源组件2的工作面高度不同的情况下,使得本发明应用范围更广。
综上,电连接模组1的第一导电端子13可以电性连接光源组件2,所以本发明电连接模组1在灯具组件安装在工作场所前即可电性连接好灯具,能快速安装及拆卸各种灯具,免除人工接线。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明。对于本领域技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电连接模组,其安装于安装基础上,包括:
    底座,包括底壁及位于底壁两侧的两个侧壁,所述底壁及侧壁形成收容通道;
    第一印刷电路板,固定在底座上,所述第一印刷电路板与所述收容通道分别位于所述底壁的两侧;
    若干第一导电端子,电性连接至所述第一印刷电路板并穿过所述底座的底壁延伸入所述收容通道内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接模组,其中,所述第一导电端子为两组,所述两组第一导电端子分别位于所述第一印刷电路板的两端。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接模组,其中,所述底壁的下表面设有收容所述第一印刷电路板的收容槽,所述电连接模组还包括连接至底座且将第一印刷电路板固定至底座的压板。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接模组,其中,所述底座呈直角型。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接模组,其中,所述侧壁向内形成相对应的至少两对第一卡块。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接模组,其中,至少一个所述侧壁向内延伸形成第一定位凸肋。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接模组,其中,所述电连接模组还包括连接件,所述底壁两侧还形成两个连接部,所述连接部内形成第一通孔,所述连接件穿过所述第一通孔将所述底座固定于所述安装基础。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的电连接模组,其中,所述底座与所述压板卡扣配合。
  9. 一种灯具组件,包括权利要求1-8任一项所述的电连接模组以及可装卸地组装在所述收容通道内的光源组件,所述电连接模块与所述光源组件相组装,所述光源组件通过电连接模组安装于安装基础上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具组件,其中,所述光源组件为两个,两个光源组件之间通过一个电连接模组电性连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的灯具组件,其中,所述电连接模组为三个,分别位于所述两个光源组件的连接处以及两个光源组件组装后的两端。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具组件,其中,所述光源组件包括基座、封堵在所述基座端部的端盖以及与收容在所述端盖内第二导电端子,所述第二导电端子与第一导电端子电性连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的灯具组件,其中,所述第一导电端子为铜插针,所述第二导电端子为铜插脚。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的灯具组件,其中,所述端盖底部相对所述第二导电端子形成第二端子孔,第一导电端子通过所述第二端子孔插入第二导电端子。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具组件,其中,所述灯具组件还包括一个接口组件,所述接口组件和一个光源组件同时可装卸地组装在同一电连接模组的收容通道内,且与所电连接模组电性连接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的灯具组件,其中,所述接口组件包括下盖、收容在所述下盖内的第三导电端子,第三导电端子与第一导电端子电性连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的灯具组件,其中,所述第一导电端子为铜插针,所述第三导电端子为铜插脚。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的灯具组件,其中,所述下盖相对第三导电端子处形成第三端子孔,第一导电端子通过所述第三端子孔插入第三导电端子。
  19. 根据权利要求9所述的灯具组件,其中,所述灯具组件为洗墙灯组件。
  20. 一种灯具组件,包括两个权利要求1-8任一项所述的电连接模组、两个光源组件以及两个接口组件,每个电连接模组的收容通道的一端可装卸地组装所述一个光源组件,另一端可装卸地组装所述一个接口组件,所述两个接口组件电性连接。
